5,000 Armed Militia Members Will Be Arriving In Nevada To Support Rancher 

Update: Word on the street from sources close to the militia movement is that up to 5,000 armed militia members will be arriving in Bunkerville, Nevada sometime today. (See full report below) 

SHTFplan.com Editor’s Note: It is apparent that the Federal government was under the impression that they could simply move into the ranch land surrounding Bunkerville, Nevada and have their way with the property and livelihood of the Bundy family.
What they didn’t count on was the outcry from Americans across the country. And now things may be headed to the next level. As Kim Paxton of The Daily Sheeple notes, citizen militias in several states have been called up. Many members of those organizations are taking up arms and are making their way to Nevada.
And it’s not just the citizen militias that are preparing to take action. The governor of Nevada has officially condemned the federal government’s actions, though he has yet to take any steps afforded to him under State law. Sheriff Richard Mack of Gilbert, Arizona has weighed in and calls the actions “terrorism.”
At last count there were some 200 federal agents from various agencies on the ground in Nevada and it appears that hundreds, perhaps thousands, of armed militia members will soon arrive to confront them.
The Federal government will no doubt step up their efforts, as they are facing the possibility of a widespread rebellion resulting from their actions against a private citizen whose only “crime” was to graze his cattle on the land his family has used for this purpose for over a century. It would not be at all surprising to see the President of the United States call up National Guard troops and more militarized law enforcement officials for fear of having this spiral out of control. A declaration of martial law to go along with already established First Amendment Areas is not out of the question.
We may well be on the cusp of a serious stand-off involving thousands of people. Keep in mind that most of them will be armed.
Given the circumstances, things could turn very bloody very quickly.

Status of  2010 IMF Reforms

This is a very hot topic now and I am getting lots of emails on this these days. So I need to address this and clear up some issues.  Is the USA holding up the RV by holding up the acceptance of these reforms?

First let me say the USA has not yet approved the 2010 IMF Reforms although the US Senate has overwhelmingly voted to accept them. The reform bill was never even sent to Congress for a vote. So the answer to this question is Yes, Yes and Yes again.

The USA is absolutely. positively holding up the process of the GCR and has been doing so since December 2013 when the IMF was all set to announce the final stage of the global reset.

They have been working with the USA to try to settle any differences but have come across a strong resistance to change. 

 You are not hearing much about this on the daily news because the USA government wants to keep this out of the mainstream news media and out of public ear as much as possible.

The USA government knows this it is a delicate issue and if the appox USA 5,000,000 dinar holders really knew the truth about why we still wait for the rollout of Iraq revaluation and GCR they would be very angry.

This would mean loss of democratic votes in 2016 election for sure. Just another issue that President Obama has fumbled and the timing could not be any worst for him.

 These reforms are all about reforming the quota system of the International Monetary Fund and the situation in countries with developing economies. As I tried to describe in prior news letters a huge part of the global reset process is to bring these developing countries into the 21st century and give them the recognition and power they deserve in the global arena.

There is a meeting on April 9-11 (starting today) of the finance ministers and heads of the central banks of G20. It  will be held in Washington D.C.  .

What will be primary on the agenda of this meeting?

The hot top of the agenda are the issues dealing with non-acceptance of these reforms by the USA The Spring gathering of the International Monetary Fund is here. China, Russia and other major developing nations are angry about a delay in reforms that give them more voting rights at the IMF.  

So you see now the countries are pushing forward with the reforms without waiting for the United States.

Skeptism is growing about the new powers within international systems. What impact will this have on the USA and the programs promised them if they would buy into the reform process (which they are not)?

Still the saga continues as Britain this week made a stab at attempting to urge the US Congress to approve reforms. In a recent public address, British Finance Minister George Osborne said quote: "The failure of the U.S. Congress to ratify the agreed IMF reforms is bad for the institution and bad for the international community. I urge the administration and Congress to act to pass them now."

 Most of the IMF’s 188 member nations have approved the reforms, which were originally hammered out in 2010. But opposition from the House and Senate Republicans have blocked efforts by the White House to pass the reform. Experts say it’s crucial for developing nations to have a seat at the table.

The guts of this process of the IMF global reset is based around how countries are supposed to deal with their currencies, their  reserves. These are some of the big, big questions on international finance. These are really negotiated out at the IMF with the member countries.

So for these countries, who had not had much of a voice in the international rules of the game, when they were substantially poorer and smaller than they are now.  Now that they’ve grown so rapidly and their economies are so large, they want a seat at the table.

They want to be able to participate in shaping the rules that they would partially have to live by," said Bruce Jones, senior fellow of Brookings Institution.

