Mayor Rahm Emanuel declared that “Chicago Values” did not include traditional marriage and that Dan Cathy, the CEO of Chick-Fil-A, advocating for “biblical marriage” was not welcome in Chicago.

That statement must have come as quite a surprise for the hundreds of thousands of Chicago heterosexual married couples.

Rahm Emanuel, David Axelrod, Bill Daley, Valerie Jarrett, and Mr. and Mrs. Obama brought their “Chicago Values” to Washington and the country has never been the same since.

If there was a cultural, economic, or political trend taking the country in the wrong direction, Obama and his Chicago Values have accelerated that trend.

Chicago Values includes revoking the First Amendment right of the Catholic Church by mandating the inclusion of morally repugnant “coverage” in health insurance for employees of Church affiliated hospitals, community centers, schools, and orphanages.

Catholics in private life are affected too.

Hercules Company in Colorado won an injunction against Obamacare because the First Amendment protects the American citizen from being forced by the Federal Government to act contrary to moral belief. Hercules has a health plan for its employees but objected to the inclusion of coverage for abortion inducing drugs.

Chicago Values also includes lying. Obama repeatedly promised that Obamacare would save money.

Companies like Papa John’s Pizza and McDonalds who have signed on for Obamacare have admitted that the extra costs for “free” coverage will be passed on to consumers in the form of higher prices for Papa John’s pizza and McDonalds Big Mac.

Chicago Values also includes dictating what business is to be favored and what scorned.

Companies started by Obama contributors to further the “utter transformation” of the United States into a green energy paradise got grants, loans, and tax breaks.

Solyndra got funded, then went bankrupt faster than Obama could blame Bain Capital for closing a steel plant.

Harry Reid got $2.3 Billion in federal stimulus money for favored green energy plants in Nevada. The investment created a total of 288 jobs. The bankruptcy of a number of these companies made money for the bankruptcy bar. Electric bills in Nevada quadrupled. Welcome to the Chicago Way.

Chicago Values also includes the application of raw power.

Just as Chicago mayors forget to plow the snow in the streets in front of the homes of critics and political opponents and reward faithful supporters with turkeys on Thanksgiving, Obama has perfected the art if intimidating foes and rewarding acolytes.

Casino owner Sheldon Adelson famously spent millions helping Newt Gingrich in the Republican presidential primary season. More recently, Adelson has pledged an “unlimited” amount to Romney, rumored at $100 million.

This week, the IRS and the Los Angeles US Attorney’s office announced an investigation into a sudden and mysterious “money laundering” charge involving two high rollers who had big losses and were required to post large amounts with Adelson’s casino back in 2006.

Also this week, Gibson Guitars of Tennessee capitulated to the Obama DOJ, admitting to a fine and loss of inventory involving imported wood from India. The company paid nearly $500,000. to avoid a lengthy and much more costly trial.

Romney has been out raising Obama in campaign funds. Obama applies the Chicago Values remedy of intimidating Romney contributors. The message has been sent.

When Nixon was found trying to get the IRS after his “enemies list”, Americans were incensed. Obama uses all agencies of the government to punish enemies and reward friends. It’s the Chicago Way.

Meanwhile, Jon Corzine still cannot explain what happened to $1.2 Billion in investor money that has disappeared from his company , MF Global. No indictments or even a criminal investigation for this Obama bundler. Dodd-Frank requirements are for the not so well connected.

Chicago Values demands that all government agencies toe the line set by the President.

Forget the Constitution or laws of Congress. If Alabama or Arizona actually want to enforce the federal law defining legal immigration, then the “Justice” Department will sue these states, threaten to cut off federal programs and aid, and harass Sheriff Arpaio and any law enforcement that gets out of line.

Those immigrants are not “illegals”, they are undocumented Democrats.

If Florida or any other state wants to enforce the law that requires citizenship to vote, they’ll be sued too. Florida found 83,000 dead people on the voting roll, but the dead deserve representation too and the dead vote is always counted in Chicago.

These Chicago values are shredding our Constitution, exploding the federal debt, inserting big government into every facet of our lives, subverting the vote, bloating the welfare rolls, killing the opportunity society and replacing it with crony capitalism.

Chicago Values is a cancer that has metastasized to every corner of the country.

And all this happened in just the first term.

