Vatic Note:  Vatic Project, from the beginning, in several blogs projected this was a definite false flag put on by Homeland Security, or Insecurity.... depending on your perspective. How we knew is when the shooting  happened we discovered that Homeland Security was doing a drill in Newtown on that same day about a scenario exactly like what supposedly happened. 

Its nice to have it officially confirmed with evidence.  THE VIDEO BELOW IS A MUST LISTEN.  This man spills the beans big time and he is a professional investigator and expert witness about school shootings.

What was really interesting to me was the attitude and behavior of the NRA.  I suspect that has now also been infiltrated and taken over.  It appears that way anyway, just from this article, which reported what the NRA had done. Our State gun association (Colordo) is much more pro-active and protective of the second amendment.

After what we have seen both here in all the false flags and overseas in countries like the Ukraine, I finally understand why our founding fathers felt it was so important.  The only reason we have not experienced what these other countries have experienced, is because we still have our record breaking number of guns in our hands.  So they were bloody right about it.

This also reminds me of what Abe Lincoln also said,  "I have the southern Army in front of me and the bankers behind me and I fear the latter more."  He was also right.  We now know that they had a hand in his assassination as we are also discovering in the JFK assassination.

How many more of our elected leaders do we have to lose before we, the people, finally take a stand, like Iceland did and say "NO MORE, IT'S JAIL TIME FOR YOU"...... they kicked the bankers out of the country and told them "if they ever come back, we will throw you in jail".

They have been in recovery ever since with no false flags which resulted in more loss of our Bill of Rights and freedoms.   Even our judicial system is breaking down now at a local level.  I know, I see it here in my podunk town that is otherwise a great town. 

What is encouraging is that Veterans today has contacts that leaked to their people the truth about the event at Sandy Hook and they have published it below and I am so proud of their courage, since many who expose do not survive and the veterans today editors know this, but do it anyway.  I hope when its our turn to take that stand, we show we still have as much courage as they did.

Just this morning, I received a call from the National Rifle Assocition (NRA) asking for my support to protect assaults on the second amendment of the US Constitution.

Aware that my remarks were recorded for “quality control”, I responded that my willingness to donate is based on the NRA’s tangible support of Wolfgang Halbig in his quest to demand justice in the coverup of the alleged Sandy Hook shooting.

I continued:

“With all the evidence available, we need to know why the NRA decided to cave on their duty to actively challenge the government’s story through demanding a prompt investigation of dubious events. It should be no secret to the NRA that the alleged Sandy Hook massacre is being used as a pretext to federal gun-grab legislation. Failure to protect their membership and the American people on this probable contrived event is a betrayal to those members who pay dues and rely on the NRA to protect the 2nd Amendment of the US Constitution.”

Corporate media and their army of pseudo-journalists began selling the public on the tragedy of the mass shooting committed by yet, another lone gunman – this time at Sandy Hook elementary school on Dec 14, 2012.

But as time goes by, inconsistencies including numerous instances of foreknowledge continue to create a mountain of doubt. Growing public skepticism combined with earned trust by non-corporate, alternative media is the most likely reason the FBI has now “classified” evidence in the shooting. The act of classifying evidence is designed to provide a fire-wall of secrecy and FOIA denials to effectively “cover-up” incriminating details that could send many officials to jail.

The answer to one important question is now subject to cover-up by virtue of being “classified”:

“ What are the names of the police who pronounced the children dead at the scene before licensed physicians and personnel, authorized to make such decisions, had a chance to examine the victims?”

A New Investigator, Wolfgang Halbig is determined to break the silence on the Sandy Hook Coverup.

Efforts to silence Halbig were launched by plain clothes sheriff detectives from Lake County, Florida who visited him in December, 2012.

Citing no authority, they threatened him with criminal charges out of Connecticut if he didn’t stop “harassing” public officials with repeated phone calls and FOIA requests.

Halbig is demanding subpeona and/or arrest of leaders involved in Sandy Hook based on questions that reveal serious transgressions of procedure, ethics and law.

1. Who directed the New Haven FBI field offices to classify the Sandy Hook Elementary School Shooting on Dec 14, 2012?

2. Why and for what reason would the FBI classify the Sandy Hook Elementary School Shooting when they did not classify the Columbine shooting which also was a Mass casualty shooting incident?

