UNITED STATES of America - At this hour we can divulge that International Monetary Fund (IMF) President Christine Lagarde has told European Central Bank (ECB) officials that the bonds that are supposed to be used as collateral for the second Greek bail out are unregistered (Barclays Bank back ended derivatives). Yes, all of this done on a bank holiday. Martin Luther King, Jr. day. No bank transactions during bank holidays? Yes! The crooks have been found too! Obama, Bernanke & Geithner to name a few. I cannot make this stuff up!
Christine Lagarde has told the ECB as well as the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) that these bonds are nothing but junk.

At least Bank of America got its name right. The ultimate Too Big to Fail bank really is America, a hypergluttonous ward of the state whose limitless fraud and criminal conspiracies we'll all be paying for until the end of time.
Did you hear about the plot to rig global interest rates?
ü  The $137 million fine for bilking needy schools and cities?
ü  The ingenious plan to suck multiple fees out of the unemployment checks of jobless workers?
ü  Take your eyes off them for 10 seconds and guaranteed, they'll be into some shit again: This bank is like the world's worst-behaved teenager, taking your car and running over kittens and fire hydrants on the way to Vegas for the weekend, maxing out your credit cards in the three days you spend at your aunt's funeral.
ü  They're out of control, yet they'll never do time or go out of business, because the government remains creepily committed to their survival, like overindulgent parents who refuse to believe their 40-year-old live-at-home son could possibly be responsible for those dead hookers in the backyard.
*      It's been four years since the government, in the name of preventing a depression, saved this megabank from ruin by pumping $45 billion of taxpayer money into its arm.
*      Since then, the Obama administration has looked the other way as the bank committed an astonishing variety of crimes – some elaborate and brilliant in their conception, some so crude that they'd be beneath your average street thug.
*      Bank of America has systematically ripped off almost everyone with whom it has a significant business relationship, cheating investors, insurers, depositors, homeowners, shareholders, pensioners and taxpayers.
*      It brought tens of thousands of Americans to foreclosure court using bogus, "robo-signed" evidence – a type of mass perjury that it helped pioneer.
*      It hawked worthless mortgages to dozens of unions and state pension funds, draining them of hundreds of millions in value.
*      And when it wasn't ripping off workers and pensioners, it was helping to push insurance giants like AMBAC into bankruptcy by fraudulently inducing them to spend hundreds of millions insuring those same worthless mortgages.

20,000+ extra resignations that no one is reporting

Over 20,000 resignations/house arrests are visible using data from
the SEC Securities and Exchange Commission.
 
    The Securities Exchange Act of 1934 requires that publicly traded companies must
    report to the SEC whenever a member of the Board or certain officers resign.
    Also, the SEC has a database named EDGAR that is open to the public. After a
    little research, what was discovered is that corporations must report said
    resignations on Form 8-K, Item 5.02. From there, it was a simple matter of
    searching only Form 8-Ks within a specific range of dates, and including the
    boolean search terms "Resigns" and "Resignation".
 
    I felt this would at least offer us a baseline comparison to see if there is
    truly an uptick in resignations, or if it just appears that way. I think you
    will be interested in the results.
 
    From the start of 2008 to the second quarter of 2011 the resignations remained
    steady @ about 2000 per quarter.
 
Suddenly in the 3rd quarter of 2011 they
    increased by 50% to 3000 for that quarter. (That's an extra 1000).
Then in the  4th quarter they jumped to 7000. (That's an additional extra 5000 resignations).
Now without the full quarter results for the first quarter of 2012 they are up
    to 16,000. (That's an extra 14,000 resignations & increasing fast).
 
    That's a total of 20,000+ extra resignations that no one is reporting in news
    papers & nothing of course in the major media!
 
These are people who were in sting situations but didn’t know it when their opportunistic
  thefts of funds became a trap providing evidence of their wrong doing.  Reports of
  their resignations usually involve house arrest in many cases including
  inability to leave the country.  Full exposure of their crimes will follow
  in due course.  This involves financial houses and banks worldwide.

Network affiliate documents evidence in Obama eligibility dispute

A stunning challenge has been issued in the argument over Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president, and it comes from a lead investigator for Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Maricopa County, Ariz.
Arpaio’s team of volunteer professional law enforcement officers and attorneys concluded after a six-month investigation that there is probable cause that forgery and fraud were committed in the process through which Obama released a “Certificate of Live Birth” image at the White House last year.
Arpaio has assured those interested that the investigation is continuing and earlier suggested that the appropriate avenue might be for Congress to begin an investigation.
The challenge came from lead investigator Mike Zullo, who was interviewed by the CBS Channel 5 affiliate in Phoenix. Reporter Heather Moore pointed out that it was Zullo’s name and face that was being attached to the investigative report, and she asked how comfortable was he making the allegations.
“Very comfortable,” he said, citing experts the investigators consulted during their 2,200 hours of work. “You can build the document. You can’t do that if you scan [a document],”

