I understand that gold has been the basis for the funding of a large portion of the WGS release and the asset backed currencies.

 Gold has been moving geographical locations quite a bit over the last year or so as countries have attempted to accumulate gold reserves and citizens of various countries (especially Asian countries) have been purchasing gold.

Yet the price of gold has decreased substantially over the last year and a half and (more to the point) what I perceive to be fairly constant buying pressure over particularly the last 6 months or so has not resulted in a substantial increase in gold prices.

  Hunter Continues:   I have read that the price of gold is being kept artificially low to facilitate this accumulation of gold.

I am asking for confirmation of this artificial manipulation of the world spot price for gold and some insight into how it is being manipulated.

I have some understanding of commodity contracts and the commodities market, but if you or someone could help me understand how the world is allowing this market manipulation of such a worldwide commodity, if it is being manipulated, I would appreciate that understanding. Thank you.

 Overall, as a past trader of options and such, I can tell you that markets are indeed guided by large groups of buyers, be they managers of large funds or large groups of people acting on news given to them.

If gold prices are being specifically manipulated by any one person or group in an artificial way, meaning by issuance of false information, I am at a loss to give proof of such.

Dr. Jim Willie would be the best person to ask such a question. Perhaps others on this blog can suggest a good source for this inquiry.  Thank you!

I’m with Sprott and many others on this, which means what we are seeing for a price per ounce, be it silver or gold, it is not a reality that can be sustained.

I’m definitely in the camp of those who say that the central banks are gobbling it up due to how undervalued it is. Remember, we do know the SDR, new dollar, or “fill-in-the-blank” currency will be backed by the assets of the country it comes from and gold has been mentioned over and over.

Silver is the biggest eye-opener, because it should be at a 16:1 ratio of silver to gold (per ounce). If you do the calculation, silver should be over $80 an ounce based on gold currently being around $1300 an ounce.

And do keep in mind, the only known we have been given is that the next currency is going to be gold backed. With the U.S. telling Germany that it will take seven years for them to repatriate their gold, simply connect the dots.

So, this is why I understand the interest in the Dinar and Dong. The GCR leveling the currency playing field should make those appreciate.

Yet, my focus is on what is next and the only thing we have been consistently assured of is that, whatever the outcome is going to be, the currency is going to be backed by gold.

Silver is always considered the common man’s gold, so consider where we could potentially be headed. Silver under $20 an ounce right now is purely a gift to those who realize it. Hope that helps some!  GL

 A couple of the possible lines of thinking are that the central banks are keeping the price low to artificially support their assertion that the economy is improving and their assertion that the value of the currency is staying steady because the value of gold is stable rather than costing more dollars for the same amount of gold.

Also the low price of gold is helping central banks to buy gold to back their currencies, particularly BRICS countries but also the US and Europe because the countries see it is becoming more inevitable that currencies will need to be asset backed in the very near future.

I still did not fully understand the source of the ability to keep the price low. The statistics indicated gold consumption went up around 18% to 25% or so per year but production was +/- 1% per year.

Supply and demand would indicate where there is a relatively inelastic supply, the price will increase with the increase in demand. However, the price is level.

 There is no doubt in my mind it is being kept artificially low. My questions are:

1) Who is manipulating the price (the central banks seem to have the most to gain);

2) How are they physically doing that (by government release of gold- no, that is counterproductive to increasing the asset backing of the currency- perhaps by phony or fraudulent contracts on the world commodities exchanges or other paper sleight of hand); and

3) What will the inevitable end of this artificial manipulation bring (this cannot be sustained for an extended period and when it crashes will gold and silver go sky high and is that the desired outcome by the manipulators – buy gold low then have gold go high, increasing the value of the acquired gold exponentially)? Perhaps this is an issue for One World of Nations to explore.

How? Gold is leveraged through the paper gold futures-options markets and leasing deals. Only a very small percentage of contracts are actually delivered so a little physical goes a long way in driving price.

Huge volumes of contracts can be between players on the same team so prices can be driven down with funds retained and little gold required. Meanwhile, actual movements of 1000s of tons can be made at low prices to targeted buyers not necessarily within the futures market.

