Texas Student Punished for Refusing to Swear Allegiance to Mexico

 

McAllen Independent School District in McAllen, Texas lies along the US-Mexico international border across from Reynosa, Mexico. The school district has a policy that excuses a student from reading certain parts of the US Declaration of Independence if it is determined that the student has a conscientious objection. Additionally, the school district has a policy that prohibits any school from forcing a student to say the American Pledge of Allegiance.

However, a 15 year old girl at Achieve Early College High School felt it was un-American to have to recite the Mexican Pledge of Allegiance and sing the Mexican national anthem as part of a class project, so she refused to do so. The girl’s teacher, Reyna Santos then gave the girl an alternative assignment on Mexico and its independence, made her sit in class for several days and listen to the other students recite the Mexican Pledge and sing the Mexican national anthem. In the end, the teacher still gave the girl a failing grade.

The girl’s mother, Brenda Brinsdon believes the school violated her daughter’s constitutional rights by punishing her for refusing to swear allegiance to another country. With the help of the Thomas More Law Center, a lawsuit has been filed against the school. Richard Thompson, president of Thomas More Law Center commented on the case, saying:

“There is a sad trend in public schools across our nation to undermine American patriotism, but it’s encouraging to see students like Brenda stand up for America despite pressure from school officials.”
 

Erin Mersino, an attorney and spokesperson for Thomas More Law Center added:

“What’s most troubling is the different treatment for someone wanting to opt out of reciting the American Pledge of Allegiance compared to someone as a matter of conscience wants to opt out of reciting the Mexican pledge.”
 

A major part of the progressive agenda to brainwash Americans is to undermine patriotism from a very young age. Many public schools teach that America is the evil villain that is causing all of the world’s problems. Some even go so far to point the finger of blame on the Christian influence our nation once had. By the time our kids graduate high school, they already hate America and are ready to embrace a world order dictated by the United Nations.

My granddaughter is in 5^th grade and her public school doesn’t say the Pledge of Allegiance. I was shocked to find out that she really didn’t know what the Pledge of Allegiance was; let alone what it said. Questioning further, I found out that she didn’t know our national anthem either.

I believe that every student in the United States should be required to recite the Pledge of Allegiance and sing the national anthem on a regular basis. If they don’t like the Pledge or national anthem, and what they stand for, then they should think seriously about finding a country where they would be more comfortable living in and reciting its Pledge and singing its anthem.

Another Israeli who visibly could not contain his joy at the success of 9/11's “Operation Esther” was Benjamin Netanyahu. When the once and future Israeli Prime Minister was asked about his reaction to 9/11, he said: “It's very good!” Then, catching himself, he added that while it wasn't exactly good, it was certainly good for Israel."

For more than eleven years, Israel has been wildly celebrating the success of its 9/11 operation against the United States of America. The latest example: Israeli children recently dressed up as the burning Twin Towers, complete with impaled exploding airplanes, to celebrate the bizarre Jewish holiday known as Purim.

Purim exalts and commemorates an ancient operation very much like 9/11. It glorifies the deceptions of Esther, who concealed her Jewish identity to seduce the King of Persia, then slyly tricked him into slaughtering 75,000 people deemed “enemies of the Jews.”

In other words, Purim celebrates Jews lying, secretly penetrating the highest levels of government, and manipulating the leaders of an empire into mass-murdering perceived “enemies of the Jewish people.” That is exactly what the neoconservative Likudnik extremists - Wolfowitz, Perle, Libby, and the rest - did on September 11th, 2001. The only difference is that these modern, neocon Esthers would eventually kill millions of innocent people, not just 75,000.

And if they succeed in tricking the US into attacking Iran on behalf of Israel, thereby launching World War III, today's neocon Esthers could kill tens or even hundreds of millions.

