10 (11) things to be ready for the exchange process...

1. You will need to schedule an appointment with your bank to execute your "Currency Exchange". Dial one of the following 1-800 numbers associated with your bank of choice to schedule your appointment: NOT NEEDED WITH VNN DONG OR OTHER CURRENCIES, ONLY WITH THE IQN

Bank of America - 1-800-###-####

a. You will be asked to provide your name, your email address, and how much Dinar (IQN) you will be exchanging and an appointment at your banks nearest exchange center will be made for you. Additional information will be mailed to you. Make sure you have created a brand new emaill address to handle all your banking through (See "Personal Security" below).

b. Make sure you arrive at your appointment on time as there are an estimated 5 million private holders that will need to perform their exchanges too and the U.S. Treasury expects to have the majority of the exchanges completed within 7 days after the revaluation is announced. When exchanging, refer to your Dinar only as "IQN Iraqi Currency" (i.e. "Hello, my name is (your name) and I am here for my appointment to do my "Currency Exchange" of my "IQN Iraq Currency" for US Dollars, please."). If you are exchanging Vietnamese Dong, only refer to it as "VNN Vietnamese Currency". I do not think an appointment is needed to exchange Dong, but the recommendation is that you exchange both currencies at the same appointment.

2. Be prepared to sign a "Non-Disclosure Agreement" or an "NDA" that your currency exchange and the exchange rate you are given will be completely kept private and protected/hidden from public discussion of any kind for a period of up to 10 years. Details will be provided of the NDA and the signing there-of will be handled during your appointment. This is VERY SERIOUS! Failure to adhere to the restrictions of the NDA could result in a forfiture of all funds received, could result in felony charges and up to a 10 year prison sentence. Once you sign, mums the word. All specifics and ramifications will be explained at the time of signature.

3. During your exchange open up two new and separate "Non-interest bearing accounts" (NIB's). Do NOT put your exchange funds into your existing savings or checking accounts. These funds need to be kept seperate for taxing and accounting purposes. Also, if you are exchanging Vietnamese Dong, that currency exchange deposit should also be kept in its own separate accounts.

a. Split your funds and place 50% of your exchange in each account.

b. One of the accounts is to cover capital gains tax on currency exchanges, which could be as much as 50%. The other as your working account.

4. Immediately open two new NIB's and sweep your funds into those two new accounts. Close the original accounts. [ YOU CAN ALSO DO THIS AT THE TIME OF YOUR FOLLOW UP APPT.]

a. This will insure that there is no longer external reporting of your accounts/funds as banks do not report internal transfers within the bank itself. Only transfers between separate banks are reported, so this offers you a little bit of anonymity as your original accounts are closed.



5. From your working account you should be able to further diversify your funds into existing:
a. Checking
b. Savings
c. Expense accounts
d. Trusts
e. Money Market accounts
f. CDARS (for FDIC insurance on amounts over $100K-$250K)
g. Business accounts
f. Foundations
g. Hard currency/assets (Gold/Silver)
g. Other monetary instruments

6. If you are exchanging 25,000 dinar or less, a scheduled appointment may not be needed. When calling the 1-800#, the call center representative will most likely give you the location of the nearest exchange center. You may be able to do a "walk in" exchange with no scheduled appointment if you are exchanging less than 25,000 IQN. Follow any instructions provided by the call center representative. NOTE: If you do not have IQN you DO NOT use the 800# and can walk up to a teller to exchange ... with a lot of currency you may prefer to make an appointment with a wealth manager for privacy

7. Cash Withdraws at time of exchange are limited to $10,000. Some banks may not be able to handle more than $5,000 cash due to limited cash supply in the vault.

8. DO NOT attempt to wire more than $500K from your account to another bank or financial institution as this will trigger a "FLAG" event that might result in an investigation or the "Freezing" of your accounts.

