Today, 13 November 2013, WikiLeaks released the secret negotiated draft text for the entire TPP (Trans-Pacific Partnership) Intellectual Property Rights Chapter. The TPP is the largest-ever economic treaty, encompassing nations representing more than 40 per cent of the world’s GDP. The WikiLeaks release of the text comes ahead of the decisive TPP Chief Negotiators summit in Salt Lake City, Utah, on 19-24 November 2013. The chapter published by WikiLeaks is perhaps the most controversial chapter of the TPP due to its wide-ranging effects on medicines, publishers, internet services, civil liberties and biological patents. Significantly, the released text includes the negotiation positions and disagreements between all 12 prospective member states.

The TPP is the forerunner to the equally secret US-EU pact TTIP (Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership), for which President Obama initiated US-EU negotiations in January 2013. Together, the TPP and TTIP will cover more than 60 per cent of global GDP. Both pacts exclude China.

Since the beginning of the TPP negotiations, the process of drafting and negotiating the treaty’s chapters has been shrouded in an unprecedented level of secrecy. Access to drafts of the TPP chapters is shielded from the general public. Members of the US Congress are only able to view selected portions of treaty-related documents in highly restrictive conditions and under strict supervision. It has been previously revealed that only three individuals in each TPP nation have access to the full text of the agreement, while 600 ’trade advisers’ – lobbyists guarding the interests of large US corporations such as Chevron, Halliburton, Monsanto and Walmart – are granted privileged access to crucial sections of the treaty text.

The TPP negotiations are currently at a critical stage. The Obama administration is preparing to fast-track the TPP treaty in a manner that will prevent the US Congress from discussing or amending any parts of the treaty. Numerous TPP heads of state and senior government figures, including President Obama, have declared their intention to sign and ratify the TPP before the end of 2013.

WikiLeaks’ Editor-in-Chief Julian Assange stated: “The US administration is aggressively pushing the TPP through the US legislative process on the sly.” The advanced draft of the Intellectual Property Rights Chapter, published by WikiLeaks on 13 November 2013, provides the public with the fullest opportunity so far to familiarise themselves with the details and implications of the TPP.

The 95-page, 30,000-word IP Chapter lays out provisions for instituting a far-reaching, transnational legal and enforcement regime, modifying or replacing existing laws in TPP member states. The Chapter’s subsections include agreements relating to patents (who may produce goods or drugs), copyright (who may transmit information), trademarks (who may describe information or goods as authentic) and industrial design.

The longest section of the Chapter – ’Enforcement’ – is devoted to detailing new policing measures, with far-reaching implications for individual rights, civil liberties, publishers, internet service providers and internet privacy, as well as for the creative, intellectual, biological and environmental commons. Particular measures proposed include supranational litigation tribunals to which sovereign national courts are expected to defer, but which have no human rights safeguards. The TPP IP Chapter states that these courts can conduct hearings with secret evidence. The IP Chapter also replicates many of the surveillance and enforcement provisions from the shelved SOPA and ACTA treaties.

The consolidated text obtained by WikiLeaks after the 26-30 August 2013 TPP meeting in Brunei – unlike any other TPP-related documents previously released to the public – contains annotations detailing each country’s positions on the issues under negotiation. Julian Assange emphasises that a “cringingly obsequious” Australia is the nation most likely to support the hardline position of US negotiators against other countries, while states including Vietnam, Chile and Malaysia are more likely to be in opposition. Numerous key Pacific Rim and nearby nations – including Argentina, Ecuador, Colombia, South Korea, Indonesia, the Philippines and, most significantly, Russia and China – have not been involved in the drafting of the treaty.

In the words of WikiLeaks’ Editor-in-Chief Julian Assange, “If instituted, the TPP’s IP regime would trample over individual rights and free expression, as well as ride roughshod over the intellectual and creative commons. If you read, write, publish, think, listen, dance, sing or invent; if you farm or consume food; if you’re ill now or might one day be ill, the TPP has you in its crosshairs.”

Current TPP negotiation member states are the United States, Japan, Mexico, Canada, Australia, Malaysia, Chile, Singapore, Peru, Vietnam, New Zealand and Brunei.

The controversial Council on American-Islamic Relations – an unindicted co-conspirator in a terror-funding scheme – is boasting of preventing an outspoken retired general from speaking at an upcoming prayer breakfast at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
Retired Lt. Gen. William G. “Jerry” Boykin, a strong critic of CAIR, has recommended a WND Books bestseller,“Muslim Mafia, that exposes the group’s role as a front group in the U.S. for the Muslim Brotherhood, the originator of most of the world’s major Islamic terrorist groups, including al-Qaida and Hamas.

Fox News reported that while West Point defended its invitation to Boykin, the retired general voluntarily withdrew amid pressure from CAIR and VoteVets.org, who complained of his “Islamophobic” views.

