US Military Sniper Stops Portland Mall Massacre

US Military Sniper Stops Portland Mall Massacre
By: Sorcha Faal, and as reported to her Western Subscribers
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
A new Federal Security Services (FSB) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that a massacre was averted this past week at a shopping mall located in the Portland, Oregon suburb of Happy Valley after a US military sniper team “neutralized” a heavily armed masked gunman prior to his being able to launch what was intended to be one of the United States worst mass shootings in recent years.
According to this report, this past Tuesday (11 December), the gunman intending to perpetrate this massacre, since indentified as Jacob Tyler Roberts, entered theClackamas Town Center shopping mall, where an estimated 10,000 holiday shoppers were located, announced “I am the shooter,” then opened fire upon his shocked victims killing Cindy Ann Yuille and Steve M. Forsyth, and critically wounding a teenage girl named Kristina Shevchenko.
Within minutes of this attack occurring, this report says, one of the at least four sniper teams belonging to the US Army’s 1st Special Forces Group, headquartered at theJoint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington State, who had been pre-positioned for this attack, located the gunman and killed him with a single shot to the head thus ending, what in all likelihood Russian analysts say, could have been the worst American mass shooting in decades.
Interesting to note, this report continues, are that the US military sniper teams who ended this seemingly senseless rampage were able to have been pre-positioned due to their receiving a warning of this attack the day before via the English-language image board website named 4chan, where on 10 December, the day prior to this attempted massacre, a message was posted saying “Tomorrow. Watch the news, Clackamas Town Center Mall.” [See screen shot image below]

4chan is one of the Internet's most trafficked image boards and, FSB analysts say in this report, the most likely poster of this massacre warning is a US dissident group named Potentially Alarming Research: Anonymous Intelligence Agency (Par:AnoIA) whose website is designed to collect leaks, allow project participants to work on them, and release them in a way that draws the attention of the public.
Not just the public follows Par:AnoIA, this report continues, all US military and intelligence agencies, likewise, follow their leaks and warnings, but with much more sophisticated software algorithms enabling them to ascertain what are “true” threats from “false” ones.
The greatest concern to the US military about these gun-related massacres, FSB analysts in this report say, and as we had previously reported on in our 28 July reportMysterious Radio “Blast” Before Colorado Massacre Puzzles Scientists, are their all involving what can only be described as “mind controlled entities” acting without reason, but with “sudden and deadly purpose.”
Like nearly all of the mass killers who came before him, Jacob Tyler Roberts was described as a typically happy man who liked to joke around, but had changed abruptly in the last week and “seemed numb” immediately prior to the attack.
Unbeknownst to the American people about these mass shootings, and as the Sorcha Faal has fully documented in her seminal work titled “Iron Mountain Apocalypse: The True Story Of 2013”, the US policy of instituting a continued atmosphere of terror, panic and fear have long been a part of their plan to institute changes to their society which has seen them become the most spied upon people in all of world history.
To when the next massacre will occur, this report grimly ends, is not a matter of “if,” but rather “when,” as the “master plan” to disarm the American people is now accelerating as these unsuspecting people continue sleepwalking towards the abyss.

Due to our missions conflicts with that of those governments, the responses of their ‘agents’ against us has been a longstanding misinformation/misdirection campaign designed to discredit and which is addressed in the report “Who Is Sorcha Faal?”.]

