I was sitting at my  keyboard halfway through my writing a letter to  you about how Barack Obama was fulfilling his  pledge to "Transform America" by "Changing the  fundamentals of America", so that our government  would become the plantation, he the owner, and  we the slaves, when this article by Steve McCann  appeared in my in box. After checking it for  accuracy, and finding it so, I put my writing on  hold and here present it to you, for I could not  say it better.

The 2012  election has often been described as the most  pivotal since 1860. This  statement is not  hyperbole. If Barack  Obama is re-elected the United States will never  be the same, nor will it be able to re-capture  its once lofty status as the most dominant  nation in the history of mankind.  

The  overwhelming majority of Americans do not  understand that Obama's first term was  dedicated to putting in place executive  power to enable him and the administration  to fulfill the campaign promise of "transforming  America " in his second term regardless of which  political party controls Congress. That is  why his re-election team is virtually ignoring  the plight of incumbent or prospective  Democratic Party office holders.  

The most significant  accomplishment of Obama's first term is to make  Congress irrelevant. Under the myopic and  blindly loyal leadership of Harry Reid and Nancy  Pelosi, the Democrats have succeeded in creating  an imperial and, in a second term, a potential  dictatorial presidency.  

During  the first two years of the Obama administration  when the Democrats overwhelming controlled both  Houses of Congres s and the media was in an Obama  worshipping stupor, a myriad of laws were  passed and actions taken which transferred  virtually unlimited power to the executive  branch.  

The birth  of multi-thousand page laws was not an  aberration.This  tactic was adopted so the bureaucracy controlled  by Obama appointees would have sole discretion  in interpreting vaguely written laws and  enforcing thousands of pages of regulations they  and not Congress would subsequently  write.   

For example, in the 2,700 pages of  ObamaCare  there are more than 2,500 references to the  Secretary of Health and Human  Services.There are  more than 700 instances when he or she is  instructed that they "shall" do something and  more than 200 times when they "may" take at  their sole discretion some form of regulatory  action. On 139 occasions, the law mentions that  the "Secretary determines." In essence one  person, appointed by and reporting to the  president, will be in charge of the health care  of 310 million Americans once ObamaCare is fully  operational in 2014. 

The  same is  true in the 2,319 pages of the Dodd-Frank  Financial Reform Act which  confers nearly unlimited power on various  agencies to control by fiat the nation's  financial, banking and investment sectors.  The bill  also creates new agencies, such as the Consumer  Financial Protection Bureau, not subject to any  oversight by Congress.This  overall < span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: purple; font-size: 14pt; ">process  was repeated numerous times with other  legislation all with the intent of granting  unfettered power to the executive  branch  controlled Barack Obama and his radical  associates. 

Additionally, the Obama  administration has, through its unilaterally  determined rule making and regulatory powers,  created laws out of whole cloth. The  Environmental Protection Agency on a near daily  basis issues new regulations clearly out of  their purview in order to modify and change&n bsp; environmental laws previously passed and to  impose a radical green agenda never approved by  Congress. The same is true of the Energy and  Interior Departments among many others.   

None of  these extra-constitutional actions have been  challenged by Congress. The left in America   knows this usurpation of power is nearly  impossible to reverse unless stopped in its  early stages.  

It is clearly the mindset of this  administration and its appointees that Congress  is merely a nuisance and can be ignored after  they were able to take full advantage of the  useful idiots in the Democrat controlled House  and Senate in 2009-2010 and the Democrat Senate  in the current Congress.   

Additionally, Barack  Obama knows after his re-election a Republican  controlled House and Senate will not be able to  enact any legislation to roll back the power  previously granted to the Executive Branch or  usurped by them. His veto will not be overridden  as there will always be at least 145 Democratic  members of the House or 34 in the Senate in  agreement with or intimidated by an  administration more than willing to use Chicago   style political tact ics.  

The  stalemate between the Executive and Legislative  Branches will inure to the benefit of Barack  Obama and his fellow leftists. 

