Some might find it hard to believe
an abortion clinic could be this
gruesome: The stench of cat urine greeted those who entered the Women’s
Medical Society Clinic in Philadelphia,
Police found blood-stained
furniture and blankets, piles of bags of medical waste and other filth. They
even discovered rows of jars containing the severed feet of what appeared to be
late-term aborted babies, and the corpses of several aborted babies with cuts
on the backs of their necks.
What happened in the clinic was
nothing short of a nightmare.
“[I]t was a horrific late-term
abortion operation that was conducted with the aid of unlicensed workers who
drugged patients into stupors, spread venereal disease by reusing disposable
equipment, perforated wombs and bowels, and killed at least two patients,”
Operation Rescue said.
Abortionist Kermit Gosnell “would
deliver late-term, viable babies alive, then murder them by thrusting scissors
into the backs of their neck and ‘snipping’ their spinal cords.”
The 72-year-old doctor faces the
death sentence if the jury finds him guilty of first-degree murder. But he may
avoid execution. Gosnell spent two hours Thursday in a prisoner interview booth
attached to a courtroom, while his attorney
apparently weighed a plea deal from prosecutors. Jury selection is
scheduled to begin in Monday.
Gosnell has been jailed without
bail for more than a year. He faces 43 criminal counts. In January 2011, he was
charged with seven counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of seven
newborns. He was also charged with third-degree murder in the 2007 death of a
Virginia woman given too much anesthesia by Gosnell’s untrained staff during an
abortion. Additional charges include conspiracy, drug delivery resulting in
death, infanticide, corruption of minors, evidence tampering, theft by
deception, abuse of corpse and corruption.
Gosnell’s wife and eight other
employees face hundreds of criminal counts.
“Four other employees, Steven
Massof, Lynda Williams, Sherry West, and Adrienne Moton masqueraded as
physicians even though they had little if any training, and certainly no
medical license,” Operation Rescue said. “They frequently conducted illegal
abortions, including the grisly procedure Gosnell called ‘snipping’ of
newborns’ spinal cords.”
Eight employees have already
pleaded guilty to a variety of charges, and some are expected to testify
against Gosnell. They may receive leniency at sentencing, depending on the
quality of their testimony.
Gosnell faces another trial, this
one in federal court. A grand jury indictment in December 2011 accused him of
operating a “pill mill” out of the abortion clinic, selling narcotics
prescriptions for cash.
The case began in January 2010,
when police raided Gosnell’s clinic, looking for a “pill mill” thought to be
the city’s largest illegal supplier of Oxycontin.
Once authorities saw the horror
inside, they immediately closed the Women’s Medical Society Clinic and a grand
jury began investigating.
Subsequent clinic inspections
revealed massive violations at clinics across Pennsylvania. The case has
influenced new legislation and clinic regulation, and prompted stronger
enforcement of abortion laws, not only in Pennsylvania, but also in Maryland,
Delaware, and other states.

Within the next 31 days, 4.2 million homeowners who suffered abusive foreclosure tactics at the hands of some of the nation’s largest banks will be notified of their compensation, banking regulators said Thursday.
The Federal Reserve and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency issued the final details of a sweeping $9.3 billion agreement with 13 mortgage servicers, including JPMorgan Chase, Citibank andBank of America, under consent orders for fraudulent and flawed foreclosure practices.

Regulators have hired Rust Consulting to dispense $3.6 billion in cash payments to borrowers whose homes were in foreclosure in 2009 and 2010. Those whose homes were wrongfully seized and sold will be awarded up to $125,000. Borrowers who were charged improper fees during foreclosure or hit with higher rates than they should have will be entitled to a few hundred dollars.
Homeowners will be assigned to one of 11 categories based on the types of errors that could have occurred. Categories include “denied modification,” “insufficient follow-up” and “borrower not in default.” Servicers are still determining how many borrowers will fall into each category.

Payments will be doled out in waves starting in April. No action is required by borrowers. They will receive payment whether or not they filed a form requesting a review.
