The files include elected officials, Cabinet appointees, Judges, and  **ALL** law enforcement agency employees including sworn officers. Radioactive debris mass the size of California still impacting West Coast

Another obvious sign is the recent mass migration of radioactive debris the size of California across the Pacific Ocean. BBC News in the U.K. reported last year that literally millions of tons of radioactive debris had begun traveling across the Pacific Ocean, and that some of it had already impacted Hawaii and even the West Coast.

There has also been a series of strange animal deaths recently, including masses of sea lions, sockeye salmon and other sea creatures washing up on the shore. Many of the polar bears, seals and walruses observed along the Alaska coastline have also been found to have major fur loss and open sores, both of which are indicative of radiation poisoning.

Then we have the scientific reports that claim radioactive water will continue to impact the U.S. West Coast for many years to come, potentially doubling in strength over the next five or six years. Plankton, bluefin tuna and other sea life collected between Hawaii and California are already testing high for radiation, and these levels are expected to continue increasing.

"Look at what's going on now: They're dumping huge amounts of radioactivity into the ocean -- no one expected that in 2011," stated Daniel Hirsch, a nuclear policy lecturer at the University of California-Santa Cruz recently to Global Security Newswire. Initial Fukushima radiation release more than 100 times larger than Chernobyl, confirms study

There will most certainly be a major uptick in cancer rates due to the Fukushima incident, as the Japan Meteorological Agency's Meteorological Research Institute estimates that some 60 billion becquerels of radioactive cesium and strontium are being dumped into the Pacific Ocean every single day. The Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) also admits that as much as 40 trillion becquerels of radioactive tritium have been released into the Pacific since the disaster began.

Those who still say that the Chernobyl disaster was worse than Fukushima may also want to consider that a Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution study conducted in October 2011 concluded that Fukushima had already released up to 100 times more radiation into the environment than Chernobyl at that time. Today, this amount is likely astronomically higher, especially when you take into account all the airborne radioactive plumes that have been detected billowing across the ocean and over U.S. soil.

.S. Attorney General Eric Holder will step down this year, he said in an interview with the New Yorker’s Jeffrey Toobin in the magazine’s Feb. 17 edition.

In a feature article, Mr. Holder said he plans on staying in his position “well into” the year.

Last November, Mr. Holder, the first black attorney general, told CBS News he didn’t have “any plans” to step down.

Mr. Holder has made voting rights the test case of his tenure, the New Yorker reported. He has been a vocal critic of the Supreme Court case that invalidated key parts of the Voting Rights Act and has supported Congressional action to renew and revise the law.

During his five years as the nation’s top law enforcement officer, Mr. Holder has also weighed in on other controversial Supreme Court decisions. Mr. Holder said he wouldn’t defend the Defense of Marriage Act in court and over the weekend announced the Department of Justice’s plans to give same-sex couples the same rights in the federal legal system as married heterosexual couples, regardless of whether a state recognizes same sex marriage.

