SAN FRANCISCO/SACRAMENTO (Reuters) - A prominent California lawmaker was arrested on Wednesday in an FBI sweep that netted 26 people, a high-profile case that could affect statewide elections and brings to three the number of Democratic state senators who face criminal charges this year.

Senator Leland Yee, a former San Francisco supervisor and one-time mayoral candidate, was criminally charged in federal court in San Francisco with two felony counts of conspiring to import and traffic in firearms, and six corruption counts.

Yee was released on $500,000 bond and declined to comment on the case.

A criminal complaint posted online by the U.S. Attorney office for the Northern District of California alleges that Yee did favors for an undercover FBI agent in exchange for campaign contributions. The complaint alleges that Yee also offered to facilitate a meeting between the undercover agent and an arms dealer, and discussed the types of weapons that the undercover agent might need.

Yee's arrest deals a body blow to California Democrats, whose two-thirds majority in the state Senate was eroded when Senator Ron Calderon, indicted on corruption charges, and State Senator Rod Wright, found guilty of voter fraud, took paid leaves of absence earlier this year.

Democrats control large majorities in both houses of the state legislature and all statewide offices, but having a third senator under a cloud could seriously undermine the party's ability to push key projects in an election year.

"If I were advising the Democrats at this time I would say, 'Pull back everything big until you get the supermajority back,'" said Sherry Bebitch Jeffe, a political analyst at the University of Southern California. "I wouldn't get into immigration, I would not get into water or anything they would need to negotiate with the Republicans."

Republican lawmakers, who hardly have had any say in state government since the Democrats won a so-called super-majority with two-thirds of the seats in the legislature, had harsh words not only for Yee but for the Democratic leadership that has refused to oust Wright and Calderon, putting them instead on paid leaves of absence.

"It's a shame that some people misuse the privilege to serve the people that has been entrusted to them," said state senator Andy Vidak, who has led the Republican charge to oust Wright and Calderon.
Democratic senators, for their part, called on Yee to resign. "I want Leland Yee gone," Democratic leader Darrell Steinberg was quoted as saying in several media outlets, including the San Francisco Chronicle.

Federal authorities also arrested Raymond "Shrimp Boy" Chow, alleged to be the head of a Chinese organized crime syndicate, and two dozen other people, Melinda Haag, the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of California, said in statement late Wednesday.

A political consultant who worked with Yee, Keith Jackson, was also arrested and faces numerous charges including firearms trafficking, involvement in a murder-for-hire case and corruption, according to the complaint and press release.

Yee, a San Francisco Democrat, is running for Secretary of State and had been considered a strong candidate in a big field of both Democrats and Republicans. It is not yet clear how his arrest will affect that race.
In their complaint, prosecutors allege that Yee, trying to raise money to retire debt from his failed 2011 mayoral campaign, did favors for an undercover FBI agent who said he needed a phone call made to the California Department of Public Health in order to be favorably considered for a contract.

The complaint also alleged that after an undercover agent told Jackson that he needed to purchase a large number of weapons, Jackson said Yee could facilitate a meeting with an arms dealer in exchange for a contribution.

"During a meeting with the undercover agent, Yee and Jackson allegedly discussed details of the specific types of weapons the undercover agent was interested in buying and importing," the U.S. Attorney's office said.

Throughout the early part of the day, the hallway outside of Yee's office at the state capitol in Sacramento was crowded with reporters and other onlookers hoping for a glimpse of FBI agents working behind a closed door. Agents began searching Yee's office early Wednesday morning, the FBI said.

Lee, a child psychologist with a PhD., emigrated to San Francisco from China at the age of 3.