The  most significant power Congress has is the  control of the purse-strings as all  spending must be approved by them. However,  once  re-elected, Barack Obama, as  confirmed by his willingness to do or say  anything and his unscrupulous re-election  tactics, would not  only threaten government shutdowns but  would deliberately withhold payments to those  dependent on government support as a means of  intimidating and forcing a Republican controlled  Congress to surrender to his demands,  thus  neutering their ability to control the  administration through spending  constraints.  

Further,  this administration has shown contempt for the  courts by ignoring various court  orders, e.g. the  Gulf of Mexico oil drilling moratorium,  as well  as stonewalling subpoenas and requests issued by  Congress. The Eric  Holder Justice Department has become the epitome  of corruption as part of the most dishonest and  deceitful administration in American history. In  a second term the arrogance of Barack Obama and  his minions will become more b latant as he will  not have to be concerned with re-election.   

Who will be there to enforce the  rule of law, a Supreme Court ruling or the  Constitution? No one. Barack Obama and his  fellow-travelers will be unchallenged as they  run roughshod over the American people.  

Many  Republicans and conservatives  dissatisfied with the prospect of Mitt Romney as  the nominee for president are instead  focused  on re-taking the House and Senate.  That  goal, while worthy and necessary, is meaningless  unless Barack Obama is defeated. The nation  is not dealing with a person of character and  integrity but someone of single-minded purpose  and overwhelming narcissism.Judging  by his actions, words and deeds during his first  term, he does not intend to work with  Congress either  Republican or Democrat in his second term  but  rather to force his radical agenda on the  American people through  the power he has usurped or been granted.  

The  governmental structure of the United States was  set up by the founders in the  hope that over the years only those people of  high moral character and integrity would assume  the reins of power. However, knowing that was  not always possible, they dispersed power over  three distinct and independent branches as a  check on each other. 

What they  could not imagine is the surrender and  abdication of its constitutional duty by the  preeminent governmental branch, the Congress, to  a chief executive devoid of  any character or integrity coupled with a  judiciary essentially powerless to enforce the  law when the chief executive ignores them  

Conservatives,  Libertarians, the Republican Party and Mitt  Romney must come to grips with this moment in  time and their historical role in denying Barack  Obama and his minions their ultimate goal. All  resources must be directed at that end-game and  not merely controlling Congress and the various  committee chairmanships.

I would  add but 6 words to those above mentioned,  Conservatives, Libertarians, the Republican  Party and Mitt Romney, to say "and we the  American people also", must come to grips with  this moment in time and our role in denying  Barack Obama his life long goal of  "transforming" us into his slaves working on his  government plantation.