9. PAY YOUR TAXES!!!! Both Federal and State Taxes if applicable. If you live in a state with income tax, contact your tax preparer to have your state income tax estimated. You will want to pay your estimated state income tax before 12/31 to help reduce your federal tax liability. Higher a CPA or Tax Attorney to assist. Can't stress this enough.

10. Don't make any major financial decisions or purchases for 30-90 days min. Give things time to sink in and do some planning before doing anything major.

11. Things to keep in mind:
a. Be calm and collected when exchanging. It is ok to ask questions.
b. Do not try to negotiate a higher exchange rate.
c. Be aware of "Sweep Fees" and "Exchange Spread fees" and how they will impact your exchange. Google them. Some, most or even all of them can (up to fees levied by the U.S. Treasury) be waived by the branch manager depending on how much currency you are exchanging and depositing in the bank.
d. Personal Security is paramount. Create a brand new online identity complete with a shiney new and secure email address (http://www,hushmail.com offers a very good service) and a new tablet or laptop that you will only use for your personal banking needs and activities. Think about a new and seperate cell phone with which you only use for business.
e. Contact a private banker, a wealth manager, and a really good CPA or Tax Attorny. I highly encourage everyone to sign up for Legal Shield (www.legalshield.com/)
f. Pay it forward. Do something kind to help others or reach out to your community to help with projects or educational initiatives. Donate to your favorite charity. Tithe to your church. Set up a foundation. Do something positive.

"Brief Update and What I am Hearing about RV"

