HOW TO READ BAR CODES...(very good to know) I am going to watch those bar codes a LOT more now... I am busy reading the ingredients.. Boy.. shopping is a full time job!!! ALWAYS READ THE LABELS ON THE FOODS YOU BUY--NO MATTER WHAT THE FRONT OF THE BOX OR PACKAGE SAYS, TURN IT OVER AND READ THE BACK---CAREFULLY! With all the food and pet products now coming from China , it is best to make sure you read label at the grocery store and especially Walmart when buying food products. Many products no longer show where they were made, only give where the distributor is  located. It is important to read the bar code to track it's origin. How to read Bar Codes .... interesting! This may be useful to know when grocery shopping, if it's a concern to you. GREAT WAY TO "BUY USA  &  CANADA " AND NOT FROM CHINA!!   The whole world is concerned about China-made "black hearted goods". Can you differentiate which one is made in Taiwan or  China ? If the first 3 digits of the barcode are 690 691 or 692, the product is MADE IN  CHINA. 471 is Made in Taiwan . This is our right to know, but the government and related departments never educate the public, therefore we have to RESCUE ourselves. Nowadays, Chinese businessmen know that consumers do not prefer products "MADE IN CHINA", so they don't show from which country it is made. However, you may now refer to the barcode - remember if the first 3 digits are: 690-692 ... then it is MADE IN  CHINA 00 - 09 ...  USA  &  CANADA 30 - 37   FRANCE 40 - 44  GERMANY 471 ...  Taiwan 49 .... JAPAN 50 ...  UK BUY USA & CANADIAN MADE by watching for "0" at the beginning of the number. We need every boost we can get!  Pass this on to everybody on your E-Mail Contact List!!

The U.S. Army has built a 300 acre ‘fake city’ complete with a sports stadium, bank, school, and an underground subway in order to train for unspecified future combat scenarios.

The recently opened site is located in Virginia and was built at a cost of $96 million dollars, taking just two years to complete.

While the city was ostensibly built to prepare U.S. troops for the occupation of cities abroad, some will undoubtedly fear that the real intention could be closer to home. Although the site includes a mosque, the town looks American in every other way, with signs in English.

The fact that, as the Telegraph reports, “The subway carriages even carry the same logo as the carriages in Washington DC,” could suggest that the site was built to double both as a foreign city and a mock domestic town.

According to Colonel John P. Petkosek, “This is the place where we can be creative, where we can come up with solutions for problems that we don’t even know we have yet….This is where we’ll look at solutions for the future–material solutions and non-material solutions…anything from how you’re going to operate in a subterranean environment to how you dismount a Humvee to avoid an IED strike.”

The increasing demonization of domestic political groups as extremists has prompted numerous scenarios where commentators have suggested that U.S. Army and National Guard personnel could be needed to quell civil unrest.

In 2012, an academic study about the future use of the military as a peacekeeping force within the United States written by a retired Army Colonel depicted a shocking scenario in which the U.S. Army is used to restore order to a town that has been seized by Tea Party “insurrectionists”.

The study dovetailed with a leaked U.S. Army manual which revealed plans for the military to carry out “Civil Disturbance Operations” during which troops would be used domestically to quell riots, confiscate firearms and even kill Americans on U.S. soil during mass civil unrest.

The manual also describes how prisoners will be processed through temporary internment camps under the guidance of U.S. Army FM 3-19.40 Internment/Resettlement Operations, which outlines how internees would be “re-educated” into developing an “appreciation of U.S. policies” while detained in prison camps inside the United States.

Fort Hood soldiers are also being taught by their superiors that Christians, Tea Party supporters and anti-abortion activists represent a radical terror threat, mirroring rhetoric backed by the Department of Homeland Security which frames “liberty lovers” as domestic extremists.

Last year, former Navy SEAL Ben Smith warned that the Obama administration is asking top brass in the military if they would be comfortable with disarming U.S. citizens, a litmus test that includes gauging whether they would be prepared to order NCOs to fire on Americans.