Disclosure Events Moving Fast

Events connected to Disclosure are moving fast and each time we write a draft story on the matter, further events overtake us. So I’m going to need to write in bulletins, I think, and unravel the story as we move ahead. Geoff West is having Sierra Neblina on a special edition of Cosmic Vision News at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time, at which time she’ll discuss events that are occurring in more detail. Geoff’s broadcast can be heard at  http://www.blogtalkradio.com/inlight_radio The very latest word from her is that meetings are in progress at this moment (11:00 a.m. Pacific Time, Friday, July 27, 2012) at which such leaders as Queen Elizabeth are attempting to extract from the galactics protection from prosecution in return for standing aside from preventing Disclosure. Most readers will not know that Queen Elizabeth, unfortunately, is a leading figure in the Illuminati.  As a person who grew up revering the Queen, hearing this news for the first time was a shock to me. This and other information that will be released in the days and weeks ahead may also prove shocking to some. Sierra has said that the galactics may use the the fact that the world’s attention is focussed on the Olympics in a variety of ways. A galactic may appear on the field in full dimensional presentation. Ships may appear above the games in various configurations and unmistakably evident.  I’ll return to this subject in more detail later but for now I simply want to introduce it. You’ll see two crop circles at the bottom of the page, one from Manton Drove, England, which appeared on June 2 and one from Windmill Hill, England, which appeared on July 27. According to Sierra, these two crop circles communicate to the world’s governments who’ve been dragging their feet on Disclosure that they have until August 4 to end their opposition to it or the galactics will no longer take them into consideration in formulating their plans. Various events have happened that have resulted in postponements of Disclosure, though how they do that may not be obvious to us. For instance, the Denver shootings required President Obama to interrupt his plans, come to Denver, and for his aides to open up endless meetings again because of the need to re-schedule. The cabal knows that any interruption will force a new round of complex meetings so they begin a fire here or cause an outrageous incident there to upset the coordination in place to bring Disclosure on. Prior to the plan to use the Olympics, the latest word was that the galactics were planning a decloaking over many major cities of the world, in groups of spaceships of 3-6 each. That Disclosure would have been gentle and designed not to overwhelm.  Whether it was the Denver shootings or another disruptive operation that caused it to be scrapped, I don’t know. We’re probably being allowed to release this information to increase pressure on the cabal to stand aside. Hugh-man, whom you’ll remember from Graham Dewyea’s show, Our Galactic Family, (1) was at a previous meeting with Wanderer of the Skies to firm up final plans for Disclosure. Wanderer referred to the meeting in his last message: “Recently, we have met again on a galactic scale to assess where we have come in the process and what must been done further to progress towards the inevitable goals desired by the plan. That meeting, again taking place on one of our great spacers, has led to some interesting consensus about our mutual situation. “This meeting included those delegates from your world as well as representatives of the [Galactic] Federation. Your people were heard and your feelings considered foremost in the consensus. We have begun in earnest now to undertake the first in the steps of this consensus. You will see that first step in the form of our overwhelming presence in your skies in the coming days. The first advance of the major agenda is underway.” (2) Hugh-man has conscious memory of the meeting (some terrestrial attendees know they were there but don’t have conscious recall of the details) and has permitted his name to be used as an example of a terrestrial who attended it.  The plan that emerged from this meeting was approved by the G20 nations. There is no word whether the new plan to disclose at the Olympics replaces the older plan devised at this meeting or simply augments it. Geoff and I have been told to stand by to be relocated soon to either another place on Earth or else to the ships. My departure apparently depends in part on my completing the process, which I called “Absorption,” which I’m in the middle of.  I was surprised to see that Sierra knew all about it. Geoff may leave sooner.  Dave Schmidt has also been told that he’ll be aboard the ships for a time in the summer.  I’ve asked Stephen Cook to sit in for me on the blog and assume that I’ll be reporting from wherever I end up. These are the two crop circles that declare the divine deadline of August 4.  The first is at Manton Drove, near Marlborough, Wiltshire, England, and appeared on June 2, 2012. This crop circle apparently shows a polar-clock date of Saturday, August 4. The second at Windmill Hill, near Avebury, England, was reported July 27, 2012, and points to August 4 as well.  Let me stop here for now and return with a second post as soon as that’s complete.

Proud Of This Marine!

Every now and then, in the middle of the constant barrage of crap, we come across a story, a feat, an event that just makes us stop in our tracks. This was one for me. Cody Green was a 12-year kid in Indiana who was diagnosed with leukemia at 22 months old. He loved the Marines, and his parents said he drew strength and courage from the Marine Corps. As he bravely fought the battle into remission three times. Although he was cancer-free at the time, the chemotherapy had lowered his immune system and he developed a fungus infection that attacked his brain. Two weeks ago, as he struggled to fend off that infection in the hospital, the Marines wanted to show how much they respected his will to live, his strength, honor and courage. They presented Cody with Marine navigator wings and named him an honorary member of the United States Marine Corps. For one Marine, that wasn't enough ... so that night, before Cody Green passed away, he took it upon himself to stand guard at Cody's hospital door all night long, 8 hours straight. Nowhere on the face of this planet is there a country so blessed as we to have men and women such as this. I wish I could personally tell this Marine how proud he makes me to be an American.

In his new report, America For Sale: A Report on Billionaires Buying the 2012 Election, Sen. Bernie Sanders named names and called out the billionaires who using Citizens United to buy our democracy.

In front of a Senate panel today, Sen. Bernie Sanders outed the 26 billionaires who are members of 23 billionaire families that are using Citizens United to buy elections. Sen. Sanders estimated that these 26 billionaires are the tip of the iceberg. “My guess is that number is really much greater because many of these contributions are made in secret. In other words, not content to own our economy, the 1 percent want to own our government as well.”