The remaining $5.7 billion from the servicers will be used for reducing loan payments or interest rates on mortgages. Servicers will also offer forgiveness of deficiency judgments — he difference between the price the home sold for at the foreclosure sale and the total debt that was due under the mortgage. They can use this portion of the settlement to help any of their customers who need aid to prevent a foreclosure.
The requirements are being used as an incentive for institutions “to further improve their efforts” to prevent foreclosures, Morris Morgan, deputy comptroller of large banks at the OCC, said during a call with reporters.
The agreement, first announced in January, replaces an independent foreclosure review that was established shortly after the consent orders were handed down in 2011.
In the 12 months that the government’s foreclosure review was up an running, not a single homeowner received a dime in compensation for the abuses they suffered at the hands of some of the nation’s largest banks. But the eight consultants managing the process were paid a total of $1.9 billion.
By some estimates, it would have taken well into 2014 for the millions of borrowers affected to be paid. The slow process and inordinate amounts spent on operations alone is why federal regulators say they had to shut down the system and forge a new agreement.
But when regulators announced the foreclosure settlement to replace the review, lawmakers and consumer advocates questioned the abrupt conclusion of the initial program and whether the new deal would be any better.
Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) and Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) are among the lawmakers pressing banking regulators to explain what happened with the original review process.
At a housing luncheon held in February, OCC comptroller Thomas Curry defended the new agreement, saying that is has several times the potential payout of the original review.
“Changing course was the right thing to do, for borrowers, for servicers, for the federal banking system and for the housing markets,” he said. “Our new approach will get more money to more people much more quickly.”

The German people of the late 1930s imagined themselves to be brave. They saw themselves as the heroic Germans depicted by the Wagnerian Operas, the descendants of the fierce Germanic warriors who had hunted wild boar with nothing but spears and who had defeated three of Rome's mightiest legions in the Tuetenberg Forest.
But in truth, by the 1930s, the German people had become civilized and tamed, culturally obsessed with fine details in both science and society. Their self-image of bravery was both salve and slavery. Germans were required to behave as if they were brave, even when they were not.
It's easy to look back and realize what happened. But at the time the Hitler administration, with the help of the media, looked pretty good to the German people. Hitler was TIME Magazine's Man Of The Year in 1938; the German people assumed they were safe from a tyrant. They lived in a Republic, after all, with strict laws regarding what the government could and more importantly could not do. Their leader was a devoutly religious man, and had even sung with the boy's choir of a monastery in his youth.
The reality was that the German people, as individuals, had lost their courage. The German government preferred it that way as a fearful people are easier to rule than a courageous one. But the German people didn't wish to lose their self-image of courage. So, when confronted with a situation demanding individual courage, in the form of a government gone wrong, the German people simply pretended that the situation did not exist. And in that simple self-deception lay the ruin of an entire nation and the coming of the second World War.
When the Reichstag burned down, most Germans simply refused to believe suggestions that the fire had been staged by the Hitler administration itself. They were afraid to. But so trapped were the Germans by their belief in their own bravery that they willed themselves to be blind to the evidence before their eyes, so that they could nod in agreement with Der Fuhrer while still imagining themselves to have courage, even as they avoided the one situation which most required real courage: to stand up to governmental lies and deceptions.
When the Hitler administration requested temporary extraordinary powers; powers specifically banned under German law, but powers the government claimed they needed to have to deal with the "terrorists", the German people, having already sold their souls to their self-delusions, agreed. The temporary powers were conferred, and, once conferred, lasted until Germany itself was destroyed.
When the Hitler administration staged a phony invasion by Poland, the vast majority of the German people, their own self-image dependant on continuing blindness to their government's deceptions, did not question why Poland would have done something so stupid as to attack Germany, and as a result Germans found themselves in a war.
But the German government knew they ruled a nation of cowards, and knew they had to spend the money to make the new war something cowards could fight and win. They decorated their troops with regalia to make them proud of themselves, further trapping them in their self-image. The Hitler administration copied the parade regalia of ancient Rome, to remind the Germans of the defeat of the legions at the Tuetenberg Forest. Talismans were added from orthodox religions and the occult to fill the soldiers with delusions of mystical strengths and an afterlife if they fell in battle.