What end? 1. Low prices support the DXY dollar index. 2. When the western vaults are empty the gold will have moved where the team needs it to go, partially as a deal to repay bad debts without revealing the dirty laundry in the mass media.

 If/when the western vaults go empty the FRN will probably crash if the BRICS haven’t crashed it first. Empty vaults and BRICS actions will probably be timed together. As usual, the Jackass shovels dirt in his latest interview:

I have seen this information and it is being used by many to shriek that the RV will be delayed. This is simply the howling from those who still labor under the delusion that the IQD is going to fund the world, pay off the US debt, etc.

The GCR is so much broader than just the IQD revalue. We have learned that the IQD is problematic in many ways. Not impossible, but problematic. This stands in stark contrast to the world-wide cure that many hustlers have tried to pin on the IQD alone.

The IQD is just 1 of 20, and is not the center of the universe. It’s just that the high mark-up retailers love that so many were told it was the central point to focus on. Perhaps that was good for their bottom line, but not for many who were told it was “gonna happen on Monday”.

I do not profess to know the significance of this letter to congress, but the chickens are coming home to roost, and the gurus are once again blindsided by news that puts their “we have an RV!” news back in its proper place: the dunny.   When it happens, you will know.

Overprinting and over-issue of dinar is a real factor. We assume they will find a way around this issue, but the details of such are not known. The tax revenue on WGS payout to US interests would be quite substantial and on its own would retire a large portion of our debt (about 11T).

But, in the end, those details are not totally known and it is highly doubtful such details would be released to anyone, let alone guru factions, until it was determined appropriate to do so.

Danno says:       May 19, 2014 at 6:23 pm    Hi Tony, first of all thanks for all your hard work on this site. In regard to the over-printing issue, I recall the DaveSchmidt show (from 4/23 ?) where his featured guest said that issue will be rectified when the “China deals” are transacted.

Those massive holders of dinars will be receiving FRNs, which will eventually become worthless as the TRNs come into circulation.

So essentially, anyone can trade in all the trillions of dinars they want and it doesn’t really matter, as the government handing over the FRNs in return doesn’t want to be holding them to begin with.

Currently, I view it as the only logical way to proceed, since no other mechanism appears to offer such a remedy. Now, of course, one’s left to ponder why China or another BRICS group member would want to give up FRNs if the potential exists to exchange those for TRNs.

Obviously, no one really knows for sure exactly what the thought process is by the Treasury folks, and if they’ll be letting other nation states get their hands on TRNs in any significant quantity.

 It sure will be awesome to see what the next few weeks bring, including this “holy grail” Russia/China gas deal brings. Anyway, once again, Tony, great work, man. And please feel free to offer your assessment of this storyline.

My only assessment is that I am not going to offer what I think will play out in fine details because I simply do not know, and I do not what to give anyone the impression that such details are known by anyone outside the UST, etc.

We were told that the private dong deal offered through that show was “highly questionable”. That being the case, the rest of the information stands in taint of doubt.

However, the general idea that the FRN will devalue is certainly confirmed, and I would assume that would certainly apply to any brought into the country post GCR.

 Otherwise, what’s the use of a TRN if the FRN can be brought into circulation from outside the USA and given equal value? It just sounds logical that such would not be the case.

But, in the end, the precise details of this are not known, and I would be very surprised if someone was allowed to go public with hard core details at this stage.

On that part, I agree with you: nobody knows the thought process of the Treasury on this. My personal strategy is to let the thing play out as it happens, and move quickly during the process.  Thank you!