55 Reasons Why California Is The Worst State In America

Why in the world
would anyone want to live in the state of California at this point? The entire
state is rapidly becoming a bright, shining example of everything that is wrong
with America. It is so sad to watch our most populated state implode right in
front of our eyes. Like millions of Americans, I was quite enamored with the
state of California when I was younger. The warm weather, the beaches, the
great natural beauty of the state and the mystique of Hollywood all really
appealed to me. At one point I even thought that I wanted to move there. But
today, hordes of Californians are racing to get out of the state because it has
become a total nightmare. It is the worst state in the country in which to do
business, taxes were just raised even higher, unemployment is more than 20
percent higher than the national average and the state government is drowning
in debt. Meanwhile, poverty, gang activity and crime just seem to get worse
with each passing year. On top of everything else, the insane politicians in
Sacramento just keep on passing more laws that make the problems that the state
is facing even worse. Unfortunately, what is happening in California may be a
preview of what is coming to the entire nation. The old adage, “as California
goes, so goes the nation”, has been proven to be true way too many times.
In dozens of different ways, the state of California is showing the rest of us what not to do. Will we learn from their mistakes, or will we follow them into oblivion? Please share the list below with as many people as you can. In addition to a large amount of new research, this list also pulled heavily from one of myprevious articles and from outstanding research done by Richard Rider. The following are 55 reasons why California is the worst state in America…
1. One survey of business executives has ranked California as the worst state in America to do business for 8 years in a row.
2. In 2011, the state of California ranked 50th out of all 50 states in new business creation.
3. According to one recent study, California is the worst-governed state in the entire country.
4. Thanks to Proposition 30, California now boasts the highest state income tax rate in the nation.
5. Even though California just raised taxes dramatically on the wealthy, state revenues are falling like a rock. State revenue for November 2012 was 10.8 percent below projections.
6. California has the highest sales tax rate in the United States.
7. California has the 8th highest corporate income tax rate in the country.
8. California has the highest “minimum corporate tax” in the country. Each corporation must pay at least $800 to the state even if a corporation does not make a single dollar of profit.
9. California is tied with New York for the highest gasoline tax rate in the country.
10. California is the only state in America that taxes carbon emissions.
11. The state of California issues some of the most expensive traffic tickets in the nation. This is another form of taxation.
12. As of October, only Nevada and Rhode Island had higher unemployment rates than California.
13. The unemployment rate in California is more than 20 percent higher than the overall unemployment rate for the rest of the nation.
14. The state of California requires licenses for 177 different occupations (the most in the nation). The national average is only 92.
15. California teachers are the highest paid in the nation, but California students rank 48th in math and49th in reading.
16. California accounts for 12 percent of the U.S. population, but a whopping 33 percent of Americans that receive TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) live there.
17. Only the state of Illinois has a lower bond rating than the state of California does.
18. Including unfunded pension liabilities, the state of California has more than twice as much debt as any other state does.
19. Average pay for California state workers has risen by more than 100 percent since 2005. That is good news for those state employees, but it is bad news for the taxpayers that have to pay their salaries.
20. More than 5,000 California state troopers made more than $100,000 last year.
21. One highway patrol officer ended up bringing home almost $484,000 in 2011.
22. One state psychiatrist in California was paid $822,000 in 2011.
23. Since 2007, the number of children living in poverty in the state of California has increased by 30 percent.
24. Sadly, an astounding 60 percent of all students attending California public schools now qualify for free or reduced-price school lunches.
25. The American Tort Reform Association has ranked the state of California as the worst “judicial hellhole” in America.
26. Businesses all over the state of California are being absolutely suffocated to death by ridiculous regulations.
27. According to the Milken Institute, operating costs for California businesses are 23 percent higherthan the national average.
28. According to CNN, the state of California had the worst “small business failure rate” in America in 2010. It was 69 percent higher than the national average.
29. The number of people unemployed in the state of California is roughly equivalent to the populations of Nevada, New Hampshire and Vermont combined.
30. Residential customers in California pay about 29 percent more for electricity than the national average.
31. So many poor people and illegal aliens have taken advantage of the “free” healthcare at emergency rooms that many of them have been forced to shut down in California. As a result, the state of California now ranks dead last out of all 50 states in the number of emergency rooms per million people.
32. Political correctness is totally out of control in California.
33. One California town is actually considering making it illegal to smoke in your own backyard.
34. The traffic around the big cities is horrific.
35. Los Angeles
36. San Francisco
37. Oakland
38. Stockton
39. Sacramento
40. The rampant gang activity in the state gets even worse with each passing year.
41. Crime continues to rise all over the state.
42. Just recently, the city attorney of San Bernardino, California told citizens to “lock their doors and load their guns” because there is not enough money to pay for adequate police protection any longer.
43. The murder rate in San Bernardino is up 50 percent this year.
44. In Oakland, burglaries are up 43 percent so far this year.
45. Today, Oakland is considered the 5th most violent city in the United States.
46. There have been more than 250 gold chain robberies in Stockton, California just since the month of April.
47. In Stockton, the police budget cuts got so bad that the police union put up a billboard at one pointwith the following message: “Welcome to the 2nd most dangerous city in California. Stop laying off cops.”
48. Jerry Brown.
49. The absolutely insane California state legislature.
50. Wildfires.
51. Mudslides.
52. The state of California lies directly along the infamous “Ring of Fire“. Approximately 90 percent of all the earthquakes in the entire world happen along the Ring of Fire and the “Big One” could hit the state at any moment.
53. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, approximately 100,000 more people moved out of the state of California in 2011 than moved into it.
54. During 2011, more than 58,000 people moved from California to the state of Texas.
55. Overall, the state of California has experienced a net loss of about four million residents to other states over the past 20 years.