Boykin, former U.S. deputy undersecretary of defense for intelligence, is a professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia and author of “Never Surrender: A Soldier’s Journey to the Crossroads of Faith and Freedom.”
He has played a role in almost every major American military operation in recent decades – serving in Grenada, Somalia and Iraq
Before Boykin’s withdrawal, West Point spokeswoman Lt. Col. Sherri Reed explained in an interview with the Associated Press that the National Prayer Breakfast Service “will be pluralistic with Christians, Jewish, and Muslim cadets participating.”
“We are comfortable and confident that what retired Lt. Gen. Boykin will share about prayer, soldier care and selfless service, will be in keeping with the broad range of ideas normally considered by our cadets,” she said.
In 2010 speech, seen below, Boykin said the book exposing CAIR,”“Muslim Mafia”, will open your eyes. This book will shake you. What this book says is frightening.”
Boykin noted the book’s disclosure of internal documents obtained in a daring six-month undercover operation that show CAIR misleading and deceiving the FBI on behalf of terrorism suspects.
The book presents evidence that CAIR is more closely tied to al-Qaida than previously reported and that its sister fronts are funded by foreign Muslim Brotherhood sources.
CAIR leaders, Boykin has pointed out, share the Muslim Brotherhood’s ultimate goal of replacing the U.S. Constitution with Islamic law.
CAIR is suing a co-author of “Muslim Mafia” and his son, who conducted the undercover probe that came up with 12,000 pages of internal documents confirming CAIR’s role as a front for the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas in the U.S. .

GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. — Whenever Alice Maggio opens her wallet, she never hesitates about how to pay. It’s always cash, and it’s rarely dollars.
“They’re beautiful,” she coos as she shows off the colored bills, which are unlike any other. “You can take pride in spending them.”
Maggio frowns on dollars, preferring something else, called a BerkShares. The currency is available only in the Berkshires region of western Massachusetts. The area, which long ago embraced the organic and shop-local movements, decided in 2006 to take it a step further by creating its own currency. Town leaders hoped it would encourage people to shop only in stores in Berkshire County.
“When you have BerkShares in your pocket,” Maggio said, “you might not go to McDonald’s. You might choose to go to a locally owned restaurant.”
People can now walk into five banks across the county and change dollars into BerkShares. More than 400 businesses accept the alternative currency. Now 140,000 bills are in circulation, in denominations of 1, 5, 10, 20 and 50 that bear images of local heroes and landscapes.
The idea born in the rolling Berkshire hills is getting international attention: A Dutch nonprofit, the Doen Foundation, this week extended a half-million-dollar grant to expand the program so it can start offering loans.
“Partly as a result of the financial crisis, people no longer believe in banks, and banks are no longer willing to support many of the small, medium-size enterprises,” Doen’s director, Nina Tellegen, said from its headquarters in Amsterdam. “So by introducing this loan system within the BerkShares currency, that’s a very important next step.”
Her group focuses on local currencies around the world as a way to perhaps hedge against events like the euro crisis. The BerkShares program, she said, is one of the largest and most successful her group has worked with. It’s among the front-runners of local currencies, she said.
“They’ve been very successful in involving many people in the community,” Tellegen said. “With the BerkShare initiative … we hope to build a more sustainable and more social world.”

A local sensation

Maggio, 25, has been leading the effort to persuade townspeople and businesses to ditch the dollar.
“I think we’re really on our way to being embraced,” she said. “It’s not like all hippie-dippie businesses taking BerkShares. There are excavators and dentists and lawyers and accountants.”
Phyllis Webb prefers that her customers use BerkShares when they buy ukuleles at her shop. Her company builds and ships thousands of the instruments across the world.
“I go to the store, and I actually enjoy pulling out my money — my BerkShares — a little bit earlier, while I’m waiting in line,” she said. “I’m showing people I’m making more of a commitment. I’m going the extra mile in saying not only do I support local, but I want the money to stay here in the Berkshires.”
That also poses a problem, since BerkShares don’t travel. Webb is limited in what she can spend them on. For instance, she can’t use BerkShares to buy some parts she needs to make her ukuleles.
“There is a certain threshold as a business where if I can't spend them reasonably, I have to sort of find that balance, but we’re not there yet,” she said. “Hopefully, we can grow BerkShares so we can circulate them.”
To encourage people to adopt the currency, a 5 percent discount is built into the exchange. So $19 buys 20 BerkShares. At stores, BerkShares have the same value as dollars. But if you return to the bank to convert BerkShares into dollars, you lose the 5 percent discount. Businesses are the ones largely absorbing that blow. (When BerkShares launched, the exchange rate had a 10 percent cut, but the community softened it two years later.)
“I can’t pay the electric company with BerkShares,” said Matthew Rubiner, who owns a grocery and coffee shop. “I can’t pay most of my vendors with BerkShares. Right now, it’s undeniable the merchants kind of take that 5 percent hit, but we’re not unhappy to do it.”
He doesn’t mind losing money on BerkShares since he says the program has brought publicity — and customers — to his store.

