Spring snows hit Rockies; Plains face high winds

DENVER (AP) — Dozens of snowplows were taking to the streets of Denver early Monday, after a powerful spring storm dropped heavy snow across parts of Colorado and Wyoming, even as stormy weather moved into the plains states and drew warnings about conditions ripe for severe thunderstorm and tornadoes.

The Mother's Day storm dropped more than a foot of sloppy, wet snow on parts of the two states. The National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning for most of northern Colorado and parts of southern Wyoming for all of Sunday and for Monday morning.

Forecasters warned that instability ahead of the cold front created conditions for damaging winds as thunderstorms and tornadoes developed in Nebraska Sunday and threatened to push south. The storm also created high winds across the West.

Powerful thunderstorms produced tornadoes as they moved across Nebraska on Sunday caused damage in several towns and rural areas in the east of the state. Officials said the storms damaged homes and businesses in or near Sutton, Garland, Cordova and Daykin, and knocked out power to 18,000 utility customers. Large hail and strong winds seen in the state were expected to head south into Kansas, and a tornado watch was issued for parts of Oklahoma.

The storm was expected to weaken as it heads northeast from the Plains, possibly bringing rain as it moves into the Great Lakes, the weather service said.

Kyle Fredin, a meteorologist for the weather service in Boulder, said the weather pattern is typical for this time of year, and "it's going to be kind of the same thing pretty much through the end of June."

And the storm brought picturesque scenes to some areas.

"We got about a foot of snow and all the trees are covered. It looks like a beautiful painting," said Janie Robertson, owner of the Dripping Springs Resort B&B in Estes Park.

In Colorado, Department of Transportation officials said plunging temperatures and snow created icy road conditions, and multiple accidents were reported on several highways Sunday.
Denver officials said they were deploying 70 snowplows overnight to prepare for Monday's commute. At 3 a.m. MDT Monday, the weather service said it was still snowing around the city.
Julie Smith, a spokeswoman for Denver International Airport, said crews have treated runways in anticipation of dropping temperatures Sunday night.

"At this point we are seeing some delays with our airlines while they are getting their deicing operations up and running, and we do expect the airlines to be fully deicing in the morning," she said.
Southwest of Denver, a seven-car pileup Sunday evening injured a sheriff's deputy and three civilians on U.S. 285 near the community of Doubleheader, The Denver Post reported. Weather was likely a factor in the crash, but its cause was still being investigated, sheriff's spokeswoman Jacki Kelley told the newspaper.
"The roads are just really bad out there," she said.

In another Highway 285 crash, the State Patrol said a Jefferson County Sheriff's deputy who was helping a motorist that slid off the roadway was taken to a hospital with undetermined injuries after the deputy's parked car was stuck by an SUV. Two people in the SUV were also hospitalized as a precaution.

Snow amounts could vary greatly as temperatures continue to drop later Sunday. But up to 15 inches could fall at higher elevations and 4 to 9 inches could fall at lower elevations, including Denver and other cities along Colorado's Front Range.

"May snow certainly isn't unheard of here in Colorado, even down in the Denver metro area," said David Barjenbruch, another weather service meteorologist in Boulder. "If we see the total accumulations that we are anticipating from this storm, we are certainly going to see a top 10 May snow event for the Denver metro area."

In southern Wyoming, the storm forced transportation officials to close a 150-mile stretch of Interstate 80 from Cheyenne to Rawlins on Sunday.
The weather service said mountainous areas in south-central Wyoming got up to 2 feet of snow, and the metro areas of Cheyenne and Laramie averaged 6 to 10 inches. Rob Cox, a weather service meteorologist in Cheyenne, said he expects more accumulation overnight, likely an additional 2 to 4 inches in some locations.

"There will be a lot of water after all this is said and done," he said, adding that there could be some localized flooding.