Sanders explained how the Supreme Court’s Citizens United decision put the government up for sale, “What the Supreme Court did in Citizens United is to say to these same billionaires and the corporations they control: ‘You own and control the economy, you own Wall Street, you own the coal companies, you own the oil companies. Now, for a very small percentage of your wealth, we’re going to give you the opportunity to own the United States government.’”

Sen. Sanders also did the last thing the billionaires wanted. He called them out by name.

According to the report, America for Sale: A Report on Billionaires Buying the 2012 Election, here are the 26 billionaires who are trying to buy your government:

1). Sheldon Adelson, owner of the Las Vegas Sands Casino, is worth nearly $25 billion, making him the 14th wealthiest person in the world and the 7th richest person in America. While median family income plummeted by nearly 40% from 2007-2010, Mr. Adelson has experienced a nearly eightfold increase in his wealth over the past three years (from $3.4 billion to $24.9 billion). Forbes recently reported that Adelson is willing to spend a “limitless” amount of money or more than $100 million to help defeat President Obama in November.

2. The Kochs (David, Charles, and William) are worth a combined $103 billion, according to Forbes. They have pledged to spend about $400 million during the 2012 election season. The Kochs own more wealth than the bottom 41.7 percent of American households or more than 49 million Americans.

3. Jim Walton is worth $23.7 billion. He has donated $300,000 to super PACs in 2012.

4. Harold Simmons is worth $9 billion. He has donated $15.2 million to super PACs this year.

5. Peter Thiel is worth $1.5 billion. He has donated $6.7 million to Super PACs this year.

6. Jerrold Perenchio is worth $2.3 billion. He has donated $2.6 million to super PACs this year.

7. Kenneth Griffin is worth $3 billion and he has given $2.08 million to super PACs in 2012.

8. James Simons is worth $10.7 billion and he has given $1.5 million to super Pacs this year.

9. Julian Robertson is worth $2.5 billion and he has given $1.25 million to super PACs this year.

10. Robert Rowling is worth $4.8 billion and he has given $1.1 million to super PACs.

11. John Paulson, the hedge fund manager who made his fortune betting that the sub-prime mortgage market would collapse, is worth $12.5 billion. He has donated $1 million to super PACs.

12. Richard and J.W. Marriott are worth a combined $3.1 billion and they have donated $2 million to super PACs this year.

13. James Davis is worth $1.9 billion and he has given $1 million to super PACs this year.

14. Harold Hamm is worth $11 billion and he has given $985,000 to super PACs this year.

15. Kenny Trout is worth more than $1.2 billion and he has given $900,000 to super PACs this year.

16. Louis Bacon is worth $1.4 billion and he has given $500,000 to super PACs this year.

17. Bruce Kovner is worth $4.5 billion and he has given $500,000 to super PACs this year.

18. Warren Stephens is worth $2.7 billion and he has given $500,000 to super PACs this year.

The thing that these billionaires love most about Citizens United it is that it allows them to operate in total darkness. The American people couldn’t fight back because the billionaires were giving their money anonymously. This same cloak of invisibility is what made ALEC so effective for years. The conservative billionaire cabal works best in private, behind closed doors, far away from curious eyes.

With his report today, Sen. Sanders has made it more difficult for thieves of liberty to keep operating in the night. We now have a list of names and we know what they are trying to do to our government. Sen. Sanders is one of the few federally elected officials who has the courage to talk about these people in public.

Most of the members of the House and Senate are too afraid to speak of, much less take on, the billionaires. Even those decent members of Congress who might speak out against them have been terrified into silence by threats of multimillion dollar negative ad buys that will run against the incumbent back home.

Bernie Sanders is displaying a brand of political courage that is sorely lacking in American politics today, and he needs you to stand with him to protect our liberties, our freedoms, and to battle to return the government back to the American people.