 If the US Congress gives the reforms a green light, it would make China the IMF’s third-largest member. It would also revamp the IMF board, reducing the dominance of Western European nations. Some analysts say US lawmakers are concerned about relinquishing power to some emerging economies.

So why the rejection by the USA on these reforms?

 White House news media version: First Congress is traditionally fairly skeptical about international institutions and that’s been true since the founding of international systems.

Second, there’s a lot of skepticism about China’s intentions on issues like currency reform and third, now, unfortunately there’s a lot of concern about Russia.

And because this package was negotiated in a context where sort of all the emerging powers see their shares rise, there’s now a new preoccupation about seeing Russia’s shares rise, even though Russia’s shares will rise by a tiny fraction," said Bruce Jones, senior fellow of Brookings Institution. Let us not now forget about the issues in the Ukraine with Russia ( a recent development).

 Reality: My impression is the USA simply does not want these reforms and maintains an attitude that they prefer keeping these countries as their playground for manipulation and corruption, corporate greed and resource extraction rather that as responsible, honest  players.

If they raise up their status so will their standard of living, fairer trade agreements, and the people of these countries will have more say on what takes place in their own country.

They will get educated and eventually take control of their own destiny. Such practices as labor rates, labor rights, corporate agriculture and so on….it will all change. The IMF reforms are just the beginning of a long process of freedom and independence from the long reach of the USA corporations. Better days are coming but without a struggle.

Meanwhile while this struggle is underway we all sit in wonder as to why we have not yet seen the GCR. We can’t figure out what might be the holdup…..lol…..

Summary

Technically the long term strategic plan for Iraq called for us all having exchanged our currency by now and the project to delete the zeros ending this year of June 2014.

Yes- that was the original plan.

The fact that the IMF has high-jacked the RV process in 2010, as part of the Global Reset process, has caused many delays in the process and much pain for Iraq and for us speculators.    

 So in retrospect let us look at the big picture and put the pieces together to sooth our minds that this RV is going to happen and happen very soon.

 We can see that there is little influence with the 2014 election process on our RV process.

The budget hype is just that and I would leave it alone and forget about it. It is also not an indicator of the timing of the RV.

 Iraq is now ready to be ascended fully into the WTO, something they have worked so hard to accomplish. Tons of articles this past week on this topic. All good ! did you read any of them?

Again this is not driving the RV but puts enormous pressure to get it done. The final page to this event is to have an international currency needed for Chapter 8 requirements of the UN charter. The readiness to join the WTO does put yet even more pressure on the IMF to rollout Iraq’s new rate to the international investment community.

 They know Iraq is going to be a primary donor nation (how could they not be since they are one of the riches nations on the planet? ) and the IMF has built their dues into part of the payments needed to kick start the IMF reform process. This is all good!

 There are issues with the GCR process but nothing that is not going to be resolved shortly  one way or the other with the USA. Meetings are now taking place starting today 4/9 through Tuesday 4/15 and I believe they will have a solution at that time. Remember, the PTB announced a suitcase nuke attack was said to be planned by Muslims against LA, and then the submarine showed up, launched the missle toward the city that would have been blamed on a suitcase nuke, and voila, went haywire right before our eyes.