In the West, high winds at the bottom of the storm sent dust blowing across Arizona and New Mexico, and the Los Angeles area had been under "red flag" fire warnings, with authorities saying blazes could quickly spread out of control under low humidity, gusty winds and dry conditions.

The storm is the result of a low-pressure system moving east colliding with a cold air mass from the north. Spring-like weather was expected to return to the Rockies by Tuesday.

In the 225 years since the creation of the Federal Judiciary in 1789, the number of federal judges –2,131 were in office on 30sep11[13], including the Supreme Court justices– impeached and removed is 8![14] Such historic assurance of irremovability in practice has given them the sense that they are unaccountable and can act with impunity. As a result, throughout their lifelong appointment they abuse their power to engage risklessly in individual and coordinated wrongdoing.(jur:2¶¶4-5)

A. Two unique cases and the queries guiding their investigations
 
2. Federal judges’ wrongdoing(jur:5§3) can be exposed by the investigation of two unique cases that will not fail to draw the attention of a national public already so distrustful(ol:11) of government and its top politicians. Their investigation can be guided by these two queries:
 
1. The Obama-Sotomayor case and the Follow the money! investigation
What did the President(jur:77§5), Chief Justice Roberts, and other justices and judges[196] know[23b] about Justice Sotomayor’s concealment of assets(jur:65§1) –suspected by The New York Times, The Washington Post, and Politico[107a]– and consequent tax evasion and when(jur:75§d) did they know it? (For an estimate of J. Sotomayor’s concealed assets, see[107c].)
 
2. The Federal Judiciary-NSA case and
the Follow it wirelessly! investigation
 
To what extent do federal judges abuse their vast computer network and expertise –which handle hundreds of millions of case files(Lsch:11¶9b.ii)– either alone or with the quid pro quo assistance of the NSA –whose requests for secret surveillance orders are rubberstamped[7] by the federal judges of the secret court established under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA)– to conceal assets –a crime[10] under U.S. law, unlike surveillance– by electronically transferring them to secret inland and offshore(ol:1) accounts to launder money of its illegal origin and bring it back as legitimate assets, and to protect wrongdoing judges by interfering with the communications –also a crime(ol:20¶¶11-12)– of complainants(ol:19§D)?
 
B. The implications and consequences of the investigations
 
3. The findings of these investigations can show that justices and judges have failed to “avoid even the appearance of impropriety”[123a] and give rise to calls for them to be impeached or to resign, as J. Abe Fortas had to on May 14, 1969[186]. They acted either as principals by doing wrong or as accessories by tolerating(88§§a-d) it. In any event, they were remiss in their individual and collective duty to safeguard judicial integrity; and disregarded in their own personal or judicial ‘wrongdoing family’ interest the key principle of our democracy: Nobody Is Above The Law.
 
1. Connivance between P. Obama and J. Sotomayor and dereliction of duty
 
4. The President too will have to fight off calls for his resignation or impeachment. In addition, he will face the demand of the media and an outraged(83§§2-3) NATIONAL public that he release the secret FBI vetting report on J. Sotomayor, his first nominee to the Supreme Court. It can show whether he was informed also officially by it that she was engaging in the crime[10] of concealing assets. Whether he learned through the FBI report or the articles in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Politico that she was suspected of concealing assets[107a], he covered it up and lied to the American public by vouching for her honesty. He had a personal interest in doing so: To cater to those petitioning for another woman and the first Latina for the Supreme Court and from whom he expected in exchange support for the passage of Obamacare.
 
5. Obamacare constitutes the President’s personal interest, his signature piece of legislation, the one that should establish his legacy. To ensure its passage, he nominated to the Supreme Court a dishonest person, Then-Judge Sotomayor, to shape the law of the land for the next 30 or so years during which she can still remain on the bench. But just as felons cannot serve as jurors, a judge who breaks the law shows hypocrisy and contempt for the law and cannot be expected to respect it enough to apply it fairly and impartially. Hence, he nominated her to the detriment of the people and judicial integrity. Such conduct warrants calls for his resignation or impeachment.
 
