authorizing an automated enforcement
system at an intersection comply with the
prescribed warning requirements
prior to issuing citations) appears to have
opened the floodgates for litigation
and paved the way for class actions law suits.
This is likely
why the cities of Santa Ana, CA and West Hollywood, CA sent
letters to the court in hopes
of persuading the court to de-publish the decision,
but it was to no avail as in October 2010, the Supreme Court denied the cities’
requests for de-publication.
Now, motorist Robert Plumleigh ticketed in Santa
Ana at one of the sixteen
camera enforced intersections where the city had
failed to provide the required
30-day warning period, seeks
to have all such illegally issued tickets refunded.
The suit seeks to refund tickets issued to
motorists at the sixteen camera
enforced intersections in Santa Ana, CA between
May 2003 and November
25, 2009.
The class action names the Santa Ana Police
Chief, the Santa Ana City Attorney,
and Red Flex (out of state camera company) as
defendants, though Red Flex
seeks to get out of the lawsuit, one reason being
the warning period law allegedly
does not apply to a private company.
Plumleigh’s lawyer was given until December to
file for class certification.

I was hoping we would have a real good
announcement, and you would be partying and celebrating, but we have to wait,
just a little longer. Everything is still pointing towards a
super-fantastic day. Christine Lagarde signed off on the RV for the 15th time,
and it should have been a 24-hour window, and it should have been done by now,
but the process is going on as we speak. The US is still upset about
this, but they are not technically holding this up. All the call and exchange
center people were there today. We don’t know the exact time but we do
know windows.
Within 20 - 30 minutes, we could all be jumping up
and down and screaming. We’re in a really, really good place. The 800
numbers are in place, and we could get them any moment. The VNN has four
rates, just like the IQN. Our 30 days is still in play, so don’t
worry about that. They were all set to go at the weekend, and they decided that
because the start button was in the US and it would never get pushed, so they
decided to do it one country at a time until the US was the last one ready to
go. That should happen tonight or tomorrow morning, and then the CBI
will go live. We have never been this close

On Sunday night, the wheels started
turning on the RV. The overview is that they are taking different
countries and getting those up and running, then formally setting the rates and
moving on to the next country. It’s taking so long because they are making sure
everything works, no glitches, and especially the US doesn’t try to
renegotiate. The US is turning on the systems now, taking time to make
sure everything is accurate and ready to go. We should see something this
evening
The world is turning except for the US, and once ALL banks
at all tiers are ready, they will let it go. They started with the less
sophisticated CBI's, got those going, then the second world banks, then Europe,
China and other first world countries. They have all signed off on the
dinar, dong and rupiah. The US has been the back end for delaying this
for the last year. Now the others have pinned the US down so that they
cannot...It would take a major screw up to block this now.

Readers have asked whether HAARP is still functioning and whether the deep underground military bunkers (DUMBs) are still around.
My information is that HAARP is not functioning and that the DUMBs have been destroyed.
On HAARP, Sanat Kumara said in May, 2013: “HAARP has been decommissioned, as you would think of it.” (1)
In An Hour with an Angel in Aug. of 2013, Archangel Michael and I had this exchange on the subject.

In one of Matthew’s Messages, posted Nov. 22, 2013, either Matthew or Suzy (it isn’t clear who’s speaking) wrote:
“That information was transmitted prior to the removal of weather-manipulating scientists by space family members living among you. Mother Nature is back in control of storms, earthquakes and wildfires, her means of releasing negativity.” (3)