Hi Everyone, Today I come to you to give you a brief update on the news I am hearing about the Iraq dinar revaluation process. I have tried to tie some of the other global events to the revaluation process and the reasons for the constant stalling of the final rollout by the USA. They are all related. Nothing happens in the world by coincidence. I believe that by putting  the pieces of the puzzle together we can truly begin to understand what  is really going on. Today’s News   A ticker tape on FOX news ran across the television screens yesterday morning telling the world that the new government of Iraq was formed. We have been told that on Sunday 5/18 or Monday 5/19 Iraq will release the results of the elections. This is very good news since this date was moved up from 5/25. Today is Tuesday 5/20 yet there is very little formal news coming out of Iraq on this topic. They are still talking about preliminary results. So there is confusion and I hope to clarify some of it. There are some intel providers that have recently said Maliki has been renewed for a third term. I think this is premature and I think there is some confusion in the message from Iraq. Maliki was not actually selected for a third term but asked that if he could revalue their currency and do it in the next 14 days they (his party) would strongly consider him as a candidate for the prime minister once again. Just last week his party announced that they would not  support him as the their candidate. So why the change of heart? He would almost have to do something as drastic as this to be considered since he has done almost  nothing over the last 4 years of any real value for the people of Iraq. Even if he does pull off the RV will they actually still consider him? We have heard that on 4/26 Maliki did reinstate the currency. So where is the new rate? We are now hearing, as I have told you weeks ago, that they will not reinstate the currency but will go for a full revaluation and stick to the original plan of the GCR [Global Currency Reset], . The fact  that Maliki did not get his way with the reinstatement tells us much. It tells us that he is desperately trying to hold to some form of  legitimacy to substantiate his support for a third term. The fact that he did this move and was not successful also tells us the USA no longer supports him and does not want him for a third term. So I am telling you now that if we do not see the revaluation in the next 14 days we can be assured Maliki is gone and will not be the next prime minister of Iraq. There are a few other items too that need clarification. These items include the ongoing  conflicts we are witnessing. So what really are the basis for these conflicts? There are three main points to consider – energy, who used to control the energy and how to get it to market First remember this what families have controlled energy for so long in the world and how they made their fortune. Do you know who these families are? They are the same families who own the Central Banks and Federal Reserve. They make USA monetary policy. Let us look at three crisis that are happened – Egypt, Afghanistan, Syria and Ukraine In each of these crisis it is always the same old scenarios played out over and over again. Have you noticed? Let me tell you about the process of these scenarios. There is a step by step process to this madness of war. Countries the USA has gotten along with for centuries all of a sudden are enemies. Why? This is how they do it. First step is to create civil war, create a humanitarian reason to fight. Essentially create the cause out of thin air. Next the CIA backs it up with evidence (some false, some created) as the CIA then goes into the country and creates conflict by instilling rioting crowds or insurrection in the population.  There must be a part that is true so they create it. Then they blast it all over the news media so everyone believes that someone or some entity is so bad and must be dealt with. So now let us look at the four latest countries that they have done this to and why. Egypt Create crisis in Egypt making  Mubarak a dictator, then bring in the insurgents (freedom fighters), they attack the old regimens, fight to overthrow it. The USA then places in someone who is willing to follow USA policy in the region Mohamed Morsi and he goes sour so they substitute Adly Mansour for Morsi hoping now he will favor USA policy. Why?  Russia needed to go through Egypt  in order to build an oil pipeline in order to ship the oil from Afirca to Europe via the Mediterranean Sea . Afghanistan Create the 911 terrorist attack, then bring in the insurgents (freedom fighters), then attack Afghanistan. Why?   They needed to complete the gas pipeline from Russian to Syria. Another link through neighboring countries. Syria Create crisis in Syria making Assad a dictator (comparison to Saddam Hussein) then bring in the insurgents (freedom fighters) , then attack Syria (only WWIII would have started with Russia and it was negotiated) What did they negotiate? They negotiated the contracts on the oil credits we have been hearing about. This was done with China who was buying the gas from Russia. They had to pay for the oil in gold. Why?  They needed to go through Syria in order to build the pipeline to ship the gas to Europe via the Mediterranean Sea . Ukraine Once again create a crisis in Crimea making  the former president a dictator then bring in a new president (pro USA). Test the waters with Russia. Russia did not like this move since this new president did not support the (you guessed it) the new oil and gas pipelines through Crimea to load the gas for shipping to China from the Black Sea. The Russians moved in troops to fix the situation and so the CIA has called in the insurgents (freedom fighters once again to riot and fight the Russians. So what was so bad about what the Russians were doing in the Crimea, Ukraine? Why?  The Russians made deals to sell the gas to China and to use the Vietnam Dong, Korean Wong and Chinese Yaun to pay for it. If you wanted oil from Russia you will have to convert your currency to Russian ruble or pay with one of these other three currencies. The Russians made deals with the Ukraine to sell them cheap natural gas in exchange for the rights for the pipeline. Now that this deal is not being honored we are hearing about very expensive costs of gas from Russia to Ukraine this past winter and now. Summary So who is the blame for all these crisis? Where all these crisis really about humanitarian reasons? Where civilians really being mistreated? Can we all see the misinformation by the CIA and progression of steps they take to implement US policy?  What is the common element in all these crisis? So now that we know of  these 4 global events did not just happen and we know why they are exploding (or have exploded ) to the proportions we are now witnessing, how does this relate to the revaluation process of the many global currencies we are waiting for? I am explaining these issues to you since these are the keys to the stalling of the global currency reset by the USA. Many of us keep asking why the stalling. I am trying to tell you. Are you listening? The USA holds the final steps of the process of the international rollout to the exchanges and banks as hostage. The USA is attempting to put pressure on China and Russia to dictate global monetary policy. We can see this in these four situations I have just described and how the USA desperately wants to maintain the status quo in using the petro dollar for exchanging energy between nations. Russia is instigating the movement away from the petro dollar in nations it wants to sell its energy to. To prevent this the USA is using tactics used in the past and they are now seeing they are no longer as effective as they used to be. We also know for a fact that behind our backs they are already making billions off the IQD [Araqi in-country Rate], through speculative deals and backroom trading. There is no incentive to give this up and the feasting continues while the government of the USA decides how to handle these situations. . When will it all end? I firmly believe it will end and we will finally see the completion of the RV only when either there are no more reasons to use the GCR as a  negotiating tool (hostage) and/or the back room feasting frenzy off the IQD is stopped. I know this is not good news and it may not be what we all want to hear, especially in the midst of all the hype that the RV is now going to happen. It is something we all need to know and understand. The RV is not going to happen until these events no longer can have an impact and can be used as negotiating tools.  (IMO) Of  course we all hear too the saga of Iraq and how bad they need the RV. This is a very dynamic situation too so what will happen when they finally announce their newly fully formed government? Will the USA then be forced to finally release the RV? I have been broadcasting for 31 years and writing for longer than that. I do not recall ever saying on radio or in print that a president is doing lasting damage to our country. I did not like the presidencies of Jimmy Carter (the last Democrat I voted for) or Bill Clinton. Nor did I care for the compassionate conservatism of George W. Bush. In modern political parlance compassionate is a euphemism for ever-expanding government.