6. The issue here is not whether Obamacare should or should not have been adopted. Rather, it is that the President breached the trust of the American people and placed the advancement of his interest ahead of his duty to defend theirs, just as it was J. Sotomayor’s duty to uphold the law by abiding by it. Nor is it partisan politics that determines whether the people can exercise their right, as the source of all political power, to demand that its public servants behave with integrity.
 
2. Public outrage at the Federal Judiciary’s abuse of IT resources
 
7. The Federal Judiciary-NSA case can provoke a scandal more outrageous to more people than the scandal arisen through Edward Snowden’s revelations of NSA’s abuse of secret surveillance requests rubberstamped by the federal judges of the secret FISA court. The scandal would be deeper and more extensive because the judges of the Federal Judiciary, a national jurisdiction, wield power that affects not only the right of privacy, as the NSA scandal mainly does, but also every other right as well as the property, liberty, and life of everybody in this country. The scandal would only be aggravated if it were exposed that the President has covered for wrongdoing judges to avoid their retaliation17, i.e., their holding Obamacare and other actions of his unconstitutional, thus compounding the wrongdoing and allowing them to harm the people with impunity.
 
C. Plan of action to expose wrongdoing judges and lead to judicial reform
 
8. A plan of action can show how to proceed from exposing the unaccountability and riskless wrongdoing of the judges of the Federal Judiciary, the model for its state counterparts; to curbing them through legislated reform(158§§6-8) that mandates non-discretionary, specific method & result changes. The plan will subsequently find application to state judges and their judiciaries.
 
1. Presentations of the evidence and formation of an investigative team
 
9. The plan begins with presentations(Lsch:9) of the available evidence(jur:21§§A-B) of judges’ unaccountability and consequent riskless wrongdoing. They will afford the opportunity to form out of the audiences a team of professionals(128§4) to investigate it further. So, the effort will be made to hold them at law, journalism, business, and IT schools as guest speaker events of classes, student societies, or the schools(Lsch:1). Holding them at student job fairs will offer in addition the presence of recruiters and even top officers of companies that can have an interest in joining the investigation. Likewise, they can be held at partisan conferences and meetings(ol:75). Winning the mid-term elections will give many politicians and their supporters a partisan interest in launching the investigation. Here applies the aphorism: “The enemy of my enemy is my friend”.
 
2. Watergate-like generalized media investigation with national reach
 
10. The presentations and investigative team findings will outrage ever more people and can set off a Watergate-like(jur:4¶¶10-14) generalized media search for J. Sotomayor’s concealed assets(100§§3-4); and for a Judiciary-NSA link or an NSA-like abuse of IT resources(ol:19§D). Journalists covering the presentations can join the investigation in quest for a Pulitzer Prize, their portrayal in a blockbuster movie, and a name for themselves as those who caused a president or a justice to resign or be impeached(ol:3§6). Their editors can be motivated by increasing revenue from selling more advertisement addressed to a growing readership and viewership demanding ever more news on a scandal graver than current ones. Journalists can reach and outrage a NATIONAL public. Thus, they are indispensable for the presentations to have their full effect.
 
3. Official investigations by the authorities
 
11. An outraged national public can force Congress and the FBI to investigate officially the full extent of the judges’ wrongdoing and of the connivance between politicians(jur:77§§5-6) and the Federal Judiciary. The official investigators can exercise subpoena, search and seizure, contempt, and penal power. Hence, they can make even more outrageous findings of wrongdoing by federal judges and others doing wrong in coordination with them[169]. Those findings will cause the national public to demand of politicians that they undertake judicial reform(158§§6-8), lest they be voted out of, or not into, office. There is precedent for this: The power of the Tea Party to force politicians to support its agenda or risk having their political careers terminated.
 
