S. M. A. R. T., a survivor advocacy group managed by professionals in the caring field, says about SRA's definition that it is "methodical abuse, often using indoctrination, aimed at breaking the will of another human being."
In a 1989 report, the Ritual Abuse Task Force of the L. A. County Commission for Women defined ritual abuse as: "repeated abuse over an extended period of time." In regard of Targeted Individuals, it is said that it is the "frequency and duration" that determines if one has been involuntarily placed into the IT program.
The County Commission said there are three components of the abuse: "The physical abuse is severe, sometimes including torture and killing. The sexual abuse is usually painful, humiliating, intended as a means of gaining dominance over the victim. The psychological abuse is devastating and involves the use of ritual indoctrination.

An Illuminati family member has blown the whistle this weekend on Ritual Child Abuse (SRA) for mind control. Deep secrets have been revealed in a Vinnie Eastwood interview. This is possibly a triggering event for innocent self-identified Targeted Individuals, many of whom have experienced and/or still experience SRA.

After the rape and death of his best friend, Parker began rejecting the mind control at the age of 6, resulting in electroshock therapy that completely erased his memory at age 6, resulting in electroshock therapy that completely erased his memory.
