THE QUIET TIME, BEFORE THE STORM!
Diana, Agenda 21 and the New World Order

We are experiencing what I would call
"The Halcyon Days", a time of quiet before all hell breaks loose!
If you listen to the right radio stations or TV channels, you will hear the
warnings that another attack, even worse than 9.11 is waiting in the wings.
For years, I have known that the New World
Order had a 100 year plan to usher in a one world government. As I
investigated this hundred year plan, I discovered that one of the first steps
in their plan for a One World Government, is to create a New World Religion.
To create a new religion, the NWO must
first destroy or demonize the old religions. They must be shown as barbaric
holdovers from the middle ages. This is currently being done.
· The Muslims are being painted as blood
thirsty terrorists whose first duty is "Jihad" - meaning kill
everyone who isn't a Muslim.
· The Catholic Church is being brought down
through the pedophile priests.
· Jews are being painted a modern day Nazis.
While it appears as if different factions are
involved in these attacks, in my humble opinion, all of these attacks are
part of the 100 year plan which was drawn up by Cecil Rhodes' Round Table and
its cohorts in the Fabian Socialists and other similar groups and people of
that day. Today we label these groups and their modern day counterparts as
the New World Order.
· The 100
year plan for a NWO and a New World Religion, (NWR) includes the NWO version
of Armageddon. This Armageddon takes place in the Middle East and at the
moment, the forces of good and evil are being represented by the Palestinians
(evil... if you are from the Christian right) and Israel (good). The 1984
version of Armageddon had Libya, Syria and the USSR as the "evil
doers" and Israel and the United States as the "good guys".
Depending on your political mindset, the "good" and the
"evil" may be reversed. This doesn't matter, what matters is that
one side is demonized by the other side to such an extant that one side
doesn't even consider the other side to be human.
The common link in both versions of Armageddon
is that it will be played out in the Middle East and both Israel and the
Palestinians will be destroyed.
Several years ago I found a paper on the
United Nations website that talked about Jerusalem as the first World City
where all the world religions will be welcome.
Part of the Jerusalem-World-City scenario sees
the Catholic Church relocating to Jerusalem. Other "modern day
Prophecies" and "modern day interpretations" of old
prophesies, see the Vatican being destroyed by an earthquake (mini nuke?),
and the "Princes of the Church" deciding that God has told them
they must return to the place where Jesus founded Christianity, rather than
the home of the Roman Empire. (I have since tried to find that paper, but it
seems to have disappeared. If anyone wants to look for it, it was in the 1948
or 1949 archive. They probably pulled it down when they read my short
references to it on the Rumor Mill News Forum!)
After making Jerusalem the first World City,
the next step is to make it the Capital of the One World Government.
We are in a period of quiet while we await the
next attack. The more the Democrats demand a hearing on the first attack, the
more likely it is that the second attack will come! But where will it come?
And WHO will really be behind it?
· The controlled media will blame Muslim
extremists.
· The anti Bush people will say that he did
it to keep the truth about his complicity in the 9.11 attack from coming out.
· The "blame Israel first" group
will say that Israel did it to keep their part in the 9.11 attack from coming
out.
But who gains from this second attack? A
second attack will see the United States expand its war on terror, which will
essentially become "perpetual war for perpetual peace". An idea out
of George Orwells' 1984, a book whose author was privy to the
machinations of the masters of the New World Order.
· The
people who gain from this will be the people who control the weapons. Those
who have the biggest guns will make the rules and rule!
Who has the biggest weapons? The United
States? Russia? Iraq? Or could it be that the real "owners" of the
biggest weapons are the nameless, faceless people who make up the highest tiers
of the New World Order?
While we are in this quiet period, before the
next shoe drops, I think people need to take the time to understand what the
New World Order has in store for us.
Months ago, I stopped following the lead of
the major media.
I stopped updating the front page with
articles that follow the "news". I realized that the controlled
media and their "reporters", i.e. "talking heads", have
no idea of what is going on. Therefore, I stopped putting THEIR "breaking
news" on the front page of Rumor Mill News. I did this because I wanted
people to understand that most of the news headlines are only created to sell
papers, webpages or television programs. I also wanted the readers of
Rumor Mill News to understand the deeper reasons things are happening the way
they are.
· And in
this vein, several webpages and articles are going to be spotlighted on the
front page for the next few weeks... or until the next shoe drops...
whichever comes first.

In late 1997 I began writing my book, Diana,
Queen of Heaven, the New World Religion. It was published in January of 1999.
In it I talked about an insidious plan called Agenda 21. If the New
World Order is successful in creating their version of Armageddon in the
Middle East, and thereby ushering in a New World Religion followed by a One
World Government, Agenda 21 is what will hold each and everyone of us
prisoner!
Ignorant environmentalists have innocently
aided and abetted the New World Order slave masters in their efforts to
imprison the human race on "islands" from which there is no
escape.
Below, I have published, for the first time on
the web, a chapter from my book, Diana, Queen of Heaven. I have followed it
with links to articles from the Rumor Mill News forum that were published two
to three years ago. In light of what is going on right now, I believe these
links will help you understand the peril all of us are in.
· I
noticed that one of my sources posted something on the web that gives slight
hints that George Bush IS part of Faction Two, the opposition to the
New World Order. The source seems to be indicating that Faction 2's plan to
bankrupt the New World Order by killing the "cash cow", the Federal
Reserve Banks, has been successful. If this is true, then expect the New World
Order to lash out in a huge and devastating final attempt to destroy their
enemies and impose their One World Government.
If Faction 2 is NOT successful in destroying
the multi-eyed beast, then we can be assured that the Islands created
by Maurice Strong and his Agenda 21 will become our lifetime prisons!

