. Attorney General Eric Holder can imagine a scenario in which it would be constitutional to carry out a drone strike against an American on American soil, he wrote in a letter to Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky. “It is possible, I suppose, to imagine an extraordinary circumstance in which it would be necessary and appropriate under the Constitution and applicable laws of the United States for the President to authorize the military to use lethal force within the territory of the United States,” Holder replied in a letter yesterday to Paul’s question about whether Obama “has the power to authorize lethal force, such as a drone strike, against a U.S. citizen on U.S. soil, and without trial.” Paul condemned the idea. “The U.S. Attorney General’s refusal to rule out the possibility of drone strikes on American citizens and on American soil is more than frightening – it is an affront the Constitutional due process rights of all Americans,” he said in a statement. Holder noted that Paul’s question was “entirely hypothetical [and] unlikely to occur,” but cited the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks as the type of incidents that might provoke such a response. “Were such an emergency to arise, I would examine the particular facts and circumstances before advising the President on the scope of his authority,” he concluded. Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, an attorney and Judiciary Committee member, told The Washington Examiner last month that the drone policy so far outlined by the administration is too vague. “That has the potential to swallow the rule,” Lee said after the drone program white paper was leaked. “If you’re going to regard somebody as presenting an imminent threat of an attack on the U.S. simply because you have concluded that they are an ‘operational leader’ or they are involved in planning an attack in one way or another, you find yourself giving way to much discretion to the government.” Lee said that the White House should release the formal legal analysis underpinning the drone program. “We know that in some instances where the government has released its legal analysis, it gets it wrong,” he said. http://www.rumormillnews.com/cgi-bin/forum.cgi?read=271068

Santa Monica fire haz-mat crews detected unusual concentrations of odorless methane gas in the air that they believed to be coming from either a patch of pungent algae or a sulfurous gas-laced methane bubble, said a dispatcher.

Officials say a foul stench in Santa Monica over was probably caused by a large release of methane in the ocean.
samo-oceanFire departments in Los Angeles and Santa Monica began receiving calls shortly after dawn on Sunday from Sunset Blvd. south to Venice Beach.
A Santa Monica fire hazmat team took readings off the coast near San Vicente Blvd., and found methane in the water.
The amounts were too small to be hazardous to health.
As of midday, readings indicated that the methane had dissipated.

Michael Premo was found innocent of all charges this week in regards to a case that stems from a December 17, 2011 Occupy Wall Street demonstration in Lower Manhattan. For over a year, prosecutors working on behalf of the New York Police Department have insisted that Premo, a known artist and activist, tackled an NYPD officer during a protest and in doing so inflicted enough damage to break a bone. During court proceedings this week, Premo’s attorney presented a video that showed officers charging into the defendant unprovoked. The Village Voice reports that jurors deliberated for several hours on Thursday and then elected to find Premo not guilty on all counts, which included a felony charge of assaulting an officer of the law. Since his arrest, supporters of Premo have insisted on his innocence. “They're trying to make something out of nothing and they're trying to charge him with something that didn't actually occur,” colleague Rachel Falcone told Free Speech Radio News this week. After being arrested, the Manhattan District Attorney's office presented Premo with a deal that would have let him off the hook by pleading guilty to lesser charges. Maintaining his innocence, however, he was determined to fight the case in court. Premo was “facing serious charges and potential substantial jail sentence, even though he never should have been arrested at all,” his supporters claimed in a post published on The Laundromat Project website. Nick Pinto of the Village Voice says he was nearby during the December 2011 rally and recalls watching Premo’s arrest from a distance. In his report from court this week, Pinto explains how the details provided by the NYPD in this trial have been fabricated to such a degree that the allegations presented by the cops turned out to be literally the opposite of what occurred. “Premo charged the police like a linebacker, taking out a lieutenant and resisting arrest so forcefully that he fractured an officer's bone. That's the story prosecutors told in Premo's trial, and it's the general story his arresting officer testified to under oath as well,” Pinto writes. He adds that attorneys for the defendant underwent a lengthy search to try and find video that verified their own account yjpihj, and found one in the hands of Democracy Now. “Far from showing Premo tackling a police officer,” writes Pinto, that video “shows cops tackling him as he attempted to get back on his feet.” The footage obtained from Democracy Now also showed that an NYPD officer was filming the arrest as well, but prosecutors told Premo’s attorney that no such footage existed. "There is no justice in the American justice system, but you can sometimes find it in a jury,” Premo tweeted after he was acquitted this week. Former Italian senator Sergio De Gregorio confirmed over the weekend that he’d been bribed by Silvio Berlusconi in 2006. “The Cavaliere paid me,” he told La Stampa nonchalantly about the €3 million he’d received. “Of course I took the money, as I clarified to the prosecutors,” he said. Utterly frustrated with this sort of daily display of corruption in their country, 8.7 million angry Italians from all walks of life voted for Beppe Grillo’s 5-Star movement. While 25.5% of the popular vote isn’t nearly enough to govern without being part of a coalition, which he has so far rejected, it’s enough to give the political establishment conniptions—and show that anger and frustration finally count. “The existing political class must be expelled immediately,” Grillo told the New York Times. Hence his refusal to form a coalition. He wants the political system to collapse. From it, he’d construct “something new,” something truly democratic. “We can change everything in the hands of respectable people,” he explained. But wasn’t it reckless to try to destroy the system? “How can we be accused of destroying something that’s already destroyed?” he asked. “They’ve devoured the country, and now they can’t govern.” He called Berlusconi of the right-leaning PDL a “psycho dwarf” and Pier Luigi Bersani, the top honcho of the left-leaning Democratic Party, “a dead man walking.” Italy’s political system would collapse, he told the German online magazine Focus. “I give the old parties six months, and then it’s over.” In the subsequent elections, the 5-Star movement could get enough votes to govern—and to clean house. He also demanded the renegotiation of Italy’s debt. “We’re being crushed, not by the euro, but by our debt.” A government is like a corporation that goes bankrupt. Investors are simply “out of luck.” They took a risk and lost, he said, having earned a degree in accounting. And if the conditions aren’t changed, he added, Italy would leave the euro and return to the Lira. During the Focus interview the day before, it was half a year. But hey. It’s the principle that counts. He’d been lambasting the Italian political system and the established parties for years—and it has struck a chord with voters. As if to drive home the point, just after the election, Berlusconi’s corruption scandal bubbled to the surface with Sergio De Gregorio’s admission that “The Cavaliere paid me,” underlined by, “Of course I took the money.” The Cavaliere allegedly funneled €3 million to De Gregorio in 2006 to get him to switch parties, which resulted in the collapse of the center-left coalition government under Prime Minister Romano Prodi. In the subsequent election, Berlusconi won. Last Thursday, it seeped out that prosecutors in Naples were investigating Berlusconi and others for corruption and illegal financing of political parties. END of the World is here