IRS Caught In Multi-Billion Dollar ID Fraud Scam

IRS whisteblowers have revealed a cover up of billions of dollars of tax refunds issued to fraudulent ID’s – in many instances 1000s of checks for millions were sent to a single address.
Infowars Nightly News covers a series of articles being reported by the Associated Press and other news outlets about billions of dollars of fraudulent tax refunds being issued by the IRS.
According to the whistle-blowers, they informed their superiors of the fraud and the whisteblowers were ordered to stand down.
The reports focus on many cases where thousands of tax refunds were filed from a single address and millions of dollars of tax refunds were then sent to those same single addresses.

Digestible microchips embedded in drugs may soon tell doctors whether a patient is taking their medications as prescribed.  These sensors are the first ingestible devices approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). To some, they signify the beginning of an era in digital medicine. “About half of all people don’t take medications like they’re supposed to,” says Eric Topol, director of the Scripps Translational Science Institute in La Jolla, California. “This device could be a solution to that problem, so that doctors can know when to rev up a patient’s medication adherence.” Topol is not affiliated with the company that manufactures the device, Proteus Digital Health in Redwood City, California, but he embraces the sensor’s futuristic appeal, saying, “It’s like big brother watching you take your medicine.” The sand-particle sized sensor consists of a minute silicon chip containing trace amounts of magnesium and copper. When swallowed, it generates a slight voltage in response to digestive juices, which conveys a signal to the surface of a person’s skin where a patch then relays the information to a mobile phone belonging to a healthcare-provider. Currently, the FDA, and the analogous regulatory agency in Europe have only approved the device based on studies showing its safety and efficacy when implanted in placebo pills. But Proteus hopes to have the device approved within other drugs in the near future. Medicines that must be taken for years, such as those for drug resistant tuberculosis, diabetes, and for the elderly with chronic diseases, are top candidates, says George Savage, co-founder and chief medical officer at the company. “The point is not for doctors to castigate people, but to understand how people are responding to their treatments,” Savage says. “This way doctors can prescribe a different dose or a different medicine if they learn that it’s not being taken appropriately.” Proponents of digital medical devices predict that they will provide alternatives to doctor visits, blood tests, MRIs and CAT scans. Other gadgets in the pipeline include implantable devices that wirelessly inject drugs at pre-specified times, and sensors that deliver a person’s electrocardiogram to their smartphone. Columbine father- 12 years later

