This just in from a friend regarding our funds. Just keep the faith and stay the observer as all the obsticles are removed. Interesting they met in Paris. As they say, Rome wasn't built in a day and the fruition of this project has certainly not taken place in a timely manner either, if you get my gist!

On tues all the nations in the world had personnel in Paris for the final sign off of every thing, currency re-valuation, and Prosperity programs. Yesterday they were cleaning up all paperwork they generated and filing it. when they have completed, then they'll let frenchy swipe his card and let us go to our freedom.
