Last week it was reported by several media that Florida Atlantic University student Ryan Rotela had been suspended for his refusal to take part in a so-called "lesson" that had students write the name of Jesus onto a piece of paper, put it on the floor, and "stomp" on it. The exercise came out of the textbook, "Intercultural Communication: a Contextual Approach, 5th Edition." Notwithstanding the Second Amendment, rules and regulations across the United States outline certain restrictions for who can legally possess a firearm. In the state of California, factors such as a felony conviction or a history of mental health issues mean roughly 20,000 gun owners are holding onto their firearms illegally. Slowly but surely, though, Golden State police officers are prying them away. There’s more, though: backers of the program suggest this becomes a nation-wide practice, and are asking the White House to help make it happen. “Very, very few states have an archive of firearm owners like we have,” Garen Wintemute of the Violence Prevention Research Program tells Bloomberg News. Wintemute helped set up a program on the West Coast that monitors not just licensed gun owners but also watches for any red flags that could be raised after admittance to a mental health institute or a quick stint in the slammer. Wintemute says that as many as 200,000 people across the United States may no longer be qualified to own firearms, and in California they are making sure that number drops day by day. In one example cited in this week’s Bloomberg report, journalists recall a recent scene where nine California Justice Department agents equipped with 40-caliber Glock pistols and outfitted in bulletproof vests knocked on a suburban residence, requested to speak to a certain gun owner and then walked away with whatever arsenal they could apprehend. California Attorney General Kamala Harris seized roughly 2,000 weapons last year, reports Bloomberg, as well as 117,000 rounds of ammunition and 11,000 high-capacity magazines. But as concerns escalate about a possible war against the right to bear arms in America, will other states soon follow suite? In California, some shortcuts are already meaning weapons are being removed from lawful owners. Bloomberg reports cite the example of 48-year-old Lynette Phillips, a California woman who was recently hospitalized for mental illness. When a team of agents went to collect her two registered firearms, they also walked out with one registered to her husband. “The prohibited person can’t have access to a firearm,” regardless of who the registered owner is, said Michelle Gregory, a spokeswoman for the attorney general’s office. In other cities and towns across the country, Americans are standing up against what many say are unconstitutional attempts to disarm the United States. In New York State, new legislation is making it harder for Americans to purchase firearms, and one provision will provide gun owners with a felony charge if they ignore new registration rules — which is enough on its own to make owning guns illegal. Across the board more states are demanding stricter background checks, but as efforts to remove weapons from the hands of Americans — voluntarily and involuntarily — are ramped up, though, those that disagree are doing what they can to keep their country armed. In the wake of last year’s massacres in Aurora, Colorado and Newtown, Connecticut — among others — lawmakers and the public at large have called on Americans for a mass disarming. Gun buyback programs are being touted in countless cities, and in California the attorney general is hoping for even more help at getting guns away from their once-lawful owners — Attorney General Harris has asked Vice President Joe Biden for help and has asked state lawmakers to increase the number of agents tasked with collecting weapons up to 33. She also told Mr. Biden that she thought the efforts coming out of California could be a good model of a national program, reports Bloomberg. Meanwhile, though, others are making sure weapons aren’t being put to waste. Residents in Maine hit the polls this week to vote on a law that would require everyone in the town of Byron to register a high-powered weapon. "It was never my intention to force anyone to own a gun who doesn't want to. My purpose was to make a statement in support of the Second Amendment,” Head Selectman Anne Simmons-Edmund tells US News & World Report. "I'm just here because I'd rather see weapons stay with people, rather than turned in to be melted," a man named Joe, who declined to provide his last name, tells the Bainbridge Island Review. "I'm here to exercise the Second Amendment," he added. "Even if I don't get anything, honestly, I'd just rather see people keep them."

Did you know that people in other countries can buy Fords and VW automobiles that get over 70 miles to the gallon.  Volkswagon Passad gets 78.5 miles per gallon and is sold only in Europe.  A Ford model sold only in Europe gets over 70 mpg.  Neither car is available in the US and that is because of government regulations that forbid them.  And Toyota has a very good non-hybrid plug-in electric car.  Ask yourself, who is it that is benefitting from this!

The No. 1 Threat to Texas — and It Has Nothing to Do With Politics or Economics

The Department of Homeland Security and the other federal agencies can continue downplaying the threat that an unsecure border represents to the United States of America — but that won’t keep Mexican drug cartels from operating freely in states like Texas.

Contradicting Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano’s claim that “our borders have, in fact, never been stronger,” a new report released by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) reveals Mexican drug cartels are operating in the Lone Star State and are the No. 1 threat to Texas.

“The threat to Texas is significant due to the prevalence of lucrative trafficking routes and smuggling networks throughout the state, as well as the state’s proximity to cities and towns steeped in cartel violence and influence just across the border in Mexico,” the report reads.