3 DAYS OF DARKNESS
From reading on the internet and watching some youtube.com videos, I am convinced that all kinds of disasters, even ones we are not used to can happen now. The solar system is moving into an area of the universe where there are more possible dangers for earth and the people upon the earth.
From reading on the internet and watching some youtube.com videos, I am convinced that all kinds of disasters, even ones we are not used to can happen now. The solar system is moving into an area of the universe where there are more possible dangers for earth and the people upon the earth.
There is to be a rare eclipse of our sun with the other suns, including stronger suns, in the universe. So, it is possible that eclipse will cause huge solar flares. Possible extreme changes in the earths magnetic field too. The possible 3 days of darkness will include the nights too. Some people say it will be 4 days. Some people include 30 hours of us all being blinded. We are not used to being blind. That will make it very difficult to do food preparation. Best to have on hand foods that do not have to be cooked, bottled water and juices too.
Possibly that all the electricity will be cut off too. I hope that battery operated lights will work. If not, possibly candles will work. If batteries work, a small battery powered radio is a smart idea. Some kind of alternative light and a working radio will help to cope with any possible longer term darkness without electricity. Do you have a flashlight or lantern, small radio, batteries, candles, and matches? Also many people are dependent upon electric for heating. So, for those people, no electric means no heat during the winter. Numerous blankets will be needed. If there is to be temporary 30 hour blindness for us all, then it may be dangerous to burn a fireplace. Sparks could fly out and set the home on fire. Blind people will not be able to see the fire.
Many people in the U.S.A. expect the government to come to the rescue, but they are not adequate for that. Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst.

UBS
faces $1 billion fine for Libor rigging
Posted by Charleston Voice Now, let's be honest with ourselves here. If these banksters are too big to jail, how can any of us truthfully believe Obama could be impeached, let alone removed from office for high crimes of treason. Give it up. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Friday, 14 December 2012 02:44 Posted by Abdul Ahad LONDON: Swiss bank UBS faces a fine of about $1 billion next week to settle charges of rigging the Libor interest rate benchmark, a person familiar with the situation said on Thursday. Such a penalty would be more than double the $450 million fine levied on British bank Barclays in June by US and British regulators and would be the third massive US fine to hit big European banks this week. "The global settlement is about $1 billion," the source said. "It's expected early next week - on Monday or Tuesday." UBS declined to comment. Britain's Financial Services Authority and the US Department of Justice and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) all declined to comment. Barclays was the first - and so far only - bank to settle charges of rigging the London interbank offered rate, known as Libor, a benchmark used for trillions of dollars worth of loans around the world. Tiny shifts in the rate, compiled from daily polls of bankers, could benefit dealers in complex products. The fallout from the scandal forced Barclays' chairman and chief executive to quit and prompted a political and public backlash against standards in banking across Europe and the United States. That was partly due to details in the Barclays settlement showing how traders brazenly gamed the system. Libor is used to price financial products worth more than $300 trillion worldwide and regulators across the world are investigating more than a dozen banks for alleged rigging of rates going back to 2005 or even earlier. This week British police and anti-fraud officers made the first arrests in connection to the probe, detaining a former trader and two other men, sources said. One of those arrested was former UBS and Citigroup trader Thomas Hayes, according to a source familiar with the situation. The two others worked at interdealer broker RP Martin, according to a separate source. TORRID TIME FOR UBS The fine will mark another blow to UBS, which has had a tough 18 months after suffering a $2.3-billion loss in a rogue trading scandal, management upheaval and thousands of job cuts. "I'm not sure how much more reputational damage can be done to UBS," said Chris Wheeler, analyst at Mediobanca in London. "They are rebuilding that slowly, but it won't help the wealth management business when you see this as a headline." Banks are keen to put such fines behind them as they attempt to rebuild credibility among politicians, the general public and investors following the financial crisis which forced taxpayers to bail out companies which had gambled themselves into trouble. After months of criticism about poor standards and a culture of immorality, incompetence or both across the banking industry, banks' profits and capital are also taking heavy hits and more fines for past malpractice appear likely. "The trend is this is now an ongoing cost of doing business," said Wheeler at Mediobanca. "It looks like it's going to be a drain on the banks for some time." HSBC on Tuesday reached a $1.92 billion settlement with US authorities over money laundering, the highest ever fine on a bank, a day after another London-based bank, Standard Chartered, agreed to pay $327 million for violating US sanctions against Iran, Sudan and other states, adding to an earlier $340 million for similar breaches of regulations. Deutsche Bank, Germany's flagship lender, was raided on Wednesday by about 500 German tax inspectors and police, who arrested five staff in a probe linked to a tax scam involving the trading of carbon permits. Britain's Royal Bank of Scotland is also expected to reach a settlement on Libor manipulation shortly. Investigators are assessing whether banks used responses to the daily survey of the rates they would offer to other banks to try to nudge Libor, perhaps by only a few hundredths of a percentage point. Such a move could still benefit their own trades in bonds or more complex deals linked to that rate. Banks found guilty also face civil lawsuits from those they traded with. Some borrowers complain they paid more interest than they should have, although others may have paid less. Reuters' parent company Thomson Reuters Corp collects information from banks and uses it to calculate Libor rates according to specifications drawn up by the British Bankers Association (BBA).