The Israeli schoolchildren dressed up as the burning Twin Towers are not the first Zionists to wildly celebrate Israel's biggest-ever attack on America. That honor belongs to the “dancing Israelis,” five Mossad spies who set up their cameras in Liberty State Park, across the harbor from the World Trade Center, early in the morning of September 11th, 2001, and pointed those cameras at the as-yet-undamaged Twin Towers. (Their video of the first plane hitting the North Tower has never been publicly released.)

When the planes hit the Towers, the “dancing Israelis” went wild. They began leaping, cavorting, and high-fiving each other. As the Towers burned, the “dancing Israelis” took pictures of each other holding up burning cigarette lighters in front of the burning Towers. And when the Towers were blasted to powder in explosive controlled demolitions, the “dancing Israelis” went crazy with joy. Their plan had succeeded.

Unfortunately for them - and for Israel - their wild celebrations did not go unnoticed. An American woman called the police, who arrested the four Mossad operatives, confiscated the thousands of dollars in cash stuffed in their socks, and held them for weeks. During their incarceration, the Israeli spies repeatedly failed lie detector tests. Nonetheless, they were secretly sent back to Israel, at the request of the Israeli government, by Israeli dual citizen and US Homeland Security Chief Michael Chertoff.

Later, back in Israel, the “dancing Israelis” went on television and admitted their complicity in 9/11, but denied having planted the explosives that destroyed the Twin Towers, saying: “We were only there to document the event.” (How did they know there would be an event to document?)

Netanyahu wasn't the only high-level Israeli caught celebrating 9/11. Another culprit was the legendary Mossad spy chief, Mike Harari.

On September 11th 2001, as the dancing Israelis danced and Netanyahu chortled, “retired” Israeli Mossad Chief Mike Harari was in Bangkok, Thailand organizing a huge party to celebrate the success of his 9/11 operation. During the merry-making, Harari bragged to one of his associates, Dmitri Khalezov, that he, Harari, had been responsible for 9/11. All of the Israeli celebrations of 9/11 - so far - have been unofficial. But the Israeli government is on the record officially applauding another of its many attacks on the US: The 1954 Lavon Affair, otherwise known as Operation Susannah. In that covert operation, Israeli Mossad operatives, disguised as Egyptians, bombed American targets in Egypt. When the Israeli terrorists were caught by the Egyptian authorities and prosecuted, Israel denied any involvement and complained that the whole thing was an anti-Semitic smear. But later, as the Zionist website Wikipedia admits: “In March 2005, Israel publicly honored the surviving operatives, and President Moshe Katsav presented each with a certificate of appreciation for their efforts on behalf of the (Israeli) state, ending decades of official denial by Israel."

When will Israel officially award a Certificate of Appreciation to its Mossad operatives who blew up the Twin Towers and WTC-7 and killed almost 3,000 Americans in order to launch a series of US wars against Israel's enemies?

Not for another few decades, we may safely surmise.

When Israel finally does admit its responsibility for 9/11, and lavish honors on the Mossad terrorists responsible, will it be during Purim - the holiday honoring Jews who seduce gentile rulers and manipulate them into mass-murdering their enemies?

On December 14, 2012, Dr. Eran Elhaik turned almost two generations of Jewish genome research upside down. But he went even further. The young Israeli-American geneticist has charged former researchers with academic fraud, and he has the research to back it up.

How could those those eminent Jewish scientist before him have been so wrong? "Easy", says Dr. Elhaik, “First these researchers decided what conclusions they wanted to find, and then they set off to find evidence to support it”. I was not bashing Jewish scientists. What Elhaik has described is a slam dunk fraud.

But why? Why would Jews, who take such pride in the academic achievement, risk exposing themselves to a group deception, which was bound to be discovered later? Dr. Elhaik does not delve into the quicksand of the politics, but I will gladly do so.

