Riots in southeastern China after brutal police-inspector killed a man with a
hammer in broad daylight. People smashed several police cars and were attacked
with tear gas.
At least 4 Chengguan, the most hated police-inspectors in China, were beaten to
death by angry people in Cangnan County of Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province
(located in the industrial southeast), after they killed a man with a hammer.
The police-inspectors hit the man with a hammer until he started to vomit
blood, because he was trying to take pictures of their violence towards a
woman, a street vendor. The man was rushed to hospital, but died on the way.
Thousands of angry people took to the streets, surrounded the police-inspectors
in their van, attacked them with stones, bats, and beat them to death. People
were shouting that the police-inspectors be killed on the spot for what they
did: “Kill them! Kill them!”
These police-inspectors are notoriously violent, are rarely investigated or
punished for their crimes, and are terrorizing people making a living. The
Chengguan, which are a special combination between regular police and state
inspectors, are called “violent government thugs” in China, thousands of them
are on the state payroll in at least 656 cities. In July 2013, they beat to
death a man and almost killed his wife, for trying to sell watermelon they had
grown on their land. The crime of the Chengguan police sparked riots in the
province of Guizhou.

The gap between the yes and no camps for Scotland independence has narrowed down. The gap between the yes and no camps for Scotland independence has narrowed down. Scotland is five months away from a referendum that is getting more likely to mark the Scottish Independence, as polls show.
A referendum on whether Scotland should be an independent country will take place on Thursday 18 September 2014.
Following an agreement between the Scottish Government and the United Kingdom Government, the Scottish Independence Referendum Bill, setting out the arrangements for this referendum, was put forward on 21 March 2013.
The question to be asked in the referendum will be "Should Scotland be an independent country?"
The gap between the yes and no camps has narrowed, suggesting a two-point swing could be enough to secure independence on 18 September.
An ICM poll for the Scotland on Sunday newspaper shows support for independence is at 39%, while opposition has fallen four points to 42%. Excluding people who have not yet made up their minds, the results put yes on 48% and no on 52%.
It is the highest level of support for independence since last August, leading the Yes Scotland campaign group to claim it is confident of securing the necessary two-point swing.
A second poll by Survation for the Sunday Post puts a yes vote up one point to 38% and a no vote down one point to 46%.
When the "don't knows" are stripped out, the results are 55-45 in favor of keeping Scotland in the UK.
Scottish first minister Alex Salmond said, "These are very encouraging polls and show the yes campaign has the momentum because it is more positive and more trusted than the no campaign,” according to the Guardian.
"In contrast the no campaign is in a panic because they are seen as negative and unbelievable.”
It is also very encouraging that women and Labor supporters are moving to yes and with a third of English-born people already voting yes, we are confident that more will follow as momentum continues, he said.
The principal issues in the referendum are the economic strength of Scotland and whether the rest of the UK will agree to share the pound sterling.
There are also defense arrangements to be considered and continued relations with the rest of the UK, and membership of supranational organisations, particularly the European Union (EU) and NATO as well.

I thought I’d posted this video, but maybe it didn’t happen so I could post it this morning with a personal comment — as many of us in the Western World begin our lives with a sense of renewal and starting afresh on this Easter morning. Where I am living, the sun is shining brightly!
We in the Western World have mostly lost our connection to Mother Earth, but many of us are regaining it now with great speed — almost exponentially. This film is so clear about what that connection means and the responsibilities that come with it. My sense of the Bundy’s and of people involved with them is that they are people of great integrity, who also understand this — at least better than many of us. They are the salt of the earth, as personified by Roy Potter, who deeply comprehends that this ending must come peacefully. As much as possible at this time, they understand the indigenous connection to the Earth, our source of life, and they understand that the land does not belong to some government somewhere who can come in and illegally kick people off it for their own personal financial gain.
Unlike many people who have developed incredible intellects through corporate education — to the great detriment of other aspects of their being, these people are far more balanced in that their lives and jobs demand every single day that they think for themselves. Unlike many people, they don’t need to run to someone else for confirmation. Instead, they have learned to trust their ability to make on-the-spot, tough, solid decisions and then act on them — and live with the results. They are still ‘in their bodies’ in a healthy way, because their way of life demands natural, wholesome physical activity. They are still in touch with their feelings, and their hearts are still open, or at least far more open than many.
When the government messes with these people, I think in their arrogance they are foolishly opening a tinder box that if they were wiser they would keep carefully closed. (Please understand that I am now going to speak in gross generalities about areas of this country, which even so, I think have a certain over-all validity.) Unlike those, for instance, on the East Coast of this country, who have been immersed in the death-dealing structures of corporate life and education for so long, these are the people, the people of the American West, people who have not been completely inundated by cabal thinking — who are going to step to the line and say, “No more!”
Indeed, they are already doing so!
I think we all sense this, and that maybe my words here are just illuminating what is already in everyone’s consciousness. If you’re reading this, I think you already have some understanding of what I am trying to say here. I think I speak ‘truth’ when I say these people have our total support, and that it is they who are going to help release the rest of this country from its deep sleep, so we can all stand up and take back our freedom. If we will listen to the guidance of leaders like Roy Potter, I believe we can and will do this enormous job peacefully. Indeed, I believe it is essential to our integrity as a nation that we do so peacefully!
My thanks to everyone who participates here and particularly to those who have stepped up to the plate (a baseball term for those of you not familiar with this American game) to help with finding and sharing information and articles. After three years of this, non-stop, I’m a little bleary eyed and very grateful for your help. The news/information flow has speeded up to the point where I can hardly keep pace with it.

Looking like nothing so much as the evil-eaten Emperor Palpatine from the Star Wars saga, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has promised local media that "this isn't over." And, in truth, reports on the Internet of Fed cops of various agencies' jack-booted thug teams flooding into Las Vegas hotels are certainly correct.
They are there by the hundreds, taking over entire floors, playing the slot machines and trying to look inconspicuous, which is working out about as well as you might expect. This is known to just about everybody who's paying attention to the situation in Bunkerville, including the local media who are not reporting it, for now. Just who this demonstration of stark naked so-called "operational security" and impotent puffery is supposed to impress is another matter. Harry Reid, perhaps.
Bob Wright has observed that Harry seems to believe he's in a "biggest dick" contest with Cliven Bundy. Like the juvenile high school hall monitor who can't get the other kids to stop running, Harry is throwing a hissy fit. Personally, I'm happy for him. Every time Harry opens his mouth, we get another hundred thousand converts to our cause nationwide. Indeed, if the mumbling, bumbling Harry did not exist, we might have to invent him. Of course, your average high school hall monitor doesn't have the power and might of the militarized federal police establishment at his beck and call. Still, what this is supposed to accomplish, beyond a ratcheting up of the attempted psy-war campaign against the Bundys and the volunteers who guard them, is a mystery to the analysts I talk to.
I know that the Bundys are not going away, and neither are the volunteers. Unless the federal government has decided to kill them all and initiate the next American civil war, this is all just your tax dollars at work in a massive display of gambling prowess.
That potential conflict, as I have explained many times would be suicidal, both personally for Harry Reid and and for his mandarin class. And as long as even one closet Oath Keeper or Three Percenter in the federal ranks remains -- and there are many -- the feds know that there is no military option that cannot be compromised. So Emperor Harry can go on muttering about how "soon the rebellion will be crushed," and the storm troopers can continue to dip their wicks in the soft envelopments of Vegas hookers, but it is all hat and no cattle, as they say out here.