Knowing that it takes courage to kill the enemy face to face, the Hitler administration spent vast sums of money on wonder weapons, airplanes, submarines, ultra-long range artillery, the world's first cruise missile and the world's first guided missile, weapons that could be used to kill at a distance, so that those doing the killing need not have to face the reality of what they were doing.
The German people were lured into WW2 not because they were brave, but because they were cowards who wanted to be seen as brave, and found that shooting long range weapons at people they could not see took less courage than standing up to the government's lies and deceptions. Sent into battle by that false image of courage, the Germans were dependent on their wonder-weapons. When the wonder-weapons stopped working, the delusion of grandeur faded, the illusion ended, the Germans lost the war.

The German people did not stand up to the Hitler administration because their media betrayed them, just as the American media is betraying the American people by willingly, voluntarily, even proudly, abandoning its traditional role as watchdog against government abuse.
It is naive, not to mention racist, to assume that tyrants appear only in other nations and that somehow America is immune simply because "we're Americans".
America has escaped the clutches of a dictatorship thus far only through the efforts of those citizens who, unlike the Germans of the 1930s, have the moral courage to stand up and point out where the government is lying to the people. And unless more Americans are willing to have that kind of individual courage, then future generations may well look back on the American people with the same harshness of judgement with which we look back on the 1930s Germans.
History is a great teacher.

Veterans are now receiving letters from the US
Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) which are telling them that they have
been deemed, without a mental status examination, to have a physical or
mental condition due to their combat experience, which has rendered them to
be ineligible to possess a firearm. Further, under the Brady Handgun Violence
Prevention Act, Pub.L.No. 103-159, as implemented at 18, United States Code
924(a)(2), if the veteran possesses a , receives, attempts to purchase,
purchases and transports a firearm they may be fined and/or imprisoned. On December 31, 2012, when he thought nobody would be looking, President Obama signed the 2013 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). Pursuant to Obama’s implementation of a police state, thousands of veterans are receiving letters from the government declaring them to be mentally infirm. The sole basis for many of these determinations which are purporting to be diagnosing mental incompetence is solely based upon the fact that the veteran has seen combat. Further, if the veteran has been wounded or suffered a traumatic brain injury, they are considered to potentially violent, mentally infirm and therefore, ineligible to own a gun. America, you better sit up and take notice. Our veterans are being disarmed in total and the process is emanating from executive decree through our federal bureaucracies. No judge, no jury, has declared these veterans, who received the disarmament letters within the past week, to be mentally infirm. This is a thinly veiled draconian effort to take guns out of the hands of people who know how to use them. There can only be one reason the government is hell-bent on disarming veterans. Armed veterans would form the vanguard of any resistance movement. The globalists who have hijacked our government are attempting to take away America’s front line of civil defense by disarming the veterans. In a civil war which arises from attempted mass incarcerations and/or mass executions carried out by the globalist forces, would certainly be contested by armed veterans. Groups of Veterans would organize the local citizenry into thousands of guerrilla units in this country in response to the tyranny being imposed by our would-be slave masters. Veterans would be capable of organizing groups capable of hit and run tactics against, for example, UN occupation forces. They would teach the rest of us in the civilian population how to use the weapons at our disposal. Veterans would no doubt employ the principles of asymmetrical warfare such as the use of Improvised Explosive Devices (IED) which became famous during the last Iraq War. To prevent this from happening, the globalists must psychotropically drug the veterans, and to continue to keep creating such a hellish life for veterans that our brave warriors will continue to commit suicide at the rate of 22 per day. From the globalist perspective, veterans cannot be allowed to become our 21st century version of the minutemen. Don’t you think the globalists did not learn the lessons of the British defeat at Lexington and Concord as they were attempting to disarm the colonists? I can only think of two reasons why veterans must be removed from playing the role of a civilian defense force in defense of average Americans who do not have a seat at the table of the planned New World Order. Reason #1: The Coming Civilian Purge Globalist forces, under the NDAA, will begin to disappear dissenters and others deemed not to be able to be