Arpaio investigator says lawmaker didn't want to see evidence

In a letter to a constituent dated Oct. 2, Coburn said his staff had reached out to the office of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Phoenix after making a promise to tea-party activist Miki Booth at an Aug. 7 town hall appearance in Claremore, Okla. At the campaign event, Booth was seen on video confronting the senator about a letter she had written to him.

“My staff has reached out to Sheriff Arpaio’s office,” Coburn wrote in the constituent letter. “However, I have yet to be presented any credible evidence to demonstrate President Obama was not born in Hawaii.”

From there, Coburn cited Obama being placed on state ballots for president as proof Obama’s birth certificate is genuine.

“Furthermore, all 50 states saw fit to put Mr. Obama on their ballots in 2008 and again in 2012,” Coburn wrote. “This includes Arizona, which was recently provided verification of President Obama’s birth by Hawaii. I remain open to hearing and reviewing any supporting evidence.”

However, Mike Zullo, lead investigator for Sheriff Arpaio’s law enforcement investigation into Obama’s eligibility, insists Coburn has yet to see the evidence his team has uncovered indicating the document the White House posted as Obama’s birth certificate is a forgery.

“I was initially contacted by Ken Ashton, an aide to Sen. Coburn in Sen. Coburn’s Washington office, on Sept. 4,” Zullo explained to WND. “I provided Ashton at his request, an overview of the sheriff’s investigation, focusing on the document fraud.”

Coburn’s office has not replied to WND’s request for comment.

Zullo told WND he emphasized to Ashton the sheriff was not investigating the president but the long-form birth certificate released by the White House April 27, 2011, to determine if that document was legitimate.

“I told Ashton that it would be appropriate for Sen. Coburn to contact Sheriff Arpaio directly to fulfill the commitment Coburn had made to his constituents,” Zullo said. “I explained Sheriff Arpaio was prepared and looking forward to answering any questions Coburn might have.”

Zullo documented his discussion with Ashton in an internal memo sent to Arpaio’s office Sept. 4. Zullo told Arpaio that he expected Coburn would contact the sheriff to request access to the evidence after Ashton and Coburn had an opportunity to study the overview.

Two weeks later, Zullo received a second phone call from Ashton in which Ashton seemed intent to emphasize the fact that he had called Arpaio’s office Sept. 4 in his capacity as an investigative aide to Coburn.

“I told Ashton that Coburn should speak directly to Sheriff Arpaio, because the sheriff had to make the decision to release evidence from the investigation,” Zullo recalled.

“I specifically pointed out to Ashton he would not be able to use his phone call to me as a substitute for Sen. Coburn talking directly to Sheriff Arpaio.”

Zullo told WND he felt Ashton’s second phone call was disingenuous, almost as if Ashton wanted Zullo to agree to a cover story.

“At the conclusion of the phone call, I felt Coburn’s office was attempting to use Ashton’s phone call as evidence that Coburn contacted the sheriff’s office,” Zullo said, “when the truth is Coburn never contacted Sheriff Arpaio, and Coburn never requested any evidence be provided to him for his inspection.”

Zullo said the episode was typical of the repeated frustrations the sheriff has experienced trying to get Congress to look at the birth certificate evidence.

“Ashton was trying to create the illusion that somehow the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office had not provided Sen. Coburn with any credible evidentiary information, even though Ashton never requested to see the evidence,” Zullo said.

“Even if Ashton had requested to see the evidence, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office would not blindly send out the evidence without first requiring Sen. Coburn to talk with the sheriff so the sheriff could make a determination whether or not it was appropriate to release the evidence to the senator’s office.”

Zullo’s final conclusion was that Coburn’s office was just engaging in politicking, and Ashton only wanted to create “the illusion the evidence had been examined.”

“The truth appears to be that Sen. Coburn has no serious interest in conducting an honest evaluation of whether or not Obama’s birth certificate is genuine, or the computer-generated forgery we have concluded the document is,” Zullo said.