3. Who on Dec 14, 2012 was the Incident Commander as required by the Federal Emergency Management Administration in directing the Mass Casualty Shooting Incident at the Sandy Hook Elementary School?

• Who on Dec 14, 2012 at the Incident Command Center made the ordering of Porta Potties a high priority since they were delivered within 3 hours of the school shooting? Never ever heard off.
• Who ordered those Port Potties from Southbury, Ct?
• When I called the Porta Pottie Company after searching for over a week as to who and when they were ordered I was told that it is classified and they are not allowed to share that information with me.
• The next morning I received a phone call from the Southbury Police Department at my home telling me not to call that company again since I was harassing them.
• High priority for toilets but not for Life Star Trauma helicopters or paramedics.

4. Who and Why did they not request the Life Star Helicopters knowing that children and school staff are seriously injured and clinging to life?

5. Who and Why did they not allow the Paramedics and the EMT’S inside the Sandy Hook School to treat the seriously injured or those children and school staff clinging to life?

6. Who declared all 18 children and six school staff members legally dead within the first 8 minutes?

7. Who was the Certified Environmental Bio-Hazard Decontamination company contracted by the Newtown Public Schools to remove 45-65 gallons of blood, skull fragments, brain tissues, bodily fluids, blood soaked carpets and any other decontaminated are a inside the Sandy Hook School?

8. Why does an off duty Lt from the Newtown Police Department refuse to leave his off duty work assignment at a construction site on Dec 14, 2012 when hearing that shots have been fired at the Sandy Hook Elementary School?

9. Who at the Newtown Public Schools notified all of the parents in writing as required by CT law that had children attending the Sandy Hook Elementary School as well as every school staff member every school year of all the potential life threatening chemical hazards. The school had high levels of lead paint throughout the entire school, Asbestos in the ceiling time and floor tile, asbestos in the insulation and most of all the school had very high levels of PCB?

10. Who provided the urgent medical care to the two children who were not transported to the Danbury Trauma Center until an hour after the school was deemed safe for that 15-mile drive?

11. Who treated those two children who had been shot multiple times like three to 11 times since they did not allow the paramedics and EMT’S inside the Sandy Hook Elementary School?

12. Why did the parents of the two children who died at the Danbury hospital not allow their children to donate their organs to other children waiting for the gift of life?

13. What happened to the 500 children and 60 school staff members from Sandy Hook Elementary School on Dec 14, 2012?

14. Who was the police officer calling into the Newtown Police dispatcher stating in his words that he has multiple weapons, he has a rifle and a shotgun and who has the rifle and the shotgun as the chain of evidence should show that was found in classroom eight (8)?

15. Why would a police officer by the name of Lt Vangehle at 9:45:21 am on Dec 14, 2012 from the Newtown Police Department after finding a kindergarten female child in the hallway make her go into room eight (8) and leave her? Room eight is a gruesome crime scene with dead children and school staff. Why?

16. Why would two CT State Troopers enter room ten (10) at 9:55:31 am on Dec 14, 2012 which is a gruesome crime scene with dead bodies of children and school staff and tell a kindergarten boy who they find in the bathroom who’s name is redacted and tell them so it must be more than one to stay and they will be both back when it is safe?

Please all focus on those 16 questions then we will move to the next ten questions.

According to a report in Kommersant-Ukraine, the finance ministry of Washington’s stooges in Kiev who are pretending to be a government has prepared an economic austerity plan that will cut Ukrainian pensions from $160 to $80 so that Western bankers who lent money to Ukraine can be repaid at the expense of Ukraine’s poor.
Before anything approaching stability and legitimacy has been obtained for the puppet government put in power by the Washington orchestrated coup against the legitimate, elected Ukraine government, the Western looters are already at work. Naive protesters who believed the propaganda that EU membership offered a better life are due to lose half of their pension by April. But this is only the beginning.

The corrupt Western media describes loans as “aid.” However, the 11 billion euros that the EU is offering Kiev is not aid. It is a loan. Moreover, it comes with many strings, including Kiev’s acceptance of an IMF austerity plan.