On Thursday, Darrell Scott, the father of Rachel Scott, a victim of the Columbine High School shootings in Littleton , Colorado , was invited to address the House Judiciary Committee's subcommittee. What he said to our national leaders during this special session of Congress was painfully truthful.   They were not prepared for what he was to say, nor was it received well. It needs to be heard by every parent, every teacher, every politician, every sociologist, every psychologist, and every  so-called expert! These courageous words spoken by Darrell Scott are powerful, penetrating, and deeply personal. There is no doubt that God sent this man as a voice crying in the wilderness.. The following is a portion of the transcript:   " Since the dawn of creation there has been both good &   evil in the hearts of men and women. We all contain the seeds of kindness or the seeds of violence. The death of my wonderful daughter, Rachel Joy Scott, and the deaths of that heroic teacher, and the other eleven children who died must not be in vain. Their blood cries out for answers.   "The first recorded act of violence was when Cain slew his brother Abel out in the field. The villain was not the club he used.. I defy any law or politician to deny him that right! After checking it for accuracy, and finding it so, I put my writing on hold and here present it to you, for I could not say it better. ... Is it already too late? Obama's Second Term Transformation Plans The 2012 election has often been described as the most pivotal since 1860.This statement is not hyperbole. If Barack Obama is re-elected the United States will never be the same, nor will it be able to re-capture its once lofty status as the most dominant nation in the history of mankind. The overwhelming majority of Americans do not understand that Obama's first term was dedicated to putting in place executive power to enable him and the administration to fulfill the campaign promise of "transforming America " in his second term regardless of which political party controls Congress. That is why his re-election team is virtually ignoring the plight of incumbent or prospective Democratic Party office holders. The most significant accomplishment of Obama's first term is to make Congress irrelevant. Under the myopic and blindly loyal leadership of Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi, the Democrats have succeeded in creating an imperial and, in a second term, a potential dictatorial presidency. During the first two years of the Obama administration when the Democrats overwhelming controlled both Houses of Congress and the media was in an Obama worshipping stupor, a myriad of laws were passed and actions taken which transferred virtually unlimited power to the executive branch. The birth of multi-thousand page laws was not an aberration. This tactic was adopted so the bureaucracy controlled by Obama appointees would have sole discretion in interpreting vaguely written laws and enforcing thousands of pages of regulations they and not Congress would subsequently write. For example, in the 2,700 pages of ObamaCare there are more than 2,500 references to the Secretary of Health and Human Services. There are more than 700 instances when he or she is instructed that they "shall" do something and more than 200 times when they "may" take at their sole discretion some form of regulatory action. On 139 occasions, the law mentions that the "Secretary determines." In essence one person, appointed by and reporting to the president, will be in charge of the health care of 310 million Americans once ObamaCare is fully operational in 2014. The same is true in the 2,319 pages of the Dodd-Frank Financial Reform Act which confers nearly unlimited power on various agencies to control by fiat the nation's financial, banking and investment sectors. The bill also creates new agencies, such as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, not subject to any oversight by Congress. This overall process was repeated numerous times with other legislation all with the intent of granting unfettered power to the executive branch controlled Barack Obama and his radical associates. Additionally, the Obama administration has, through its unilaterally determined rule making and regulatory powers, created laws out of whole cloth. The Environmental Protection Agency on a near daily basis issues new regulations clearly out of their purview in order to modify and change environmental laws previously passed and to impose a radical green agenda never approved by Congress. The same is true of the Energy and Interior Departments among many others. None of these extra-constitutional actions have been challenged by Congress. The left in America knows this usurpation of power is nearly impossible to reverse unless stopped in its early stages. It is clearly the mindset of this administration and its appointees that Congress is merely a nuisance and can be ignored after they were able to take full advantage of the useful idiots in the Democrat controlled House and Senate in 2009-2010 and the Democrat Senate in the current Congress. Additionally, Barack Obama knows after his re-election a Republican controlled House and Senate will not be able to enact any legislation to roll back the power previously granted to the Executive Branch or usurped by them. His veto will not be overridden as there will always be at least 145 Democratic members of the House or 34 in the Senate in agreement with or intimidated by an administration more than willing to use Chicago style political tactics. The stalemate between the Executive and Legislative Branches will inure to the benefit of Barack Obama and his fellow leftists. The most significant power Congress has is the control of the purse-stringsas all spending must be approved by them. However, once re-elected, Barack Obama, as confirmed by his willingness to do or say anything and his unscrupulous re-election tactics, would not only threaten government shutdowns but would deliberately withhold payments to those dependent on government support as a means of intimidating and forcing a Republican controlled Congress to surrender to his demands, thus neutering their ability to control the administration through spending constraints. Further, this administration has shown contempt for the courts by ignoring various court orders, e.g. the Gulf of Mexico oil drilling moratorium, as well as stonewalling subpoenas and requests issued by Congress. The Eric Holder Justice Department has become the epitome of corruption as part of the most dishonest and deceitful administration in American history. In a second term the arrogance of Barack Obama and his minions will become more blatant as he will not have to be concerned with re-election. Who will be there to enforce the rule of law, a Supreme Court ruling or the Constitution? No one. Barack Obama and his fellow-travelers will be unchallenged as they run roughshod over the American people. Many Republicans and conservatives dissatisfied with the prospect of Mitt Romney as the nominee for president are instead focused on re-taking the House and Senate. That goal, while worthy and necessary, is meaningless unless Barack Obama is defeated. The nation is not dealing with a person of character and integrity but someone of single-minded purpose and overwhelming narcissism. Judging by his actions, words and deeds during his first term, he does not intend to work with Congress either Republican or Democrat in his second term but rather to force his radical agenda on the American people through the power he has usurped or been granted. The governmental structure of the United States was set up by the foundersin the hope that over the years only those people of high moral character and integrity would assume the reins of power. However, knowing that was not always possible, they dispersed power over three distinct and independent branches as a check on each other. What they could not imagine is the surrender and abdication of its constitutional duty by the preeminent governmental branch, the Congress, to a chief executive devoid of any character or integrity coupled with a judiciary essentially powerless to enforce the law when the chief executive ignores them Conservatives, Libertarians, the Republican Party and Mitt Romney must come to grips with this moment in time and their historical role in denying Barack Obama and his minions their ultimate goal. All resources must be directed at that end-game and not merely controlling Congress and the various committee chairmanships.