In September of 2011, Montague Keen said, of the DUMBs, “their hideaways have been demolished.” (4)
In Oct. of 2011, Wanderer of the Skies reported:
“The underground bases, of which we have spoken in the past which harbor those factions of the Illuminati who have created the most resistance to these changes, have indeed been destroyed with no loss of life we have been able to detect.
“A clear message has been sent to some of the last hold outs to the agreements already in place for the surrender of the Illuminati and their capitulation in your affairs. Other sources have begun to report on these events and the Illuminati needs no confirmation of what has occurred.
“That message, as we have been able to monitor through the emotions and thoughts of those it affected, has been received quite forcefully. They are now aware there is no alternative and this is their end.” (5)
DUMB under construction
By May 2012, David Wilcock was reporting: “dozens of underground bases have now been completely emptied out — beginning on August 23, 2011.” (6)
Matthew informed us in March of 2012 that “military leaders are cooperating with the light forces to impede aggression by troops still in the Illuminati camp, and the destruction of some of their cavernous underground areas has halted heinous experiments and other covert activities.” (7)
SaLuSa reported on the galactics’ methods in Dec. of 2011:
“We respect all life, whereas they have none at all even when it comes to fellow humans. Life to them is expendable, and they will use it to gain over anyone who gets in their way.
“We on the other hand will remove our ‘enemies’ to safety rather than kill or wound them. You may therefore be assured that we removed all personnel prior to destroying underground military bases. Anyone who says otherwise is untruly reporting events, and out to paint a false picture of us.” (8)
It’s my understanding that there are no dark extraterrestrials around the Earth at this time.
In October of 2012, SaLuSa informed us that:
“We continue to remove the dark forces that have been using bases on your Earth for a very long time. They are not allowed to stay any longer, and have no place in the Ascension process.”
“Their existence so far has mainly been a legacy from several thousand years ago, and the evidence still remains in your recorded history. As many of you know, in recent times the Greys were allowed to reside upon Earth by agreement with your U.S. government, but these must also leave.” (9)
In Feb. of 2012 he reminded us that “the rules are specific where duality is concerned and include Universal Law. It is the latter that prohibits other Space Beings from approaching you or Mother Earth, and we enforce the law. Again there are exceptions in circumstances where they are actually invited to Earth, and that was the case where the Greys were concerned.” (10)

Hatonn through Suzy Ward informed us in late 2010 that:
“The light grid around the planet prevents any civilization with dark intentions from being anywhere near Earth. And if the bad guys try to put their own ‘secret’ craft in the skies and bring out some of the [tall?] Greys living underground and claim it’s an invasion, we can stop that charade before it gets going.” (11)
Finally, the friendly galactics are in complete control of the skies, not like they exercise that control often but it’s there. The secret Illuminati space fleet, Solar Warden, cannot operate except by galactic agreement so there’s no chance the cabal will somehow leave the planet and go to Mars, say.
Adamu expressed the matter best in 2008. It’s a long quote but delightful and very informative.
“Some of you have all manner of fears about a so-called Project Bluebeam. Others fear our ships will be attacked and this could trigger a war and so on and so on. My young friends, I can send messages … full time all day every day, until the day we arrive and every day there will be those that present new fearful scenarios that I might have to dispel. This is because you are falling for the manipulation games of those that do not wish for this event to take place.

“Please, take a second. Try to think. If we are able to surround your planet with millions of ships of living light. If we are able to bring ships across thousands of light years in an instant. If our consciousness resides outside of space and time. If we can manifest a ship many miles across by desire alone. If we can defeat a warring enemy without ever attacking them. If we can disable your nuclear devices without touching them. If we can balance your planetary magnetosphere. I could go on and on. The point is, if we can do all these things and so much more, do you honestly think your Earth cabal’s tin toys and party favours are going to get in our way? They are not.
“And the other space races with which they are in cahoots? Well, it’s time that I bring some light to that situation as well. … Our spirit technology surpasses their material technology by an almost unimaginable margin. Now these others, they feel we stand in the way of their plans and they feel they want what we have. So they will attack us when they can. They would in fact destroy us if they could and take everything we have from us. But they cannot. They very rarely manage to even hurt one of us in the slightest way.
“We on the other hand could, if it was in our consciousness, destroy them right now. But we will not. Because, you see, we know that they are us. We know that they are actually one with us. They just don`t know this yet. So in summary. They would destroy us but cannot. We could destroy them but will not. And that is the state of play.
“It would seem on the face of it to bring about a stalemate, but it doesn’t. We are winning. And do you know how we proceed to win? Not by attacking them, not by hurting them. No, in fact by loving them. Each and every being that comes to us and says I am tired of fighting, I am tired of fear, I am tired of pain, I am tired of being alone. Each one is welcomed to us. And so over time it is an absolute inevitability that all will return to the oneness.” (12)
The cabal has had bases on Mars since the 1970s. Of them SaLuSa says:
“The dark forces upon Earth have had ambitions to enslave you, and extend their activities into Space. They already have bases upon the Moon and Mars, and using force they would not hesitate to colonise another world. However, no matter what they do they will not be allowed to go outside your Solar System.” (13)

