World Zionists have worked hard to create a sinister Racial Delusion in Khazarian Judaic Converts to foster the attack, asset stripping, tyrannizing, capture, and eventual mass eradication of the real ancient Abrahamic bloodlines which actually have scattered, disseminated and diffused over most of Planet Earth. Unbeknownst to most, there has been a Secret War being waged against “American Goyim” by a grotesquely evil, Cosmic Alien Force centuries old and known only to top insiders as the Dracos or the “Great Serpents of Old” or the “Fallen Ones”. These Dracos are reported by some to be Shape-Shifting Inter-dimensional “Fallen Angels” or “Cosmic Parasites” which are negative-energy vampires, exceedingly evil beyond what most can imagine and duplicitous beyond normal human reason. They are experts at convincing the public that black is white, and white is black, good is evil, and evil is good. And the worst part is that they have apparently gained control of the most of the earth’s riches by hijacking most of the Monetary Production and Distribution Systems under the luciferian power of the Draco ancient Babylonian Money-Magick or applied Black-Magic Arts. Their specialty is manufacturing and distributing mass Mind-kontrol culture by Hollywood and Television which conditions humans to enjoy behaving in self-destructive ways that also destroy their families, sex roles, religion and nations. They are believed to be parasites that feed off of the negative energy of great pain and long term suffering of humans. These Dracos are reputed to be able to induce this massive human suffering and fast-kill and slow-kill death in many different varieties. They do this by the use of ultra-high tech Mass Mind-kontrol, Psi-power, administration of Black-Magick spells, induced manufactured long term illness through aerosol spraying, pollution, contaminated or poisonous vaccines, fluoride in the water, aspartame and other bio-chemical and chemical means designed to slow-kill humans by the masses. The short term goal of the Dracos has always been to create as much human suffering and painful mass death as possible. These methods are also used to create the massive suffering and early death which provide the negative energy these Cosmic Vampires the Dracos need to thrive. The more negative energy they get from suffering and dying humans and animals, the more energy and power they receive to further their anti-human agenda of suffering, death and total destruction of all who they identify as “Goyim” and eventually all humans even their own Cutouts and kingpins. These “creatures of the night” are alleged to receive optimal “psychic feeding by negative energy” by the generation of the highest levels of painful death possible, with the best means artificially induced by war, mass-murder, or murder with those dying violent and exceedingly painful deaths. Yes, for at least the last 4,000 years there appears to have been an Evil Alien Agenda being unleashed on Planet Earth by a Cosmic Parasite known to top insiders as the Dracos, and this alien entity feeds off of human suffering and painful human death. If you doubt the high level control now exercised by these alien Cosmic parasites, just take a look upward and anyone can easily see large jet aircraft often spraying chem-trails in a criss-crossing pattern over America. Who has the power to make sure extreme neuro-toxins like Mercury and squalene are in vaccinations given to infants in absurdly high quantities, or IQ lowering levels of toxic Fluoride in the water and food which is nothing less than discarded toxic waste from the nuclear, sheet rock and aluminum industries? Who has the power to induce the SSG to deploy such a major soft-kill and “dumbing-down” operations which impacts the whole earth? When you figure this out what these chem-trails are comprised of and how harmful it is to humans, and what criminal cabal is doing this under whose power and instructions, then you are at least half way there. Chemtrails are believed to be multi-purpose. They are apparently part of an advanced deep-black nano-particle based UFO detection system and also designed to create “faux dementia” type symptoms in humans, symptoms such as “senior moments of short memory lapse” from nowhere, cognitive slips, time warps and strange moments of confusion that never occurred before, even occurring in young adults. It’s not uncommon these days to see young adults wandering around in a store parking lot looking for their car because it just slipped their mind where they parked it some minutes earlier. These symptoms are due to the neuro-toxic effects of nano particles of barium, aluminum and other quite toxic substances including strange human cell products which are inhaled, enter the blood through the lungs and then cross the blood brain barrier due to their small size. It has been alleged that once in the brain some of these metallic substances align with iron particles and can be flashed remotely by high tech psychotronics to entrain certain desired attitudes and serve to dumb-down or tranquilize. One of the keys to understanding the range of power exercised by the Dracos over American Society is to realize the strangle-hold of control exercised over the Major mass media for the last 50 years. In the United States today a group calling itself Operation American Spring has called for tens-of-millions of Americans to descend upon Washington D.C. to accomplish a mission they describe as: “Restoration of Constitutional government, rule of law, freedom, liberty "of the people, by the people, for the people" from despotic and tyrannical federal leadership.”