Remember now, gullible Ukrainians participated in the protests that were used to overthrow their elected government, because they believed the lies told to them by Washington-financed NGOs that once they joined the EU they would have streets paved with gold. Instead they are getting cuts in their pensions and an IMF austerity plan.
The austerity plan will cut social services, funds for education, layoff government workers, devalue the currency, thus raising the prices of imports which include Russian gas, thus electricity, and open Ukrainian assets to takeover by Western corporations.
Ukraine’s agriculture lands will pass into the hands of American agribusiness.
One part of the Washington/EU plan for Ukraine, or that part of Ukraine that doesn’t defect to Russia, has succeeded. What remains of the country will be thoroughly looted by the West.
The other part hasn’t worked as well. Washington’s Ukrainian stooges lost control of the protests to organized and armed ultra-nationalists. These groups, whose roots go back to those who fought for Hitler during World War 2, engaged in words and deeds that sent southern and eastern Ukraine clamoring to be returned to Russia where they resided prior to the 1950s when the Soviet communist party stuck them into Ukraine.
At this time of writing it looks like Crimea has seceded from Ukraine. Washington and its NATO puppets can do nothing but bluster and threaten sanctions. The White House Fool has demonstrated the impotence of the “US sole superpower” by issuing sanctions against unknown persons, whoever they are, responsible for returning Crimea to Russia, where it existed for about 200 years before, according to Solzhenitsyn, a drunk Khrushchev of Ukrainian ethnicity moved southern and eastern Russian provinces into Ukraine. Having observed the events in western Ukraine, those Russian provinces want to go back home where they belong, just as South Ossetia wanted nothing to do with Georgia.

Washington’s stooges in Kiev can do nothing about Crimea except bluster. Under the Russian-Ukraine agreement, Russia is permitted 25,000 troops in Crimea. The US/EU media’s deploring of a “Russian invasion of 16,000 troops” is either total ignorance or complicity in Washington’s lies. Obviously, the US/EU media is corrupt. Only a fool would rely on their reports. Any media that would believe anything Washington says after George W. Bush and Dick Cheney sent Secretary of State Colin Powell to the UN to peddle the regime’s lies about “Iraqi weapons of mass destruction,” which the weapons inspectors had told the White House did not exist, is clearly a collection of bought-and-paid for whores.

In the former Russian provinces of eastern Ukraine, Putin’s low-key approach to the strategic threat that Washington has brought to Russia has given Washington a chance to hold on to a major industrial complex that serves the Russian economy and military. The people themselves in eastern Ukraine are in the streets demanding separation from the unelected government that Washington’s coup has imposed in Kiev. Washington, realizing that its incompetence has lost Crimea, had its Kiev stooges appoint Ukrainian oligarchs, against whom the Maiden protests were partly directed, to governing positions in eastern Ukraine cities. These oligarchs have their own private militias in addition to the police and any Ukrainian military units that are still functioning. The leaders of the protesting Russians are being arrested and disappeared. Washington and its EU puppets, who proclaim their support for self-determination, are only for self-determination when it can be orchestrated in their favor. Therefore, Washington is busy at work suppressing self-determination in eastern Ukraine.

This is a dilemma for Putin. His low-key approach has allowed Washington to seize the initiative in eastern Ukraine. The oligarchs Taruta and Kolomoyskiy have been put in power in Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk, and are carrying out arrests of Russians and committing unspeakable crimes, but you will never hear of it from the US presstitutes. Washington’s strategy is to arrest and deep-six the leaders of the secessionists so that there no authorities to request Putin’s intervention.

If Putin has drones, he has the option of taking out Taruta and Kolomoyskiy. If Putin lets Washington retain the Russian provinces of eastern Ukraine, he will have demonstrated a weakness that Washington will exploit. Washington will exploit the weakness to the point that Washington forces Putin to war.
The war will be nuclear.

Are the citizens of the United States of America aware of their country's external policymaking? Not the lies and tales peddled as the truth in their biased media but the truth, the whole truth and nothing but? Does the average American agree with a policy of bulldozing homes or with vetoing a Resolution which condemns it?

The list of US vetoes of UN Security Council Resolutions condemning Israel for excesses is long and on the list are vetoes of Resolutions which guaranteed human rights, which condemned Israel for abuses, for aggression, for wanton destruction of property. The United States of America has also vetoed condemnation of policy which included seizing land and building settlements on it, displacing the residents, desecrating their farms and cemeteries.