They perpetrated the fraud, solely to support the bogus biblical claim to Palestine, which was anchored in their being a separate people. This distinguished them from all others, because they claimed a land title in their blood.
They bet the farm on this DNA proof of purchase; a God given, bar coded, passport to the Palestine. Dr. Ehaik just erased the bar code. It was just stamped on, anyway, because it was never in the blood.
Why, why did they do it? The second half of the answer, not revealed in his research, was that you had a bunch of atheist, communist Jews shoot their way intolated from other nations.”…That’ral cover that ‘God gave it us only’.
Before I had a bookcase of Judacia in my library, I must say I was a bit suspicious of these atheist Jews whipping out God’s dual land title and passport. It was propaganda, of course. It always was. And the story for another day is, why did an entire academic community, who should have known better, cower down and debase themselves in their own community, by allowing the fraud to not only be birthed, but continued?
Arthur Koestler’s 'The Thirteenth Tribe' was a major influence in cracking the fraud. It was published in the day, when Zionist propagandist were very savvy in not attacking an esteemed Jewish author. They had no fear from the academic community, already neutralized, and Kostler’s book did not generate a moral tipping point challenge to the Zionist false claim on the Land.
Dr. Elhaik, literally, nails the fraudsters to the cross, “….[they] assumed that the Jews constitute a group that is genetically isolated from other nations.”…That’s because Jews were never genetically isolated, making all those other studies fatally flawed and, very often, contradictory.
I was wondering what weapon of mass destruction that the Jewish Lobby bullies would unleash upon the young Israeli-American geneticist. I expected to be reading about Alan Dershowitz denouncing him as a self hating Jew, when actually it is Dershowitz who is the self-hating Jew. He and Abe Foxman compete for the most negative Jewish stereotype and best bully competition award, annually.
But there has been no attack. The 32 year old Dr. Elhaid is getting the Arthur Koestler treatment, in spades. What do I mean? Well, his research paper was published by the Oxford University Press, in the prestigious journal Genome Biology and Evolution.
But do you thihe had chosen to use in a Haaretz interview.
This is a young man who is NOT standing on the shoulders of the fraudsters who have gone before him. On the contrary he wpublicly?
Let’s get back to Dr. Elhaik hammering the nails in; “First these researchers decided what conclusion they wanted to find, and then they set off to find evidence to support it…It is my impression that their results were written before they began the research. First they shot the arrow – and then the painted a bull’s-eye around it[s' pre-determined sticking point].”
Take a moment to ponder what he said there, folks. Does that sound like someone trembling in fear of Jewish Lobby power in America, or someone thinking that his career is over and committing hara-kiri? No. That ‘painted a bull’s-eye around it[s' pre-determined sticking point]’ was not an off the cuff remark, but one he had chosen to use in a Haaretz interview.
This is a young man who is NOT standing on the shoulders of the fraudsters who have gone before him. On the contrary he wants to stand on their academic bones by exposing them, and he has.
More from his Haaretz interview, “The various groups of Jews in the world today do not share a common genetic origin. We are talking here about groups that are very heterogeneous and which are connected solely by religion…[the] genome of European Jews is a mosaic of ancient peoples and its origin is largely Khazar.”

Now onto some of the science highlights. Dr. Elhaik’s research shows that the dominant element in the genetic makeup of European Jews is Khazar. For Central European Jews it is 38%, while for East Europeans it is 30%.
To that, you can add his findings that in both groups their genome is mostly Western European. Surprise, surprise.
The Roman empire is the dominant lineage there; those that settled on the frontier, like retired soldiers, and the locals with whom they produced families.
There were some Jewish merchants there, as Elhaik did find some Middle Eastern roots, which he suspects are Mesopotamian and a bit of biblical Israel.
But here comes the slam dunk…the Israel connection is such a tiny part of their overall genome, that it cancels out their DNA title claim to the Land. The good doctor would not wander into this swamp but I will, by calling a spade - a spade.
What Dr. Elhaik has discovered, folks, is a ‘reverse holocaust’, the inventing of huge numbers of pseudo-Jews who have no more a blood claim to the land of Palestine than I do, even if I converted.

This is one of the most, if not THE most important bill to be introduced this session.

