The  technique and the term originated from cattle drives in the United States in the 1800s.  Today in our nation it appears the Judas goats are in full operation in the situation regarding the RV/GCR.  They are also being used with various conservation projects such as the Bundy Ranch standoff and the North Dakota pipeline... In the past we have fallen for JUDAS goats involved with various business situations. In regard to the RV/GCR, we wanted so badly for our good guys to win, but after 8 years of waiting, watching the cabal hold our humanity saver in check-mate, we have finally given up.  We have listened to every excuse imaginable over and over again and now we believe we are even more stupid than sheep because we keep falling for the same ole' cabal shittola put out by their Judas goats.  Today it was confirmed that the expected proceeds from the RV/GCR exchanges have been assessed with taxes and other to be expected gimmicks and gags amounting to approximately 17%. We even heard again today that the Core payments still had not been paid and that the  Chinese were still holding it up. Following is a list of the 'assessments' against the proceeds from the RV exchanges: ZIM - 1% to the Rothschild CABAL! How does THAT grab you? We are being required to finance the very enemy that we had hoped for and THOUGHT was being REMOVED. 2% to the U.S. - to keep the cabal rogue 'government' and traitors in operation? 11% GOES TO INFO-STRUCTURES OF THE WORLD (MOST PROBABLY CABAL/MUSLIM). WHO is in charge of those funds, and the projects and staffing? 2% CHINA (has already been receiving profits in the gad-zillions from platform trades using the GCR/RV monies) 1% GOES SOMEWHERE ELSE BUT DID NOT HEAR WHERE... OUR QUESTION IS:  WHERE IS THIS CRAPPOLA ORIGINATING FROM? WHO are the people pushing for these assessments and what are THEY going to walk away with as a result?? THERE ARE TO BE NO 'TAXES' ON THE ONE-FOR-ONE CURRENCY EXCHANGES All the while the U.S. 'good military' are allowing the 'bad guys' ('bad military', NATO, the United Nations) to use space weapons against the people of our nation. Major fires have been started and inflamed, animals and people have been killed, the homes and property of the people have been destroyed. This is happening again right now in California.   Imagine that you are living in Russia or China and the Cabal was sending chemtrail planes into your country to kill you and your leaders. Russia and China will have nothing of this, and are shooting down any and all chemtrail planes crossing in to their nations. As for the RV/GCR, day after day, week after week and month after month we continue to hear the excuses and fluff of the likes of Jared, Tank and others.  Recently there has been BS  such as 'Oh!  Did you hear its happening in RENO BIG TIME right now?!' and the 'Admirals group completed their exchanges in Reno last week and they are all hydrated'.  This and more only to have more reports that NO - the Admirals group did NOT exchange nor did they get hydrated, and NO ONE has received any funds, and the core payments STILL are not paid, and the old man has to fly to Hong Kong yet one more time to get papers signed, and on and on. Folks, how much longer are you going to hang on to every word - which turns out to be a lie - yet another attempt by the RV/GCR Judas goats to keep you pacified while those in control wait to see how long you can be pacified by the lies and deception?  And while they continue on with the illegal agenda against the people and our nation?

The leak comes just four days before TransCanada faces an important vote.

The Keystone pipeline was temporarily shut down on Thursday after leaking about 210,000 gallons of oil into Marshall County, South Dakota*, during an early-morning spill.

TransCanada, the company which operates the pipeline, said it noticed a loss of pressure in Keystone at about 5:45 a.m.

According to a company statement, workers had “completely isolated” the section and “activated emergency procedures” within 15 minutes.
 

Brian Walsh, a state environmental scientist, told the local station KSFY that TransCanada informed the South Dakota Department of Environment and Natural Resources about the spill by 10:30 a.m.
 

TransCanada estimates that the pipeline leaked about 5,000 barrels of oil at the site, Walsh said. A barrel holds 42 U.S. gallons of crude oil.
 

The Keystone pipeline system is nearly 3,000 miles long and links oil fields in Alberta, Canada, to the large crude-trading hubs in Patoka, Illinois, and Cushing, Oklahoma. It was completed in 2011. The entirety of its northern span—which travels through North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Illinois—would stay closed until the leak was fixed, the company said.

TransCanada said it was still operating the pipeline’s southern span which connects Oklahoma to export terminals along the Gulf Coast.

The pipeline’s better-known sister project — the Keystone XL pipeline—was proposed in 2008 as a shortcut and enlargement of the Keystone pipeline.
 

In 2011, climate activists seized upon the Keystone XL pipeline, warning that its completion would allow the exploitation of much of Alberta’s tar sands and lock in too much future carbon pollution.

