These videos are borderline nonsense!
Even grade school children know that the base of a gas flame is cool enough that the fuel isn't actually burning.
...If they wanted the snow to melt,they needed to put the snow at the top of the flame where the heat is
...The way they were trying to heat the snow merely made the snow come in contact with the much cooler butane gas coming out of the lighter. ....The black soot that was deposited on the snow is the result of inefficient combustion temperatures at the point where the butane contacts the snow. .....Something like the soot that accumulates in a kerosene lantern before you trim the flame properly.
I don't deny the fact that the government is doing terrible things to our population, but this sure isn't any kind of evidence to that!
