Obama Administration Facing Massive Federal Lawsuit

A lawsuit seeking the return of $43 trillion (with a “t”) and an audit of all the TARP programs by an independent receiver has been filed against senior members of the Obama Administration and the New York group known as the “Banksters”.
The Wall Street Journal’s MarketWatch is reporting that the Spire Law Group, LLP has moved its mass tort action into the federal court in Brooklyn, New York. In this District Court lawsuit (Case No. 12-cv-04269-JBW-RML), the Spire Law Group, LLP is acting on the behalf of homeowners across the country seeking to halt all foreclosures nationwide until the return of the $43 trillion.
The independent audit the lawsuit is seeking of the TARP Program stems from a report by the former Inspector General of the bailout program, Neil Barofsky, who is countering the claims made by President Obama both publicly and privately to Congress that  the money has been paid back. Mr. Barofsky asserts that none of the money advanced by the Treasury has ever been paid back by the recipients of the program.
The Plaintiffs have established the location of the $43 trillion of laundered money in a criminal racketeering enterprise participated in by the following individuals:

Tony West
Kamala Harris
Jon Corzine
Robert Rubin
Timothy Geitner
Vikram Pandit
Valerie Jarrett

The lawsuit alleges that the Obama Administration actively borrowed money from these “Banksters” to fund his political campaign in this 2012 Election and has not pursued any criminal charges against them

If the recent and growing scandals plaguing the tyrannical ObamaGov weren’t so serious, the idiotic antics of those at the top of the D.C. food chain would be almost comical. But, they are and their antics are not at all humorous.
They are, in fact, criminal. While Obama tells the gullible and refuse-to-be-educated-on-the-truth masses that he will “get to the bottom” of the current (three, four, five…more?) scandals rocking his (used to be our) White House, the US Attorney General tells the supplicant-to-the-ObamaGov-media that he wants them to tell him how he can be stopped in his illegal breaking and bypassing of the First Amendment’s freedom of the press. That’s patently ludicrous. Both Obama and Holder have said that their new laws are required to protect the media from…you guessed it…Obama and Holder. In other words, to the world the Obama syndicate has now played it’s “We’re all insane here…help us!” card.
The problem, of course, is that as long as the Obama syndicate (aka ObamaGov) is in power…and unless Congress follows through all the way to indictments this time with these current criminal scandals’...nothing will stop. In fact, they will only now become worse as Obama begins to fully realize that his illicit deeds have been outed on multiple fronts and he is beginning to be flanked by the real police…we hope seriously this time. Since assuming the office of POTUS, Obama has flouted one US law after another…including but, not limited to, bypassing (while falsely saying he upholds) and attempting to rewrite with his Executive Orders the US Constitution. Recently, Obama has begun expanding his police state by including both the US Park Service (can you believe it?) who recently (see reference below) cuffed and detained a couple for legally passing out flyers that decried big government and, of course, the IRS as Big Brother/Big Gorilla central enforcement-hammer-in-virtually-all-things required by the ObamaGov.
Interestingly, it appears with regards to the IRS’ illegal targeting of Obama’s opponents, Obama—himself—met with Colleen Kelley-President National Treasury Employees Union (which also represents the IRS) on 31 May 2010…the day before the illegal targeting began. Coincidence? Uh…no. I think the credulity rubber band under Obama has finally and irrevocably been snapped and broken. It also appears that now at least one IRS employee is planning to testify that not only did the orders for the targeting come from D.C. but, it goes all of the way up to the Obama White House. Note: I don’t think any of us really were surprised by Lois Lerner’s hiding behind the 5th Amendment’s protection against self-incrimination, as she has been knee deep in extortion and other “little” crimes since at least 1996. Criminal lawsuits have been and are now in the process of being filed against the IRS and Jay Sekulow’s ACLJ is handling at least 25 of them.
It also seems that Benghazi will soon have more witnesses (aka whistleblowers). That one ObamaScandal caused the deaths of at least 4 Americans…deaths that could have been prevented if Obama had wanted them saved instead of murdered. Another case of “they knew too much?”
With regards to the Obama/Holder DOJ’s targeting the AP and Fox News’ James Rosen (with false claims presented to the judge; the 3rd one Holder had gone to in his “judge-shopping” mission and the only one who agreed to issue a search warrant), before a Congressional Committee Holder swore that he had no knowledge of either until just recently…yet he personally signed the authorization to seize and investigate Rosen’s phone call records (private and business), his emails (private and business) and Holder’s team even seized the private phone and email records of Rosen’s parents! Before the committee and in sworn testimony, again Holder claimed no-knowledge of the Rosen affair prior to its being brought to his attention recently. However, Town Hall’s Guy Henson reports that Holder—personally—vetted the Rosen warrant. Like virtually all in the ObamaGov, Holder is a consummate liar who commits illegal and criminal acts against Obama’s opposition (aka US citizens) that he’s told to affect. Anyone remember Fast & Furious Mexican drug carrels? Then, there was Fast & Furious gun-running Syrian-style…for which Ambassador Stevens may have been allowed to be assassinated. Was this to cover for and help Obama‘s reelection chances? Any more questions as to how far this unlawful and despotic government will go? Judge Jeanine Pirro completely understands and has called for indictments against Holder on multiple charges.
We cannot solve any of the above problems by making up new laws. The only way we can correct and solve them is to remove the perpetrators from office. That includes legitimately arresting them. Does anyone in the US Congress have the courage to do so? Or is that portion of the genetic code missing from all who reside on Capitol Hill? If this and the other atrocities brought on by the Obama ‘administration’ which are soon to come are not stopped the US Police State and all of its attendant brutalities are inevitable.