Alphabet Soup: SI, OPPT, RV, PPP, GCR..... without prejudice Posted: 24 Mar 2014 05:05 PM PDT After last night's post "What if: The Tattered Ball of Twine", I put the computer away for the night and had a (relatively) early night.  I awoke this morning to several people sending me the latest Zap and the latest SwissIndo video. On the topic of the SwissIndo video that was 2 hours long (and I fully and transparently admit that I did NOT listen to the whole thing), at the 1:13 mark, the speaker discusses SwissIndo and OPPT, and once again I feel the need to clarify facts and to point out mis/disinformation.  The speaker that  describes the purported link between the SI and OPPT- from his perspective, and I suspect the perspective of SI leaders- is unfortunately misinformed and seems to misunderstand the OPPT filings, what exactly was the One People's Public Trust, the basic content of the filings, the true understanding of the "Value" that is returned to the people of the planet, where the "Value" was "deposited", what the reconciliation of the One People's Public Trust is and why it was done, and the basic laws behind rebutting a UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) filing. I will give just a brief review of a few of the points above. The content of the OPPT UCC filings (which can be read in the original pdf format at the top of this page) has been fully and in complete transparency discussed in a multitude of articles, interviews and on many many radio shows over the past year.  I am not going to go over all of the details as the details are available to the public on many sites and recordings. The "VALUE" of the people is Not money.  The Value of the people IS Energy, and IS the basis of the slavery system that has been used as a "financial system" for eons. The Slavery system equated that true VALUE/ENERGY into their financial tool called "money". The "One People's Public Trust"  is NOT a "trust fund".  At no point was the "Value" of the people ever put into an OPPT trust "fund" or "account".   The "VALUE" of the people was deposited back TO the people by the OPPT filings and was never held BY the OPPT trustees. The OPPT UCC filings eliminated all hierarchy, and closed down and foreclosed on the  "slavery system".  Anyone who is using these filings to work with organizations, corporations or perceived "governments" that were foreclosed BY the filings, is re-animating and resurrecting the former slavery financial system, by recognizing them as still being operational and as being valid.  NO organization, group, corporation, or person has Any control over the disbursement, allocation, or amount of the perceived "value" of any Being - be it in monetary or energetic form- nor any ability to take a Being's Value or assign a monetary amount to or from any individual person, Unless each person signs over their Value contractually and gives full consent to that organization. The OPPT was never "bankrupt" and was never a "fund" that could be bankrupted.  The OPPT was reconciled once it had done it's job and finished what it was set out to do, as are ALL "Trusts" once they have served their purpose. I hope this clarifies this information once and for all. There is a deeply spiritual aspect to this RV" as it's called. This is about a BRAND NEW BEGINNING FOR HUMANITY AND THE PLANET! This is why I believe the RV hasn't happened and will not happen before certain things take place. Those things are two in number and are connected. 1. The Cabal have to be removed...BY US! How the hell do we do that I hear you ask? Which leads to action number 2. WE DEMAND THEIR REMOVAL. PEACEFULLY. We are the ones we've been waiting for, and until humanity stands up and demand our freedom, their ain't gonna be no RV. Sure, we'll get all the help we need from different groups, whether it be positive Military, Police, Interpol, ET's or whatever, but they ain't gonna do jack until we get out there en masse and demand our freedom from the thugs that have taken it from us. To my knowledge there's only been two sources of info that have been consistently spot on about what I've addressed above, and that's COBRA of 2012 portal and D of Removing the Shackles. The more this carries on the more I see that they're both right. On May16th,17th 2014 and possibly beyond there is gonna be a major standing up event called Operation American Spring. March 26, 2014 / Keenan Team The assassination attempts on Neil have become persistent. The cabal is proving creative and resourceful, but we are taking all appropriate precautions – and they just can’t keep a good man down! The week of March 9th, after a meeting, Neil was not feeling well. By Saturday the poisoning symptoms became obvious and Neil started his antidote protocols put in place by Dr. Group. By Sunday he was feeling better. By Monday he was near 100%. But on Tuesday Neil felt exhausted and passed out for two days. When he regained consciousness, his hands and feet were paralyzed. There was major swelling in his left ankle. After the swelling went down on his left ankle, two red marks became obvious. Hair in that area was gone. And what was confirmed to be an injection site was located. AnkleZoomIn The arrow on the image to the left is a zoomed-in section of Neil’s ankle. You can see one of the red marks slightly off center to the upper left. Just left of the arrow you can see a white circle with a dark center, which has been confirmed as the injection point. So how did they get to Neil? Experts that we consulted with have concluded that it was a remote control flying robotic insect which likely infected Neil the evening of Tuesday, March 18th. Neil is recovering nicely thanks to our experts including, instrumentally, Dr. Group. Neil has recovered all functions of his extremities, including his fingers and toes. The swelling is completely gone. He is now walking on his own accord, and is nearly 100%. It was, however, the most painful poison recovery he has encountered to date. And the back-to-back attempts reveal the murderous resolve of our enemy. Last Saturday, March 22, Neil and Jo were in the hotel suite when they noticed a bug flying around. Jo started running around in a frantic manner swatting at it. Neil was still not very mobile, so he was confined to shouting encouragement to Jo’s hot pursuit, and swatting at it when it would buzz him. The bug would turn on them and then they would retreat, Joe screaming, and Neil hobbling. The situation reminded Neil of a Marx Brothers episode – the only thing missing being a cigar and a video camera. Jo hit the thing several times and thought he had killed it four times, but it would just not die. Finally he got it down and smashed it with a piece of paper. Jo immediately felt dizzy and his hand became numb. The “bug” was thoroughly squished, but contained no blood whatsoever. And it was still moving around! Jo is familiar enough with bugs in Indonesia. This was nothing indigenous that Jo has ever come across before. They photographed it and sent it out. On the left is an image of it. Neil is fine. We have established protocols to defend against these new types of attacks. The end is near. Their efforts have become desperate, but they fail time after time – not just because we are more clever, which we may or may not be, and certainly not because we have equal technology, which we do not, but because this is our time now. Our opportunities, our survival, our moves and accomplishments seem to have become blessed by God, nature and fate. While we will continue to take every precaution that is reasonable and available, our real strength lies in our being right, which is our might. God bless Dr. Group and all who support our efforts. Exogen and David Schmidt