During a recent Ohio National Guard exercise, second amendment proponents were portrayed as domestic terrorists as part of a mock disaster drill.

Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death

This is the complete text of Patrick Henry's speech
at St. John's Church in Richmond, Virginia on March 23, 1775.

No man, Mr. President, thinks more highly than I do of the patriotism, as well as abilities, of the very worthy gentlemen who have just addressed the House. But different men often see the same subject in different lights; and, therefore, I hope it will not be thought disrespectful to those gentlemen if, entertaining as I do opinions of a character very opposite to theirs, I shall speak forth my sentiments freely and without reserve. This is no time for ceremony.

The question before the House is one of awful moment to this country. For my own part, I consider it as nothing less than a question of freedom or slavery; and in proportion to the magnitude of the subject ought to be the freedom of the debate. It is only in this way that we can hope to arrive at truth, and fulfill the great responsibility which we hold to God and our country. Should I keep back my opinions at such a time, through fear of giving offense, I should consider myself as guilty of treason towards my country, and of an act of disloyalty toward the Majesty of Heaven, which I revere above all earthly kings.

Mr. President, it is natural to man to indulge in the illusions of hope. We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth, and listen to the song of that siren till she transforms us into beasts. Is this the part of wise men, engaged in a great and arduous struggle for liberty? Are we disposed to be of the number of those who, having eyes, see not, and, having ears, hear not, the things which so nearly concern their temporal salvation? For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it may cost, I am willing to know the whole truth; to know the worst, and to provide for it.

I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience. I know of no way of judging of the future but by the past. And judging by the past, I wish to know what there has been in the conduct of the British ministry for the last ten years to justify those hopes with which gentlemen have been pleased to solace themselves and the House. Is it that insidious smile with which our petition has been lately received? Trust it not, sir; it will prove a snare to your feet. Suffer not yourselves to be betrayed with a kiss. Ask yourselves how this gracious reception of our petition comports with those warlike preparations which cover our waters and darken our land. Are fleets and armies necessary to a work of love and reconciliation? Have we shown ourselves so unwilling to be reconciled that force must be called in to win back our love? Let us not deceive ourselves, sir. These are the implements of war and subjugation; the last arguments to which kings resort. I ask gentlemen, sir, what means this martial array, if its purpose be not to force us to submission? Can gentlemen assign any other possible motive for it? Has Great Britain any enemy, in this quarter of the world, to call for all this accumulation of navies and armies? No, sir, she has none. They are meant for us: they can be meant for no other. They are sent over to bind and rivet upon us those chains which the British ministry have been so long forging.

And what have we to oppose to them? Shall we try argument? Sir, we have been trying that for the last ten years. Have we anything new to offer upon the subject? Nothing. We have held the subject up in every light of which it is capable; but it has been all in vain. Shall we resort to entreaty and humble supplication? What terms shall we find which have not been already exhausted? Let us not, I beseech you, sir, deceive ourselves. Sir, we have done everything that could be done to avert the storm which is now coming on. We have petitioned; we have remonstrated; we have supplicated; we have prostrated ourselves before the throne, and have implored its interposition to arrest the tyrannical hands of the ministry and Parliament. Our petitions have been slighted; our remonstrances have produced additional violence and insult; our supplications have been disregarded; and we have been spurned, with contempt, from the foot of the throne! In vain, after these things, may we indulge the fond hope of peace and reconciliation. There is no longer any room for hope. If we wish to be free — if we mean to preserve inviolate those inestimable privileges for which we have been so long contending — if we mean not basely to abandon the noble struggle in which we have been so long engaged, and which we have pledged ourselves never to abandon until the glorious object of our contest shall be obtained — we must fight! I repeat it, sir, we must fight! An appeal to arms and to the God of hosts is all that is left us!