JOHN MCCAIN'S REMARKS ABOUT THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE! In light of the recent appeals court ruling in California, with respect to the Pledge of Allegiance, the following recollection from Senator John McCain is very appropriate: "The Pledge of Allegiance" - by Senator John McCain As you may know, I spent five and one half years as a prisoner of war during the Vietnam War.  In the early years of our imprisonment, the NVA kept us in solitary confinement, or two or three to a cell.  In 1971 the NVA moved us from these conditions of isolation into large rooms with as many as 30 to 40 men to a room. This was, as you can imagine, a wonderful change and was a direct result of the efforts of millions of Americans on behalf of a few hundred POWs 10,000 miles from home. One of the men who moved into my room was a young man named Mike Christian.  Mike came from a small town near Selma , Alabama .  He didn't wear a pair of shoes until he was 13 years old.  At 17, he enlisted in the US Navy.  He later earned a commission by going to Officer Training School.  Then he became a Naval Flight Officer and was shot down and captured in 1967.  Mike had a keen and deep appreciation of the opportunities this country and our military provide for people who want to work and want to succeed. As part of the change in treatment, the Vietnamese allowed some prisoners to receive packages from home. In some of these packages were handkerchiefs, scarves and other items of clothing.  Mike got himself a bamboo needle. Over a period of a couple of months, he created an American flag and sewed on the inside of his shirt.  Every afternoon, before we had a bowl of soup, we would hang Mike's shirt on the wall of the cell and say the Pledge of Allegiance. I know the Pledge of Allegiance may not seem the most important part of our day now, but I can assure you that in that stark cell it was indeed a most important and meaningful event.

One day the Vietnamese searched our cell, as they did periodically, and discovered Mike's shirt with the flag sewn inside, and removed it.

That evening they returned, opened the door of the cell, and for the benefit of all of us, beat Mike Christian severely for the next couple of hours.  Then they opened the door of the cell and threw him in.  We cleaned him up as well as we could.

The cell in which we lived had a concrete slab in the middle on which we slept.  Four naked light bulbs hung in each corner of the room.

As I said, we tried to clean up Mike as well as we could. After the excitement had died down, I looked in the corner of the room, and sitting there beneath that dim light bulb with a piece of red cloth, another shirt and his bamboo needle, was my friend, Mike Christian.  He was sitting there with his eyes almost shut from the beating he had received, making another American flag.  He was not making the flag because it made Mike Christian feel better.  He was making that flag because he knew how important it was to us to be able to pledge our allegiance to our flag and our country.

So the next time you say the Pledge of Allegiance, you must never forget the sacrifice and courage that thousands of Americans have made to build our nation and promote freedom around the world.  You must remember our duty, our honor, and our country.

"I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."

There is no control over my contradictions, but my accuracy is going to be denied as long as these details do not occur. The amount of time this will take is not my call, and when they do happen, not one of those listening and getting ready will be around to call attention to these messages providing advance notice. Cheerful adepts will be Ascended Masters, with no dramas or conditions to be concerned about. Many of you will come to our dimension and dramas on Earth will call your attention. You can act as leaders to those still in the process of awakening who can ascend when they die. Saving those who have not prepared is not your responsibility. You are not their caretaker, God is. Make your own decisions and allow them theirs. Face the fact that many are not able to accept that they are divine. Walking, talking robots do more for life than a lot of humans do. More consciousness in the human has not been proven yet—only those who are able to meditate and discover their divine aspect can live the life of an aware human. Those who consider their computer or TV more attention worthy than their own inner awareness are not actually living—they are observing. Check in to observe what your inner content contains. Are you denying your caring, aware master within? Are you alive in demonstrating mastery or only looking at the monitor and conning yourself into believing you are doing so? No master lives at a monitor all day. Go out to meet your mirrors. Go out to be yourself. Give the "others" the opportunity to love the being they meet who they can relate to as a human, but is actually a deliverer of more awareness. Be the first to ask about them and their news, without telling them anything about yours. You can give without any acknowledgement needed. Listening is a way of giving. Ask for nothing and give whatever you can: a happy face, a chuckle, a caring way of being, a shared moment, a little drop of divine wisdom, whenever an opportunity arises. Pass on the happiness inside yourself. Practice "good deeds" without being noticed. Presence is enough. Give that to the area where you go to work, shop, and get your entertainment. After dinner, take a walk; give the area you are in a dose of light. Bring your heart forth to free as many as possible who can be opened to their own awareness. Allow your body to be an open vessel for divine contributions, not mind contributions. Wake up the world by doing nothing by your own decision; get divine guidance all the time. Allow one day a week for meeting new people. Go to a location or meeting area where this can occur. Self awareness as a being of light gives without any doing involved. Caring about others is generating a more than open door to them—it also brings love into their auric field. Anytime you are open and available the body is giving out light on an ongoing basis. Sharing yourself with others in this way wakes up those who want love and don't get it because of their own mental attitudes. Solving their dilemma isn't our goal, but we encourage you to give  them caring empathy that can open up their mind to what can change. Self love is what makes life great so share it with "others" so they can find it in themselves. Peace begins in ME—that means YOU and ME, because I AM in YOU, not only in your aura. I AM the TRUE SELF in your inner world. Today's message is the answer to "what's next?" I want you all to LIVE AS A MASTER NOW! Be your authentic Self in any and all circumstances. RECENT VIRGINIA CHURCH SERVICE - STIMULUS SERMON