“It does undeniably add to business,” Rubiner said. “It does let everybody know we’re trying to add value to this community.”

Sometimes fear doesn’t really feel like fear. Sometimes it feels very comfortable.

Sometimes the desire to remain comfortably where you are can prevent you from being the best you can be. Sometimes you might live with unacceptable pain just so you don’t have to make any changes.

Sometimes it is useful to remind yourself that there is more to life than just being comfortable. Sometimes a change, though it may be intimidating, can do you a whole lot of good.

It’s great to appreciate and value where you are. Yet life will surely and eventually insist that you continue to move forward.

So make the choice to get a little bit beyond what you’re comfortable with. Feel true gratitude and appreciation for life’s richness, and know that there is even more beyond the horizon.

The Christmas Market season runs throughout the Advent period, from the end of Novemberto the third week of December. The markets are generally held in the Town Square and each has its own unique atmosphere. But common threads include, decorated stalls heaped with traditional Christmas decorations, toys and gifts and the aromas of mulled wine, grilled sausages, Christmas biscuits and gingerbread . .... When I say formal announcement I do not mean they will come right out and announce to the world that they just revalued their currency. They cannot do this now especially since we all now know the US will have a much different in country rate than in Iraq and most other countries. I will not get into the details as to how or why this is being allowed but just relax and you will see this is not a hoax.  Instead we should all now be looking for the delegation from the US going to Iraq very soon in the news. This delegation will give photo opps, shake hands and party with Iraq leaders. They may not necessarily talk directly about the currency revaluation in speeches but will talk in length about the nation of Iraq its past challenges, its new democracy, reconstruction and cooperation with the rest of the developed world. They will concentrate on parts of speech about their wealth and how they are now “open for business” with the rest of the world. This will be the key speech and the key words. Look for it in the coming days. We are at that critical moment.  Summary Today is Thursday 11/14 and we are on track during this waiting period. My contacts are telling we are now in the next open window period for this process which is thru Sunday with exchanging possibly beginning on Monday 11/18 if all goes well. They do not expect this to go to yet another window of next week again so be calm and relax.  As you know I cannot guarantee what I am hearing is 100% accurate but these sources have been spot on so far up until the plan changes. This is the plan I am now hearing. It could change but I have high confidence we are on track to see the activation later this week and go to the banks early next week. I will certainly relay any new information as I receive it. I would luv to have conference calls daily to give you the news as it is happening, but my situation will not allow it at this time.  I do not anticipate any obstacles. There is too much at stake for Iraq as I described in my last email. They need a usable, viable, internationally recognized currency, and they need it now. They cannot afford any more holdups. There is a plan to get them to this point.  I hope my news is helping everyone to get off the hopium wagon and enjoy the day. Again no one knows the date or rate but we can come real close by using correct assumptions, articles and applying what info the reliable sources are telling us. I do not wish to put anyone in stress if it does not activate by Monday as I am only relaying what I am being told and the news coming out of Iraq at this time. Potential False Flag-----------Anonymous Shocking Current Events 

Greetings citizens of the world, we are Anonymous. We have received intel related to the possible destruction of one of downtown Los Angeles's towers, being set up as a false flag event on Friday, November fifteenth two thousand and thirteen. 

Over the weekend, SWAT teams were conducting drills in downtown Los Angeles unlike any completed in the past. The Citi Bank building that is currently occupied by Freddie Mac just recently dropped all insurance policies except for the policy portion which contains special conditions, coverages related to terrorism, which is all risk of direct physical damage. 

The certificate holder for this policy is located at 444 South Flower Street, Los Angeles, California 90015, under Hines Vaf, a private insurance company which offers Loss Adjusters, Allstate Claims Adjuster, Integrated Insurance Services, Property Insurance Adjuster and General Auto Insurance. Similar to the destruction of the twin towers, changes were made to their insurance policies prior to the so called terrorist acts on nine eleven. 

Although we are not one hundred percent sure of these horrific activities being planned to transpire within the next few days, we did not want to take a chance and risk losing anymore innocent lives and have a repeat of nine eleven in New York. The buildings in question are the Citi bank building which is located adjacent to the US bank building on the corner of South Flower and West Fifth street. It is believed to be the target for a false flag event set for this Friday. We ask American citizens who work in this area of Los Angeles California to take extra precautions. It is advisable given the severity of this information, if you are employed and are working, or conducting personal matters in either the Citi bank or the US bank towers of los Angeles, that you stay away from these two structures on that day.

 

This is a warning, and again, as a precautionary measure we alert you of this possible false flag event being set up in the city of Los Angeles.