On the subject of Disclosure, Matthew said in Aug. 2012 that “we may … invite your own Space Fleet to join us, and that way you will have one of the last great secrets revealed. It will of course be a demonstration of peace and in no way with any military connection. War and all things connected with it will be removed or disabled, as there is no place for them in the future.” (14)

The Background to the Global Currency Reset or Reval
The Background to the Global Currency Reset or Reval
The Global Currency Reset and the Reval are actually two different events. The Reval refers to the re-valuation of Iraq’s currency. The Global Currency Reset refers to a much broader re-valuation of many currencies around the world.
But in the public’s mind they’ve become linked together. I’ll be using the terms interchangeably here.
Let’s have a look at some of the background to the Reval to see what purposes it serves in the Divine Plan and how the Company of Heaven wishes us to look on it.
When Ashtar spoke of the Re-valuation of currencies, or Reval, in late August 2013, he suggested that it was one way to show that the events being spoken of were real.
“If you look to the outside for tangible evidence for our messages – although we tirelessly stress that you should seek changes within yourselves in the first place – each and every one of you who follow our messages will see the first widespread, tangible proof by noticing the change in your financial affairs, especially with the revaluation of many currencies.
“We are certainly aware that many – if not all of you – have some doubts now and then whether all this is real. And we understand this because of the many changes in the Divine Plan experienced by you throughout your journey.” (1)
The Reval would show many doubters that things are actually occurring, he said.
“This is the reason why the revaluation of many currencies is of such importance. It will show you that everything is for real and not a dream.” (2)
Sheldan Nidle’s sources spoke next about the event, in early September 2013. They saw it as the clarion call that signalled the end of the cabal’s political and financial rule.
“Until recently the dark cabal’s power was all but omnipotent, but now the point has been reached where it can no longer deny you your sacred destiny! A great prosperity linked to a global revaluation of your various national currencies is ready to happen.
“This grand event is the clarion call which will expel the old governance from power and influence. It will liberate you from your many illegal debt obligations by instigating universal debt forgiveness and this includes your release from any incurred indebtedness to this old governance.
“You are about to inherit not only this divine gift of freedom but also a never-ending supply of prosperity.” (3)
He spoke again a week later about the “grand monetary reset of the world’s currencies” that was about to begin and linked it to “the worldwide distribution of our various prosperity funds.” These two actions would end the cabal’s grip on power.
“Taken together, these two actions will complete the legal operation to swiftly bring down the once-mighty clutch of your illegal governments which have so long browbeaten your world. This feat will result in the termination of global debt enslavement which underpinned your fiat-currency financial system.
“The new hard-currency, prosperity-based system will ensure your freedom and guarantee you your personal sovereignty. Now the bumpy road to full consciousness becomes a clear and open highway!” (4)
Another week later, he said that “the dark cabal’s debt-based economic system is truly ‘on the ropes’ and continues to induce a rate of debt formation that is quite astounding.”
“In effect, it has reached a point where the weight of debt is beginning to gouge into the infrastructure of the system, threatening to rip it asunder, and it has become clear that the dark can no longer hold the center together. It sees the moment approaching when a new system must take over and recognizes that this signals the end of its time at the top.” (5)
He called the Reset “the ‘kick of the mule’ which is to jettison these haughty ones from power.” (6)
At the same time that the cabal was falling, the mass of society was rising, his sources said.
“The dark cabal is losing its wealth while you are gaining yours. Divine purpose is in play. Hence, use these funds wisely and permit your brethren to enjoy the fruits of this new prosperity.