I would love to give the Pastor of this predominantly black church in Virginia three cheers. This guy is obviously a leader. Perhaps we should each decide who our real leader is... It is amazing to see that very little has changed in 4,000 years. 

Good morning, brothers and sisters; it's always a delight to see the pews crowded on Sunday morning, and so eager to get into God's Word. Turn with me in your Bibles, if you will, to the 47th chapter of Genesis. We'll begin our reading at verse 13, and go through verse 27. 

Brother Ray, would you stand and read that great passage for us? ... (reading) ... Thank you for that fine reading, Brother Ray. So we see that economic hard times fell upon Egypt, and the people turned to the government of Pharaoh to deal with this for them. And Pharaoh nationalized the grain harvest, and placed the grain in great storehouses that he had built. So the people brought their money to Pharaoh, like a great tax increase, and gave it all to him willingly in return for grain. And this went on until their money ran out, and they were hungry again. 

So when they went to Pharaoh after that, they brought their livestock - their cattle, their horses, their sheep, and their donkey - to barter for grain, and verse 17 says that only took them through the end of that year. But the famine wasn't over, was it? So the next year, the people came before Pharaoh and admitted they had nothing left, except their land and their own lives. "There is nothing left in the sight of my lord but our bodies and our land. Why should we die before your eyes, both we and our land? Buy us and our land for food, and we with our land will be servants to Pharaoh." So they surrendered their homes, their land, and their real estate to Pharaoh's government, and then sold themselves into slavery to him, in return for grain. 

What can we learn from this, brothers and sisters? 

That turning to the government instead of to God to be our provider in hard times only leads to slavery? Yes... That the only reason government wants to be our provider is to also become our master? 

Yes. But look how that passage ends, brothers and sisters! Thus Israel settled in the land of Egypt , in the land of Goshen . And they gained possessions in it, and were fruitful and multiplied greatly." God provided for His people, just as He always has! They didn't end up giving all their possessions to government, no, it says they gained possessions! But I also tell you a great truth today, and an ominous one. 

We see the same thing happening today - the government today wants to "share the wealth" once again, to take it from us and redistribute it back to us. It wants to take control of healthcare, just as it has taken control of education, and ration it back to us, and when government rations it, then government decides who gets it, and how much, and what kind. And if we go along with it, and do it willingly, then we will wind up no differently than the people of Egypt did four thousand years ago - as slaves to the government, and as slaves to our leaders. 

What Mr. Obama's government is doing now is no different from what Pharaoh's government did then, and it will end the same. And a lot of people like to call Mr. Obama a "Messiah," don't they? Is he a Messiah? A savior? Didn't the Egyptians say, after Pharaoh made them his slaves, "You have saved our lives; may it please my lord, we will be servants to Pharaoh"? Well, I tell you this - I know the Messiah; the Messiah is a friend of mine; and Mr. OBAMA IS NO MESSIAH! No, brothers and sisters, if Mr. Obama is a character from the Bible, then he is Pharaoh. Bow with me in prayer, if you will... 