Obama administration plans to disclose secret memo to justify drone strikes

The Obama administration has signaled it will publicly reveal a memo explaining its legal justification for using drones to kill American citizens overseas, a U.S. government official confirmed to Fox News Tuesday. 
The official said the Justice Department has decided not to appeal a Court of Appeals ruling requiring disclosure of a redacted version of the memo under the Freedom of Information Act. 
The decision to release the documents comes as the Senate is to vote Wednesday on advancing President Obama's nomination of the memo's author, Harvard professor and former Justice Department official David Barron, to sit on the 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston. 
Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., had vowed to fight Barron's confirmation, and some Democratic senators had called for the memo's public release before a final vote.
The key Democratic holdout against Barron's nomination, Sen. Mark Udall D-Colo., announced Tuesday night he will now support Barron because the memo is being released.
"This is a welcome development for government transparency and affirms that although the government does have the right to keep national security secrets, it does not get to have secret law," Udall said in a statement. 
Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., had also been pushing for public disclosure of Barron's writings and was one of several Democrats who had been refusing to say whether he'd vote for confirmation without it. "That's certainly very constructive," Wyden said when told of the decision not to appeal.
Wednesday's expected procedural vote would allow the Senate to move ahead with a final vote on Barron on Thursday. "I think we'll be OK," Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., said earlier Tuesday.
Anwar al-Awlaki, an Al Qaeda leader born in the United States, was killed after being targeted by a drone strike in Yemen in September 2011. Some legal scholars and human rights activists complained that it was illegal for the U.S. to kill American citizens away from the battlefield without a trial.
The White House had agreed under the pressure to show senators unredacted copies of all written legal advice written by Barron regarding the potential use of lethal force against U.S. citizens in counterterrorism operations.
Until now, the administration has fought in court to keep the writings from public view. But administration officials said that Solicitor General Donald Verrilli Jr. decided this week not appeal an April 21 ruling requiring disclosure by the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New York and that Attorney General Eric Holder concurred with his opinion.
The release could take some time, since the redactions are subject to court approval. And the administration also is insisting that a classified ruling on the case also be redacted to protect information classified for national security, but not the legal reasoning, one of the officials said.
The drone strike that killed al-Awlaki also killed another U.S. citizen, Samir Khan, an Al Qaeda propagandist. Al-Awlaki's 16-year-old son, Abdulrahman, was killed the following month in another drone attack.
The American Civil Liberties Union and two reporters for The New York Times, Charlie Savage and Scott Shane, filed a FOIA suit. In January 2013, U.S. District Court Judge Colleen McMahon ruled that she had no authority to order the documents disclosed, although she chided the Obama administration for refusing to release them.
But a three-judge appeals court panel noted that after McMahon ruled, senior government officials spoke about the subject. The panel rejected the government's claim that the court could not consider official disclosures made after McMahon's ruling, including a 16-page Justice Department white paper on the subject and public comments by Obama in May in which he acknowledged his role in the al-Awlaki killing, saying he had "authorized the strike that took him out."
The ACLU urged senators in a letter Tuesday not to move forward on the confirmation vote until they have a chance to see any Barron memos on the administration's drone program, not just those involving U.S. citizens.
Paul issued a statement Tuesday saying he still opposes Barron's nomination. "I rise today to say that there is no legal precedent for killing American citizens not directly involved in combat and that any nominee who rubber stamps and grants such power to a president is not worthy of being placed one step away from the Supreme Court," Paul said in remarks prepared for delivery on the Senate floor Wednesday provided by his office.

Data stored in multiplying bacteria

A message encoded as artificial DNA can be stored within the genomes of multiplying bacteria and then accurately retrieved, US scientists have shown.

Their concern that all current ways of storing information, from paper to electronic memory, can easily be lost or destroyed prompted them to devise a new type of memory - within living organisms.

"A big concern is the protection of valuable information in the case of a nuclear catastrophe," says information technologist Pak Chung Wong, of the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in Washington State. The laboratory was set up as a nuclear energy research institute.

A similar catastrophe strikes the US in the cult television series Dark Angel, in which a colossal electromagnetic pulse wipes out the electronic infrastructure. "Bacteria may be an inexpensive and stable long-term means of data storage," Wong told New Scientist.

Small world

The scientists took the words of the song It's a Small World and translated it into a code based on the four "letters" of DNA. They then created artificial DNA strands recording different parts of the song. These DNA messages, each about 150 bases long, were inserted into bacteria such as E. coli and Deinococcus radiodurans.

The latter is especially good at surviving extreme conditions, says Wong. It can tolerate high temperatures, desiccation, ultraviolet light and ionising radiation doses 1000 times higher than would be fatal to humans.