Dear David,  and Friends,

What you are saying is correct and interesting.   I  believe
that it would be good to  capture a new   "perspective,"   to
see our world.   We need to see that   America, as any other
empires had its day.  
Let us not mix the nation with the empire.

What I see is  that the  END  of the World is here.  The fighting for
the "goods," and rewards, in   "this world"  are now  meaningless! 
Why?   Christ's new world,  KINGDOM    is coming.

The "many"  focus on   "this world,"  not   "Christ's kingdom." 

By focusing on the "cares of this life,"   our eyes are  BLINDED!
Why?  because we can only  THINK   "ONE  WAY,"   God's way, 
or  Satan's way / man's way!   
This is why  we  MUST  adjust  our  THINKING.

God pre-ordained the  FALL  of  "this world," and Satan now will
execute NOT only America's  FALL,  but of the other nations also.
America   WILL   fall?  Let it be.  It will also cause  ALL  powers  to
fall, that  Satan's  new kingdom  "millennial type kingdom"  may be
set up,  for a very short time.

The Human Anti-christ will reign with God's Two Witnesses' Second
Witness, and its two (2) Prophets for 3.5 years Rev.11:3.
Then  the Spirit Beast, and Satan will  rule for "forty and two month"
or 3.5 years   Rev.13:5.   So we are   CLOSE   to the   END.

Let us concentrate on  THINKING,  and then   KNOWING,  and then
BELIEVING,  and then  ACTING  on God's  word,  to  establish   His
Physical Kingdom's    Embassies    on this earth,  to  allow   us  to do
God's  "work"  Acts.13:41.   To be  saved,  and   protected   from the
END of this AGE,  and the  "END of this WORLD's"  system  under Satan,
we   MUST  do  God's   WORK!   (according to your  WORK  shall  be
given unto you!  REWARDED!)

If you are "ready" to prepare for the  END,  and the End of the World,
as it was in Noah's day,  and    NOT   like the  "world," or as the
"New Age"  people of spiritualist, then you need to  
FAST,   (and Study,) and  Pray  for God's Kingdom, and  then also take
time to  MEDITATE,  to have the  knowledge,  belief, to  ACT  on the
truth, by  Preaching, and also  Publishing Jesus' and also Christ's 
gospels Mat.24:14.

If we do  NOT  fast,  we will  not  be  "chosen"  to do God's work!!

A "few"  were  "called,"  and even   FEWER  will be  "chosen."

This deal, brokered months ago, throws the burden for the Wall Street banking fraud entirely on the disappearing middle class and the poor.  They want to totally screw us so that the white shoe boy, money junkies on Wall Street won't have to take a haircut.   We are under the siege of a Fascist-type oligarchic cabal.  Both Republicans and Democrats in Congress look on transfixed as the nation spins apart. There is no interest in main street only on Wall Street.  New York Banks and Wall Street is the center of attention the middle class of this country be damned.  The Presidency and the Congress is owned lock, stock and barrel by unrestrained finance, monopoly and foreign authority. There are sad, sorrowful, and chaotic days ahead for us a country as the power of money consumes the authority of self-governance. Our goose is officially cooked.