Why?  Because we are always told that if we don't like what government is doing we can just "vote them out" in the next election.

Some judges and some prosecutors are going to scream bloody murder over this bill. They don't want the juries to know their power because the jurors will then not be under the power of manipulation of government agents. Think about it. Judges get paid by who?

Knowledge is power, and knowing the truth is the only real knowledge.  Know the truth about your right to judge the law as well as the facts in any case you are called to be a juror on. Even without this new code you have the power to do all these things, but this will make it mandatory that judges and prosecutors make sure you actually understand your rights as jurors. This is the 4th check and balance in our system of government and it always was there, but we have been hoodwinked into believing we don't have it.

After shaking the shields over the opposition to SB-114, the Sheriffs First bill, coming right up is a very supportive bill which will hand the people's judicial power back over to the people themselves, where it should have remained all these years since the founding. This is the bill to liberate the 12-person Jury with the full power to judge the law as well as the facts in a courtroom trial, and this bill can deepen Montana's claim to autonomous sovereignty. Roger Roots, attorney, is a member in leadership at the Fully Informed Jury Association. Attorney Roots has written Montana's "Fully Informed Jury" bill, House Bill - 332.


A couple of lines from that bill -

(1) The legislature recognizes that the authority for trial jurors to judge the law as well as the facts provides protection for freedom and is consistent with the historic intent for the right to jury trial and that jurors may not be prevented from, punished for, or excluded for knowing about or exercising this historic prerogative.
(2) In all jury trials, the parties have the right to argue to the jurors that a law is unconstitutional, is unconstitutional as applied, or should be nullified for any other reason. Upon request by a party, the court in any jury trial shall inform the jurors that the jurors may judge both the facts and the law in the case. Denial of the instruction is reversible error.
(3) In all criminal trials, the court shall inform the jurors that the jurors may vote their conscience to acquit an accused in spite of technical guilt. Denial of the instruction is reversible error.

HB-332 will ensure those aspects of our self-governance are protected more than ever in Montana code.

Just a little over a week ago, I wrote a column about the decaying standards among journalists, and I happened to mention Bob Woodward as the sort of journalistic role model that used to be held up to budding reporters to emulate.

So it’s troubling confirmation of the fall of American journalism to watch how the so-called news media are ganging up on Woodward just because he questioned the Obama White House’s narrative about the sequestration cuts.

In case you missed it, Woodward’s initial sin was to point out that Obama was wrong to blame Republicans for the $85 billion in cuts that the White House maintains will be a disaster for America. As Woodward correctly pointed out, sequestration was President Obama’s idea, pushed by his White House, he watched it pass Congress, and he signed it into law.

Woodward also pointed out that Obama was “moving the goal posts” by demanding higher taxes as part of any deal with Congress to stop the sequestration cuts, which technically kicked in Thursday but aren’t likely to be enacted for several weeks. The original sequestration deal did not ask for tax hikes.

Then, when the president announced he was redeploying military forces because of the sequestration cuts, Woodward blasted the president, calling the move “madness.”

Woodward happened to mention publicly that he was then yelled at by a White House staffer who also sent him an email saying he would “regret this.”

The White House issued a denial, leaked the name of the staffer to its favorite media outlets, and the lapdogs were off and running, with so-called reporters calling Woodward senile, crazy or, the best one, amateurish for questioning the narrative that blames Republicans. It should be noted that Politico confirmed the details of Woodward’s account of the origins of sequestration.
Then the media jumped on him for allegedly complaining about the “threat” from the White House, many of the wannabes saying they’d been threatened with worse many times by PR flacks. The implication was that Woodward was some kind of rube, newbie journalist who cries when someone ruffles his feathers.

Anyone familiar with Bob Woodward should know better.

First, Woodward never used the word “threat.” Here’s what he said to Politico: “I’ve tangled with lots of these people. But suppose there’s a young reporter who’s only had a couple of years’ – or 10 years’ – experience and the White House is sending him an email saying, ‘You’re going to regret this.’ You know, tremble, tremble, tremble. I don’t think it’s the way to operate.”