There can be absolutely no doubt that one of the most enigmatic, mysterious and powerful figures of the 20th century was Howard Hughes. Born on Christmas Eve in 1905, in Humble, Texas, Hughes displayed a brilliant flair for aviation and new and novel aircraft designs – to the extent that in 1932 he created the Hughes Aircraft Company, which was noted for its work in the fields of aircraft, missiles, and NASA’s space-probes. Despite his brilliance, Hughes was plagued by psychological conditions that blighted his life, including obsessive-compulsive disorder – something which played a major role in his descent into a definitive “reclusive eccentric” state. And then there were Hughes’ ties to the secret world of U.S. Intelligence and…the UFO phenomenon. In 1977, an astonishing book, The Hughes Papers by Elaine Davenport, Paul Eddy and Mark Huwitz, was published, and disclosed a wealth of hitherto unknown material pertaining to Hughes, including his deep associations with none other than the CIA. Moving on, there are a number of intriguing issues that link Hughes to the UFO subject. The earliest – and certainly the strangest – story suggesting a Hughes-Flying Saucer connection can be found in the FBI’s n0w-declassified files on UFOs, all of which are online at the Bureau’s website, The Vault. Contained within the approximately 1,700 pages of documentation is a very curious letter that was sent to the FBI’s Chicago office by a source unknown. The letter is dated July 31, 1950 and reads as follows: “Since we are on the brink of a third world conflict, the world is more air conscious than ever. Aviation in some phases is yet in its pioneering days. Much talk goes on about the flying saucers or discs. The saucer we speak about is not a military secret, and is not yet owned by the government. The flying saucer which was seen over south Chicago last April is a large fuel tank with crystal glass wings.” The writer continued: “It has two large jet engines on both sides. It is radio controlled. It resembles a saucer very much when in flight. The wings cannot be seen on a clear day. This is so it is a most difficult target for anti aircraft gunners. The reason for the large flat gas or fuel tank is to give the ship a long range for atomic bombing.” The letter then reveals something very illuminating (if true, of course): “The ship was financed by Howard Hughes, millionaire aviation enthusiast. It is now being tested by the Glen F. Martin Aircraft Co., makers of the Martin Marauder. The craft is only made for one way trips. They are merely to carry a bomb of high destruction to enemy country. They have no wheels, but small steel rails on the bottom from which they take off. All other mechanics can be explained in detail.” And, in closing, the FBI’s source explained that: “The man who welded the ship says it is by far the best long range bombing instrument he has ever seen. The name of the ship is the ‘Danse Macabre.’” Then there is the notable saga of Howard Hughes’ associations and friendship with one of the most well known of all the “Contactees” of the 1950s: George Van Tassel. Prior to becoming a major player in Ufology, Van Tassel spent time in the 1940s working for Hughes Aircraft. He did far more than that, however. While employed by Hughes Aircraft, Van Tassel acted in an assistance capacity to none other than Howard Hughes himself. As a demonstration of the fact that Hughes and Van Tassel were good friends, on many occasions Hughes flew into the Giant Rock, California area, where Van Tassel held his near-legendary UFO conventions from the 1950s to the 1970s. The reason: to specifically to hang out with Van Tassel and his wife, Eva, and to indulge in the tasty pies that Mrs. Van Tassel made and which Hughes apparently loved! Moving onto 1964, it’s time to look at a potential connection between Howard Hughes and the famous “UFO landing” at Socorro, New Mexico in April 1964. He was a shell of his former, handsome self. The man who dated numerous Hollywood actresses, including Olivia de Havilland and Ava Gardner, was down to less than 100 pounds in weight at the time of his death. His hair was long and straggly, and his arms were riddled with needle marks. Hardly the best way to make an exit. Was Howard Hughes really plugged deep into the world of the UFO? Right now, we have a few strands, a couple of thought-provoking leads, a few pieces of documentation, and that’s it. But, where there’s smoke, there is very often fire, too. The families that own the Federal Reserve Board missed making gold payments due on January 31st so they now have to scramble to find gold before February 27th or face the bankruptcy of their United States of America Corporation. That is why Secretary of Skull and Bones John Kerry is off this week to beg for gold from the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, South Korea and China. The cover story about the US Congress having to raise the debt ceiling in order to avoid government bankruptcy is only fooling a steadily shrinking group of the brainwashed living dead.
When they missed their payment last September 31st the cabalist were able to postpone bankruptcy by making a deal with Iran, selling weapons to China and a few other tricks. Let us see if they manage to kick the can down the road once again perhaps by offering the Okinawan archipelago to China or some such thing.
Otherwise President Obama can prove he is the real deal and start issuing US government currency instead of borrowing foreign Federal Reserve Board debt notes misnamed the US dollar.
Then again something entirely different might happen. According to the P2 Freemason lodge, Pope Francis and Obama signed an agreement
recently that was related to the formation of a world government. Obama was forced to sign the agreement because of the change in management of the Vatican Bank where bribe accounts for many world “leaders” are held. The recent meeting between the Pope and Vladimir Putin as well as meetings between the Pope and Obama in March and between the Pope and Queen Elizabeth in April are all connected to this, the source says. What is still not in the works, however, is a meeting between Chinese President Xi Jinping and the Pope.
This reflects a fundamental rift between two factions still battling over the right to decide the world’s future course. That is what is at stake in the ongoing financial war because the right to issue Dollars, Euros, Yen etc. is basically the same as the right to decide what humanity does in the future.
The Chinese and their allies are saying that the West has ruled for long enough and now it is Asia’s turn to take charge. However, the Western faction says that China is too Sino-centric and is ignoring the rights of the rest of the world.
In the end some sort of compromise is going to be reached because the alternative is World War III.
It is also worth noting, as many people have, that many US and other banks are scheduling some sort of “drill” on the weekend of February 15th and 16th. This could for the introduction of a new currency in the US but then again it could be one of those many dates that come and go without the predicted “happening.” However, just as a precaution, it might be a good idea to keep some cash on hand.
There are many other signs that it is not business as usual in the financial world. For example, a German court ruled last week the European Central Bank bond buying was “probably illegal.” This bond buying is what temporarily calmed the Euro crisis. The ruling reflects the fact that Germans are tired of bailing out lazy, corrupt Mediterranean countries.