Today's Supreme Court decision in Citizens United, led by corporate enthusiast and Bush appointee Chief Justice John Roberts has fully removed the previous restrictions on corporate speech in political contexts. Arguing that corporate personhood is a legitimate, non-metaphorical construct that calls for the protection of its "free speech" rights, Roberts's majority opinion is a terminal watershed in a thirty-year trend of confusing the country's capitalist economic system for its social framework.
Already deeply corrupted at every level by influence of private interests, with this decision, the entire political and electoral communications process will be placed directly in the manicured hands of big business. The millions of corporate dollars that once stood between you and your government will be fondly remembered after they are replaced by billions of corporate dollars.
Yet, as one door closes, another opens.
Now that the personhood of corporations has been sustained, expanded and leveraged by Supreme Court right-wing activists, what are other ramifications?
Shouldn't it follow that when a corporation is bankrupted -- killed -- by its reckless management that its executives could be found guilty of the capital crime of murder?
To snuff an entity so endowed - that possesses free speech rights, overseas travel rights, legal state citizen rights, the right to sue and be sued, that can be libeled, and other rights -- seems no less than a crime, surely a matter for the justice system.
And wouldn't that help? Wouldn't adding murder charges to the consequences of executive failure in corporate stewardship go a long way toward restoring the long-lost arrangement where the corporation serves the society, as opposed to the other way around?
Put another way, if the the penalty that management faced for causing bankruptcy was an orange jumpsuit instead of a golden parachute, wouldn't we see less wild-west, insanely reckless capitalism from our economic engines?
Say someone at an investment bank cooked up a scam innovated a new instrument to make money by lending money to people who can't pay it back. Today, nobody in that bank worries much about introducing systemic risk - they're too busy trippig over themselves to put the thing on the market. But if the consequences for eventually wiping out the bank included murder indictments, wouldn't we finally see some of that "self regulation" that free-market fundamentalists keep telling us exists?
What if Enron had taken place in today's era of fully realized corporate personhood? Had the company been treated like a murder victim, wouldn't Jeff Skilling be quickly looking at a Texas D.A., a gurney and a needle? Would that very personal risk have caught his attention at all?
If corporations are virtual people, and people can be murdered, and the widespread inclination of our business culture is to sociopathically not regard such murder as crime, shouldn't we do what we have also done for other, less pressing societal problem areas and changed the schools?
Convicted murderers don't usually serve their time in country club prisons. It's my guess we would all benefit greatly if the nation's business schools began "Scared Straight" seminars. This is where big, burly maximum-security convicts march around shouting dire, streety cautions about bad behavior at the impeccable haircuts of Wharton and Kellogg.
Practical skills training would follow. Something tells me that introducing MBA students early on to jailyard socialization techniques, effective shiv sharpening and how to make wine in the toilet might actually orient them to reject, rather than revel in and celebrate a culture of unaccountability. It might get them to take seriously the full expectations of corporate personhood as a social responsibility and legal theory.
I know: I make a terrible law student. In my defense, I never went to law school.

Eric Holder’s Two Decades Of Concealing Murder

Information provided to congressional committees by ATF whistle-blowers and leaks within the Department of Justice prove Eric Holder to be either criminally complicit in the Fast and Furious scheme and cover-up, or the most incompetent, congenitally comatose Attorney General in the nation’s history. Though Holder is many things, he is not incompetent, at least not in the willful “execution-upon-command” of illegal and despicable enterprises; especially when those enterprises involve Administration-generated murder.
“You need to know that Eric Holder…played a key role in covering up the torture-murder death of my brother, Kenneth Michael Trentadue.”
This is what Salt Lake City attorney Jesse Trentadue wrote in December of 2008 to prospective incoming chairman of the Senate Justice Committee, Patrick Leahy. The newly-elected Barack Obama had made Holder his choice for Attorney General, and Trentadue was going to do everything in his power to stop this shameful appointment going forward.
Kenneth Trentadue was killed in Oklahoma City on August 21^st of 1995, four months after the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah building. He had been taken into custody by the FBI and placed in an isolation cell at a federal facility in El Reno, Oklahoma.
The official government report on the cause of death presented to Trentadue’s family stated that Kenneth hanged himself in his cell. But massive bruises and lacerations from head to toe compelled even the Oklahoma City medical examiner to state “very likely he was murdered.”
Using emails and handwritten notes acquired in a 1997 wrongful death lawsuit against the DOJ, Trentadue demonstrated quite conclusively in his correspondence to Patrick Leahy that then-Deputy Attorney General Eric Holder had engineered a scheme to sidetrack any investigation into his brother’s death in order to “…deflect congressional oversight and media attention…”
A fifteen-year investigation by Jesse Trentadue revealed that Eric Holder had covered up the murder of his brother in order to prevent congressional investigators linking the death, and eventually the Clinton Administration itself, to the Oklahoma City bombing. And Holder’s efforts to derail the Fast and Furious probe have made it clear that 20 years have not changed the Attorney General’s propensity for corruption and deceit. For from the aftermath of Oklahoma City to the smuggling of guns across the Mexican border, Eric Holder has callously concealed murders for which two administrations have been responsible.
It’s hardly surprising that Holder’s DOJ minions have decided to not prosecute the Attorney General for the comparatively minor offense of refusing to provide Congress with subpoenaed documents. After all, Eric Holder has gotten away with murder—or at least with being an accessory after the fact—for nearly 2 decades.
Of course, Republicans MIGHT decide to charge Eric Holder with his many crimes when the November victory of Mitt Romney places the Department of Justice in GOP hands.  The Party might also bring Barack Obama to justice, both for participation in Fast and Furious and his willful, duplicitous role as Manchurian Candidate.
Yes, they might. But then, Holder and Obama might CONFESS too! The one is just as likely as the other.