The beginning and end of each inserted message have special DNA tags devised by the scientists. These "sentinels" stop the bacteria from identifying the message as an invading a virus and destroying it, says Wong.

"The magic of the sentinel is that it protects the information, so that even after a hundred bacterial generations we were able to retrieve the exact message," says Wong. "Once the DNA message is in bacteria, it is protected and can survive." And as a millilitre of liquid can contain up to billion bacteria, the potential capacity of such a memory system is enormous.

Spontaneous mutations

Deinococcus is adapted to survive in extreme conditions and is consequently very good at repairing any mutations that spontaneously arise in its DNA code. But Huw Williams, a bacteriologist at Imperial College, London, says that the small size of the inserted messages makes it no surprise that they survive 100 generations intact.

Williams thinks a greater danger than mutations changing the message is that they could make some bugs better adapted to their environment than others. So far, Wong and colleagues have kept the different message colonies separate, but in future they aim to retrieve messages from a mixed colony.

"If you grow the colonies indefinitely, less well-adapted bacteria may be lost over time," he says. "The question is whether you will be able to retain all your message populations. But this is intriguing work and very forward looking."

Nuke Cancer from 9/11 Revealed

A new and terrifying 9/11 conspiracy has hit the news. We are now confronted, not only with startling proof that 9/11 was a “nuclear event,” but that there have been thousands of unreported deaths in New York, radiation cancers and nearly 70,000 being kept alive with experimental stem cell therapy and physically devastating “chemo.”

