The Governor of California is jogging with his dog along a nature trail. A coyote jumps out and attacks the Governor's dog, then bites the Governor.

Animal Control captures the coyote and bills the state $200 testing it for diseases and $500 for relocating it.

He calls a veterinarian. 

The vet collects the dead dog and bills the State $200 testing it for diseases.

The Governor goes to hospital and spends $3,500 getting checked for diseases from the coyote and on getting his bite wound bandaged.

The running trail gets shut down for 6 months while Fish & Game conducts a $100,000 survey to make sure the area is now free of dangerous animals.

The Governor spends $50,000 in state funds implementing a 'coyote awareness program' for residents of the area.

The State Legislature spends $2 million to study how to better treat rabies and how to permanently eradicate the disease throughout the world.

The Governor's security agent is fired for not stopping the attack. 

The state spends $150,000 to hire and train a new agent with additional special training for the nature of coyotes.

PETA protests the coyote's relocation and files a $5 million suit against the state.

TEXAS

The Governor of Texas is jogging with his dog along a nature trail. A coyote jumps out and attacks his dog.

The Governor shoots the coyote with his state-issued pistol and keeps jogging. The Governor has spent $.50 on a .45 ACP hollow point cartridge.

The buzzards eat the dead coyote.

Judge Forces Town To Return $3 Million To Residents Fined By "Unconstitutional" Traffic Cameras

A Butler County judge has ordered the village of New Miami to refund $3 million in fines to over 45,000 motorists ticketed for speeding by traffic light cameras, ruled unconstitutional in 2014.

As the local ABC affiliate reports, a judge says the placement of stationary traffic cameras wasn't fair to drivers and now a local community has to pay back $3 million in fines.

It’s a controversial battle over unmanned cameras.

The cameras were ruled unconstitutional in 2014 by Butler County Common Pleas Judge Michael J. Sage, who approved class action status.



Controversy still surrounds the use.

The village of New Miami has to pay back drivers for fines collected for nearly two years while the cameras were in place.

In a ruling handed down on Wednesday, Judge Michael Oester said the money paid to the village gave it an unfair advantage at the expense of speeders.



So now the village has to return the money paid by drivers involved in a class action lawsuit.

That's a total of about $3 million.

Nearly 45,000 people were cited in 15 months.

As TheAntiMedia's Josie Wales notes, of the $3 million collected in fines, 60% of the revenue went to the village while 40% went to the traffic light company running the program. The village’s attorney plans to take the case to the Supreme Court, claiming the village should not be responsible for funds it did not receive, seemingly ignoring the fact that it was responsible for implementing the unconstitutional program and collecting the fines in the first place.

Supporters of illegal immigration are working overtime on social media trying to get information out there on how those caught up in raids should respond. This is absolutely ridiculous. Agents are doing their jobs and following the law!

If Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents show up at the door, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) advises not opening it unless the agents can show a warrant signed by a judge.

“Ask to see it (through a window or slipped under the door,” the graphic, available in multiple languages, says.

ICE administrative warrants don’t allow agents to enter a home without the consent of the residents

Residents can ask through the door why the agents are there and request an interpreter if they need one.

If there is no warrant, ask the agents to leave information outside.

If the agents force their way into the home, “don’t resist. Tell everyone in the residence to remain silent,” the ACLU says.

If you are arrested “remain silent and do not sign anything until you speak to a lawyer,” the graphic said.

The National Oceanic and Space Administration, NOAA and National Space Administration consume $25 billion per year and we say they waste most of it on studies that are unnecessary or “con-jobs,” or worse. These are fine examples of why America may fail.

There are two areas they have ignored that would have more than justified their existence, turned a profit for America, helped many people and created lots of jobs and interesting careers. Serious, well defined studies of the seas would have put America in abundance by now if they began when NOAA was founded in 1970.

NASA is even worse having spent over $1 trillion since its’ founding in 1958 on “Man in Space!” “Going where no man has gone before because it was stupid.” Space is rich only in man-killing radiation, and lacks gravity we need for skeletal health. Anything we could find on Mars is here and it has no air or water, 40% less solar energy and 17% of our gravity. It is only a good place to die as there are no microbes to rot your carcass.

According to lunatic fringe space freaks, Earth is going to end this year when a rogue planet 'Nibiru' collides with us in October. This is fodder for “Coast To Coast” with George Noorey on overnight radio to brighten the drab hours of third shift factory workers, warehouse guards, cab drivers, insomniacs and newspaper deliverers.

Nibiru popped up in 1976 when author Zecharia Sitchin theorized in “The 12th Planet” ancient astronauts from the undiscovered planet came down to Earth to mine gold in Africa, using humans as slaves. 

The conspiracy theorist Nancy Lieder claims she receives messages from Nibiruians with an implant in her brain that sounds suspiciously like a ten-penny nail from her description. Why the professional astronomers would ignore this planet is never explained by these people.

