Right now at a UN meeting in Dubai authoritarian regimes are pushing for
full governmental control of the Internet in a binding global treaty -- if
they succeed, the internet could become less open, more costly and much
slower. We have only 2 days to stop them.

The Internet has been an amazing example of people power -- allowing us to connect, speak out and pressure leaders like never before. That's largely
because it's been governed to-date by users and non-profits and not
governments. But now countries like Russia, China and United Arab  Emirates are trying to rewrite a major telecom treaty called the ITR to bring the Internet under its control -- the web would then be shaped by government interests and not by us, the users. 

Tim Berners Lee, one of the "fathers of the Internet," has warned that this could increase censorship online and invade our privacy. But if we object with a massive people-powered petition, we can strengthen the hand of countries fighting this power grab.

We have stopped attacks like this before and can do it again before the
treaty text is locked this week. A wave of opposition to a new ITR is
already building -- sign the petition to tell governments hands off our
Internet! and then forward this email to everyone you know -- when we hit 1
million signers, it'll be delivered straight to the delegates at this cozy

The meeting to update the ITR (International Telecommunication
Regulations) is being convened by a UN body called the International
Telecommunications Union (ITU). Normally, it wouldn't merit much attention, but Russia, China, Saudi Arabia and others are trying to use the meeting to increase government control of the Internet through proposals that would allow for access to be cut off more easily, threaten privacy, legitimize monitoring and traffic-blocking, and introduce new fees to access content online.

At the moment, our Internet has no central regulatory body, but various
non-profit organisations work together to manage different technological,
commercial and political interests to allow the Internet to run.  The
current model is certainly not without its flaws. US dominance and
corporate influence highlight the need for reform, but changes should not
be dictated from an opaque governments-only treaty body. They should emerge from an open and transparent, people-powered process -- putting the interests of us users in the center.

The ITU does extremely important work -- expanding affordable access for
poor countries and securing networks -- but it's not the right place to
make changes to how the Internet operates. Let's ensure that our Internet
stays free and governed by the public and show the ITU and the world that

With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew.
Always this season of various religious observances and celebrations in your world comes with intensified and mixed emotions. Those who are thriving feel grateful for the blessings in their lives and they enjoy merriment with family and friends; those who are alone or grieving or are hungry and penniless more keenly feel their lot in life. It is joyous for us to see that in this season of “good tidings to all,” so many caring, warmhearted souls reach out to help those who are needful.
This year is no different in that uplifting respect; however, the energies are stunningly different from this season in prior years. The highest vibrations your world has known for eons are affecting everyone, and while many are benefitting, masses are not in favorable positions. As the days of 2012 are winding down, the negative extreme of duality is making a strong last gasp before meeting its imminent end.
Of chief concern is unrest in the Middle East with the threat of chemical warfare in Syria, plutonium development in Iran, rebelliousness in Egypt, continuing Israeli-Palestinian enmity. There’s action toward a missile launch in North Korea, dire state of several national economies, mounting numbers of refugees and their plight, warring and oppression in some African nations, random acts of violence around the world, corruption in governments and multinational corporations.
Certainly it is not to dampen your holiday spirits that we mention those situations of world interest, but to assure you that in ALL cases, benevolent resolutions are coming! In the area of greatest concern, if chemical-laden weaponry were put into play, our universal family’s technology would prevent its functioning.
December 12th and 21st have long been considered as pivotal dates for the planet. To be sure, major energy surges due to planetary alignment are important thrusts forward, but Earth has been on an ascension course through successively higher vibratory levels and surges for over 70 years. This will continue throughout her travels in fourth density on to her destination in fifth, where the planet and Gaia, the soul who embodied as the planet, originated.
That is why we do not see a momentous event occurring on the 21st that will be equally profound for all worldwide. Each individual is a unique being and will experience a uniquely personal response to that day just as each has been doing all along Earth’s ascension progress. Some individuals may have a powerful energetic reaction while others may not sense anything at all unusual.
Beloved souls, please do not feel discouraged if you don’t experience something dramatic! As the light intensity has been increasing on Earth, so has your conscious and spiritual awareness been increasing, and your bodies have been adjusting to cellular changes from carbon to crystalline. You don’t need a startling event or sensation to feel elated about approaching the doorstep of Earth’s Golden Age!
Rejoice with us about a recent development in your linear time regarding the greater numbers of souls who may physically accompany Earth into that Age! God is granting the soul level petitions of ancestor souls to “partner” with their descendents who are struggling valiantly to divest themselves of emotions that are curtailing the amount of light they are absorbing.
Their emotions, which are not rooted in darkness and hurt no one except the souls themselves, are intense or prolonged grieving, remorse, guilt, judgment, hopelessness and difficulty shedding belief in falsehoods they have been taught. Much ground work toward restoration and reformation has been accomplished. Mainstream media have exposed corruption in many quarters and efforts undertaken behind the scenes soon will become public knowledge. Situations vital to peace are being negotiated between some of your leaders and representatives of our extraterrestrial family.
Environmental projects will be initiated as soon as the priority measures that we enumerated in a recent message have been managed [September 24, 2012]. And yes, the highest universal council still is awaiting God’s “GO!” for our family members’ official introduction.