They tell us, sir, that we are weak; unable to cope with so formidable an adversary. But when shall we be stronger? Will it be the next week, or the next year? Will it be when we are totally disarmed, and when a British guard shall be stationed in every house? Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot? Sir, we are not weak if we make a proper use of those means which the God of nature hath placed in our power. The millions of people, armed in the holy cause of liberty, and in such a country as that which we possess, are invincible by any force which our enemy can send against us. Besides, sir, we shall not fight our battles alone. There is a just God who presides over the destinies of nations, and who will raise up friends to fight our battles for us. The battle, sir, is not to the strong alone; it is to the vigilant, the active, the brave. Besides, sir, we have no election. If we were base enough to desire it, it is now too late to retire from the contest. There is no retreat but in submission and slavery! Our chains are forged! Their clanking may be heard on the plains of Boston! The war is inevitable — and let it come! I repeat it, sir, let it come.

It is in vain, sir, to extenuate the matter. Gentlemen may cry, Peace, Peace — but there is no peace. The war is actually begun! The next gale that sweeps from the north will bring to our ears the clash of resounding arms! Our brethren are already in the field! Why stand we here idle? What is it that gentlemen wish? What would they have? Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!

I write this letter to my children with the purest of love.  As I continue on my spiritual journey of learning the “Native Way”, I have some very important information to share. The native way is to live with a “Spiritually Clean” body.  This requires a huge amount of discipline but has also been a hard path.  It requires that one must change their thought patterns and rid yourself of negative emotion such as anger.  In our life journey we have created cellular layers within our bodies of this negative emotion and over time it can manifest pain and disease. By using the “pure herbs’ and “pure vitamins” to heal my body and increase my immune system have I finally been able to remove the cancer and heal from the 8 degenerative disc in my back as well as get off the hard core prescription pain meds and cigarettes. Since I have been living with a pure body, the creator has gifted me with heightened sensitivity.  As a native healer, I can now sense the illness in other people’s body as the Shaman has taught me. I have also noticed a major increase in people’s illness and it has become very hard to even go out in public these days. I can also feel when people direct negative energy at me and it causes my body severe pain and illness.  Our environment is so full of radiation right now that when your Aunt throws her anger my way, she has caused radiation burns to appear on my body.

As your Mother I have spiritual ties to you as my children which can only be seen in the spiritual realm, just as those ties continue to your own children.  Remember at Christmas when one of you had a severe migraine and the other had severe back pain?  There was a lady here in town who knows how the spiritual realm works and out of jealousy she did some black magic curses on me that also affected you as my innocent children in this ordeal.  It really shows how we are all connected as one in this world and how we can affect each other with our negativity. And Nathan, my sweet baby boy, your anger towards me has caused me great suffering.  When I communicate with you, I have the ability to bring you healing as a person of light but in return your negative energy has caused my body great pain and suffering.

For this is the reason I am writing this letter and why I have cancelled our visits. As I have explained, we are here on this journey to experience separation from the Creator and to now find our way back. And along this journey you must learn from the lessons.  Remember what I have said to you, that only in times of darkness find the lesson to be learned and you will find your way to the light.  Only the Creator has the ability to turn a bad situation into something good. My sweet baby boy, you had become so disrespectful towards me and turned against me that I had to let you go to experience life’s lessons.  This is what I call tough love, and it is exactly how the Creator feels towards all his children.  We all have the free will choice to make decisions, but what I have experienced is that when you don’t learn the lessons, things have a way of repeating themselves with greater intensity.  I know you have been having struggles in your journey by how your bosses treated you so disrespectfully on your first job. I remember a time when I was so mad at the Creator and he asked me the question of “Where was your heart during this tragedy?” My heart was angry and unforgiving, then I realized I had created the tragedy myself not Creator.  Remember, we can have an amazing experience with the Creator or we can have a bad one.  I can admit that he has handed me my ass on a platter for being disrespectful to a certain Shaman High Holy Man.  But always be grateful for the lessons learned and always remember the “Cardinal Rule” that I taught you.  Remember to always think how you would feel if someone treated you in a certain manner.