“Realize that a new reality is dawning and reflect on your new fortunes. Be ready, when required, to explain why new governance emerged.” (7)
Most recently, Sheldan’s sources gave the following summary of the Reval on Feb. 18, 2014:
“A process will be set in motion to make it possible for a great prosperity to be redistributed to you. Our liaisons are working diligently to explore a most needed set of protocols that will swiftly lead to a global currency reset.
“The currency reset is a natural process to set up a certain level of agreed-upon value between the world’s nations. This is a basis for global trade, and in the end, the start of an operation that is scheduled to lead to a precious metal-backed monetary system. Included in this reset is the use of new banking regulations such as ‘Basel III.’
“This revised structure will expand the distribution of various prosperity packages. The intent is to reform the current system of ‘haves’ and ‘have-nots’ and replace it with a worldwide spread of prosperity. The old system of income taxation needs to be revamped. A debt jubilee will be declared and the old corrupt system put to rest.
“This new system will redo the globe’s infrastructures and establish a new foundation that takes advantage of now-suppressed technologies. This will later be added to by our off-world devices. Then your world can move out of its present technological dilemma and prepare for a new consciousness.” (8)
Moreover, his sources say, the Reval will provide the foundation for the release of the prosperity-program funds and trigger provisions of NESARA. (9)
“The new currencies, the gold backing and new international banking rules will forge the foundation for the release of the two-step prosperity funds. These operations will enforce now-sequestered legislation to bring out the various provisions of ‘N.E.S.A.R.A.’ These rules will cause a domino-like effect to alter governance and return it to the people. In this milieu, governance will aid the Light and allow formal disclosure to occur. This new environment will also permit us to begin a series of worldwide lessons about your most dearly kept perceptions.” (10)
Archangel Michael discussed the Reval in late September 2013. For some people, he said, “I bring you back a year, and for others of you I bring you back a decade, and for some of you a decade and a half. Because many of you have been at this for a very long time.” (11)
Was it a scam, he asked? No, it was not.
“Is this a scam? It is a prayer, a promise, a trust and an act of change, not simply an act of faith, but an act, a pro-active movement, of change.” (12)
Apparently according to AAM, “humans … love currency.”
“It is an idea. Currency has never been more than a concept and an idea. And it is an idea of abundance for many. Freedom, for food, clean water, housing, play, attending to your community. So you like currency.” (13)
Therefore the Company of Heaven is using currency to transition us out of poverty into abundance and thence into co-creation.
“So why would we, when we have no need for currency, say, ‘Now, you have no need for currency’ when you love it? It is showing you, and it is transitioning you, into a place where currency becomes what it is — an idea.
“And the more you work with this creation of abundance, for many, for all, then the more it becomes your ability to simply create out of thin air. Because that is what you are really doing (14)
So the Reval is intended to be the first illustration that “everything is real and not a dream.” It’s the first stage of the financial reconstruction that we’ll notice and be impacted by. It’s meant to be part of a transition from currency to the more developed ways of seeing to our needs that will come with the shift to higher consciousness. And it’s the signal for other projects such as the prosperity programs and for many of the provisions of NESARA to begin.

Notice how the old woman is gazing back at the
life that she is leaving...then passes through the veil of death into the
open arms of the Savior.
The "Come Unto Me" bronze sculpture took more than a
year to make its first appearance. Unveiled in the 2000, the original
life-sized bronze monument stands in the grand foyer of the Spilsbury
Mortuary in St. George, Utah.
It has become a scenic attraction, in addition to a
comfort to countless families at a most tender time of their lives. It
portrays the spiritual journey from mortality to immortality - an aged
woman's body returning to its prime and back to the arms of our Savior.
Death is not the end. We all have an eternal
destiny as "Come Unto Me" portrays.
