Greetings fellow Patriots and Minute Men.
(Due to the high volume of request , we decided to release this today).
We hope you are having a great Memorial weekend. Over the past Two Hundred Thirty Plus Years. Americans have fought, shared their blood , sweat and tears for an Idea. The Idea that man has a right to live his life in freedom. That Idea is described and wrapped around a body known as the Constitution of the United States of America. So it seems only fitting that we start this movement that we are about to embark on Memorial Weekend . To honor all those Veterans and those on Active Duty that have taken an oath to the Constitution. We’ve seen over the past many decades the slow methodical attempt to undermine the Constitution and our Bill of Rights at all levels of Government . What we are going to demand going forward is , that we Americans , We The People, set in stone the fact , that we will not allow , the elected , the appointed, the media , no one will be allowed to destroy our Constitution. Period , END OF STORY!

Therefore ladies and gentlemen, we are going to follow Mr. Jefferson’s advice. We shall win this fight to save our Constitution. Many will believe that his effort is solely aimed at one Barack Hussein Obama, and in a very minuet way it is. But more important , is that we all fight to serve, honor and protect the Constitution against all enemies Foreign and Domestic.
Below we have provided you with links to several documents. What we are pleading with you to do is to set a goal. For example we know that in this initial mailing. It will reach in the neighborhood of ( 20) twenty thousand Americans. We need to rally( 35), thirty five million Americans in this effort. Here are the possibilities. Twenty thousand Americans must set a goal to forward and contact an additional (100) one hundred Patriots. That comes to ( 2 ) two million Americans, those (2) Two million Americans contact (20) twenty additional Americans. We now have planted (40) forty million seeds. We can assume that 5% five percent of those will sit on it, do nothing hoping others will carry the water for them. However, we now have (38) thirty-eight million Americans stepping up to honor those that have gone before us . While paving the way forward to save America, from those that want to destroy it.
Im sure that many of you have been involved in Multi Level Marketing Business’s in the past. So you know that when they first start is when they have tremendous growth. That is how we will accomplish this mission. In three months we should be flying a banner that reads “Phase One Accomplished” . Folks that will be just the beginning. More on that down the road.
We are asking then that everyone, once they’ve opened the links , that they print , copy and paste to an email, or snail mail the appropriate document to the relevant agency, congressman or woman, senator, Governor, your state attorney general, and definitely your Secretary of State, your County Sheriff. Send the Demand letter to the Joint Chiefs, the Supreme Court Justices, you local federal district judges, your superior court judges. The first link is the We the People Demand letter that letter should go to every elected or appointed. It should accompany the other documents that are directed to congress, the military, and law enforcement If you have family in the military, send it to them, let them know that your standing along side of them defending the Constitution. Make a 100 copies and hand them out were ever you go and tell them to make 100 copies and so on . But they must send these demands to the District of Columbia as well.
We must place enormous public pressure on the FBI and Congress to do what they have taken an oath to do. We must tell them to either do their job or get out of the way. We can not allow the total destruction of our Constitution and our Bill of Rights.

Could it be that we have lost the true cost of war as we morn its dead ~ could it be that flowers and flags can never justify the inhumanity of war ~ could it be that all wars are lost because there are no true winners and lastly why are we continuing to justify our current illegal occupations by falsely calling them wars. In wartime, everything is done to subvert the force of love but in the end ~ only love prevails:
Here are some thought provoking quotes and serious thoughts to mull over on memorial Day 2012 but first let’s have a reality check and watch a must see Real News video of Larry Wilkerson discussing the National Defense Authorization Act that recently passed the Senate giving the president the power for indefinite detention without trial ~ which Wilkerson correctly asserts is a draconian violation of our rights. (Link) 7 minute video Wilkerson correctly calls this “another step on the road to tyranny“ and also shares that the Defense (War) Department “now is completely in control of over two thirds of our intelligence facilities.”
The founders of our Republic were seriously opposed to handing this much military power over to the executive branch, fearing tyranny. If enacted into law, this provision will make Obama a dictator who can wage war anywhere and without the consent of the American people and it’s duly elected Congress. Events in the past have warned of the danger of an out of control war making machine ~ which we most certainly have at the present time.

When people say “support the troops” but aren’t fighting to bring them home and keep the criminals who run these wars and occupations in check, I wonder how serious they are about helping anybody. Others have expressed the same doubts about the futility of war;