Lord, You alone are worthy to be served, and we rely on You, and You alone. We confess that the government is not our deliverer, and never rightly will be. We read in the eighth chapter of 1 Samuel, when Samuel warned the people of what a ruler would do, where it says "And in that day you will cry out because of your king, whom you have chosen for yourselves, but the LORD will not answer you in that day..." 

And Lord, we acknowledge that day has come. We cry out to you because of the ruler that we have chosen for ourselves as a nation. Lord, we pray for this nation. We pray for revival, and we pray for deliverance from those who would be our masters. Give us hearts to seek You and hands to serve You, and protect Your people from the atrocities of Pharaoh's government. In God We Trust...

No wonder in the olden days BP problem was never heard of. WE didn't have the Iodised Salt !!   WE all must switch to Rock Salt

STRESS RELIEF. Is salt bad for hypertensive?

What is bad for hypertension is iodized salt, which is a fake salt. It is made up of only 3 synthetic chemicals, sodium, chloride, iodine. It does not melt in water (glistens like diamonds), does NOT melt in the body, does not melt in the kidneys, gives kidney stones, and raises blood pressure. However, it is the salt favoured by the drug-based doctors who say it is very clean and sanitary, pointing to how white it is and how it glistens like diamonds. The fake salt is man-made in a factory.

The true salt, which comes from the sea and dried under the sun and commonly called rock salt , has 72 natural minerals including natural sodium, chloride, iodine. It melts in water, melts in your body, melts in the kidneys, does not give kidney stones, and best of all ,brings down blood pressure and stops/prevents muscle cramps, numbness, tingling.

If you get muscle cramps in the lower legs at night, just take a half teaspoon of rock salt and a glass of water, and the cramps with its horrific pain will be gone in 5 minutes.

The highest BP that came my way was in a woman who had a BP of 240/140 and came to my house at 10:30 pm on what she said was a matter of "life and death" because the high BP was already giving her a crushing headache, especially the back of her head. She could not walk up the 6 shallow steps to my porch. Two men had to help her, one on each side, in addition to the cane that she needed to prop herself up.

I muscle tested her and found that she had her BP of 240/140 and
the crushing pain in the head, her body's water content was only 6%
(normal is 75%), salt content was zero, potassium was 96% deficient,
and cardiac output (blood flow from the heart) was only 40% (normal is 100%). So the blood supply to the head was 60% deficient.


I gave her one 6" long green chili (hot pepper), 1 raw ripe saba banana, 1/2 teaspoon of rock salt and 3 8-oz glasses of tap water.

The chili was to normalize cardiac output and shoot blood to the head, the saba banana was for the potassium deficiency and to have food in the stomach because pepper will give a stomach ache if the stomach is empty, and the rock salt and the water were the first aid for her severe dehydration which was causing her arteries to be dry and stiff and her blood to be thick and sticky, because they were dehydrated.  After 5 minutes, she said, "The pain in my head is gone." We took her BP, it was 115/75, and cardiac output was up to 100%.

She walked out of the house to her car without the men helping her and without the cane.

She has been taking 2.5 teaspoons of rock salt, 15 glasses of water, 6
Saba bananas and 3 of the long pepper daily since then (beginning
September 2009), and her BP and cardiac output have been normal since then.

Two months later, in November, at a PCAM round table forum on
hypertension in Club Filipino, she gave her testimony, followed by her
brother who said that she grew 2", because the salt and the water had
refilled her compressed disc spaces in her vertebral column. The disc
spaces had become compressed because they had become dehydrated since the fluid filling up these discs are 95% water.

Why salt? Because without salt the body cannot retain water no matter how much water is drunk. You will still be dehydrated because you will just keep urinating and sweating the water out.