It is inconceivable that the average citizen in the USA would condone such behavior or would agree to the veto which their country has exercises countless times condemning such policies. So why do the vetoes go ahead? If President Barack Obama has stated he is against the building of illegal settlements on land which Israel has stolen from Palestinians, why then does the USA give the nod for such settlements to be built?

The situation today in East Jerusalem is so serious that the United Nations Organization has asked the UN Security Council to address developments in this city which are described as "alarming" - namely, incursions by Israeli citizens onto the holy site of al-Haram al-Sharif (Temple Mount) where the al-Aqsa Mosque is situated. Not only has the Israeli Parliament begun proceedings to impose Israeli sovereignty over the entire area but groups of Israeli extremists have begun to stage increasingly violent incursions against Palestinians in the vicinity of the Mosque.

The incursions are aimed to provoke the Palestinians, and if they react, the Israeli police attack them with tear gas, detain them or beat them with batons.

 

Such attacks are an outrage and a clear flouting of the human rights of Palestinians in East Jerusalem enshrined in the law. Worse, the outrages do not only include attacks and provocations but something far more permanent, as we see in this complaint from the Bureau of the UN General Assembly's Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People: "Such actions are clearly prohibited under international law. House demolitions, evictions, land expropriation and the revocation of residency rights of Palestinian Jerusalemites are also on the increase".

In 2013, 298 Palestinian citizens were forced from their homes in 565 demolitions of residences. Many dozens of women and children were thrown out onto the streets. Since 1967, one third of Palestinian lands in East Jerusalem have been stolen by Israel and 14,000 Palestinians have had their rights to residence in their ancestral properties, in many cases, taken away.

In clear violation of international law, Israel continues to build structures on stolen land in east Jerusalem and elsewhere. How many more hundreds of children is Israel going to throw onto the streets, from their own homes, before the United States of America leashes in its spoilt brat? And when are the citizens of the USA going to take some responsibility for the external policy of their Government?

Or is the United States of America not a democracy after all?

State Sen. Cecil Staton, R-Macon, told the organization he is “pleased that the Georgia legislature has given voice to the frustrations of millions of Georgians.”

“Enough is enough. It is time to impose fiscal and other restraints on our runaway federal government. We urge other states to join us,” said Macon, the primary sponsor of the resolution.

“We Georgians have become the hope of the nation today,” said Jacqueline Peterson, the Georgia state director for the Convention of States Project. “Many thanks to our state legislators for standing for liberty. May God bless us, every single one!”

The new president in 2017 would face new limits on executive orders, Commerce Clause actions, a balanced federal budget and a ban on using international treaties to govern inside the U.S. if the state-based movement is successful.

There could even be term limits for Supreme Court justices and Congress, and a mandatory sunset of all existing federal taxes.

The ideas are being discussed in legislatures where a Convention of the States has been proposed.

The Convention of States Project, launched by Citizens for Self Governance, is working to have state lawmakers call such a convention through the Constitution’s Article V.

Thousands of Americans already have signed on in support of the idea that Americans, themselves, need to address Washington’s massive spending, over-regulation and takeover of authority from states.

State lawmakers in Alaska, Alabama, Florida and elsewhere also are now looking at plans that if approved would be submitted to Congress in support of a convention.

Michael Farris, who has been know for years as the face of the Home School Legal Defense Association and Patrick Henry College, now is on the front line of seeking a convention in which state delegates would meet, agree on a path for the country and then tell Congress what will happen.

Tell Congress?

Exactly that, if the amendments are proposed at the convention and ratified by the states.

The organization proposes a convention for “the purpose of limiting the power and jurisdiction of the federal government.”

“We believe the grassroots is the key to calling a successful convention,” the promoters say. “The goal is to build a political operation in a minimum of 40 states, getting 100 people to volunteer in at least 75 percent of the state’s legislative districts. We believe this is very doable. Only through the support of the American people will this project have a chance to succeed.”

Among the issues that could fall under the single subject would be a balanced budget amendment, a new definition of the General Welfare Clause, a redefinition of the Commerce Clause, a ban on the use of treaty provisions inside the U.S., limits on executive orders, term limits for Congress and the Supreme Court, federal tax limits and a sunset of all existing federal taxes.

“Of course, these are merely examples of what would be up for discussion,” the promoters say. “The convention of states itself would determine which ideas deserve serious consideration, and it will take a majority of votes from the states to formally propose any amendments.”