Nancy Lieder gained notice in 2000 when she claimed Earth would collide with Nibiru in May 2003, wiping out humanity. We can only wonder how many people ran up their credit cards, told off their bosses, wives, mothers, fathers, aunts, uncles, landladies, and so on through the long list of irritations encountered in their lives. We can only imagine their crawling back to the people they needed when Nibiru did not show up! Did they continue being jerks? 

Nancy Leider was not seen for several years and over that time has changed her hair color.

Meanwhile the doomsday prophets pinned their hopes for early deaths on a small comet with no magnetic field, named Elenin, and not the small town in Illinois of the same name. It passed by Earth with no fanfare in 2011.  In the lead-up to its approach, however, some people theorized that Elenin was actually Nibiru and that NASA was withholding the truth just like they did with fake moon landings! Nutty as they may sound, NASA owns the worlds largest motion picture studio in a remote part of New Mexico, which is a really odd place for such a facility and fodder for many rumors.

When Nibiru didn’t show, truthers hatched the story the end of the world would happen on December 21, 2012, as foretold by the Mayan calendar ending as they could not understand the Mayan carvers simply ran out of rock on the circular piece and instructed in the Codex Nuttal to start over!

The nutbergers thought Nibiru would crash into Earth, the planet’s magnetic field would be destroyed and all life would die in the resulting radiation.

NASA now claims the world will not end until they come up with a new gimmick like “man-caused global warming by rich people farts curable by higher taxes on them,” and lashing up with “vegans” who do not want anyone to eat meat, enforcing the ban with a new bureau, the National Fart Administration, NFA, which really looks neat on a cap and gets girls.

The new panic prediction is on “2016 WF9,” a half mile-long rock asteroid which will pass by Earth between February 16 and February 25. The closest it will come is within 32 million miles of Earth, which is 12 times the distance between the Earth and the moon, so NASA concludes it poses no danger to us which probably means it will do a sharp right turn and take out Minnesota and never be missed.

But once again the Nibiru faithful are coming out of their trees. In a story first reported on the doomsday blog “Someone’s Bones,” then in the London Daily Mail, astronomer Dyomin Damir Zakharovich claims “NASA is lying through its teeth,” and the asteroid is a fragment of Nibiru which will crash into Earth on February 16 and trigger a mega-tsunami killing millions. There’s a backup rumor Nibiru will hit Earth in October, obliterating the planet.

Other oddballs are cashing in on the new Nibiru craze: 

David Meade, a former “high level government employee,” recently published a book called “Planet X: The 2017 Arrival,” which allegedly contains “absolutely amazing revelations” and is a “Survival Guide to the most important story of the century.”  But don’t start digging up your backyard for a fallout shelter as there are many problems with this hypothesis: Nibiru is fictional, and a planet within eight months of crashing into Earth would be in the Solar System, visible to the naked eye and seen by thousands of amateur astronomers who would make a lot of noise about it. 

Complicating the matter: there is no evidence that Zakharovich exists! There are no publications by or persons with that name teaching at a university or at a post in a Federal bureau. He is only mentioned in the pulp fiction press. 

The Daily Mail has not mentioned whether they checked with NASA to see if astronomer Dyomin Damir Zakharovich is employed by a subcontractor or a grant recipient of NASA, as they have thousands of such relationships with people patching the myths of anthropogenic global warming, man-caused climate change, Mars missions or new planets.

There is a real threat that an asteroid could hit Earth and kill everything on it as it has happened once that we have documented 65 million years ago thus, it could have happened 69 times previous to that event. If NASA had used a fraction of the more than $1 trillion it has wasted on “Jockstraps in Space!,” we could have systems that would detect asteroids on a collision path, send rockets to them that could put a rocket motor package on said asteroid and nudge it out of its’ collision path. All could have been done for a small fraction of what we have wasted on utterly useless projects and frauds.

Militant liberals seem to be coordinating to take down President Donald Trump and his plans for America. One college campus’s situation has now far surpassed the riot stage!

Officials at U.C. Berkeley said the black-clad 'rioters' “essentially raided the campus.” College leaders went on to say the 'rioters' appeared to be acting as a  coordinated paramilitary force, via Berkeleyside. “They came in a military fashion, they were well-rehearsed,” U.C. Berkeley spokesman Dan Mogulof said when detailing what happened when what seemed to be a protest, then a riot, then something far more sinister, broke out on the liberal California college campus. “They seemed armed and dangerous.”

The 'rioters' were not exactly uniformed, but their attire and choice of weapons were too distinctly similar to be dismissed as merely rioting millennial snowflakes. Many of the U.C. Berkeley militants reportedly carried identical round long sticks, which were used to smash windows.
The liberal militants were largely adorned in black ski masks, black bandannas, black shirts, and black pants. Most of them concealed their faces.

The protests began in an attempt, a highly successful attempt, to silence the free speech rights of a gay conservative activist, Milo Yiannopoulos. In spite of all the footage of the riots, only a select few of the criminals were actually arrested.