Then in England, investigators are saying that not only were world interest rates rigged in the Libor scandal but that the Bank of England was directly involved in manipulating foreign exchange markets.

A critical mass of people already know the financial system itself is a fraud and it is only a matter of time before the right to issue currency is taken away from the cabal and returned to the people.
In yet another sign time was running out for the cabal, in Bosnia last week massive demonstrations were demanding just that.
In the meantime, like lost Japanese soldiers fighting in the jungle years after World War II ended, cabal agents are continuing their puerile antics in many parts of the world.
In Japan, cabal stooge Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and his fellow cabal slaves are continuing to follow orders by trying to manufacture a crisis with China. The most recent such maneuver involves having executives of the State Broadcasting agency regurgitate cabal manufactured provocations like the comfort woman story, denial of the Nanjing massacre etc.
The election of Yoichi Masuzoe as mayor of Tokyo, however, was not what the cabal had hoped for.
Although Masuzoe is supported by Abe, he is also promising to restart nuclear reactors in a move that will reduce Japanese payments for cabal controlled oil-powered electricity generation.
Abe also vanished for a few days after the Davos World Forum and appears to have had some sort of “re-education,” somewhere. Unlike other cabal leaders in the West, he is visiting the Sochi Olympics and his government is actively courting good relations with Vladimir Putin’s Russia.
The negative coverage of the Sochi Olympics in the cabal controlled Western press is a good example of the sort of petty, low level antics cabal psychological warfare agents get up to. Instead of enjoying winter sports in an apolitical manner, they manufacture gay rights crises or insult the facilities in a manner that reflects badly on the cabal more than it does on Russia.
Unfortunately, the cabal does not limit itself to disinformation but also continues to murder and threaten terror too.
On that front too, the cabal is not doing well. A planned nuclear terror attack against Sochi has been stopped, according to the gnostic illuminati. Also, at least 10 would be suicide bombers have been detained. Hopefully now the Olympics will be depoliticized.
In Afghanistan too, the Taliban have run out of money and cabal heroin production operations there are being shut down.

German court parks tank on ECB lawn, kills OMT bond rescue

Doubtful whether ECB’s back-stop scheme for bonds can be implemented if Europe’s debt crisis blows up again

It is the first time in the history of the German constitutional court that the judges have referred a question of law to the European Court of Justice