James Hansen, then the director of the NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies, warned in The New York Times that exporting oil from the Albertan tar sands would mean “game over for the climate.”

In 2015, President Barack Obama blocked the pipeline as part of his administration’s preparation for the UN climate-change talks in Paris. But less than a week after his inauguration, President Donald Trump ordered that decision reversed. What the Trump boyz didn't calculate was the LEAK and others that are coming..... TRUMP went against a judge's orders/decision so he could save 45,000 jobs and perhaps gamble against 17M peoples' drinking water...

Trans-Canada faces one final approval— from the Nebraska Public Service Commission — before it can finish building Keystone XL. In a fluke of timing, that all-important meeting will take place this Monday, November 20.

TransCanada has already completed two spans of new pipeline around the trading hub in Oklahoma. Those projects make up about 40 percent of the Keystone XL project, and oil is already flowing through them.

But even if the company wins approval next week, some analysts argue that the falling price of oil has made Keystone XL uneconomical. (STUPID AHOS! SOMEONE NEEDS TO LOSE THEIR MANSIONS OVER THIS CRAPPOLA!)

The long-term environmental costs of an oil spill can vary greatly by location and the length of time the spill goes unnoticed. In 2006, BP spilled 267,000 gallons of crude oil in Prudhoe Bay on Alaska’s northern coast. Though that is about the same amount that leaked from Keystone on Thursday, it flowed from the BP pipeline over at least five days. BP ultimately paid more than $100 million to the federal government, the state of Alaska, and Alaskans for damages related to the incident.

And so, as they say in the horror movies, it begins…! The unwinding of the Federal Reserve’s balance sheet. Such an esoteric concept! Is there one in ten thousand of the millions of people who sit at desks all day long from sea to shining sea who have a clue how this works? Or what its relationship is to the real world?

I confess, my understanding of it is incomplete and schematic at best — in the way that my understanding of a Las Vegas magic act might be. All the flash and dazzle conceals the magician’s misdirection. The magician is either a scary supernatural being or a magnificent fraud. Anyway, the audience ‘out there’ for the Federal Reserve’s magic act — x-million people preoccupied by their futures slipping away, their cars falling apart, their kid’s $53,000 college loan burden, or the $6,000 bill they just received for going to the emergency room with a cut finger — wouldn’t give a good goddamn even if they knew the Fed’s magic show was going on.

So, the Fed has this thing called a balance sheet, which is actually a computer file, filled with entries that denote securities that it holds. These securities, mostly US government bonds of various categories and bundles of mortgages wrangled together by the mysterious government-sponsored entity called Freddie Mac, represent about $4.5 trillion in debt. They’re IOUs that supposedly pay interest for a set number of years. When that term of years expires, the Fed gets back the money it loaned, which is called the principal. Ahhhh, here’s the cute part!

You see, the money that the Fed loaned to the US government (in exchange for a bond) was never there in the first place. The Fed prestidigitated it out of an alternate universe. They gave this money to a “primary dealer” bank in exchange for the bond, which the bank abracadabraed up for the US Treasury. Well, not really. In fact, the Fed just made a notation on the bank’s “reserve” account that the money from the alternate universe appeared there. Somehow that money was sent via a virtual pneumatic tube to the US Treasury, where it was used to pay for drones to blow up Yemeni wedding parties, and for the Secret Service to visit pole dancing bars when the president traveled to foreign lands.

Here’s the fun part. The Fed announces that it is going to shed this nasty debt, at about $10 billion worth a month starting this past October. Their stated goal is to reach an ultimate wind-down velocity of $50 billion a month (cue laugh track). If they ever get there (cue laugh track) it would take 20 years to complete the wind-down. The chance of that happening is about the same as the chance that Janet Yellen will come down your chimney on December 24 with a sack-full of chocolate Bitcoins. But never mind the long view for the moment.

One way they plan to accomplish this feat is to “roll off” the bonds. That is, when the bonds mature — i.e. come to the end of their term — they will cease to exist. Poof! Wait a minute! When a bond matures, the issuer has to send the principal back to the lender. After all, the Fed lent the US Treasury X-billion dollars, the US Treasury paid interest on the loan for X-years, and now it has to fork over the full value of the loan (hopefully in dollars that have magically inflated over the years and are now worth less than when they were borrowed — another magic trick!). But that doesn’t happen.