re-educated as prescribed by Obama’s early political handlers, Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dorne. Veterans, no doubt, would resist the mass arrests that are coming under this criminal government. To those who think this is impossible, ask yourself for what legitimate motive could the government have passed the NDAA if they were not planning to mass arrest citizens without due process of law? Did Congress and Obama just have nothing better to do last New Year’s Eve? Mass arrests of undesirables are a necessary prerequisite to the imposition of a tyrannical government. Reason #2: Making the US Easier to Invade It is probable that the United States is being set up to be invaded as evidenced by the systematic implementation of a “stand down” approach by the American military stationed at critical and sensitive areas within our country such as in Alaska. Ialaska russia am receiving multiple reports from citizens in Alaska who are reporting the sightings of Russian troops in their small to mid-size towns as well as people sighting the movement of what appears to them to be the movement of Russian military equipment inside of Alaska. And before you tell me, we are just doing joint training exercises with the Russians, I would ask all readers to be cognizant that we are still on the verge of war with Iran and Russia has threatened to nuke America if it attempts to invade Iran. Additionally, two Coast Guard personnel were murdered in Kodiak, Alaska, last spring. The official version is that this was connected to alaska 2a robbery attempt. However, locals and family members believe that these two men saw something, while on guard duty, that they were not supposed to see such as the offloading of Russian military equipment. Additionally, Obama has recently ceded seven Islands to Russia. Why? Alaskan residents have told me that they rarely see the F-22 over flights along the west coast, which is a hop, skip and a jump from Russia and now we find evidence of this fact in print. The locals see this as the US letting their guard down against a potential Russian invasion. Also, military bases in Alaska are being reduced in force, thus further serving to weaken our defenses against a potential Russian land invasion. Again, this is happening at a time when tensions between Russia and the United States over Iran are high. Also, the F-22 over flights, which have been a staple of the American defenses against possible Russian incursions since the beginning of the Cold War, have ceased. I think it is also relevant to note that the Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms thugs unsuccessfully attempted to seize gun registration records in Alaska in 2012. After all, a well-armed civilian force would serve as an impediment to an invading force. All of these factors have led me to ask the question as to whether Obama has purposefully compromised American defenses, in key areas, to make it easier for a foreign force to invade? Perhaps, he has determined that an invasion can accomplish what he is unable to accomplish in Congress. Maybe this also explains why Obama keeps sacking top US generals and admirals. Perhaps they are not on board with this planned treason. To some who would say that this is far-fetched, I would remind the readers that Russian commandos are also “training” at Fort Carson, in Colorado Springs, doing only God knows what, since last spring. Obama is a decided communist, bred by communists, raised by communists and his political career was launched by communists. For the proof that Obama is an unmistakable communist, not just an usurper of the Constitution,but is an actual dedicated communist, read the links both here and here. Some Alaskan locals believe that the plan is to have Russia control Alaska, British Columbia, Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Others have postulated that the occupation of the American Northwest will be shared between Russia and China. This will be covered in more detail in an upcoming article. Of the two scenarios, I think it is Soviets promised to leave them all alone if they did not intervene. They did not and for that were asked afterwards to come register themselves and theirte by an internal and deadly purge or by a direct invasion. Either way, I cannot see another valid reason to disarm tens of thousands of veterans without using a legitimate form of due process. Historically, What Happens When Veterans Give Up Their Guns? The disarming of veterans has happened before in the annals of history. I hearken back to the infamous Red Revolution. Recently, a Russian blogger wrote the following about the history of his own country, with regard to the Red Revolution, in an attempt to get Americans to realize that veterans should never give up their guns under any circumstances. “Moscow fell, for example, not from a lack of weapons to defend it, but from the lying guile of the Reds. Ten thousand Reds took Moscow and were opposed only by some few hundreds of officer cadets and their instructors. Even then the battle was fierce and losses high. However, in the city alone, at that time, lived over 30,000 military officers (both active and retired), all with their own issued weapons and ammunition, plus tens of thousands of other citizens who were armed. The Soviets promised to leave