About 150 so-called protesters stormed U.C. Berkeley’s Sproul Plaza. Fireworks, Molotov cocktails, and rocks were all hurled with great force at police officers who were trying to contain the violence and vandalism.

The FBI has been called in to investigate the U.C. Berkeley riots. The federal agents are going to attempt to determine exactly who the group was — and what else is on their vile agenda.

Many of the rioters shouted slogans accusing President Trump and Milo of being racists, fascists, and similar liberal jargon. Their actions that night on the U.C. Berkeley campus caused $100,000 in damage to the Martin Luther King Jr. student union and to the Amazon store located inside the center.

In all, about 1,500 people were protesting Yiannopoulos’s talk when the militants showed up. As previously reported by the Angry Patriot, one male Trump supporter was beaten unconscious, and one young woman wearing a “Make Bitcoin Great Again” cap had mace sprayed in her face by the rioters.

U.C. Berkeley President Robert Reich sparked intense controversy when he suggested 'right wing agitators' (??!!) might have been the true culprits of the riot. Reich raised the possibility that “Yiannopoulos and Breitbart were in cahoots with the agitators in order to lay the groundwork for a Trump crackdown on universities and their federal funding.”

That’s some heavy victim blaming! Apparently, to liberals, such behavior is socially acceptable when it targets conservatives.

When conservatives suggested the same thing — that it was not Trump supporters who were engaged in vicious attacks on muslims after the election — they were called racist, even when the allegations proved to be accurate!

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents detained scores of immigrants across the Los Angeles area in a massive deportation operation on Thursday, following President Donald Trump’s harsh executive order stepping up the crackdown of immigrants with criminal offenses living in the country illegally.

In what officials on Friday called routine enforcement actions, U.S. federal immigration agents arrested hundreds of undocumented immigrants in at least four states this week.
Coming on the heels of President Donald Trump's executive order barring refugees and immigrants from seven majority-Muslim nations, reports of immigration sweeps this week sparked concern among immigration advocates and families. Trump's order is currently on hold.
Ali Noorani, executive director of the National Immigration Forum, said in a statement, "Reports of raids in immigrant communities are a grave concern."
David Marin, director of enforcement and removal for the Los Angeles field office of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement said, the enforcement actions took place in Atlanta, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and surrounding areas.

Advocates and lawyers said that ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations agents detained 134 immigrants at their workplaces and homes in a series of raids. They said that some people were picked up as “collateral arrest” after they opened their doors to agents who were not there to specifically arrest them. ICE agents allegedly requested to see identification from everyone and took in family members who were undocumented.

The immigration sweeps are believed to have taken place across Southern California in Santa Paula, Oxnard, Van Nuys, San Bernardino, and Downey.

As of Thursday night, the ICE agency denied that it had detained 100 immigrants, the original figure given by lawyers who said that the number comes from a list of immigrants apprehended at the ICE office in Los Angeles.

“Our operations are targeted and lead driven, prioritizing individuals who pose a risk to our communities,” ICE spokeswoman Virginia Kice wrote in an email to ThinkProgress. She said officers conduct “routine” enforcement actions to arrest “known street gang members, child sex offenders, and deportable foreign nationals with significant drug trafficking convictions.”

Kice added that the agency prioritizes cases based on factors such as the person’s criminal and immigration history, “as well as the viability of the leads we have on the individual’s possible whereabouts.”

But advocates disagree. They say that this particular raid was not “routine” and that the immigrants detained did not pose a risk to their communities.

Routine immigration operations typically detain three to five people — but a sweep across seven counties to round up people appears to be a direct consequence of Trump’s recent executive order that gives broad power for agents to detain 'immigrants' (??!! What about ILLEGALS crossing this nation's borders in the thousands?), advocates said. 

Trump’s order gave agents greater authority to arrest “removable aliens” who “have been convicted of any criminal offense,” may not have left the country after receiving a final order of removal, or can pose a public safety or national security risk as determined by an immigration officer.

Jorge-Mario Cabrera, the Director of Communications at the immigrant advocacy group Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA), told ThinkProgress that the immigrants arrested this week were “low-priority.

Cabrera said that, by late Thursday evening, lawyers were able to consult 16 people detained in the raids who do not, in fact, have criminal records. One of those detainees has two U.S. born children (this is the 'strategy' used to have 'legal' grounds to remain here soaking freebies off hard working Americans while demonstrating in LaRaza riots, communing with muslim jahidas, etc), no criminal background, and has spent 'years' living in the United States.

Another one was considered a “gang member” simply because of old speeding tickets and tattoos.Karla Navarrete, an attorney who was at the ICE office in Los Angeles to represent detained immigrants, told ThinkProgress (and WHO FUNDS this group? That alone would speak VOLUMES!) that some of the 'immigrants' were likely immediately deported.  An ICE officer told her that one of the people she represents — a father to three children who are U.S. citizens who was likely eligible for a green card — had been deported. But Navarrete couldn’t confirm that because she was denied entry to physically see him. “We don’t know because we don’t believe them,” she said. She is now working to file a stay for the man.!!!