Bob ==> _____________________________________________________________________ "Another way of seeing the crucial moment in which we 'ascend' is to say that it is the moment when 'duality' – or what Archangel Michael calls “either/or” – 'disappears from our minds'. “So that sense of "either/or", of what you traditionally have thought of as 'yes or no', black or white, 'innocent or guilty', 'yin or yang', of 'duality', of 'polarity' ---- 'is gone'! It is the 'alignment'. The entire journey in this third-dimensional existence is reaching this place of alignment, of placing yourself "beyond" the 'either/or'. And when you are doing that in this ascension process, it is like a Roman candle: off you go.” I asked him if Ascension was a process where we get up physically and move to another location and he replied: “No, you don’t. Think of it as blinking. Have you ever blinked and the room seems brighter all of a sudden? This happens all the time in your meditation. It is like a blink. … ============================================================= Gradual vs. Sudden Views of Ascension – Part 4 – Archangel Michael (AAM) Archangel Michael described the dislocation we would feel immediately after our shift to "Fifth Dimensionality" (Earth's former 'glorious' dimension, apparently.) “There will also be in that period, which can be moments or a few hours, [a sensation] of feeling disassociated, that even if you were to open your eyes, Even if you were to look at a floor, you would see that it is simply made of particles, subatomic particles, quantum particles, that it is not solid. So you have begun immediately to have the real sensation or vision of how things can be seen, and how they are seen, maybe, from this side. “So there is a sense of unreality. Now, if you wish to make things solid, you will just simply say that you want that, and it will appear. But the knowing that that is simply a 'construct' that you are 'creating' already is there in 'full consciousness'. When you decide to open your eyes, how you see the colors, the textures, the richness, the air, will be very different. What you think of as your 'senses will be heightened', oh, at least a thousand-fold. “So, there is a little adjustment. And we are with you, and we obviously take care of that, because this is completely a joyous situation to be in. Think of it as being spiritually orgasmic. It is the union of all. “Then, you will settle into this knowing, and of course that choice of physicality. But also know that if you choose to keep physicality, immediately what you have noted as, what we would call human aches and pains are gone.” And how will Fifth Dimensionality strike us upon first arrival? AAM says what will strike us right away as a “place of love". It will be all of a sudden that the decisions, the actions, the existence, the form is love, and is from love, and is of love.” However, he adds, “the biggest shift is you no longer 'live or exist' — you can visit, … but you do not live — within the third dimension.” The next point to establish is where we end up – whether we go to the Fourth Dimension or the Fifth or higher. Archangel Michael says we go to the Fifth and higher, depending on our state of evolution (Starseeds, for instance, will go higher). In describing the upwards-seeming flight of Ascension, he called it “the elevator to the Fifth. And further, there will be some who simply choose to keep going [to dimensions higher than the Fifth]. But as a collective, that is the plan.” When I asked him on An Hour with an Angel, Sept. 3, 2012, he said: “Yes, the shift is into the fifth, and will continue — no, 'probably not' in your lifetime — through to the seventh. What will those find, who go to the Fifth? Will it be a blank slate? AAM replies: “It is not to say that you arrive in the fifth and it is a completely blank slate. There will be what you need there. But what you desire, or need, or believe you need, you will CREATE. And the feeling, the belief that density and structure is the foundation of existence will not be part of that belief system, that reality.” The next question that concerns people, is whether the Earth will remain in Third Dimension, as a home to those who refuse to ascend, or whether it will cease to exist. I asked Archangel Michael if any people would find themselves remaining on a Third-Dimensional Earth and he responded: AAM: They will find themselves 'elsewhere'. S: And will they find themselves elsewhere as babies, or as they are now? AAM: They will return home. They will return 'out of body'. S: To the astral planes? AAM: Yes. And they will be counseled and then reassigned as they choose. S: And there will be no one on this Earth? Or