Farris told WND he expects support for a convention to be gathered over a period of two to three legislative cycles.

The timing would align with the 2016 presidential election.

Farris said it definitely would throw a wrench in the works.

“In my opinion, a good wrench,” he said. “We are convinced that Washington, D.C., is broken and that it will never, ever fix itself.”

He said all three branches need fixing.

“The judiciary legislates, the legislative branch, the Congress uses power it never was intended to have, and the president misuses power worse that George III ever thought of,” he said.

He earlier told WND that Washington, D.C., “will never voluntarily relinquish power.”

“If we allow Washington, D.C., to continue on its current course of big government, it will utterly destroy American liberty. Debt is the most tangible method of destruction. But big government complete with spying on the American public, the improper use of executive orders, over-regulation, etc., etc., will most certainly destroy American liberty relatively soon.”

Farris said trying to elect more conservatives hasn’t worked, and there really shouldn’t be a fear that the Constitution would be opened up to destruction. After all, any change would have to be approved by voters in 38 states.

“The Founders gave us Article V for the very purpose of creating structural change when the federal government abuses its power,” Farris said. “State legislatures control this process from beginning to end. Governors are irrelevant. Congress can only name the time and place. State legislature name the delegates and give them their instructions.

“We will either get good amendments or we will get nothing,” he continued. “The people who must approve the work product – state legislatures – are the ones who name the delegates. They are also the ones who give the convention its subject matter.”

Would anyone be interested in the idea of removing federal officials?

“State legislatures currently have no power to impeach federal officials from their states. This is not a viable option. This would, however, be a proper amendment to suggest at the Convention of States we are proposing. I like the idea of giving the state governments the power to impeach congressman and senators from their states,” Farris said

Another possibility?

“The federal courts regularly refuse to rule on constitutional issues they want to avoid by calling them ‘political questions’ or by claiming that no one has standing to sue … One of my ideas for an amendment would be to automatically grant state legislatures standing to challenge any action of the federal government as violating its constitutional limitations,” he said.

There also could be a fix to the problem of an entrenched Supreme Court.

“I [would] propose reconfiguring the Supreme Court after the model of the European Court of Human Rights. There are 46 nations in that court’s jurisdiction, and every nation appoints one judge. We should expand the Supreme Court to 50 justices and have the states appoint the justices for a specific term (six or eight years) with no right of reappointment. That one change would do more to ensure a constitutional government than anything I know,” Farris said.

The Convention of States Project contends that “who decides what the law shall be is even more important than what is decided.”

“The protection of liberty requires a strict adherence to the principle that power is limited and delegated,” the organization explained.

Even the Supreme Court has acknowledged the federal government has overreached, stating in a 1992 case: “The federal government undertakes activities today that would have been unimaginable to the Framers in two senses; first, because the Framers would not have conceived that any government would conduct such activities; and second, because the Framers would not have believed that the federal government, rather than the states, would assume such responsibilities.”

The organization has posted online details of how state legislatures can advance the project.

“Enough is enough. It is time to impose fiscal and other restraints on our runaway federal government. We urge other states to join us,” said Macon, the primary sponsor of the resolution.

“We Georgians have become the hope of the nation today,” said Jacqueline Peterson, the Georgia state director for the Convention of States Project. “Many thanks to our state legislators for standing for liberty. May God bless us, every single one!”

Why, What, Who..? Over these past six years this country has witnessed the most unbelievable "sticker shock" imaginable. As we awake this morning and face yet another new day filled with more unemployment, America's health care system eroding to third world-ism, the danger of growing Islamic terrorism, despots and Communist dictators threatening and invading their neighbors, even those whom drank the first few batches of Koolaid are beginning to ask, why? The WHY question should not be directed at the news media for their failure to properly vet the most incompetent, inexperienced phantom ever to run for the US presidency. Their actions, or lack of actions, have been and continue to be ruled by the color pallet. Brown complexion, red politics. The WHY question need not be applied to the Socialist Democratic Party which has long ago expelled God and replaced Him with a new religion of power, control and political skulduggery. Everyone and everything has become expendable in this "creed of greed". The WHY question is evident when applied to the the Judicial system and those impostors posing as the protectors of the rule of law. Intimidation, extortion and fear of an all too powerful government, has transformed those entrusted with balancing the scales of justice with balancing on the edge of a metaphorical or physical precipice.