4. The pioneering of a field fostered by an academic and business venture
 
12. The novel news and publishing field of judicial unaccountability reporting(122§§2-3) and reform advocacy will be pioneered at the presentations. It can be fostered through a multidisciplinary academic and business venture(119§1). Its members are likely to emerge from the audiences and be motivated by rendering service in the public interest and capitalizing on a business opportunity.
 
5. Creation of an institute and advocacy of judicial reform
 
13. The creation of the Institute of Judicial Unaccountability Reporting and Reform Advocacy (130§5) should be the mature and permanent form of the venture. It will advocate judicial reform based on the principles of accountability, transparency, discipline, and liability(ol:65§D). To be effective, it must include the public filing of complaints against judges, and the establishment of citizen boards of judicial accountability and discipline authorized to investigate them with subpoena, search and seizure, and contempt power, hold public hearings, and discipline judges, including by holding them liable to compensate the victims of their wrongdoing(160§8).
 
14. Emboldened by public outrage at the Federal Judiciary’s wrongdoing and demands for its reform, journalists will overcome the fear of retaliation and will investigate state judges too.
 
D. Working together to become We the People’s Champions of Justice
 
15. The task now is to make the necessary contacts to produce(Lsch:12§C) the presentations. They will start this chain of events(ol:29) that can set off unprecedented, historic investigations and reform of the federal and state judiciaries. Those who courageously fight to protect the birthright of all Americans, to wit, ‘government, not of men, but by the rule of law’[6], and enhance its benefits, such as freedom from abuse of power, secrecy, and arbitrariness, and effective enjoyment of Equal Justice Under Law, can be recognized by a grateful nation as its Champions of Justice.

I have a question or two. I have tried hard to find out any information. But there is nothing in MSM, only conspiracy sites. I did manage to find out that HSBC were taken to court over price fixing on Silver. As they have been buying up tons of it. But were recently found not guilty. If this is true, this adds some credence to precious metals backed currency.

Secret Service agents reportedly told to protect home of former director's assistant

Members of a top Secret Service unit responsible for patrolling the perimeter of the White House were reportedly pulled off their posts for several weeks in the summer of 2011 and ordered to protect the home of the assistant to the agency's then-director. 

The Washington Post, citing three people familiar with the operation, reported late Saturday that the agents were sent to a rural area outside La Plata, Md. in what was known as Operation Moonlight. The paper said that agents were told that they were there because then-Secret Service director Mark Sullivan was concerned that his assistant, Lisa Chopey, was being harassed by her neighbor after an altercation. 

Operation Moonlight consisted of sending two agents from the so-called Prowler surveillance team to monitor Chopey's home in the morning and evening. The paper reported that the trips began on June 30 of that year and continued through July before slowly tapering off in August. 

In addition to their work patrolling the mansion, members of the Prowler team also monitor the southern side of the executive mansion whenever crowds gather to watch the president and first family travel via motorcade or helicopter.

Agents inside the Washington field office were concerned that the diversion of agents increased security risks to the compound and the president, two people familiar with the discussion told the newspaper. A spokesman for the agency told the Post that the agents involved were not part of the president's protective detail and therefore the operation had no impact on it.

Sullivan left the Secret Service in 2013 nearly a year after a scandal involving members of the presidential protection team hiring prostitutes ahead of a trip by President Barack Obama to Colombia in 2012. In a statement to the Post, Sullivan said a supervisor in his office authorized the visits to the assistant's home without his knowledge, that they lasted only a few days and that they were appropriate given the report of threats to an employee.

Two agents put on Operation Moonlight thought the reassignment was a potentially illegal use of government resources and were concerned enough about their own liability that they kept records of their involvement and their superiors' instructions, the Post reported. Some informed the inspector general for the Homeland Security Department about the operation, the newspaper said.

White House spokesman Jay Carney said the White House was not aware of the allegations involving the president's protection and referred questions to the Secret Service, according to the Post.