Germany’s top court has issued a blistering attack on the European Central Bank, arguing that its rescue plan for the euro violates EU treaty law and exceeds the bank’s policy mandate.
The tough language leaves it doubtful whether the ECB’s back-stop scheme for Spanish and Italian bonds can be implemented if Europe’s debt crisis blows up again, and greatly complicates any future recourse to quantitative easing if needed to head off Japanese-style deflation.
The German constitutional court refrained from issuing a final ruling on the legality of the plan, known as Outright Monetary Transactions (OMT). It referred the case to the European Court instead, but only after having pre-judged the issue in lacerating terms that effectively bind German institutions. “The Court considers the OMT decision incompatible with primary law,” it said.
“This is a massive attack on Europe’s rescue strategy. I do not know whether the markets have understood this yet,” said Clemens Fuest, head of Germany’s ZEW Institute.
Marcel Fratzscher, from Germany’s Institute for Economic Research (DIW), said the judgment kills the OMT for the time being. “I don’t think the ECB can activate the programme as long as the case remains open at the European Court,” he said.

“The German Court has parked a tank on the lawn of the ECB,” said one expert closely involved with the case. “The bank’s nuclear weapon is no longer operational, but you could say they bought 18 months of eurozone calm, so the OMT served its purpose.”
The court judgment was shockingly harsh, though it left a possible way out if the OMT is redesigned and greatly limited in scope. “There are important reasons to assume it exceeds the ECB’s monetary policy mandate and thus infringes the powers of the Member States, and that it violates the prohibition of monetary financing of the budget,” said the court.
The eight judges said they were “inclined to regard the OMT decision as an Ultra Vires act”, adding that this “creates an obligation of German authorities to refrain from implementing it”.
The verdict is a blow to the ECB’s president Mario Draghi, who unveiled the OMT in July 2012 with his pledge to do “whatever it takes” to save monetary union. The gambit restored faith in Spanish and Italian sovereign debt almost overnight and averted the imminent collapse of EMU, but Mr Draghi was always sailing close to the wind. While the German finance ministry backed the scheme, the Bundesbank and top German economists opposed it vehemently as a fiscal blank cheque for Club Med, and a fatal erosion of ECB independence.
The ECB insisted on Friday that “the OMT programme falls within its mandate”. One EU official said the Bundesbank is legally obliged to take part in OMT operations if called upon, but admitted that nobody can force it to obey. “If necessary we could still implement the OMT without Germany, but it would not send a good signal,” he said.
Hans Redeker, from Morgan Stanley, said the court - or Verfassungsgericht - had crippled the ECB. “They taken away the ECB’s weaponry, and greatly increased the hurdle for QE. The ECB won’t be able to respond as another wave of deflation hits from Asia, leaving the eurozone a step closer to a Japanese crisis,” he said.
Ebrahim Rahbari, from Citigroup, said the surprise decision was a “clear negative” that binds the hands of the ECB. While the European Court may eventually validate the OMT, it cannot deviate far from the German verdict without provoking a political backlash.
Udo di Fabio, a former judge at the Verfassungsgericht and author of earlier rulings on the euro, said the court is deliberately fencing in the ECJ, constraining its room for manoeuvre by issuing its own prior judgment.
Investors reacted calmly to the news, with bond yields falling slightly in southern Europe. “Italian and Spanish bonds have a gigantic comfort zone of 600 basis points. The market view is that the ECJ will wink this through when the time comes so there is nothing to worry about,” said Andrew Roberts, from RBS.
This is the first time that the Verfasungsgericht has referred a case to the European Court. Contrary to general belief, however, the ECJ is not the higher judicial body. The referral is a courtesy, and in this case a clever political ploy.
The Verfassungsgericht ruled in its famous judgment on the Maastricht Treaty in 1993 that it reserves the right to strike down any EU law that breaches the German Grundgesetz or Basic Law.
It went even further in its ruling on the Lisbon Treaty in 2009, reminding the EU authorities in acid terms that the sovereign states are the “masters of the EU Treaties” and not the other way around.
It set out limits to EU integration and warned that whole areas of policy “must forever remain German”, adding that Germany must be prepared to “refuse further participation in the European Union” if EU aggrandizement threatens its democracy in any way. Regulators are driving the banks out of NY: Bove

