With the mass exodus of gold and silver "traders" from the London Fix naturally people are of course wondering about the ramifications of ENDING the "Silver Fix" in August and most likely the Gold Fix soon after.

 

Right? You are wondering about that Right? It keeps you up at night Right?

 

Well, if you aren't you SHOULD BE. I guarantee you that Jeffrey Christian is up all night...every night worrying about what's going to happen. You see, the Gold and Silver Fix are more than just numbers posted in the financial news outlets every day. They are "Benchmark Numbers" defined in every complicated gold and silver derivative contract written in the last 50 years! They are a main operating components of TRILLIONS of dollars worth of gold and silver derivatives. Many very, very complex derivatives created and promoted by the likes of Goldman Sachs starting in the 1980's by Robert Rubin and none other than Jeffrey Christian. They keep the gold and silver prices in check and they are a REQUIRED PART of the current un-backed fiat monetary system.

 

If those contracts die because they were poorly constructed legally...then the whole system dies.

 

And they were all contingent upon the "London Fix". That is/was the ONLY physical gold and silver proxy price around the world and that is what is defined in almost every gold and silver derivative contract written...including integrated into the massively complex and complicated monetary swap agreements. (And no they can't use the COMEX prices because those are point in time futures and options contracts...NOT a physical proxy.)

 

The death of the London Fix is leaving a gaping hole in the legal structure of gold and silver derivatives. So far, there have been no alternatives put forth....and even if there were what Counter Party in their right mind that is on the losing side of the derivative agreement would want to legally change the terms of their contract?

 

The situation is totally FUBAR and the criminals involved in the gold and silver rigging know it. That's why they are running for the hills!

RV has happened!

Lady on OMC said her relative who is a contractor in Iraq, and he returned home yesterday and he said, 'it's done...it'sover..everything has been signed, the RV has happened and he is home to stay'!!! (Heard it myself!!)
Another portion of Wei Ting's story above is,  the contractor relative told family (sometime earlier)  that when all was done, and when the RV happened....  he would home.   He just arrived home this past week-end.

Eating these special foods adds to our ability to respond optimally to our lives both physically and emotionally. All foods eaten should ideally be organic to avoid the effects of pesticides, chemicals and genetically modified organisms, or GMOs.

Proteins

Protein are high in amino acids, which are necessary for dopamine production. Include foods such as fish, eggs, chicken, turkey and red meat to supply your body with adequate amino acids. Fermented soy products such as tempeh and miso and other legumes are considered incomplete proteins; however, form complete proteins when eaten in combination with grains, becoming excellent sources for dopamine-related amino acids.

Vegetables

Raw almonds, sesame and pumpkin seeds make a great snack and help regulate dopamine levels. Almond butter or tahini, a paste made from sesame seeds, are excellent sources for the amino acids needed for dopamine production.

Wheat Germ

Wheat germ supplies the essential amino acid phenylalanine, that’s converted to tyrosine, which then stimulates additional dopamine release. Do not use wheat germ if you are gluten intolerant or allergic to wheat.

Herbs

Several common herbs are known for helping to regulate dopamine levels, according to Blessed Maine Herbs. These include nettles fenugreek, ginseng, milk thistle, red clover, and peppermint. They are best consumed as herbal teas.

US President Barack Obama is executing Britain’s policies in Latin America, an analyst tells Press TV, amid accusations of Washington’s interference in Venezuelan affairs.
Cynthia Rush told Press TV said the US’s meddlesome attitude “is a policy that is designed from the very top internationally, strategically coming directly from London.”
“Obama is of course merely a puppet of the British monarchy to destroy sovereign nation states and Venezuela,” she said, adding that Venezuela is not the only Latin American country facing US interference, but Argentina, Ecuador, and Brazil are also targeted by similar destabilizing policies.
“This is a deliberate British monarchy policy and it is designed to foment total chaos and disintegration and has absolutely nothing to do with whether Venezuela is democratic or not,” she said.
The analyst said the ongoing protests against the Venezuelan government are financed by such US agencies as National Endowment for Democracy (NED) and The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) under the cover of promoting democracy.
Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro said on Sunday that Caracas will file a complaint against Washington at the United Nations for attempting to topple his government.
Venezuela has witnessed protests against and in support of the administration of President Maduro since February.
The protests have lost momentum since April 7, when the government and opposition leaders held talks for the first time to end tensions.
The opposition blames the Maduro administration for the high crime rate and economic hardships, claiming that his policies have led to a shortage of essential goods and high inflation.

The Justice Department has filed criminal charges against members of the Chinese military, accusing them of conducting economic cyber-espionage against the United States, officials said.

Attorney General Eric Holder is expected to make the announcement at a news conference Monday. It is the first time the United States is taking legal action against a foreign country over cyber attacks.