Secret Service spokesman Ed Donovan confirmed to the paper that agents were pulled off their White House duty to check on the safety of the director's assistant. However, he disputed accounts that Operation Moonlight lasted for months, saying agency records indicated that the assignment took place for only a few days over the Fourth of July weekend.

Donovan said the operation was part of the agency's standard response to potential threats to an employee.

UNITED States of America   -   It can now be reported that senior United States Military Flag Officers have provided 'smoking gun' evidence aka intercepted wiretaps to U.S. Justice Department officials and a New York Federal Grand Jury dealing with widespread out-of-control Israeli espionage against the American People, including evidence dealing with massive illegal espionage versus former Vice President, now year 2000 duly elected President Albert Gore Jr. that began in 1993 and continues to this day.

The 1993 time frame is significant since in early 1993 then Vice President Albert Gore, along with French President Francois Mitterrand, then Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin and former FBI Director William Sessions, issued U.S. arrest warrants and European Red Notices, to have U.S. fugitive, tax cheat and commodities trader Marc Rich (Rich was a major trader at Glencore Commodities) on money laundry charges and theft of U.S. Treasury funds tied to a Hillary Clinton-Benjamin Netanyahu-daddy Bush (George Herbert Walker Bush) administered account at the Union Bank of Switzerland known as "The Children's Defense Fund".

It is important to remember that White House Counsel Vince Foster (the "Rabbi") had turned FBI informant and was working with then Ambassador Leo Wanta to assist the aforementioned parties to have Rich arrested.

Rich was eventually tipped off by the Clintons to avoid arrest and Foster was later assassinated by an Israeli Mossad assassination team that disguised themselves as security detail tied to the Saudi Embassy in Washington, D.C.

Foster's body was eventually dumped in Fort Marcy Park.

Ambassador Emil Leo Wanta was later falsely arrested in Switzerland on bogus state of Wisconsin income tax charges and detained in a Swiss dungeon. 

Then in November of 1995, Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin was assassinated by a team of Israeli Defense Force (IDF) right before Rabin was about to call for a criminal investigation of opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu.

In fact, Hillary, who in this time period used then White House political adviser now ABC journalist George Stephanopoulos as liaison to Kenneth Starr, had Stephanopoulos tell Starr to focus his inquiry completely on "sex".

Starr, who was using Paula Jones in a perjury trap versus Clinton, then hired Israeli Mossad asset Monica Lewinsky to infiltrate the Clinton White House (Lewinsky's parents both worked in Nicaragua in giving medical assistance to Iran Contra rebels) and seduce Clinton as to continue the over all blackmail operation, the goal of which was to eventually destroy then Vice President Albert Gore Jr. political career and to clear the field for George W. Bush's year 2000 presidential candidacy.

Starr and Hillary also worked directly with then Washington Post journalist now editor Bob Woodward, along with then Assistant U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, in an attempt to frame Gore for alleged campaign phone call solicitations allegedly made from the wrong room in the White House.  This did not work.

In the summer of 1998, after the Bush-Clinton Crime Family Syndicate's ordered assassination of John F. Kennedy Jr., there was also an attempt to vector Vice President Al Gore's Air Force Two over Chicago's O'Hare airport.

Clearly the Bush-Clinton Crime Family Syndicate wanted to clear the field for Hillary's 2000 senatorial campaign in New York and George W. BushFRAUD's 2000 presidential candidacy.

The frame up versus Gore and even the tapping of then Vice President Gore's fax machine was ordered when FBI Director Freeh discovered that then Vice President Albert Gore Jr. was in possession of the incriminating Bush-Clinton-America Global China-Deal Room documents.

Note:  Starr, himself, was under investigation at the time by elements of the FBI still loyal to the late FBI Director William Sessions (who was fired by Clinton) on charges of Obstruction of Justice in regards to the Bush-Clinton criminal activity surrounding Mena, Arkansas.