Instead, when the theoretical principal is returned to the Fed, the Fed disappears the money, like the girl in a bikini onstage who enters the magician’s sacred box and vanishes. Now you see her, now you don’t. The explanation, of course, might be that the money was never really there in the first place, so it makes sense to fire it back to the alternative universe it came from. Well, uh, I guess….

The catch is: for a while it was here on earth and folks were doing stuff with it, such as the aforementioned drone strikes and pole dancers. Not only that, but the “primary dealer” banks were allowed to loan out ten times the reserve minimum denoted on their Fed accounts for participating in the scheme. Who did they lend all that money to? Apparently, a lot of it went to corporations who borrowed it at ultra-low interest rates in order to buy back their own stock, which paid dividends way higher than the interest rate they borrowed at to buy the stuff, and which also pumped up the share value of the stocks, which also happened to make the executives of the corporations way richer in terms of their stock options and bonuses (awarded for boosting the share value of the stock!).

And so, shazzam: I give you the one-percent! And a bankrupt United States of America.

And don’t even ask about all those bundles of janky Freddie Mac mortgages fobbed off on the Fed. The reason they did that in the first place was because those mortgages weren’t being paid off, and the banks and insurance companies that held them were choking to death on them. So they parked them in a crawl space under the Fed’s Eccles Building in Washington, hoping they would just turn to compost And guess what: they’re no more valuable now then they were then. File that one under Necrophilia.

Washington has already lost the Syrian war once. Now it is about to lose it a second time.

A few days ago the president of Russia, Vladimir Putin, declared a “complete victory” in Syria:

“Two hours ago, the (Russian) defense minister reported to me that the operations on the eastern and western banks of the Euphrates have been completed with the total rout of the terrorists.”

The Iranian commander of the forces which support the Syrian and Iraqi governments sent a note to the U.S. to let Washington know that any remaining U.S. forces in Syria will be fought down:

“The commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corp Brigadier General Haj Qassem Soleimani sent a verbal letter, via Russia, to the head of the US forces commander in Syria, advising him to pull out all US forces to the last soldier ‘or the doors of hell will open up.'”

“My message to the US military command: when the battle against ISIS (the Islamic State group) will end, no American soldier will be tolerated in Syria. I advise you to leave by your own will or you will be forced to it.” 

According to reports, Russia has confirmed that Iran will stay in Syria as long as Syrian President Assad, who insists on liberating all of Syria without exception for the Americans, decides. Washington’s plan to occupy a corner of Syria and revive ISIS is dead in the water, as will be all US troops sacrificed to this purpose.

According to reports, CIA director Mike Pompeo sent a letter to Soleimani expressing his concern about Iran’s intention to attack American interests, declaring Washington “will hold Soleimani and Iran accountable for any attack.”

According to reports the CIA’s letter had no effect and was treated with total contempt:

“Mohammad Mohammadi Golpayegani, a senior aid to the Grand Ayatollah Ali Khamenei confirmed Pompeo’s attempt to send a letter but said  ‘Soleimani refused to read it or to take it because he has nothing further to add.’ Sources in the area believe it is not unlikely that Kurdish troups – operating in al-Hasaka and who are faithful to the government of Damascus – are willing to be spearheaded against the US forces. Many of these troops remained loyal to Syria: they reject any occupation forces on its land or the partition of the country.”

There are references to 1983 events where hundreds of US Marines and French paratroopers were killed following double suicide attacks by Islamists in Beirut. As a consequence of these attacks, the American forces left in a rush. The future could well mirror this past event. 

Possibly this is fake news. If not, we must accept that the humiliation that the United States, its government and its peoples have suffered is the work of the neoconservatives and their doctrine of American World Hegemony. It is the neoconservatives who caused the US to be at war with Muslims for 16 years. It is the neo-conservatives acting through Obama and Hillary who brought America to humiliating defeat in Syria. 

There are only a handful of these neoconservatives. Why do Americans tolerate them?

Why doesn’t Trump have them arrested? They are anti-American, pro-Israel to the core. The neoconservatives are the worst enemy of Americans and of all mankind.

It looks like the Russians have had enough of Washington’s arrogance.

Russian general Konashenkov, whose Su-35 chased away the inferior US F-22 that was attempting to interfere with a Russian attack on ISIS said that any claims made by US military officials concerning the fact that there is “any part of the airspace in Syria that belongs to the US” are “puzzling.” Konashenkov also said that “Syria is a sovereign state and a UN member and that means that there can be no US airspace ‘of its own.’ Unlike the Russian Air Force, the US-led coalition is operating in Syria without any legal basis.” 

Will Washington realize that it has squandered its leadership in the Middle East and go home, or will Washington bring more humiliation upon America?