“They used military and intelligence facilities to commit cyber espionage against US companies,” an official familiar with the case told NBC News.

The indictment follows vows by senior US officials to hold other nations accountable for stealing trade data from American industry.

Washington accuses the Chinese government and military of conducting computer-based attacks against the US, including efforts to steal information from federal agencies.

A year ago, several leading US newspapers, including TheNew York Times and The Wall Street Journal, reported that hackers traced to China penetrated their newsroom computer systems.

Beijing says the US government is hypocritical for accusing the Chinese government of cyber attacks, while itself being— as intelligence leaks have revealed—the most active perpetrator of cyber espionage against foreign countries, especially against China.

Documents revealed by American whistleblower Edward Snowden show the US National Security Agency (NSA) spied on former Chinese president Hu Jintao, the Chinese Trade Ministry as well as multiple Chinese banks and telecommunications companies.

A major target of the NSA, according to the documents, has been Huawei, the world’s second largest network equipment supplier.

Trapdoor: re: 13303 This certainly means they want to protect the DFI funds and believe they could be vulnerable after the 22nd without this protection. This could mean a lot of things.

Trapdoor:  Good: the Dinar will RV around or soon after this date and the sovereigns looking to sue Iraq for what they owe them will be able to use their dinar instead and not go after the DFI funds, creating confusion and litigation that could delay any roll out……Bad: Iraq is nowhere near ready to RV and have a lot of things to do to get this ready to release and they need the protection so as not to lose the funds.

Trapdoor:  The CBI has already stated that there will be no use of DFI funds to support or pay for government operation and that a budget needs to be passed before the GOI will have access to them. Tis budget must be able to be supported and funded completely separated from the influx of DFI funds.

Revectors: Trapdoor it's probably a good thing and it will continue to be signed yearly until OFAC is completely done with the Iraqi government.

Trapdoor:  I also believe they HAVE to RV in order to protect the DFI funds to move forward on the projects. Otherwise, there will be action taken by many countries to get repaid debts out of those funds. This is why 13303 was extended IMHO. A temporary shield while they get the rest in place On e they RV, those countries holding dinar will not need to go after the DFI funds. There are a lot of things at the snapping point worldwide. I can't see how they have held it off this long!

Mmujahid:   I believe this has no immediate effect on MR (Monetary Reform)   (IMO). Always remember the actions of Shabibi. He was going to implement currency reform and the DFI was still in effect. So regardless of what's happening the value of the dinar can change today. If not, Shabibi was crazy and Maliki is a hero for sacking him.

Politics -

Maliki is finished.  There are certain articles that continue to appear that he has a chance but even those are beginning to wain.  Numerically the odds are totally against him. 

The voting results will be either announced Monday or Tuesday.  They will be official.

 It is expected that the coalition will have a total of about 185-190 MP's from groups both within the NA combined with the Sunni's and Kurds. 

The SOL is expected to be about 90 and if it turns out that it is that high, it will only be because Maliki and the SOL stole 2 million ballots and 7 MP's from Diyala.

  It is rumored that the 2 million ballots he stole were passed out to  the military giving 2 million soldiers 2 ballots each With which to vote for Maliki. 

It is also reported that Maliki sent emissaries illegally to trade plots of Iraqi land for votes, and money in country and overseas to buy votes in Iraq and from Iraqi's all over the world.  He could not overcome the coalition even breaking the law. 

A very prominent business friend of Maliki's just closed all his accounts and fled to Jordan because he obviously wants to go now before arrest warrants are issued.  He was the recipient of many contracts issued by the Maliki government. 

There is also 14 arrest warrants that are being issued and most likely many more, and the borders and airports being closed or are closed to certain individuals restricting their ability to leave the country. 

I am sure there is a list that is being written.  IMO they will need many notebooks to hold everyone going down for theft, graft, extortion and murder.

The international courts have also becvome involved.  At the first sign of blood they will go after these guys designating them international criminals.  They are working up charges of genicide against some in the regime. 

We know this because an article slipped out telling us this, followed by an article asking to repress any news on this saying investigations are ongoing.

No warrants have been issued yet by the international court.  As of a couple of days ago the UN has put a full court press on Iraq to sign an international protocall that says they will give up any person charged by the international court.  The box is closing and the rope is being made.

  Although nothing has been written yet in the news I feel comfortable that the NA has agreed to Maliki's offer promising to pull his name for PM for a return promise not to prosecute the names of the people he submitted on his list. 

Both he and his son are on the list along with key members of DAWA and the SOL and certain military officers which I am quite sure have blindly followed Maliki committing atrocities. 

Everybody knows that Maliki will renig on that promise not to run if he can just find an opening. 

His word or signature means nothing to him. The SOL party is finally experiencing long time party members that are trying to join the coalition itself. 