As recent history has proved though, other such calls for the American people to rally against their oligarchic masters in defense of their now near extinct freedoms have gone largely unheeded, for example: In October, 2013, “10,000” truckers were reportedly on their way to literally clog the Beltway and shut down traffic in protest of Washington politics. In reality, about 30 truckers showed up.

This latest “call to arms” for Americans to defend themselves (and as all other such examples before them) is also being loudly disparaged by the Obama regime supported mainstream media, such as MSNBC liberal commentator Rachel Maddow who mockingly refers to this Operation American Spring protest action as “a big nutball day.”

Not being reported on by Maddow and other Obama regime supporters, however (no matter how much time and effort they expend in demonizing their opponents) is that these“small” efforts attempting to organize the American people are literally just the “tip of the iceberg.”

And NO ONE knows this better then these “media elites” and the Obama-linked oligarchs they support…and made especially urgent this year when signs like this started to appear in New York City warning these “to big to prosecute” money masters that their time is nearly up:

And while these Obama regime oligarchs and their mainstream media lap dog supporters continue to create the illusion that all is OK, the stark reality is that they ALL KNOW war is coming…indeed is almost here!

On “their” side, thanks to the Obama regime, they have obtained over 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition (enough to sustain a hot war for 20+ years), have begun training US Marines and US Army soldiers in how to take over and destroy American towns and cities, have created a Department of Defense training manual listing supporters of“individual liberties” and “states’ rights” as likely “extremists” from “hate groups”, have militarized all US police forces and armed them with the weapons and tactics war, have begun heavily arming all federal agencies with even the US Department of Agriculture putting in an order this week for sub machine guns, and thanks to a perverse $2 million purchase by the Department of Homeland Security have begun providing new shooting targets for these forces depicting senior citizens, pregnant women…even children as legitimate human beings to shoot and kill!

On the American peoples side, however, is an armed civilian populace possessing an estimated 270-310 million firearms (both legal and illegal), around 33 million military veteransand nearly 15 million hunters who know how to use them, and enough off road vehicles, generators, stored food…you name it…to not only create, but sustain the largest guerilla fighting force the world has ever known.

With the Obama-linked oligarchs forces (US military/federal forces/local police) totaling barely 3 million, as opposed to the American people who could immediately field one of the largest armies ever seen in human history in the tens-of-millions…the question then has to be asked…HOW ARE SO FEW ABLE TO CONTROL SO MANY? 

The answers are simple…ORGANIZATION-MISSION-INTELLIGENCE.

The whole shooting match is about to enter into a shout-down. And the goods are coming through and the guns are loaded and the powder has been kept dry and the needs of the people are well known.

We are at the finish line about as close as one can get -- it takes time to move the rest of the chess pieces around.

What is new is that many of the cracks in the system have been filled in and the doors that were ajar are now closing and the need for transparency is growing plus the need for truth is manifesting new modes for gaining that input.  1. Government officials are known to intentionally stall the rollout of revalued international exchange rates of currencies to the general public and the global financial exchanges.

 This practice was exposed earlier in 2013 and 2014 and has been known by these officials who control the process. No effort has been made on the part of any of these known government agencies to correct it.

We only now find that this process is being greatly hampered by political and personal gain with manipulation by government officials in the USA who control the process of finally reinstating their currency to its true value.

officials and associates are conducting private exchanges of currencies using speculative rates not yet published on the open public exchanges.