will this Earth exist? AAM: Oh, no [that is, not in 3D], it will exist [in 5D]. So, no, the Earth will not exist in Third Dimensionality, but it will exist in Fifth Dimensionality. When will all this happen? In An Hour with an Angel, AAM said: “So are there dimensional shifts already underway? … Does this culminate at the end of your year? Yes.” He also said: “I will not be pinned down to an actual date and time” and he said that for two reasons. First he did not want us to postpone our preparations for it towards that time, he said. ”When you are talking about a specific date, the reason that I am avoiding it is because too many people in your collective become fixated on a date and time. So we say this is not particularly…. Is this a moment in time that is highly significant in terms of the shift? Yes. Do I suggest that you wait until December 19th to get ready? No. Do I suggest that if you arrive on December 22nd that you have missed the boat? No.” (16) A second reason is that there are also opportunities for early Ascension and he did not want people to associate Ascension with only one date. He gave alternate dates for what I call “early risers” who are, in his words, “free to fly” or “take early exit” through Celia Fenn and in interview with me in 2011. “[They] will also have the ability to travel back and forth and communicate with those still stuck in the Third. No, not in physical form, well, not in physical as you think of it. But their reality will be completely different. … “ It is like when you see many of your star brothers and sisters, … they are visible, but they’re not completely present.” (19) In my reading with him on Aug 17, 2012, he suggested that Ascension could be earlier than Dec. 21, 2012. On Aug. 1, 2011, he asked me: “Do we want you to be wedded to a date? No. Do we say that the dates that have been given are accurate and significant? Yes. If you were paralyzed, and let us suggest that in many ways the collective has been paralyzed, if you were paralyzed, and you were praying and praying and doing your sacred practice, and meditating for healing, and you were given the date of December 2012, would you be upset, dear friend, if it arrived in September? I think not. “So look to your dates, but at the same time we are asking deeply of you, keep an open mind to early arrival.” AAM agrees with Matthew Ward that the spiritual journey back to the Creator goes on long after this coming Ascension: “As spiritual growth is ongoing, continual and a sacred journey and path, all will continue, long after they have completed planetary ascension.” He encourages us not to think of it as having an end at all, but as an ongoing process: “As you have probably heard before, ascension is an ever-evolving, continuous, on-going evolutionary process and not a destination.” He gives us an idea of just how long the journey back to the Creator is. “There are many levels and stages of ascension: personal earthly ascension, whereby you gradually balance and harmonize your chakra centers which in turn triggers the process of clearing your physical vessel and your auric field of discordant energies. … “Ultimately, we will experience the universal ascension process together. This phase of ascension will take place in the far-distant future; However, we in the higher realms of existence have had glimpses of this prodigious cosmic event and, we assure you, it is so magnificently complex and awe-inspiring that it is beyond your present comprehension.” He reminds 'Starseeds' that “you have experienced different phases of the ascension process many times before in a multitude of locations and realities.” So Archangel Michael does say that a major Ascension will take place on Dec. 21, 2012, but He also refuses to pin himself down to just one date. Ascensions for some individuals – early risers or those who are free to fly and take early exit and for those who become ready after that date – exist prior to Dec. 21 and after. Ascension is not a fixed phenomena or an all-or-nothing affair, but, will accommodate 'both' those who are fit to ascend 'before' and those who become fit to ascend 'after'. He does say that we will ascend to the Fifth Dimension, but he also adds that many will ascend to the Fifth, Sixth. Seventh, etc., and that those who ascend to the Fifth will be able to return and visit the Third. The brand new pastor and his wife, newly assigned to their first ministry, to reopen a church
in suburban Brooklyn, arrived in early October excited about their opportunities. When they saw their church, it was very run down and needed much work. They set a goal to have everything done in time to have their first service on Christmas Eve.