Greetings, I am Mira. I salute you from the Earth Council and from all of us who have your welfare at heart. We have 100% of our focus on you. What is occurring on the Earth right now is monumental. Whether it is your oceans, the core of the Earth, your ecosystems, weather, drought, volcanic eruptions and earthquakes, all are contributing to the realignment and balancing of the Earth’s energies. Some of these energies are impacting your personal lives in the form of relationships, finances and personal transformation. It adds up to change in the grandest sense. Many are having trouble adjusting and adapting to these major forces. The currents run strong across the planet. Everyone feels it in one way or the other. It is not making for business as usual. You have political upheaval and economic upheaval in some pivotal places. Bear in mind this is contributing to the making of a new way of being on the Earth. As sad as it can be to see the old slip away it is important to remember to welcome the new into your hearts. How do you know that it won’t be better? It could be a lot better. We observe how much humans like to hang on to the past, even if it is a painful one. The familiar seems safer for some reason that we find unusual. In the Pleiades there is no such hanging on. We are present for each part of the now moment. This brings us peace. Most humans have yet to learn this presence, but through some of these situations in which you find yourselves you are marking the way for further understanding of this way of being. You are making inroads as you strive to create a new balance wherever you can. It is love that makes this possible for if you remember some of the sayings of your spiritual teachers: With love all things are possible. It is with a loving heart and accepting attitude that you can build the bridge from the past to this now moment. All of Creation is focusing on the Earth. There are millions of space ships surrounding you waiting until the appropriate divine time to make themselves known. We only want what is best for you. What happens on the Earth affects all of Creation. We are not allowed to force our will upon you or any other planetary systems. We work together for the common good. In the remainder of your earthly year 2012 you will find blessings and miracles everywhere. This is part of your ability to manifest and create your new future. By Lesley Wroughton, Reuters – October 4, 2012 (Reuters) – The head of the World Bank said on Thursday he is preparing broad reforms at the development lender to make it more effective in ending global poverty and will discuss the changes with member countries at meetings in Tokyo next week. The annual meetings of the International Monetary Fund and World Bank from October 11-14 in Japan will be the first opportunity for Jim Yong Kim to put his mark on the institution since becoming president in July. “We’re not ready to ask for specific changes yet … but if we are going to be really serious about ending poverty earlier than currently projected … there are going to have to be some changes in the way we run the institution,” Kim told reporters. He said he wants the poverty-fighting institution to be less focused on pushing development loans out of the door and more on making a difference on the ground. “Specifically, I am going to ask the governors to work with us so the organization can move to a model where we move more quickly, we can make mid-course corrections more easily and where our board and our governors focus much more on holding us accountable for results on the ground in countries, rather than focusing so much on approval of large loans,” he added. Kim said he would be more specific about reforms at the next meetings of member countries in April. “The need for these changes have been clear for a very long time,” he added. With the United States and European countries wrestling with weak growth and high debt burdens, Kim said now was not the time to ask big donors to pony up money for the World Bank. “At this point, I see really no appetite … it is not the time for us to have a discussion about a capital increase, this is something I don’t think the donor countries are ready for,” he added. Kim, a Harvard-trained medical doctor and anthropologist, said the Tokyo meetings would also highlight growing concerns about rising food prices and the impact climate change is having on farmers around the globe. The worst drought in half a century in the United States and poor crops from the Black Sea bread basket have lifted world prices of staples such as corn, wheat and soybeans. While prices have not reached 2008 record levels, increased food price volatility is a worry. As the first scientist to head the World Bank, Kim said the increases have raised his concern over the impact on poor countries from climate change. “This is the first drought that scientists clearly attributed to man-made climate change,” Kim said. “Climate change is real, the scientific community is overwhelming in agreement about the dimensions about man-made climate change and we simply must face it.” Until now, the World Bank has been reluctant to speak out loudly on global climate change for fear of getting involved in the politics of combat ting global warming. Developing countries have blamed the European Union, the United States and other rich economies for trying to avoid deeper emissions cuts and dodging increases in finance to help poorer nations deal with climate change. SLOWING GLOBAL GROWTH Kim said the euro zone debt crisis and its impact around the world would also loom large in the Tokyo meetings. Developing nations, which have so far weathered the global crisis well, are now seeing clear signs of slowing economic activity as a two-year debt crisis in the euro zone continues to stifle demand and financial markets are roiled by uncertainty over bailout prospects for Greece and Spain. Despite the slowdown, economies in Africa, Asia and Latin America are still likely to grow at rates above 5 percent thanks to more than a decade of solid policies and a growing interest by investors to tap into so-called frontier markets. “All of us are rooting for the Europeans to quickly find a path toward solidarity in a way to resolve their problems,” Kim said, adding that the World Bank stood ready to offer its expertise to any country, include those in the euro zone. The bank has had decades of experience working with governments in developing countries to help improve the functioning of their economies through structural changes. Some analysts believe that expertise could help countries like Greece and Portugal. As Kim hones in on ways to make the World Bank more flexible, he said it should focus on helping governments create an environment where businesses can flourish and create jobs – one of the most pressing issues facing many countries. “One of the things we are trying to do is define more clearly what is the bottom line for the World Bank, what is it that we really do, and how we are going to organize ourselves so that every day we are working toward that bottom line,” he said. “It seems clear that what we’re best at and what people have the greatest passion for is to work to end poverty. The way we do that is by boosting prosperity,” Kim added.

His Small Still Voice

My daughter, My Body has already received instruction as to what is required of them in this hour. All are presented with a choice to make and it is not a time to tarry. My word says, "Choose this day whom you shall serve."

Many want to teeter between two opinions, but the time of double-mindedness and double living has ended. There is much to do in My kingdom and a great harvest of My souls, so I call to the laborers in this hour to make ready. I will call to My chosen and give direction for the way they should take to accomplish my goals, my plans, says the LORD.

Restoration has come and change is here. Nothing shall remain as it was. Those who attempt to hold fast to religious mindsets and traditions of men will find themselves lost in the midst of this great transition. I am the potter, thou art the clay and I am reshaping and remolding and restructuring many in this hour to pour into the molds that I have originally designed and destined for them. Much will happen suddenly and immediately change will be upon you.

Be diligent to obey the commands I have already given you, and seek Me for next steps. Don't tarry, for I will not, says the LORD. Many have sought Me and pray, "My Kingdom come." Well, the answer to those prayers are before you. Who can perceive it? I come with great reward for My children who have labored and fought to remain upright and in good standing before Me. I come with correction for those who will heed a loving word of rebuke, for My mercy is available to you. And I come to remove that which will not heed My instruction and follow My way. No longer will My children be oppressed by systems that continue to operate with motives of greed and plans that oppose My will, My agenda.

These are the end times an the focus is the reaping of My harvest of souls. Yes, resources will be released, but be sure to seek Me for their use. Many of My children are crying out to Me and I have heard and now I answer. Prepare for what is ahead an don't look back. For anyone who puts their hand to the plow and looks back is not worthy of My kingdom.

In the midst of upheavals and renovations, will be great surprises of great blessing. I am come and am in the midst of My children to deliver, punish and restore. Be expectant My dear and precious ones, for your loving Father shall perform all He has spoken. I know it seems like you've waited for an eternity, but eternity begins and ends with Me, and you shall be pleased with My grand display. For I am jealous for My children and our time is at hand. I desire your attention. I desire your affections. Come in intimacy and receive of Me, for I am your Father and I love you.