Then she asks what he would say to “naysayers” who claim the allegations are just a bunch of “B.S.”
“Prove it,” he said. “We did.”
He added, “We proved our point. That document’s created.”
Specifically, he said the image that was released by Obama never was an original hard copy that was scanned, as the White House described. It was instead, he said, an idea created in a computer.
The CBS affiliate report already has had more than half a million views, meaning that the response the station got from the White House on the issue, a reference to a year-old statement by Obama that such issues are “side shows,” may not be sufficient much longer.
Arpaio, at his original news conference announcing the results, said he was not accusing Obama of any crime.
But he said the evidence uncovered shows “violations of the law. We’re investigating those crimes.”
At that time, the posse confirmed it has identified at least one person of interest in the alleged forgery of Obama’s birth certificate.
In fact, Zullo reported, “We have identified the computer manufacturer, [and] where that document resided 20 minutes before it was uploaded onto the White House website.”
The issue of Obama’s birth certificate centers on his eligibility to be president, since the Constitution requires that a president be a “natural-born citizen.”
The term is not defined in the Constitution, but at the time the document was written, many experts believe it referred to the offspring of two citizens of the country. Some critics say the place of birth is irrelevant, since Obama has written that Barack Obama Sr., his father, never was a U.S. citizen.
The posse also said evidence suggests the Hawaii Department of Health has engaged in a systematic effort to hide from public inspection any original 1961 birth records it may have in its possession.
Arpaio launched the investigation at the request of 250 of his constituents. He assigned it to independent volunteers so that taxpayers would bear none of the costs of the investigation.

The number 144 has been spoken of on many occasions, and we at this time would like to clarify the properties of this energy. The number 144 denotes energy properties of a higher structural frequency. This number is the building block for higher dimensional structure and form, and based upon this number, your new home will be designed and constructed.
Much of this universe has been created through mathematical systems, and your world today is no different. Your world today is a product of a lower dimensional mathematical formula, and your experiences here are a direct result of this equation. The mathematical structure of your world is now changing, breaking down and being reconstructed through the use of a greater mathematical formula. The result will be that you will begin to experience higher dimensional states and experiences, and these will be based on the number and its accompanying energies of 144. This is why you are seeing this number often at this time, and seeing and recognizing this number will assist in your restructuring process.
There are many numbers that many of you are beginning to take notice of throughout your awakening, and the number 144 is but one of them. As we have said, all the gifts you are to receive are not gifts from us, but gifts from your Creator, and by decree, we of the higher realms are assisting in our own way make all this possible. These gifts have been bestowed on us in our past, and they were presented to us by others who assisted in creation in this way. Allow us to share these blessings with you just as they have been shared with us, for this is the manner in which this universe has been designed, never ending in its vastness, its beauty, and its abundance.
No matter how high in the skies we are we will always be close to you, guiding you, and protecting you. You have never been alone on your journeys, no matter how long they have been and what you have had to endure for your advancement. We come to you now in reunion; we are not meeting you for the first time.
Please do what you can to allow others to see this, as this will make it much easier for them to overcome their fear of us and accept us. We are your families, we are not strangers. We are your friends, not your enemies. We are here to help you and not to conquer. All will see this, and all will learn that their fears were unfounded. This is the way it will be, as it must for your benefit.
It is very important for those of your world to accept us. We come on a mission to assist you through this period in your history that will be very challenging. We know what is ahead for you. Many of you do not see this yet what we see clearly. We know what needs to be done, and we have the tools and experience to complete these tasks. Allow us to share what we have with you. Overcoming your fears of us and allowing us to assist you will benefit all of your world greatly, and we are eager and happy to be of service in this way.
The time is drawing near for us to make our introductions to you. We must begin soon our many projects, and some of them are quite entailed and complex. These projects need to be completed by the time of your ascension, and as time is rapidly compressing as you move forward, the time available to get our work done is running very short. Once we can get underway we will be working very quickly as there will be no time available to waste sitting idly.
We will recruit as many of you as needed to assist in these great tasks, and your training sessions will also move ahead at a brisk pace. This is why we ask you to remain sharp and remain focused. It will be soon that you will be called upon in service, and you will be expected to bring your best with you and reach your greatest potential as a member of the Galactic Federation of Light.

attacks of 9/11. Shocking because it's NOT full of 'conspiracy
theories'. There is no guess work here as to how or why,
911 IN PLANE SITE simply revisits the news broadcasts of that day
and points out how much of the story simply disappeared as the
'Official Story' took shape. It reviews 'forgotten' video evidence
of that day and points out how much of it contradicts the present
view of events.