On this path to learning the native way, I have realized that once you rid yourself of the negative emotion of fear, anger, stress that the pain and disease leaves the body. You start to realize that age has nothing to do with it at all.   The Creator never intended for any of us to have illness or pain. If anything, I have found myself to be child-like once again and laugh and giggle all the time and feel that I am free to be my true self.

But start looking around you and see how many people are walking with a limp.  Also notice at the full moons how you may have back pain, headaches or upset stomach.  Also notice at the grocery stores how the pain relief creams and such are wiped off the shelves.  The vibrational frequencies of our planet are increasing at this time, but the disease from the darkness has become rampant & will increase as well.  Please remember these important things:

(1)    Don’t get angry or cry too much, it only weakens your aura and causes disease to spread.

(2)    Put only LOVE in your hearts and minds.

(3)    Stop communicating with your aunt or passing her text on to me.  Block her ass from your phones immediately!!!!

(4)    Get rid of all negative emotion including FEAR.  FEAR is only as illusion, but remember danger is real.

(5)    Don’t let people touch you for they can pass you their negative energy & sickness.

(6)    Don’t talk to strangers for long conversations can pass there bad stuff along as well.

(7)    The televisions, internet and cell phones are bringing in extra radiation so limit their use and turn everything off at night.

(8)    Keep pets out of house.  They can spread disease which is why it is against Spiritual Law.

There was a Shaman’s Righteous Curse put on the pharmaceuticals around the world.  All drugs including over the counter will become nullified and will no longer work & with the extreme illness taking place right now it will get bad.  People are starting to feel the pain and the prickly pin sensations, gurgling & cramping stomachs. Hopi prophecy talks about how there will be a lot of deaths during this time. A lot of people don’t realize this, but the Government’s around the world have the technology to inject us with implants and disease from the spiritual realm and those efforts have been ramped up.

Now let’s talk about “Spiritual Law”.  As a healer, I cannot go and heal someone without their permission. That falls in line with the fact that each of us have a free will choice and it cannot be imposed on.  I can only help you if you ask me to. If I abuse my gifts and use them to cause harm, the Creator will take them away as easily as he gave them. I wanted to share the gift of health which is why I paid for the herbs and vitamins for you, but you did not ask for me so I felt I should not impose my beliefs on you which is why I did not send more. But you at least now know where to find the medicine when you need healing. It is also now time that I must tell you that I must let you all go to experience your journey, but for the time being I must stay at a distance or it could cost me my life. The last time I communicated with all of you in the same day it almost caused me to have a heart attack with radiation burns. It is also best this way so that I don’t sense the illness in your bodies for it upsets me so much. Eventually the Creator will give me protection as the Shaman has, but it is a gift that must be earned.  For now text me if you need anything.  With preparation of my body I can text back a limited time.

I am not abandoning any of you by no means, but rather I am giving you a free will choice.  I hope that all of you will one day see that as your Mother who has always been the fiercest protector of all of you chose this path out of the deepest of love for you all. Through my spiritual ties to each of you, I only want to bring you the Creator’s love and light and not the darkness and pain as I did in the past. To make change in this evil screwed up world, I feel it must begin with me.  And I strongly believe the “Native Way” is the best gift of love I can give each of you. I will be starting a new webpage soon so that y’all can follow me and see what I am up to & what I am working on and so that I may share more important information with you.

As a “Star Seed”, I came here for the human experience and to help humanity when the time came. Because of that, please remember all of you are cut from a different cloth.  I know that your childhood experiences were difficult because of my sensitivity gifts as well as the spiritual warfare, but it is those experiences that make you strong.  And remember I did not raise any of you to be dummies either, connect to your heart energy and pray for the universal truth, discernment and wisdom and become seekers not followers.  When the time is right and you are ready to further your spiritual growth and learn the “Native Way” and learn your ancestral gifts of healing, that road will always lead you to me in Fort Davis, TX.
