Were ANY of the 69B ounces of
paper silver traded on the COMEX in 2013 legally settled in 3 days as required
by securities law? Were the interests properly transferred, monies exchanged
and the buyers rightfully acknowledged as the new owner of the underlying
security? Where is the signed documentation? Where is the PROOF of title
transfer for each and every transaction?

The ugly truth of the matter
is that if these documents ever did exist they were last seen on October 29,
2012 in 50 feet of water in the basement of the DTCC vault at 55 Water Street
in New York! Hurricane Sandy flooded the vault of the DTCC where virtually all
of the COMEX trade documentation was being held in the care of none other than
Michael Dunn (Yep...the same "Mr. Magoo" CFTC Commissioner who ran
the blockade on Silver Position Limits!).
"After 2008, DTCC was
selected in several industry competitions held by the GFMA and ISDA to provide
global trade repository services for OTC derivatives in multiple asset classes.
Four of those asset classes, credit derivatives, equity derivatives, interest
rate derivatives and commodity derivatives, are already fully or partially
operational."
As Hurricane Sandy came
roaring through New York on October 29th I guess Micheal Dunn was the last to
leave the vault because they left the door open submerging $36T+ of paper
securities under water for weeks. If that wasn't enough it took them a month to
pump the water out and, just for good measure, a freak basement fire broke out
while they were pumping out the vault!!
Coincidence? Conspiracy

Russia
is to deny the US future use of the International Space Station beyond 2020 and
will also bar its rocket engines from launching US military satellites as it
hits back at American sanctions imposed over Ukraine crisis.
Russia’s
deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin announced a series of punitive measures on
Tuesday against the US in response to sanctions imposed after Russia annexed
Crimea.
The two
countries have long cooperated closely on space exploration despite their
clashes in foreign policy.
The Space
Station is manned by both American and Russian crew, but the only way to reach
it is by using Russia’s Soyuz spacecraft.
The US
is keen to keep the $100 billion (£600) ISS flying until at least 2024, four
years beyond its original target.

At a
time when Moscow is struggling to reform its accident-plagued space programme,
Mr Rogozin said US plans to deny export licences for some high-technology items
were a blow to Russian industry. “These sanctions are out of place and
inappropriate,” Mr Rogozin said. “We have enough of our own problems.”
Moscow’s
response would affect NK-33 and RD-180 engines which Russia supplies to the US,
Mr Rogozin said. “We are ready to deliver these engines but on one condition
that they will not be used to launch military satellites,” he said.
RD-180
engines are used to boost Atlas 5 rockets manufactured by United Launch
Alliance, a partnership of Lockheed Martin and Boeing that holds a virtual
monopoly on launching U.S. military satellites.
Mr
Rogozin said Moscow was planning "strategic changes" in its space
industry after 2020 and aims to use money and "intellectual
resources" that now go to the space station for a "a project with
more prospects".
He
suggested Russia could use the station without the United States, saying:
"The Russian segment can exist independently from the American one. The
U.S. one cannot."
The US
space agency NASA is working with companies to develop space taxis with the
goal of restoring US transport to the station by 2017, but the United States
currently pays Russia more than $60 million per person to fly its astronauts
up.
Mr
Rogozin said Russia will suspend the operation of 11 GPS sites on its territory
from June and seek talks with Washington on opening similar sites in the United
States for Russia's own satellite navigation system, Glonass.
He
threatened the permanent closure of the GPS sites in Russia if that is not
agreed by September.
He said
the suspension of the sites would not affect everyday operations of the GPS
system in Russia, where it is used by millions of Russians for navigation on
their smartphones and in their cars.
The
upheaval in Ukraine - where the United States says Russia is backing
separatists and the Kremlin accuses Washington of helping protesters to topple
a Moscow-friendly president in February, has led to the worst East-West crisis
since the 1991 collapse of the Soviet Union.
In
addition to the hi-tech sector sanctions, the US has imposed visa bans and
assets freezes on officials and lawmakers and targeted companies with links to
President Vladimir Putin. The European Union has also imposed sanctions.
The
Russian Foreign Ministry said earlier on Tuesday that the latest EU measures
were an "exhausted, trite approach" that would only deepen discord
and hamper efforts to defuse the crisis in Ukraine.

links represent the “vertical chain”. W. C. Whitney (’63), who married Flora Payne (of the Standard Oil Payne dynasty), was Secretary of the Navy. His attorney was a man named Elihu Root. Root hired Henry Stimson (’88), out of law school. Stimson took over from Root as Secretary of War in 1911, appointed by fellow Bonesman William Howard Taft. Stimson later became Coolidge’s Governor-General of the Philippine Islands, Hoover’s Secretary of State, and Secretary of War during the Roosevelt and Truman administrations.
Hollister Bundy (’09) was Stimson’s special assistant and point man in the Pentagon for the Manhattan Project. His two sons, also members of Skull and Bones, were William Bundy (’39) and McGeorge Bundy (’40) — both very active in governmental and foundation affairs.

Michelle Obama used the US
president’s weekly address yesterday to justify US military
entering Nigeria (history/context here), pretending that her husband
and she care about 276 Nigerian girls claimed to be kidnapped.
This is psychopathic pretense because the US
reneges on every promise to end poverty that would save one million children
from gruesomely slow and painful deaths every month (~20 – 30,000 daily). I
witnessed both parties’ “leaderships” only and always lie and dishonor their
promises to end poverty as a lobbyist with RESULTS over two World Summits
with heads of state.
Since 9/11, US reneged promises to end poverty have killed over
100 million children, twice the
number of children enrolled in pre-kindergarten to 12th grade in the US.
Since the 1%’s reneged promises from just 1998, the total deaths
from preventable poverty is conservatively greater than from all wars,
revolutions, murders, accidents, and suicides in the 20th and 21st
centuries.
Since the 1990 World Summit
for Children where the promise to end poverty was (again) sincerely
pledged, total deaths from poverty eclipse all the above categories of death in
all known human history.*
In addition, last September US “leadership” shed crocodile tears
over 426 dead Syrian children, while all
evidence shows they were murdered by US terrorist minions to justify US
military attack on Syria.
The leverage point to remove the 1% is for those of us
among the 99% with arrest authority to
exercise it for “emperor has no clothes” obvious ongoing War Crimes
and murders of US soldiers who were lied-into criminal wars.
The 2014 Worldwide
Wave of Action (and here) began on the April 4
anniversary of Martin King’s
assassination by the US government (civil court trial
verdict), with this operation completing ~July 4 (Martin’ 2-minute plea to you). Its purpose:

1% oligarchs in the US and elsewhere as OBVIOUS criminals centering

in ~100 other crucial areas).

15 years of poverty deaths totaling 225 million and 23 years at 400 million
(poverty deaths have decreased over the past 20 years) compared to the
estimates of 160 million war deaths from Scaruffi, P., Wars and
Casualties of the 20th and 21st Centuries, and 230 million from Leitenberg, M, Deaths in Wars
and Conflicts in the 20th Century, (along with the relatively smaller numbers
for murders, accidents, and suicides). Total global deaths in recorded history
is probably a safe estimate given a global population of ~1.6 billion in 1900.
My assignment for high school students on ending poverty with all of the
documentation: The Economics
of Ending Poverty. Despite the investment to save a million children’s lives each month from preventable poverty being just
0.7% of our gross national income, despite that every historical case of ending
poverty reduces population growth rates, and despite US promises to make that investment at
global summits, the 1% “leadership” in government and corporate media renege and ignore all promises to end
this crushing torture, these excruciating and prolonged deaths of children.