But I have never written or broadcast that our country was being seriously damaged by a president. So it is with great sadness that I write that President Barack Obama has done and continues to do major damage to America ... The only question is whether this can ever be undone.

This is equally true domestically and internationally.

Domestically, his policies have had a grave impact on the American economy.

He has overseen the weakest recovery from a recession in modern American history.

He has mired the country in unprecedented levels of debt: about $6.5 trillion that is 6,500 billion in five years (this after calling his predecessor unpatriotic for adding nearly $5 trillion in eight years).

He has fashioned a country in which more Americans now receive government aid means-tested, let alone non-means-tested than work full-time.

He has no method of paying for this debt other than printing more money thereby surreptitiously taxing everyone through inflation, including the poor he claims to be helping, and cheapening the dollar to the point that some countries are talking about another reserve currency and saddling the next generations with enormous debts.

With his 2,500-page Affordable Care Act he has made it impossible for hundreds of thousands, soon millions, of Americans to keep their individual or employer-sponsored group health insurance; he has stymied American medical innovation with an utterly destructive tax on medical devices;and he has caused hundreds of thousands of workers to lose full-time jobs because of the health-care costs imposed by Obamacare on employers.

His Internal Revenue Service used its unparalleled power to stymie political dissent. No one has been held accountable.
His ambassador to Libya and three other Americans were murdered by terrorists in Benghazi , Libya .... No one has been blamed. The only blame the Obama administration has leveled was on a video maker in California who had nothing to do with the assault.

In this presidents White House the buck stops              nowhere.

Among presidents in modern American history, he has also been a uniquely divisive force. It began with his forcing Obama care through Congress the only major legislation in American history to be passed with no votes from the opposition party.

Though he has had a unique opportunity to do so, he has not only not helped heal racial tensions, he has exacerbated them. His intrusions into the Trayvon Martin affair (If I had a son, he’d look like Trayvon) and into the confrontation between a white police officer and a black Harvard professor (the police acted stupidly) were unwarranted, irresponsible, demagogic, and, most of all, divisive.

He should have been reassuring black Americans that America is in fact the least racist country in the world something he should know as well as anybody, having been raised only by whites and being the first (half) black elected the leader of a white-majority nation.

Instead, he echoed the inflammatory speech of professional race-baiters such as Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson.
He has also divided the country by economic class, using classic Marxist language against the rich and corporate profits.

Regarding America in the world, he has been, if possible, even more damaging. The United States is at its weakest, has fewer allies, and has less military and diplomatic influence than at any time since before World War II.

One wonders if there is a remaining ally nation that trusts him.

And worse, no American enemy fears him. If you are a free movement (the democratic Iranian and Syrian oppositions) or a free country ( Israel ), you have little or no reason to believe that you have a steadfast ally in the United States  .

Even non-democratic allies no longer trust America . Barack Obama has alienated our most important and longest standing Arab allies, Egypt and Saudi Arabia . Both the anti-Muslim Brotherhood and the anti-Iran Arab states have lost respect for him.

And his complete withdrawal of American troops from Iraq has left that country with weekly bloodbaths.

Virtually nothing Barack Obama has done has left America or the world better since he became president. Nearly everything he has touched has been made worse.

He did, however, promise before the 2008 election that We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America ..... That is the one promise he has kept.