Only love can reach the common taproot beneath the primordial necessity to kill because love and the urge to unite is not only deepest within ourselves ~ it is also the driving force of evolution and we resist it at our peril.
And this is the truth that shall set everything ablaze; The basic underlying and uniting force of the Universe is a psychic energy field of love and soul consciousness (the Unified Field ) which lies not only beyond time and space but also beneath our deepest fears ~ and whose principle property is the universal urge to unite.
The June 1995 issue of Scientific American featured an article titled The Arithmetic’s of Mutual Help in which it shared that computer experiments conclusively show how cooperation rather than exploitation can dominate in the Darwinian struggle for survival … ”In the course of evolution, there appears to have been ample opportunity for cooperation to have assisted everything from humans to molecules. In a sense, cooperation could be older than life itself. “ And what else but love and this innate urge to unite could be older than life itself.
But I am not alone in singing this song of innate connectedness, love and hope.
Chris Hedges, award winning human rights journalist and peace activist, makes this same point in his interview with Sarah Ruth Van Gelder in the Winter 2005 edition of YES Magazine:
SARAH: ” In your book, you say, “Lurking beneath the surface of every society, including ours, is the passionate yearning for a nationalist cause that exalts us … the kind that war alone is able to deliver.” That yearning suggests that we’re always going to be either at war or on the brink of war. Do you see any forces that can temper that tendency? “
CHRIS: “The only force that is powerful enough to subvert the force of war is love. Love is never organized. Love is always individual love. Love is a force that is built between two human beings. In wartime, everything is done to subvert that force.
I don’t know that there’s an organized force that can stand up to the allure of war, which gives us a sense of empowerment ~ allows us to be part of a cause, to ennoble ourselves, to rise above our small stations in life.
The need to find meaning like that, I think, is an indication of the huge deficit of our emotional life. In conflict after conflict, those who are able to remain sane, who were never able to hate the perfidious enemy (who, in places like the Balkans, were often their neighbors), were those who had good relationships, those who were in love.” See article
So in wartime, everything is done to subvert the force of love ~ but in the end only love prevails because it lies deepest within ourselves and we resist it at our evolutionary peril.
So on Memorial Day 2012 ~ let us honor those who have died, let us heal the countless wounded and let us take the necessary action to stop these illegal occupations, masqueraded as wars ~ which are actually mockeries of freedom and liberty.

Stratospheric Welsbach seeding for reduction of global warming
Abstract
A method is described for reducing atmospheric or global warming resulting from the presence of heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere, i.e., from the greenhouse effect. Such gases are relatively transparent to sunshine, but absorb strongly the long-wavelength infrared radiation released by the earth. The method incudes the step of seeding the layer of heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere with particles of materials characterized by wavelength-dependent emissivity. Such materials include Welsbach materials and the oxides of metals which have high emissivity (and thus low reflectivities) in the visible and 8-12 micron infrared wavelength regions.

Claims
What is claimed is:
1. A method of reducing atmospheric warming due to the greenhouse effect resulting from a layer of gases in the atmosphere which absorb strongly near infrared wavelength radiation, comprising the step of dispersing tiny particles of a material within the gases' layer, the particle material characterized by wavelength-dependent emissivity or reflectivity, in that said material has high emissivities with respect to radiation in the visible and far infrared wavelength spectra, and low emissivity in the near infrared wavelength spectrum, whereby said tiny particles provide a means for converting infrared heat energy into far infrared radiation which is radiated into space.
2. The method of claim wherein said material comprises one or more of the oxides of metals.
3. The method of claim 1 wherein said material comprises aluminum oxide.
4. The method of claim 1 wherein said material comprises thorium oxide.
5. The method of claim 1 wherein said particles are dispersed by seeding the stratosphere with a quantity of said particles at altitudes in the range of seven to thirteen kilometers above the earth's surface.
6. The method of claim 1 wherein the size of said particles is in the range of ten to one hundred microns.
7. The method of claim wherein said material comprises a refractory material.
8. The method of claim 1 wherein said material is a Welsbach material.
9. The method of claim 1 wherein the number of said dispersed particles per unit area in the particle layer is greater than or equal to 1/.sigma..sub.abs 1, where 1 is the thickness of the particle layer and .sigma..sub.abs is the absorption coefficient of the particles at the far infrared wavelengths.
10. A method for reducing atmospheric warming due to the greenhouse effect resulting from a greenhouse gases layer, comprising the following step:
seeding the greenhouse gases' layer with a quantity of tiny particles of a material characterized by wavelength-dependent emissivity or reflectivity, in that said materials have high emissivities in the visible and far infrared wavelength spectra and low emissivity in the near infrared wavelength spectrum,
whereby said particles are suspended within said gases' layer and provide a means for converting radiative energy at near infrared wavelengths into radiation at the far infrared wavelengths, permitting some of the converted radiation to escape into space.
11. The method of claim 10 wherein said material comprises one or more of the oxides of metals.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to a method for the reduction of global warming resulting from the greenhouse effect, and in particular to a method which involves the seeding of the earth's stratosphere with Welsbach-like materials.
Global warming has been a great concern of many environmental scientists. Scientists believe that the greenhouse effect is responsible for global warming. Greatly increased amounts of heat-trapping gases have been generated since the Industrial Revolution. These gases, such as CO.sub.2, CFC, and methane, accumulate in the atmosphere and allow sunlight to stream in freely but block heat from escaping (greenhouse effect). These gases are relatively transparent to sunshine but absorb strongly the long-wavelength infrared radiation released by the earth.
Most current approaches to reduce global warming are to restrict the release of various greenhouse gases, such as CO.sub.2, CFC, and methane. These imply the need to establish new regulations and the need to monitor various gases and to enforce the regulations.
One proposed solution to the problem of global warming involves the seeding of the atmosphere with metallic particles. One technique proposed to seed the metallic particles was to add the tiny particles to the fuel of jet airliners, so that the particles would be emitted from the jet engine exhaust while the airliner was at its cruising altitude. While this method would increase the reflection of visible light incident from space, the metallic particles would trap the long wavelength blackbody radiation released from the earth. This could result in net increase in global warming.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a method for reduction of global warming due to the greenhouse effect which permits heat to escape through the atmosphere.