This is not an isolated case. When BP is rising high but there is little or no headache but there is stiffness of shoulder and neck muscles, all you need to normalize the BP and remove the stiffness and the pain in 5 minutes is 1/2 teaspoon of rock salt and 3 glasses of water. If there is crushing pain in the head, it means blood supply to the head is lacking, and you will need the chili to normalize it and shoot blood to the head and remove the extreme pain.

In ancient anatomy the Romans (and Greeks) did not distinguish between and tendons and nerves. The name "nervus" referred to any white cordlike structure, whether it be a band of connective tissue or a fiber in the nervous system.]

“I’m going to infuse you with My peace, My love, My joy, My patience,
My discernment, and revelation that will humble those I send you to.
My will, will be carried out on all fronts in the earth. I will fight with you in this battle and know that I am IN YOU, and surround you with My warring angels and you will have all you need to fulfill whatever your assignment is in this world.

I am not as man. When I make a promise, I keep it. My love leads to repentance. So do not dismiss those who have blown it before. How do you know I have not changed them through fire as well as you ? I am able, and I am capable to change hearts, whatever their background is. Don’t dismiss those who have been so wounded and have stayed “stuck” in the muck and mire of this world. Understand that in a moment, I can change anyone. All it takes is a touch from Me and their hearts will be transformed. So be not afraid of those who have bludgeoned you before, and made you feel worthless compared to them.

I will bring low the PRIDE OF MAN. I will lay it to wasted. All arrogance and pride will succomb to the FEAR OF THE LORD and My MIGHTY TSUNAMI OF LOVE. When people really understand who they are in Me, and Who I AM to them, they will change. UNBELIEF is what keeps people stuck. Unbelief that I will come through for them as I have for others.

Many have misunderstood that their waiting, and enduring so long is so that I can bless them more than they can imagine. Moses was in the hills shepherding 40 years. So the longer you are there, the greater the glory will I get for what I do in and through you. Many people will not understand and call you “cultists” and label you because they are territorial, and cling to money like the Pharisees of old. They will be JEALOUS for what I pour out in you. So don’t think this will be an easy ride on the train of GLORY.

Satan will also be angry and come after those even though they have not been prominent in ministry before this. He already knows who you are for I chose you long before, and he has steadfastly looked to hinder you’re coming forth as gold. But My BRIDE, I AM SO TOTALLY IN LOVE WITH YOU, and I treasure you as a good husbandman does his bride. Though you have suffered brutally, and been pushed and shoved, and chiseled through many hardships, or afflictions and persecutions, even from your own family, I will
Bring you through to the Promised “land” that My Spirit has planned for you.

I will seek you out. You don’t have to find the perfect place to be. And once you are changed, you will not have trouble obeying anything I ask you to do, for My RIGHTEOUSNESS is in you, and will manifest perfectly in you through my perfect GRACE, and you will be empowered through deliverance from all that has hindered you before, and filled to the full with My LOVE and be made into ALL YOU NEED TO BE FOR THE KINGDOM !

I know it’s been hard. I know it’s been long. Be NOT discouraged. I know you need resuscitation and for ME to breathe My breath into you to revive you, and know that I WILL DO IT. TRUST ME that I can find you no matter where you are. I have My eyes on you always. My angels are ready to carry out all My instructions. Eye has not seen, nor ear heard all that I have prepared for those who love ME.

No matter what has yet to be healed, no matter what is yet to be delivered, I WILL DO IT ! I AM WITH YOU. I AM IN YOU. I AM AROUND YOU. My angels surround you. Have CONFIDENCE IN MY ABILITY, not yours !!!!
I love you beloveds, and I will not leave anyone out. STAY your eyes on ME.
KEEP YOUR HEART TUNED to My VOICE. All is at hand.

Exalt ME in all things. Glorify MY NAME in all the earth ! Sing of My love, and worship Me in the beauty of Holiness. Don’t allow the ungodly to make you feel disqualified, when they cannot understand spiritual things. The carnal mind is bent on confusion and twisted knowledge from the tree of good and evil. It is not your friend. Don’t expect ungodly people to act like anything they are not. They don’t KNOW holiness. They don’t know honesty.
Forgive quickly in your heart that you might stay the course.