While Texas faces a full spectrum of “unique challenges to public safety and homeland security,” drug cartels are at the top of the list.

The Gulf Cartel, Los Zetas, La Familia Michoacana, Beltran Leyva and even the Sinaloa Cartel are all operating out of Texas, including Cameron, Hidalgo and Zapata Counties.

“These powerful and ruthless criminal organizations use military and terrorist tactics to battle each other and the government of Mexico for control over the lucrative U.S. drug and human smuggling markets,” according to the report. “The violence associated with this conflict has increased significantly since 2006. Some 60,000 lives have been lost, and cartel tactics in Mexico have escalated with the continued use of torture and beheading, improvised explosive devices, military-grade weapons such as grenades, and attacks against U.S. officials and diplomatic facilities.”

And with thousands of Texans and Mexicans crossing the border daily to visit family or conduct business, the drug war has hit close to home for many residents on both sides of the Rio Grande.

“I just hope that the legislators know that until things settle down in Mexico we don’t know how things are going to go,” Brownsville Police Chief Orlando C. Rodriguez said. “We’re just going to have to wait and see, but one thing that is important to me is the continued support we have with federal agencies and how we are sharing information.”

The reality of cartel violence in Brownsville became publicly apparent as early as September 2010 in what had been dubbed the “FM 511 murders.” Two men were found shot to death inside a gray Dodge Ram pickup that was riddled with bullets. The truck was found on FM 511, a few miles away from the Cameron County Sheriff’s Department and the U.S. Border Patrol Station.

Police linked the killings to Mexican drug cartels. The suspects accused in the murders are still at large.

Rodriguez said it’s not new or a surprise that cartels were named the No. 1 threat to Texas.

The report argues the threat from Mexican cartels is extremely high due to the “wide range of criminal activity in which they are engaged, both in Mexico and in Texas.”

“Cartel members and associates are involved in the cross-border trafficking of people, weapons, drugs, and currency. This involvement is either direct through the use of cartel members, or indirect through other affiliated criminal organizations paying fees to transit cartel territory,” the report adds.

Among other increasing threats, cartels are using explosives and narco-blockades on the U.S. side of the border.

And as the Obama administration continues to impose more restrictions of U.S. Border Agents and other law enforcement officials, the DPS report found that “smugglers and others associated with Mexican cartels have shown an increase in aggression toward U.S. law enforcement officers, including shootings, vehicle assaults and other threats to officer safety.”

TheBlaze reported on Thursday that the U.S. border will soon be “25 percent more vulnerable” as ICE agents have their hours slashed, which the Obama administration claims is a consequence of the sequester.

Additional significant threats include:

• Statewide prison gangs pose the second most significant organized crime threat in Texas. Many gangs now work directly with the Mexican cartels, gaining substantial profits from drug and human trafficking. Prison gangs operate within and outside the prison system, and are responsible for a disproportionate amount of violent crime.

• Criminal aliens, who may not be affiliated with cartels and gangs, also pose a threat. From October 2008 to December 2012, Texas identified a total of 141,982 unique criminal alien defendants booked into Texas county jails. These individuals are responsible for at least 447,844 individual criminal charges, including 2,032 homicides and 5,048 sexual assaults.

• Criminal organizations and individuals are engaging in the exploitation and trafficking of children for financial gain. These heinous crimes subject children to violence, extortion, forced labor, sexual assault and prostitution. Some children are more vulnerable to exploitation, including unaccompanied alien children, as well as those who are lost, missing or abducted. There are currently 76,272 sex offenders registered in Texas, and at least 60,871 of these offenders had a child victim.

• Most recently, terrorism has become disaggregated with individual and would-be terrorists acting alone engaged in jihad. Nidal Hasan is the most prominent example of this type of terrorist, killing 13 U.S. servicemen at Fort Hood on November 5, 2009. Over the past five years in Texas, there have been four other Islamic extremist plots and two anti-government terrorist plots. In addition, there have been documented incidents of foreign nationals with links to terrorism entering the United States from Mexico using existing human trafficking and human smuggling networks operated by the cartels, though not in an active conspiracy with the cartels.

FEDERAL MURDERS OF AMERICAN CITIZENS FROM WORLD WAR II THROUGH 2013 BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF WASH., D.C. - MARCH

     I will give you a capsule version of the multitude of ways that Wash., D.C. has murdered American citizens from World War II through 2013.