About 5 minutes before the end of the 2 hour call, something very important was said. 

According to Exogen and Dave Schmidt, they feel that the only rate we will be able to get is the international rate of $3.71.  They say the contract rates are involved with oil credits from China – and China backed out of these (2nd hand information).  Also, those who are getting or who have gotten the higher rates are humanitarian projects, prosperity packages, people who are movers and shakers like members of some board of directors, somewhat elite people, and most of us are out of luck.  So deal with it. This is the way of the world.

But what I want to stress:  Don’t run to the bank to exchange.  Take your time, and WATCH THE DAILY RATES.  What has happened in the past – with the Kuwaiti dinar RV was that it started at $3.00 plus change, then rocketed up to $8.00 for a short time and then went down again.  These guys are going to watch the rates.  They will only exchange enough to pay their immediate bills and then watch the daily rate.  When it goes up higher, then they get to the bank to exchange. 

    I think this is what Tony was referring to when he mentioned the book “WHO MOVED MY CHEESE”.   It was the 2nd mouse that got the most cheese, not the 1st and not the 3rd.  In other words, it’s about timing.  Don’t rush to the banks, but watch the rates as the market drives up the rate. 

Exogen also said that dollar for dollar, the Vietnamese Dong has a better ROI (return of investment).  They are not sure of the rate, but they did mention that in the 1960s before the Vietnam war killed the value of their dong, the rate was 1 dong = about $2.26.  So wouldn’t it be nice if the dong were that high.  Not bad for the little amount you paid for it.  - about $58 – $80 for 1 million dong.  Still time to buy more.

The 800# will probably not be needed, especially if there is not a contract rate available for us.  Better to contact the bank, ask for the wealth management side of the bank, not the usual banking section,  and then do your exchanges.