It’s a legitimate complaint, but that sort of behavior is what many people have come to expect from this White House.

Second, this Administration does, in fact, make a habit of threatening reporters. Case in point, in 2011, the San Francisco Chronicle’s Carla Marinucci included a video of protesters at an Obama event with her report. Before you could say “crowd control,” a White House staffer was on the phone chewing out editor Phil Bronstein, threatening to remove Marinucci’s credentials and those of other Hearst reporters.

The White House then denied making a threat, so editor Ward Bushee released a statement: “Sadly, we expected the White House to respond in this manner based on our experiences yesterday. It is not a truthful response. It follows a day of off-the-record exchanges with key people in the White House communications office who told us they would remove our reporter, then threatened retaliation to Chronicle and Hearst reporters if we reported on the ban, and then recanted to say our reporter might not be removed after all.”
Lanny Davis, a Democrat who served as special counsel under Clinton, told WMAL that the White House threatened the Washington Times over several of his columns. Davis, who is an Obama supporter, said editor John Solomon took the phone call from a senior White House staffer who threatened to yank Solomon’s credentials and those of his reporters if he continued to run Davis’ columns.
Apparently, threatening reporters is such a common tactic for the White House that The Week’s Marc Ambinder, in trying to attack Woodward, admitted, “The White House threatens reporters. A lot.”

None of this, apparently, bothers Obama’s supporters in the media.

I’ve seen this sort of thing before, where reporters bend over for a source who is particularly obnoxious and demanding but whose position makes them too “valuable” to news outlets to lose. The results are never good. The reporters end up doing just as we see with the Obama media, carrying the water for some agenda and losing sight of the larger picture.
The only cure for that sort of a situation is for reporters to stand up and speak the truth, access be damned.
That’s not likely to happen with the current crop of wannabe newsies, who collectively aren’t fit to shine Woodward’s shoes, much less wear them.

I had him quickly undress and discovered what I hoped
I wouldn't see.
Yes, the man had over fifty patches on his body!

Now, the instructions include removal of
the old patch before applying a new one.

7. A nurse was on duty in the Emergency Room
when a young woman with purple hair styled
into a punk rocker Mohawk, sporting a variety
of tattoos, and wearing strange clothing,
entered . . . It was quickly determined that
the patient had acute appendicitis, so she was
scheduled for immediate surgery.. When she was completely disrobed on the operating
table, the staff noticed that her pubic hair had
been dyed green and above it there was a
tattoo that read . . .' Keep off the grass.'

Once the surgery was completed, the surgeon
wrote a short note on the patient's dressing,
which said, 'Sorry . . . had to mow the lawn.'

8. As a new, young MD doing his residency in OB.
I was quite embarrassed when performing female
pelvic exams... To cover my embarrassment
I had unconsciously formed a habit of whistling softly.

The middle-aged lady upon whom I was performing this exam suddenly burst out laughing
and further embarrassing me.
I looked up from my work and sheepishly said. . .
' I'm sorry. Was I tickling you?'
She replied with tears running down
her cheeks from laughing so hard . . .

' No doctor but the song you were whistling was . . .
' I wish I was an Oscar Meyer Wiener .' '

Baby's First Doctor Visit            
This made me laugh out loud.

A woman and a baby were in the doctor's examining room, waiting for the doctor to come in for the baby's first exam.            
The doctor arrived, and examined the baby, checked his weight,

and being a little concerned, asked if the baby was breast-fed or bottle-fed.

'Breast-fed,' she replied..
'Well, strip down to your waist,' the doctor ordered.
She did. He pinched her nipples, pressed, kneaded, and rubbed both breasts for a while in a very professional and detailed examination.            
Motioning to her to get dressed, the doctor said, 'No wonder this baby is underweight. You don't have any milk.'
I know,' she said, 'I'm his Grandma,
But I'm glad I came."