New York regulators will not stop filing suit against the big banks until they have successfully driven most large financial institutions out of the Empire State, banking analyst Richard Bove told CNBC on Monday.
From questionable hiring practices in China to concerns about the home foreclosure process in the United States, New York regulators have filed lawsuit after lawsuit against the big banks. And, there doesn't seem to be any end in sight.
Bove, vice president of equity research at Rafferty Capital, argued the heightened scrutiny has sent New York banking jobs elsewhere. BNY Mellon shipped jobs to Bangalore, India, for example, while Goldman Sachs chose to grow its staff in New Jersey and Utah instead of the Big Apple, he said.
"There used to be at least a dozen, you know, banks and brokerage firms that were headquartered in New York that were of great size. They're not there anymore," said Bove, who entered the securities experience in 1965. "And the ones that are left, they're pulling money and jobs out of New York, and why are they doing it? Well, one of the key reasons, you've had three attorney generals in a row, who just can't stop suing them."
But, of course, not everyone shares Bove's sympathy for the banks.
Andrew Stoltmann, who appeared on "Closing Bell" with Bove, called his defense of the big banks "one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard."
"If you don't want to pay the fine, don't do the crime," said Stoltmann, a partner at Stoltmann Law Office, who specializes in securities litigation. "The banks have nobody to blame except themselves and for them to be pointing the finger and saying, 'The regulators are beating us up, this is so unfortunate, we're going to elsewhere'—look, you have yourself to blame."

Greetings, To All Of You!
The last two years have seen  information of a different character from ages past. Those who are in the trenches have come forward  to provide highly accurate pieces of information to be shared with those interested in reading it. This contrasts with information found in prior years that was from just about anyone and contained just about anything. All these years later we can look back and conclude that although many had their heart in the right place, there just was not a reliable way to cross check and verify the source. So, the information was just labeled as “from a source”.
This is certainly okay to come up with material for a blog, but leaves something to be desired in the accuracy department. Hence, for over a decade, we saw nothing come of the “updates” regarding the events germane to our discourse.
Well, as you have seen over the past several months, various analysts both inside and outside of the communication channels that GCR/WGS aficionados frequent, have seen converging news items pointing to the factual nature of a Global Currency Reset heading our way.  This was not the case, in terms of frequency of reporting, just six months ago. A few years ago, if you mentioned that we were going back to a metals backed US Dollar, you would have been called a psycho. As many of you know now, there is ample evidence from people with considerable credentials that it would be psycho to NOT believe it.
We are in a whole new ballgame now. We owe this to those who are working hard behind the scenes. It has nothing to do with me. I just wanted to make sure we had a conduit, no mater how slim, to someone with the truth, and could withstand scrutiny. Well, we have that with out WH contact, and I have done my best to see that the information in our Fact Check posts was accurate to a WH standard. It is the WHs who deserve your thanks for this. Don’t forget that.
Now, onto the business at hand.
The last 24 hours have been a frenzy. Out of that frenzy came this information, found at OneWorldofNations blog:
“Major moves on RV behind the scenes. Watch and see. It has now bypassed O for decisions. With or without him, it’s going forward. He still thinks he’s the real President? Lol. Well a Pig did fly.”
This information was confirmed by our generous WH contact as being true.
Now, contrast that with other blogs which posted the following in the last 24 hours:
“OBAMA finally signed off on the RV Sunday Evening at 6:00 pm in Reno Time. This signoff tardiness cancelled [sic]the announcements scheduled for Sunday.”
Well, I hope you can appreciate the difference here. One cannot sign off and be bypassed for that signature at the same time. If he signed off, then he obviously wasn’t bypassed. If he was bypassed, he wasn’t needed to sign off. Holy mackerel!  Imagine the power behind a process that can render a Presidential signature irrelevant when the whole world is about the change!
So, I leave it to you to decide which of the two scenarios probably played out. I wanted to show you a good example of what having the correct information can mean in forming an accurate picture of what is truly transpiring and just who is for the change, and who is not.
REMEMBER: Just cash in. Take the rate you see and run.