They worked hard, repairing pews, plastering walls, painting, etc, and on December 18 were ahead of schedule and just about finished. On December 19 a terrible tempest - a driving rainstorm hit the area and lasted for two days.

On the 21st, the pastor went over to the church. His heart sank when he saw that the roof had leaked, causing a large area of plaster about 20 feet by 8 feet to fall off the front wall of the sanctuary just behind the pulpit, beginning about head high.

The pastor cleaned up the mess on the floor, and not knowing what else to do but postpone the Christmas Eve service, headed home. On the way he noticed that a local business was having a flea market type sale for charity so he stopped in.

One of the items was a beautiful, handmade, ivory colored, crocheted tablecloth with exquisite work, fine colors and a Cross embroidered right in the center. It was just the right size to cover up the hole in the front wall. He bought it and headed back to the church.

By this time it had started to snow. An older woman running from the opposite direction was
trying to catch the bus.. She missed it. The pastor invited her to wait in the warm church for the next bus 45 minutes later.

She sat in a pew and paid no attention to the pastor while he got a ladder, hangers, etc., to put up the tablecloth as a wall tapestry. The pastor could hardly believe how beautiful it looked and it covered up the entire problem area.

Then he noticed the woman walking down the center aisle. Her face was like a sheet.. "Pastor," she asked, "where did you get that tablecloth?" The pastor explained. The woman asked him to check the lower right corner to see if the initials, EBG were crocheted into it there. They were. These were the initials of the woman, and she had made this tablecloth 35 years before, in Austria.

The woman could hardly believe it as the pastor told how he had just gotten the Tablecloth. The woman explained that before the war she and her husband were well-to-do people in Austria. When the Nazis came, she was forced to leave. Her husband was going to follow her the next week. He was captured, sent to prison and never saw her husband or her home again.

The pastor wanted to give her the tablecloth; but she made the pastor keep it for the church. The pastor insisted on driving her home, that was the least he could do.. She lived on the other side of Staten Island and was only in Brooklyn for the day for a housecleaning job.

What a wonderful service they had on Christmas Eve. The church was almost full. The music and the spirit were great. At the end of the service, the pastor and his wife greeted everyone at the door and many said that they would return. One older man, whom the pastor recognized from the neighborhood continued to sit in one of the pews and stare, and the pastor wondered why he wasn't leaving.

The man asked him where he got the tablecloth on the front wall because it was identical to one
that his wife had made years ago when they lived in Austria before the war and how could there be two tablecloths so much alike? He told the pastor how the Nazis came, how he forced his wife to flee for her safety and he was supposed to follow her, but he was arrested and put in a prison.. He never saw his wife or his home again all the 35 years in between.

The pastor asked him if he would allow him to take him for a little ride. They drove to Staten Island and to the same house where the pastor had taken the woman three days earlier. He helped the man climb the three flights of stairs to the woman's apartment, knocked on the door and he saw the greatest Christmas reunion he could ever imagine.

I asked the Lord to bless you as I prayed for you today, to guide you and protect you as you go along your way. His love is always with you, His promises are true, and when we give Him all our cares you know He will see us through.

So when the road you're traveling on seems difficult at best.. Just remember I'm here praying and God will do the rest. When there is nothing left but God, that is when you find out that God is all you need.