Diana, Queen of Heaven,
The New World Religion
Devotees of Diana will come from all religions
and countries. She will be identified with the Mother Goddess; with Mary,
Mother of Jesus; with Mother Earth; and with all the other faces of the
ancient Goddess Diana.
Princess Diana will be seen as the savior of
the poor, the protector of the weak, the healer of the sick. Diana, Princess
of Wales, will be transformed into a Saint, and then merged with the ancient
Goddess Diana.
The familiar images of the People's Princess
will adorn the walls and alters of the Temple of Diana. They will also grace
the halls of the churches, mosques and synagogues that have been rededicated
to the Goddess Diana. The Goddess Diana will have the face of Princess Diana,
and in the minds of the Devotees, the Goddess and the Princess will be one
and the same. Patterning their doctrines after Christianity, Princess Diana
will be both the daughter of the Goddess and the Goddess, Herself!
No Separation
of Church and State
There will be no separation of church and
state in the World being created by the New World Order. There will be an
illusion of separation, but the same people will control both government and
religion. A ruling cabal made up of the most powerful of the World''s Elite
families, will sit behind the thrones and temples and direct every aspect of
human life, much at the Catholic Church did during the dark ages.
In theory, the direct descendants of Diana,
will rule the World governments. This means her sons, and grandchildren will
sit on all the thrones of the World. They supposedly will oversee World
government. Those people who are of her "bloodline", i.e., her
brothers and sisters, her cousins, great nieces and nephews, will rule the
Temples and other religious institutions such as medical schools and
hospitals.
According to historians who have researched
the Merovingian Kings of Europe, Diana is descended from King Charles the II,
(who was Prince of Wales in the mid 1600's.) King Charles the II was also a
Stuart King. This is the true royal house of England. Diana not only was
descended from a Merovingian King, but she was descended from the true Royal
House of England.
According to the book Holy Blood, Holy
Grail, the royal Merovingian bloodline of King Charles the II and Diana,
came from the Biblical House of David, through the children of Jesus and Mary
Magdalen, down through the Merovingian Kings and into the veins of Diana
Spencer, the Princess of Wales. Whether or not this is true has yet to be
proved. What is true is all European royalty who are descended from
Merovingians believe they are descended from Jesus. Because of this
belief, they feel mandated by God to rule over humanity.
The version of the history, which shows Diana
to be a direct descendent of Jesus, will be the only accepted version.
Anything else will be heresy and heresy will not be tolerated. The Temple
of Diana, will steal its legitimacy from as many old religions as needed.
The Daughter of the Goddess will be descended from the Son of God.
The Second Coming of Christ was in the body of a woman... so say The
Teachings of Diana.

the Tone for Temple Service
The motto of the Prince of Wales is,
"I serve." It is a motto based on the age-old concept of the
divinely appointed king, who was there only to serve his people. Diana, the
Princess of Wales, took the message of service to heart. In the last years of
her short life, she used her beauty and position to bring attention to the
sick, the suffering, the poor and the meek. While she was alive, Diana,
herself, set the tone of service which will permeate both government and
religion in the New World. From government will come protection. From the
religious community will come service.
The motto of Diana''s Devotees will become: To
Protect and to Serve. This practice of service and protection seems to be
derived from the Knights Templars of the middle ages.

Original Protectors and Servers
During the Middle Ages, a group of
monk-knights, all of noble birth, humbled themselves before God and the Pope,
and dedicated their Order of Temple Knights to the service of the Church of
Rome. They became known as "The Protectors of Christ."
The Popes of Rome were beguiled by their
service and their humility. The poor and meek welcomed their protection.
Using the technique of "protect and serve," the Knights
Templars, benevolently controlled Europe for almost 300 years. During these
300 years, Europe went from the Dark Ages to the Renaissance.
A well-informed Templar insider expressed the
concept of "protect and serve" this way:
"When you protect something, you
control it.
When you continue to serve the thing you control, it is lulled into
complacency.
In this Edenic complacency, the thing
which is protected, never realizes it is controlled.
Therefore, to control something, you
must protect and serve it very well.
You must be sure that it stays so happy
and complacent that it never even thinks about freedom...
Let alone seeks it."
This knowledgeable Templar insider went
on to talk about the Praetorian Guard that protected the Emperors of Rome. He
explained that by controlling access to the Emperors, the Praetorian Guard
controlled Rome.