     When in Wash., D.C., I worked with a naval N.C.O. who had been stationed at Pearl Harbor when it was attacked. His best friend was another Naval N.C.O. who had served with Naval Intelligence in Wash., D.C. and later assigned to Pearl Harbor some time after the attack of Dec. 7, 1941. His friend had delivered to President Franklin D. Roosevelt the decoded Japanese message 10 days in advance telling when and how Pearl Harbor would be attacked. No warning was given to Pearl Harbor because  the White House and Chiefs of Staff wanted the military excuse to fight Imperial Japan, Nazi Germany, and Fascist Italy. But did you notice that no aircraft carriers were at Pearl Harbor when it was attacked?!! The U.S. military personnel who died at Pearl Harbor were expendable "cannon fodder" used to get American into World War II and overcome the very pacifistic mood of America which did not want to get involved with World War II. If I had been President, I would not have let my boys die at Pearl Harbor without warning them that they were able to be mass attacked by the aircraft of the Japanese Imperial Navy which left port to begin war with America on Nov. 25 Washington time if I recall my date right.

     In World War II, two Americans got too close to the Manhattan Project setup at the University of Chicago at Stagg Field. The F.B.I. shot them down in the streets of Chicago and told the Chicago Police not to list their shooting and death. I think it was a Captain Harding of the Chicago Police who told me this story of the two men murdered on the streets of Chicago not because they were spies, but because they had learned about a secret military project they were not supposed to know about. And cooperating with the F.B.I., the shooting and murder of these two American citizens was never listed in the Chicago Police records as the F.B.I. asked them to cover up for the F.B.I.

     Dale Draper who had changed his name from Orville D. Barnes was Chief of the Cartographic Dept. of the Defense Dept. in World War II. Translated into English, he was Head of the War Map Dept. of the Pentagon in World War II. He and I had served together in my military intelligence group the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Pentagon had secretly chartered me to set up without White House knowledge. Dale Draper told me how his assistant got discovered by I think it was the F.B.I. with military maps that were not supposed to have been taken to his house as Dale Draper had done such things as the invasion maps for the Normandy Invasion of Gen. Eisenhower and Allied Armies with him. His assistant had all his property removed from his apartment and was never seen again. His permanent disappearance would indicate that he was murdered and disposed of without resort to federal trial or likely imprisonment. Quiet murders of American citizens by the federal government have gone on since World War II. Some maybe with some moral justification and some with no moral justification such as the recent murders of American citizens as Dr. David Garst apparently by the F.B.I. for exposing federal scandals of high treason and Mike Kodosky having refused to turn over his overseas accounts to the U.S. Justice Dept. He said his accounts belonged to his clients who were American citizens and some foreign citizens also, and did not belong to Wash., D.C. For this answer, the U.S. Justice Dept. had his two feet chopped off and he died of a heart attack right after they cut off his second foot. Any grand jury in America is welcome to investigate how the U.S. Justice Dept. murdered Dr. Garst and Mike Kodosky for standing on their legal rights under the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights. If the U.S. Congress refuses to investigate these federal murders, then plain as day you see the federal government is totally criminally corrupt and will never investigate criminal acts including murder by its federal personnel unless massive public pressure forces them to!

     Nothing in America legally proves so totally the utter legal corruption of the U.S. Justice Dept. is that the criminal on the loose "Deepknight" is allowed to go around without being arrested by the U.S. Justice Dept. after he on worldwide internet said that he was going to murder me in the name of Obama in an "Oct. surprise" in 2012, he massively attacked our website and electronic operations and especially on a Sunday we fought him for several hours as he was trying to wipe out by massive hacking all our electronic material that had been prepared to write and publish the book now nationally and internationally released called "The Early Roots Of Apostolic Christianity" by Erasmus of America (my pen name). At the same time he was pitching the American people that I had no intention or writing this book, and was a con artist to get money from people. At the same hour, he was trying to sabotage our book so it could not be released having been destroyed by him in massive hacking attacks on our electronic work creating the book. He is a super con artist trying to legally frame people such as myself which is a felony under federal and state law every time he tries it. We caught him redhanded hacking into our files to remove his cover name from our files. He didn't know that we were watching him as he did this! We just wanted to confirm what alias names this "Deepknight" was using thinking we were really as dumb as he thought we were. He has not only broken serious federal laws but also felony laws of 50 states as well as he crossed state laws to do this. He, any associates of his on his website or websites and whoever owns these websites and approves of him threatening murder, running hacking attacks from the website, and violating a bunch of other federal and state felony laws in the process may at any surprise time suddenly have state grand juries from 50 states all legally investigating him and associates in these many federal and state felony acts, and whoever is with him could end up going to prison for life, not just him. I suggest to associates and owners of websites he operates from, drop him like a hotcake or he will land all of you into either state prisons or else federal prisons for life. I play cat and mouse in legal ambushes and we have been recording his growing list of acts of felony under law. We also recorded his felonies against other targets in America as well. 