 3. Very large bank loans are being administered using foreign currency as collateral. The values of these currencies are unpublished, speculative rates not yet officially on currency exchanges.

 Illegal banking practices allowed by the Department of the United States Treasury by activating the rates of these unpublished currencies so as to allow bankers access to these rates to benefit selected clients, at selected locations for selected periods of time. These activated rates were not yet published
rates on the international exchanges.

This new timeline once again is another stalling tactic.
While the rest of the world sits and waits in dire need of these revalue currencies these fat cats sit and feast on this backside making billions each time this process is stalled.

They find any justification to legally extend out the timeline. They did not honor past renegotiated timelines and will not honor this new timeline either as usual and will continue to stall the process indefinitely.

This is of course all very ridiculous and just a scam being perpetrated not just on the American people but on the rest the world .It is not supported by the IMF and one could list out hundreds of laws being broken both national and international

Summary

There is a global economic disaster glooming on the horizon if nothing is done.

It is time for the people (you and me) to take action to expose this openly to the rest of the world since this is now the only course of action that may have any results. We do not see any honorable politicians or members of the government sticking their necks out to make waves in this situation.

SO, WHAT ELSE IS NEW. EVERY TIME THERE IS A DELAY, THEY MAKE BILLIONS AS THE GOAT SAYS. Here is some possible wording you can use in your complaint-

I/we come to you today as a last resort. As US citizens and global community members I/we respectfully request you to begin an investigation to rectify known global currency manipulation practices.
These practices have recently been brought to our attention.

Here are the points of the contention to our grievance:

1. Government officials are known to intentionally stall the rollout of revalued international exchange rates of currencies to the general public and the global financial exchanges.

This practice was exposed earlier in 2013 and 2014 and has been known by these officials who control the process. No effort has been made on the part of any of these known government agencies to correct it.

Exaggerated and fabricated issues as justification are adversely affecting the process of rolling out these currencies to the global money exchanges and thus general public.

One of these currencies is the Iraq IQD. We are appalled at the fact that we lost 4,000+ of our soldiers plus over 150,000+ casualties to fight this war and to free the people of Iraq from a dictatorship.

We are told we want to rebuild that nation with a strong, democratic capitalistic society. We only now find that this process is being greatly hampered by political and personal gain with manipulation by government officials in the USA who control the process of finally reinstating their currency to its true value.

2. Government
officials and associates are conducting private exchanges of currencies using speculative rates not yet published on the open public exchanges.


3. Very large bank loans are being administered using foreign currency as collateral. The values of these currencies are unpublished, speculative rates not yet officially on currency exchanges.

Illegal banking practices allowed by the Department of the United States Treasury by activating the rates of these unpublished currencies so as to allow bankers access to these rates to benefit selected clients, at selected locations for selected periods of time. These activated rates were not yet published
rates on the international exchanges.

Completed files from the investigations will also be released.

The Origin of U.S. Currencies and Bonds and Brief History

1. 1776:
Independency Day of United States of America (U.S.A.)

2. 1786
(Case No: 303)
Ching Dynasty made a loan to USA as the capital of "Country Development Foundation" (or Chien Kuo Foundation). The following organizations were founded for this provision:

Dragon and Phoenix
Butterfly
Plum
Others

The contract was signed in 1907 (Kuang-Hsu Year 33, Ching Dynasty) in Shanghai and contract exchanged in Beijing. The face amount of the above collateral provided to the organizations is in total about 50 trillion USD divided equally between each organization with guaranteed values for 300 years.

A resolution from the meetings between US and ROC decided to distribute / keep the gold and silver to 537 generals with official documents. ROC retreated to Taiwan. Since 1871 the United States president and the United States Congress has been playing politics under a different set of rules and policies. The American people do not know that there are two Constitutions in the United States. The first penned by the leaders of the newly independent states of the United States in 1776. On July 4, 1776, the people claimed their independence from Britain and Democracy was born. And for 95 years the United States people were free and independent. That freedom ended in 1871 when the original “Constitution for the united states for America” was changed to the “THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA”.
