Iraqi Smart Cards Possibly Being Loaded

Hello all! Just wanted to bring something to your attention. I follow the International Smart Card page for the Iraqi dinar on Facebook and it appears that the cards are currently being loaded. I'm not positive, as I am relying on the translation accuracy, but it seems so.