     We needed some dumb felon like "deepknight" thinking that he was so smart floating around loose to end up legally framing the U.S. Justice Dept., not us, He legally frames them by exposing that they are highly criminal in law and policy instead of being honorable in law. The U.S. Justice Dept. is now in such hot legal water due to "Deepknight" that when the dust all settles, we will decide whether to push for the legal abolishment of the whole U.S. Justice Dept. or else pretend the legal fiction that only some were criminals inside the U.S. Justice Dept. and not all in the U.S. Justice Dept. We know how to use state grand juries in all 50 states to legally investigate and arrest those in the U.S. Justice Dept. who think they may commit serious felonies in all 50 states and get away with it. An old proverb says, "When a strong hurricane gale wind blows against you, bend with the wind or else get your back broken by it." 

     Nesara News just posted the national report apparently verifying that the chem trails across America were set up by Wash., D.C. for killing part of the American population by massive toxins put into the atmosphere and air you breathe and pushing for the sterilization of part of the American people for population control. This is called under international law "genocide" and a "genocide conspiracy to main and kill American citizens."

     The member of the Federal Reserve who handled the financing of World War II for the U.S. Republic at the end of World War II wrote an article for the power elite secretly ruling America as the American people do not really rule over or control Washington, D.C. at this time. I have a copy of his article for the power elite. He said that World War II proved that Wash., D.C. did not need federal income taxes to run and finance the federal government. However, federal income taxes needed to be maintained in order to give the legal excuse to spy upon and control the private lives of the American people. Also, control how much income the federal government would allow the American people to make in America. Understood they must not be allowed to earn too much and be too prosperous in America! The more they could keep the people a bit poor, the better they could control the people through government. 

      "Deepknight" posted what he thinks is my address on the internet which is a U.S. Justice Dept. method of setting up the murder of private citizens of America. A former minor official of the U.S. Justice Dept. boasted to us when I was living in Wash., D.C. and other witnesses including a lawyer with us and maybe 4 other people how the U.S. Justice Dept. murdered off private American citizens without the federal murder tracing back to the U.S. Justice Dept. An example he gave to show how the U.S. Justice Dept. murdered American citizens without getting caught for murdering them. One man who knew criminal elements in Wash., D.C. the U.S. Justice Dept. wanted him to spy on them for the U.S. Justice Dept. refused to do so. They then used plants of their in criminal elements to say that he had sold out these criminal elements by telling what he knew about them to the U.S. Justice Dept., making sure the criminal elements knew where he lived and soon he would be murdered without it tracing back to the U.S. Justice Dept. that they had engineered his murder. DeepKnight is using this U.S. Justice Dept. tactic of how to arrange a murder without it tracing back to him. He gives out what he thinks is my address and tries to incite people to murder me. Then he pretends innocence to the whole murder affair after it happens. His current posting is that the higher ups in the Illuminati have given him on his own website that I am to be murdered by DK by April 30 or else they will take over and eliminate both him and me. And the U.S. Justice Dept. sits around whistling "Dixie" and no arrests when his website is bristling with murder threats this very day of March 28? I call for the immediate arrest of Eric Holder and Robert Mueller if murder threats over the internet is approved of by the U.S. Justice Dept. It is obvious that the U.S. Justice Dept. is protecting him as he is a felon time and time again by what he does from any website he is on. I call for Congressional investigation of the U.S. Justice Dept. and DK over this non-ending vomiting out of new murder threats coming from DK and any website that he operates from. I am no dummy. I know as well as you the public that the Government in Wash., D.C. is crooked as all hell is why they are not going to legally arrest DK or open an official criminal investigation of the criminal activities of DK when he breaks more and more felony laws all the time either federal or state level and the U.S. Justice Dept. pretends to be looking the other way while I am told by various sources that such as a special unit of D.O.D. is reporting directly to the White House what is going on with DK, etc. In any case, a unit of the D.O.D. and reporting to the White House was spotted by another person on the internet checking into this matter. I am not that dumb. I know what is going on and I am not scared at all of stated or implied murder threats from the White House or on behalf of the White House, etc. The American people at last have a national leader who cannot be bribed, cannot be intimidated by threats, and deadly enough in ability once one of the Rothschilds once secretly met with me and offered me a position with the "Secret Government" of America if I would work for them instead of for the American people. He indicated the "Secret Government" of America judged the American people were too stupid, too irresponsible, and too morally unfit to be allowed to govern America through Wash., D.C., so they secretly did. They were not elected officials but members of key banking families forming a criminal cartel which controlled the government through corrupt leaders both parties and through control of the main part of the news media so they did not serve the American people but released the altered news they were supposed to, censor news they were supposed to, and give the American people the propaganda lines the power elite wanted the people to believe instead of the truth.

      Folks, one of these days you may finally wake up from your drugged like level of turned off mind and face the truth as the reality you should listen to, not lies from the secret power cartel of America.