The
Illusion of Paradise
When the Goddess Diana and the New
World Religion control the Earth, life for the common man and woman, will
appear like paradise. All problems will be handled by a Protector, a
government official, or a Server, a religious representative of the Temple of
Diana.
Following the pattern of service set down by
Princess Diana herself, the Protectors and Servers will make sure that
all people will have the necessities of life, i.e., food, shelter, clothing
and a meaningful and fulfilling occupation.
The
Protectors and Servers of Diana
In the coming New World of the Goddess Diana,
there will be no need for police, fireman, paramedics, soldiers, or animal
control officers. All of theses functions will be handled by the Protectors
and the Servers.
The "Servants" of Diana will take
the place of doctors, dentists, pharmacists and all other healers. They will
fulfill the roles of ministers, psychologists, artists, writers, musicians,
dancers and entertainers. They will handle every mental, emotional and
spiritual need. The "Servants" from the Temple of Diana will
run the gamut from undertakers to teachers to spiritual and psychic
consultants, to sexual healers, what we now call prostitutes. As in the
ancient religion of Diana, these Priestess Prostitutes will dispense healing
and love to all who need it. Among their other talents will be dancing, music
and art. All of this class, whether they be priests or priestesses, will be
called "Servants". They will "serve" their fellow man in
any way that is needed. In particular, they will be ready and willing to do
everything in their power to serve the rulers of the government and the
priests and priestesses of the temples.
The Servants of Diana will have a lower
echelon which will be know as the Stewards of the Earth. The Stewards will
have dominion over the land. All farming, animal husbandry and construction
will be under the control and protection of the Stewards of the Earth. The
Stewards will take the place of Planning Departments, Environmental
Protection Agencies, Agriculture Departments, and even the Food and Drug
Agency. Present governmental bureaucratic rules and regulations will be
replaced The Teachings of Diana.
Breaking an EPA (Environmental Protection
Agency) rule or regulation may get you fined or thrown into prison. But
breaking a tenant in the Teachings of Diana could see you banished,
i.e. "Disappeared" and doomed to Hell, to be pursued eternally by
the Crone aspect of Diana, who hunts down and punishes all who transgress her
teachings.

Government Regulations Become Church Doctrine
The Temple Servers and Protectors of the Earth
will replace all the worldwide environmental organizations. In 1984,
(remember the book by the same name), the United Nations produced a report
called "Our Common Future." For the first time "sustainable
development" was defined as "meeting the needs of the present
without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own
needs." In 1992 at the Rio "Earth Summit" a document called
"Agenda 21" was introduced. The power behind this guide and work
plan for the future was a little known United Nations official named Maurice
Strong. Agenda 21 is the New World Order''s Plan for the 21st Century.
"Our Common future reminds us that,
whatever may be our individual aspirations, whatever may be our national or
cultural identity, that we are first and foremost earthlings, that our future
is absolutely and inextricably bound together. We cannot pursue our futures
solely as isolated individuals or as isolated sovereign nations today. We
have to work together, our future is truly a common future on this planet,
and it depends on the way in which we work together and cooperate together in
ensuring that our planet - Earth - will remain a congenial and a viable and
hospitable home for the entire human species and indeed for the other forms
of life that inhabit our planet."

Agenda 21, the Plan set forth by Maurice
Strong, will cover (As set forth in the table of contents of their book):
· Agriculture, (sustainable farming, urban
agriculture, edible landscaping),
· Biodiversity and Ecosystem Management,
(Organic preservation and restoration, forestry, waterways, oceans),
· Education ("Whole systems"
foundation, values, responsibility, empowerment, arts, media),
· Energy (Alternative energy, efficiency,
retrofitting), Housing, (Affordable homes, family and community concerns,
land use),
· Population (rate of growth, family
planning, reproductive rights),
· Public Health (quality of life, biological
integrity, promotion of wellness, plant based diet)
· Resources and recycling (material
resources, conservation, 3 r''s, reduce, reuse and recycle),
· Toxic Technology and Waste Management,
Transportation and Viable Economy
On the surface, Agenda 21 appears benign. However,
what is not stated is that the Rulers of Earth will not be subject to the
rules and regulations of Agenda 21. In other words, the New World Order is
creating a governmental bureaucracy to control the masses, reduce and limit
population, re-educate the public, and create a dumbed down
"passive" workforce. Agenda 21 will only apply to "slave work
force", not to the Rulers.
There are many people who can see through
Agenda 21 and they are trying to wake people up to the fact that Agenda 21
does not give you freedom or protection. It takes away your personal
sovereignty. If you object, the rulers label you a criminal and your freedom
is taken away. When criminals are created by government bureaucracy, a
government created criminal becomes a martyr. The martyr becomes a hero to
others who believe the same way.
To get around creating martyrs, all the rules
and regulations from Agenda 21, will be taken out of the government
bureaucracy manuals and put into The Teachings of Diana, otherwise
known as the Bible of the New World Religion. In the future, if you
break an environmental commandment, you will not go to jail, you will go
directly to Hell. Since the New World Religion will be based on an old
religion which believes in human sacrifice, it is possible that the
punishment for breaking the laws of Diana will be a ritual death, more than
likely a very painful one.
