That paper was thrown into the court's trash. It was filed by John Darash or John Vidurek (he uses both names) in a case that was already closed. Note he is too much of a coward to identify himself using a legible signature

The court record says: "02/20/2018 64 NOTICE: Document titled "Indictment" filed by Grand Jury, Sovereigns of the Court, Pro Se. Clerk notes that this is a Closed Case, no action to be taken. (jmb) (Entered: 02/22/2018)"

Well, it looks true if it is filed in Federal court. The problem is not the filing. The problem is the judge and who s/he works for (Obama/Hillary/Soros) and/or if he is SES!!!!