But the CFO leaving JPM at the "height of the market recovery" speaks volumes about the turmoil going on behind the scenes at the Bankster Headquarters!

When the federal income tax was originally introduced a little more than 100 years ago, most Americans were taxed at a rate of only 1 percent. But once they get their feet in the door, the social planners always want more. Since that time, tax rates have gone much higher and the tax code has exploded in size. Why do we have to have the most convoluted tax system in the history of the planet? Why can't things be simpler? In a previous article entitled "24 Outrageous Facts About Taxes In The United States That Will Blow Your Mind", I listed a number of reasons why our federal income tax system has become a complete and utter abomination that is entirely out of control... 1 - The U.S. tax code is now 3.8 million words long. If you took all of William Shakespeare's works and collected them together, the entire collection would only be about 900,000 words long. 2 - According to the National Taxpayers Union, U.S. taxpayers spend more than 7.6 billion hours complying with federal tax requirements. Imagine what our society would look like if all that time was spent on more economically profitable activities. 3 - 75 years ago, the instructions for Form 1040 were two pages long. Today, they are 189 pages long. 4 - There have been 4,428 changes to the tax code over the last decade. It is incredibly costly to change tax software, tax manuals and tax instruction booklets for all of those changes. 5 - According to the National Taxpayers Union, the IRS currently has 1,999 different publications, forms, and instruction sheets that you can download from the IRS website. 6 - Our tax system has become so complicated that it is almost impossible to file your taxes correctly. For example, back in 1998 Money Magazine had 46 different tax professionals complete a tax return for a hypothetical household. All 46 of them came up with a different result. 7 - In 2009, PC World had five of the most popular tax preparation software websites prepare a tax return for a hypothetical household. All five of them came up with a different result. 8 - The IRS spends $2.45 for every $100 that it collects in taxes. 9 - According to The Tax Foundation, the average American has to work until April 17th just to pay federal, state, and local taxes. Back in 1900, "Tax Freedom Day" came on January 22nd. 10 - When the U.S. government first implemented a personal income tax back in 1913, the vast majority of the population paid a rate of just 1 percent, and the highest marginal tax rate was just 7 percent. If it was up to me, I would abolish the income tax and shut the IRS down. But neither major political party in the United States is even willing to consider such a thing. So the monstrous system that we have created will continue to get even bigger and even more complicated. We are literally being taxed into oblivion, and most Americans don't even seem to care.

North Carolina State Trooper

A North Carolina State Trooper pulled a car over on US 301 about 2 miles south of the Virginia State line. When the trooper asked the driver why he was speeding, the driver said he was a juggler and was on his way to do a show at the Shrine Circus in Emporia. He didn't want to be late.

The trooper told the driver he was fascinated by juggling and said if the driver would do a little juggling for him then he wouldn't give him a ticket. He told the trooper he had sent his equipment ahead and didn't have anything to juggle. The trooper said he had some flares in the trunk and asked if he could juggle them.

The juggler said he could, so the trooper got 5 flares, lit them and handed them to him. While the man was juggling, a car pulled in behind the patrol car. A drunken good old boy traveling from Tennessee got out, watched the performance, then went over to the patrol car, opened the rear door and got in.

The trooper observed him and went over to the patrol car, opened the door asking the drunk what he thought he was doing. The drunk replied, “You might as well take my ass to jail, cause there ain't no way in hell I can pass that test.”

The Greatest Defender of Free Speech in Canada passed away a year ago this month as his family and friends remember this great man. father, friend and lawyer, and all the battles he fought defending the right to freedom of expression against a government, Human Rights Commission and special interest groups, dedicated to the irradication of free speech in Canada, I would like you all to read the latest newsletter put out by the Friends of Freedom.

Doug Christie was a personal friend of mine and I think about him often and with great respect. When no other lawyer would take up the cases of individuals charges with so-called “hate crimes”, Doug picked up the cause for these individuals, sometimes at great personal expense for him and his family.