Texas banking regulators have established licensing and security rules for cryptocurrencies, like bitcoin, and their exchanges. Virtual currencies will not be treated as money, but Texans can use them to buy and sell goods and services free of regulation.
Texas Banking Commissioner Charles G. Cooper offered a regulatory guidance memo last week, which clarified that cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Litecoin, Peercoin, and Namecoin will not be considered sovereign currency, like legal tender backed by the government and central banks, in the state.
“At this point a cryptocurrency like Bitcoin is best viewed like a speculative investment, not as money,” Cooper said in the memo. “However, as this innovative technology develops, the [Texas Department of Banking] will continue to evaluate whether the nature of cryptocurrencies and the potential harm to the public warrant additional action.”
Virtual currency, Cooper wrote, “does not entitle its owner to anything, and creates no duties or obligations in a person who gives, sells, or transfers it. There is no entity that must honor the value of a cryptocurrency … The only way to convert a unit of cryptocurrency to sovereign currency is to find a willing buyer. Therefore cryptocurrencies as currently implemented cannot be considered money or monetary value under the [Texas] Money Services Act.”
Therefore, the exchange of cryptocurrency between two parties for sovereign currency is not a money transaction, nor is the exchange of one cryptocurrency for another or the transfer of cryptocurrency by itself.
Cooper outlined that most virtual-currency exchanges – which convert dollars to cryptocurrency and vice versa – will be subject to state licensing rules for their money wiring services.
These businesses that conduct money transmissions will be required to have a minimum net worth of US$500,000. They must also submit to a third-party security audit of their computer systems.
A major bitcoin exchange, Mt. Gox, filed for bankruptcy in Japan and Dallas, Texas in recent months after the exchange’s computer system was exposed to fraudulent transactions and technical failures.
Mt. Gox once claimed to host nearly 80 percent of all bitcoin transactions worldwide, and was the primary source cited for bitcoin prices. Its failure wiped out about US$450 million worth of bitcoins.
Texas’ Cooper called Bitcoin ATMs an intermediary between a buyer and seller.
“[It] is worth noting that at least some Bitcoin ATMs can be configured to conduct transactions only between the customer and the machine’s operator, with no third parties involved,” Cooper said. “If the machine never involves a third party, and only facilitates a sale or purchase of Bitcoins by the machine’s operator directly with the customer, there is no money transmission because at no time is money received in exchange for a promise to make it available at a later time or different location.”
Texas is the first US state to outline a regulatory policy for the $50-billion cryptocurrency market, according to Patrick Murck, general counsel for the Bitcoin Foundation.
“I don’t know that any other state has actually come out and clarified how their statutes apply and how their rules apply to the Bitcoin businesses, so that’s a positive thing,” Murck told moneyandtech.com. “Texas is a big, important market, and the Texas Department of Banking is a thought leader for other states, so it’s a very big deal, and frankly, I think they did a good job.”
New York State regulators say they are also in the process of creating regulatory framework for virtual currencies.
Since December 31, 2013, bitcoin’s value against the US dollar has plummeted by 38 percent – a more dramatic decline than copper, the Russian stock market, and the Argentine peso. The Mt. Gox implosion did not improve matters.
The US Internal Revenue Service has said that bitcoin would be regulated as property, not currency. Gina Sanchez, the founder of Chantico Global, told CNBC that the IRS’ designation is a “terrible thing” for bitcoin and means the mysterious cryptocurrency will only continue to lose its market value.
“Bitcoin as a currency doesn’t make any sense,” she said. “You basically have a whole bunch of cyber geeks trying to tout themselves as a monetary authority. That’s just not going to fly.”

My comments here exclude those men who have stepped forward with incredible courage since 1913 to face this tyrannical government, and like our Founding Fathers, have paid an enormous price both personally and financially. People like Bill Benson, our fine gentlemen down in the great State of Tennessee and too many others to list.