them all alone if they did not intervene. They did not and for that were asked afterwards to come register themselves and their weapons: where they were promptly shot.” And thus, one of the most ruthless empires in the history of mankind was born. This is what is being brought to our country. The best predictor of future actions is past behavior. If you want to know what is coming to America, investigate three historical events: (1) The (Japanese) Rape of Nanking in WWII; (2) The practices of the Russian secret police who had their own version of the NDAA; and, (3) the practices of the Markus Wolf’s East German Stasi forces, who set up the organizational structure of the Department of Homeland Security. The killings of government officials like prosecutors is a bold, emphatic statement of rejection of the government which has unlawfully taken over America. While most of us certainly do not hold with murder, it must be understood that these kinds of killings show a complete radical failure of government to serve the people who pay government officials to do their duties. Regardless of any speculation(s) which may have been issued concerning this Mark Hasse murder case, there remain the constant proofs of failures of officials to do their sworn duties. It is an ongoing, lawless trend which has lost favor with taxpayers for sure. For example, in the case of the plea deal in the sentencing of child-killer-rapist Jose Sifuentes, ask yourself who gave prosecutor(s) permission to allow this foreigner killer to live and receive the possibility of parole to get out and do more rape and murder? Did Sifuentes receive such a fine award simply because he is an illegal alien? [who, by the way - somehow, managed to drive a Lincoln Navigator and now is listed in the press as a "Carollton man"] Does it not appear that these foreign nationals are placed high above 'We, The Forgotten People' and allowed to prey on us? Why? Once in awhile vengeance is directed at those who are most responsible for allowing the criminals and foreign nationals to murder us. Mark Hasse may not have been involved in allowing killers to go free, but there are bound to be other prosecutors out there who have allowed it. Maybe some folks just hate prosecutors now for deals like killer Sifuentes got and decided to take out a nearby prosecutor. Well, it's all speculation, but with all the resources and tax dollars the prosecutors have to focus on 'We, The Forgotten People' for maybe possessing an ounce, it seems like overkill to seek to prosecute legal residents of the US with all these illegal, undocumented killers on the loose now. Recently it was reported that five persons were arrested in Porter, Tx. in a seizure of nearly $300,000.oo worth of cocaine this past Friday. Porter is near Spring which is not far from The Woodlands. One might wonder if these drug sales cause such crime as the ones listed in this original thread - the murder of a mom and kidnapping of her baby in broad open daylight near The Woodlands this past year. The mother was also beaten, struck with a vehicle, shot up to seven times while trying to rescue her baby from the monsters who attacked and killed her. She later died at a hospital in 'The Woodlands' of Texas. Did the nurse who attacked mom, Kala need drugs? What else would cause such a desperate act in broad daylight!? Water-based fuels Rudolf W. Gunnerman of Reno, Nevada has invented a safe, inexpensive, environment-friendly fuel that could revolutionize transportation and counteract the world's most prevalent source of pollution—the 3 billion gallons of petroleum burned every day world-wide. Gunnerman came to the US from Germany in 1949, with 21 years behind him and only $20 in his pocket. After much time and effort, his engineering skills and innovations, including a patented process for burning wood pellets (1976), made him a great success. In 1987, Gunnerman began to apply his talent and his fortune to water-based fuels. Though it is proverbial that oil and water don't mix, Gunnerman invented a special emulsifier additive that overcomes that problem. He has created workable mixtures of alcohol and water, gasoline and water, diesel fuel and water, and most recently (1992) water and naphtha, an even cleaner-burning petroleum derivative. These are known collectively as A-55® Clean Fuels. fireGunnerman's fuels could reduce pollutant emissions an average of 50 percent, while improving efficiency in vehicles over 25 percent.* The fuels are safer than gasoline, being flame-resistant outside the engine. The A-55® Fuels can even reduce water pollution, since contaminated water produced by crude-oil refineries can be used as their water base. Gunnerman's fuels can be manufactured and distributed using current facilities, and can be used in any open-flame or internal combustion engine—in fact, they can be used in most existing cars after only $300 of mechanical adjustments. Gunnerman has had great success with the transportation and utilities companies already using his fuels. Oil companies also look with favor on his fuels, since they offer relief to the petroleum market in light of tightening emission regulations. He now holds seven US patents and many more from other countries; he has active or pending licensing agreements in Australia, Korea, Mexico, and elsewhere.