They are going over to the winning team as I predicted.  I also predict once the vote is official, we will see the SOL diminish what little power it has left as their membership will quickly errode much further wanting to work with the coalition.  The SOL as a party will be marginalized.

MONEY

IMO the CBI's last word still stands, "sometime on or around mid-year they plan to delete the zeros or sooner if the government is settled before then.  

This is the first time Turki has ever publically made a statement that included a possible date.  We don't really understand his motivation for doing it but he did it. 

He has been a man who has shown a relutance to talk to the press other than have someone announce new changes at the CBI just before they occur.  He has made bold statements since January saying the CBI is independent and that they alone will decide the timing of this project.

We have found out through an article that the new new transition notes were designed and contracted sometime in 2013.  IMO now believe that the CBI thought that they were going to be delivered before the end of 2013 but something must have happened to delay their delevery. 

That also might account for the leak in late December that stated the CBI had confidentially proposed to to the EC and FC they were going to release the smalls and delete the zeros after the first of the year. 

This is speculation on my part but it would make sense that the CBI would halt the program until these notes, the 250, 500 and 1000 were ready to assist in the change. 

We also now know these bills have been being switched out wilth the old notes starting sometime in April.  For at least 4-5 weeks these bills have been being swapped. 

They have been trading new for old and if it is as I suspect the new are quickly going into circulation due mainly to the condition of the old notes.  Iraqi's are like you and me in that respect. 

If I have a badly ripped or torn note that vendors refuse to take, I will drop by my bank and swap it for a good one vendors will take.  There have been no articles stating any relutance to the acceptance of the new bills.

RATE

Again I will speculate some on the rate.  I will tell you what I know and give opinion on the rest.  I do know and those of you that were invested in 2009 will remember that in one November 2009 on a Thursday night, Forex's in Europe started to show the IQD at the same rate as the Euro $1.49. 

This event followed the rumors for weeks before saying that would be the rate.  I watched as many as 7 Forex's had come up showing $1.49 as the value on the dinar. 

This started about 7:30 or 8 o'clock and lasted until about 12:00 o'clock.  At that time the dinar started to return to it beginning value.  One by one the price was being changed back. 

The last one finally changed at 7 o'clock the next morning.  The point is this.  The rate was loaded at $1.49 and either the CBI had changed its mind and stopped it or Forex's realized they had jumped the gun without Iraq's permission. 

The rumor of a dollaqr $1.49 was real.  In the month that followed Shabibi cleaned out all the leaks imbedded in the CBI and everyone lost their contact shortly after that.  There has vitually been no one with a contact that knows anything since then.

I have been a large proponent through the years saying delete the zeros means an 86 cent dinar.  It is now my belief we may be looking at a price somewhat higher. 

I believe we could see a value from $1.00 to somewhere in the $1.50 range. 

I have no proof or any article to support this but here is my reasoning.

 In 2009 Iraq had loaded $1.49 (the rumor value) and at that time Iraq's currency reserves were less than 40 billion, oil was less than 1.5 million bpd, and there was much more dinar in circulation. 

As a side note the end of  2009 is when the US told Maliki that the Iranians were counterfeiting the dinar and selling it in Iraqi streets for good hard currency.  

But the rate was pre-loaded the loaded rate was $1.49.  Today Iraq has a run rate of over 3.5 million bpd, currency reserves of about 250 billion and much less currency in circulation. 

If they want to they can certainly support a higher rate.  In addition the rumor that I was included in makes more sense if the dinar is expected to come out a little higher than 86 cents for what supposedly I heard happened, to happen. 

We are less than 30 days from a new, democratic government to be seated and less than 45 days to July 1st.  There will be a non-sectarian government for the first time since the fall of Saddam if it comes as advertized. 

Kurdistan has been virtually shut down selling its oil until this month and it is expected they will quickly get to 400 thousand bpd if the political problems are resolved. 

Their target is to reach 11.5 million per day as soon as possible.  Iraq is anticipated to reach 9 million bpd by 2020, only 5.5 years from now. 

If they can resolve the HCL and this new government shows a willingness to do so, Iraq will be shipping oil through their new northern pipeline to Turkey and south to Basra through the Iraqi pipelines.  When the new government is seated there will most likely be a euphoric first month when Iraqi's are celebrating and in my opinion that would be a great time to initiate the project, around July 1st. ~  tlar

President Barack Obama took a shot at birthers during his speech at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner on Saturday.

Obama congratulated Meb Keflezighi for winning the Boston Marathon, noting that he was the first American to win the Boston Marathon in 31 years.

“It’s only fair since a Kenyan has been president for the last six,” Obama said.

Later in his speech, after giving Fox News a hard time, Obama said the network would be sorry to see him leave office.

“You’ll miss me when I’m gone,” Obama said. “It’ll be harder to convince the American people that Hillary was born in Kenya.”