Americans forget that the Founding Fathers were the "moneyed class" back then. They were farmers, merchants and men of means. They had a lot to lose, both in land and gold. Yet, they didn't hesitate to step forward against the most incredible odds to build a free nation, not just for themselves, but for their women and children.
My comments are directed at the men of this country, who over the past decades:
Sit back in their easy chair reading Newsweek or spend their time bare chested at a football game, well filled with suds to maintain those obscene beer bellies, while they have put their wives and children at risk. This nation is being invaded wholesale with illegal aliens who come into this country and kidnap, rape and murder our women and children. Some are caught, most are not. Why do the men turn a blind eye in pursuit of good times?
These same men will go vote for the same politicians, state or federal, over and over, who refuse to stop this massive invasion of our country putting their women and children at risk. These same men continue to idolize their party "leadership," while that same leadership refuses to stop this invasion of global riffraff, turning America into a third world dumping ground. These same men would rather spend time, not banding together and having a serious discussion with these politicians, but rather put on their expensive gear and go ride their bike up a mountain, see the latest Broadway show or take a day off work to stand in line to buy tickets to the new Star Wars flick. Why is this?
Today the men in this country sit around watching mindless trash like Survivor or Friends on the boob tube, instead of shouting down the roof against state and federal systems that are utterly and completely rotten beyond redemption. Systems and agencies that are putting their women and children into a state of involuntary servitude for all their lives. Instead they sit back with nary a whisper while state and federal judges to uphold this carnage against the people. Why is this?
Black robed judges continue to hand out welfare and benefits to illegal aliens who are legally entitled to nothing but deportation. Instead of holding their elected public servants accountable for this insanity, men just get up in the morning, go to work at the company store, then return home in the evening to their false sense of security. Why is this? Back in 1776, this breed of men would be called cowards.  
Today men will spend endless hours with their stamp collection or at the bowling alley while Congress after Congress continues to pass unconstitutional legislation that deprives their women of their God-given rights - all because their "party" says it's good for our "democracy." Why is that?
Today men will ignore the documented truth that the state and federal governments are all in collusion to bring America into a one-world government, but they will believe any lie that comes out of the mouth of their favorite radio talk show host or TV anchorman. Today men are desperately clinging to their comfort zones while their women and children are at risk from a police state being erected around them. Why is this?
Today men will stand for hours on end feeding one-armed bandits in gambling casinos, while the Bush Administration's henchmen (Ashcroft and Mueller) continue to strip their women of their God-given rights, all in the name of "the war on terrorism."  They are putting their children at risk by not demaning this government take the necessary measures to clean out the terrorists in this country, both Chinese and middle-Eastern. Why is this?
For decades, America's men think nothing of spending spend lots of money on music CDs or plunking down big bucks to attend concerts or jazz festivals instead of protecting their own families from state predators calling themselves "child protective services." Everyone with children is now a target. Why won't they band together and surround the state capitols and demand that this evil cease? Back in 1787, the men protected their women and children to the death.
For the older men, their grand children are targets of the state. But, these men have already served their country in the military and now it's time to spend their golden years in the Winnebago, they've done their part. After all, at Christmas they can show the grand children how much they love them by buying them "things" made in foreign countries. Why is this?
Today the men of this country will allow a sleezy, morally bankrupt individual like Bill Clinton get away with treason (selling our most sensitive national defense secrets to the Communist Chinese) because Clinton supports their women's "right" to kill their unborn babies. Back in 1854, this was unthinkable. Today, their blind loyalty is to their political party now instead of what's right. Why is this?
Today men think nothing of sitting down at the local bar every night during happy hour while their women and children are put at risk by agencies like the ATF and FBI making no knock, bust down the door on the wrong house raids, killing innocents inside. It's happened and it will continue to happen. A hundred years ago, this would not have been tolerated in a constitutional Republic because the men would not have stood for it, not for a minute.
While their women and children continue to live in a state of bondage to a tyrannical government, the men simply write checks to the RNC or the DNC, thus encouraging those scoundrels to stay on the same path of the planned destruction of this Republic. By writing a check instead of storming the gates, this gives those men more time for the golf course, doing recreational cocaine or surfing the Internet for countless hours enjoying that great "adult" American pastime called pornography. Their harmless pastime does put their women and children at risk out in society, but they no longer care. Why is this?
While the IRS bleeds a family dry, forcing the woman into the workplace and leaving the children to be raised by strangers, many of whom are pedophiles, the man of the house spends his free time doing the "guy thing" at a NASCAR speedway. Why is this? Why won't these men stand up to this rogue agency called the IRS?
Over the past 40 years, the men of this country have sat back and allowed themselves to be brow beaten into submission and castrated by so-called "feminists" like Rosie O'Donnell and Hillary Clinton (although I defy anyone to show me one single feminine attribute of those females) instead of stand up and saying, "Hell No!"
Hard core feminists aren't out there for equal pay, they're out there to destroy the male and the family unit. How it must gall them that the only way lesbians can "impregnate" their female lovers is artificial insemination by a male sperm.
Over the past 40 years the men of this country have put their material objects and addictions before the well being of the women and children by kowtowing to every special interest group in this country in the name of "political correctness" or for government hand outs. Our nation was built by men who were self-reliant, independent and strong. Today they are tolerant, sensitive and genuflect at the feet of perverts called "gays." Why is this?
The men of this country have laid down their arms in favor of political correctness, declaring open season for two-legged predators on their women and children. Instead of surrounding their state capitols armed to the teeth in defiance of such unconstitutional machinations on the part of cowardly and mentally impaired politicians, instead they grovel on their knees to the likes of Diane Feinstein. This sad state of affairs was unheard of in 1905. Why this inability to resist tyranny now?
PC is a cancer on this nation that has turned a Godly nation into a moral sewer. These men have put their children in harms way via mandatory social indoctrination in the anti-God public school system. Why is this?
The men of this country will go to extraordinary lengths to find the right fishing hole, but they refuse to lift a finger to ensure that their women and children will not be forced into global citizenship under the UN. Why is this?
The men of this country will sit in front of the computer playing games while women and children in different parts of this country are being driven off the land by Nazi-style federal agencies. So what if their fellow countryman will lose his land, his wife and children thrown out into the street? After all, those families in Klamath Falls and too many other places have nothing to do with these other men's lives, so why should they give up any of their free time to stand up to the government to help them? Why is this?
Women in this country spend hundreds of millions of dollars every year on "romance books" whose pages are filled with knights in shining armor and genuine heroes coming to rescue the damsel in distress. Why do you suppose that is?
Why do you suppose the men are allowing their women and children to be put at risk in all the ways described above?
Why are the women the ones out there on the front lines battling this government tooth and nail for our children - ready and willing to die if necessary to protect our own?
Because America has lost it's manhood.