One of the biggest medical cover-ups in history was exposed this week when Wall Street brokers suffering from cancer after 9/11 made the news. While telling their story, the New York Post revealed that 70,000 New Yorkers have applied for 9/11 victim compensation, most for cancers that can only be attributed to direct exposure to ionizing radiation from nuclear weapons.
Officials would not give a breakdown of cancer victims, but 10,800 downtown workers make up the second-largest group of registered claimants after 39,500 Ground Zero responders. There are another 16,600 in smaller categories such as residents, students, child-care and health-care workers.
Finance workers engulfed in dust and debris from the Twin Towers’ collapse say the attacks — and returning to Wall Street a week later, when officials insisted it was safe — triggered their diseases.”
There is no other established cause, not “toxic soup” or irradiated drywall. In fact, the 70,000 victims represent the largest cancer cluster in history, even more victims than survivors of both Hiroshima and Nagasaki combined, the only other similar “spike” of multiple myeloma cases.
Of the 70,000 victims, over 90% say they were exposed within a one-square-mile area. Yet the cover-up has been so thorough that only one death has been “officially reported” and only a small number of victims have been paid compensation due to a “system” ripe with denial, disinformation and corruption.
NUKES, NOT PLANES AND PANCAKES
The official cause of the collapse of the three towers at the World Trade Center was a terror attack involving two airplanes. We are told that the towers simply collapsed because they were built without a central core and heat had weakened the steel on the poorly designed structure.
Studies by Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth, however, tell a different story, that of the most powerful buildings on earth with massive steel cores and a design capable of withstanding aircraft crashes, earthquakes or fires without significant structural damage.
The third tower, Building 7,”simply fell for no apparent reason. No answers were given and when questions were asked, the answer was “Building what?”
The “official report” simply made it all up, junk science and perjured testimony. For the cancer victims of 9/11, the lying is still going on.
Were one or more of the three towers destroyed on 9/11, the victim of “nuclear demolitions?” An article in the New York Post outlining the largest “cancer cluster” in history may well do exactly that.
WHERE THE “NUKE” CLAIMS COME FROM
Recently, stories attributing the destruction of the World Trade Center to “nano-thermite” were spread across the news. They originated from “Gawker,” a website for New York-based media insiders.
The first time nuclear weapons were mentioned involving 9/11 was when former Soviet nuclear intelligence officer, Dimitri Khalezov, wrote of being briefed by his government that nuclear demolitions had been planted under the World Trade Center.
Khalezov told of a September 12, 2001 meeting with Mossad operations chief Mike Harari and other Israeli intelligence specialists including Harari’s son.
At a celebratory brunch in Bangkok, according to Khalezov, the Israelis took credit for the planning and execution of the 9/11 attacks. Khalezov presented proof, including a copy of Harari’s passport, issued under a false identity but with a clearly recognizable photo.
In 2007, a team of FBI agents flew to Bangkok to interview Khalezov. Their investigation was of specially built aircraft they said crashed into the twin towers, each containing, according to the FBI, a small nuclear weapon.
They also interviewed Khalezov about the Pentagon attack and his belief that a stolen Granit missile had been used.
According to authoritative sources, “Lord of War,” Victor Bout, the CIA gun runner portrayed by Nicholas Cage in the film, Lord of War,” was extradited to the United States where he is imprisoned, not for the charges the public is told of, but for supplying the missile used to attack the Pentagon.
No mention is made of who Bout’s co-conspirators were.
In 2010, sources within the Defense Intelligence Agency began working with an operational hypothesis that the twin towers were destroyed with advanced “neutron-like” weapons that left no radiation signature. They believe that multiple weapons were used, not only in the towers themselves but in the subbasement as well.
Reports by investigative journalist Jeff Prager outlining underground fires lasting months along with the almost total lack of wreckage is seen by many as a very strong confirmation of the DIA hypothesis.
THE CONTINUING COVERUP
After 9/11, tens of thousands of Americans developed cancer. Many died but no one will ever know how many. That number is, for some reason “classified.”
By 2006, the Village Voice had begun to write about the cancer epidemic and Dr. Larry Norton of Sloan Kettering Memorial Medical Center cited that something in the dust may have caused the cancer outbreak. Norton demanded a detailed study be funded, but no study followed.
In fact, there was never any evidence that the “toxic dust” was, in fact, any different than what New Yorkers had been breathing for decades. Why should it have been?
They had been demolishing buildings in Manhattan for a century. Then the reports became more bizarre.
Stories were circulated that the World Trade Center was built with Chinese drywall containing radioactive phosphor-gypsum. However, no “Chinese drywall” had been imported to New York at that time nor was any used in the World Trade Center construction.
Then again, there is no evidence that small amounts of radiation could have caused the massive spike in cancers, with up to 70% of the tens of thousands of first responders suffering according to Dr. Norton.
THE “NUCLEAR TEST” CANCER
The cancer is multiple myeloma. Victims are told they got it from breathing “toxic soup” from 9/11, mostly drywall dust. The number of victims who have thus far applied for benefits from the 2.7-billion-dollar 9/11 fund, as reported in the New York Post story, that number is 69,900.
There is one known direct cause for this disease, exposure to a nuclear explosion. Multiple myeloma is also known as “the Hiroshima disease.”
Studies at both Los Alamos and Livermore Labs show little increase, no more than 4%, for minor radiation exposure. There are no other established factors, no “toxic soup” that can cause this disease.

“Some research suggests that there are certain multiple myeloma risk factors increase a person’s chance of getting multiple myeloma.  Farmers and petroleum workers exposed to certain chemicals also seem to have a higher-than-average chance of getting multiple myeloma. In addition, people exposed to large amounts of radiation (such as survivors of the atomic bomb explosions in Japan) have an increased risk for this disease.”
In 1988, Congress established (Radiation Exposed Veterans Compensation Act Pub. L. 100-321) those diseased attributed to ionizing radiation from nuclear explosions. Listed as “Number 2” under leukemia is multiple myeloma.
WE’VE SEEN IT BEFORE
After the Vietnam War, veterans began dying of a series of diseases, including cancers typically tied to dioxin exposure. However, the government denied that it had used any form of chemical that could have been responsible.
After a series of commissions, lawsuits and investigations, it wasn’t until 1991 when the US government admitted that Agent Orange had already killed as many as 100,000 veterans. Were they diagnosed and treated using information the government withheld, many if not most would be alive today.
Gulf War Syndrome is an almost identical abuse with over 10,000 deaths and a government that waited 20 years to admit a problem existed, as before, only after most of those who could have been diagnosed and treated successfully using withheld information were already dead.
An identical situation exists in New York. Perhaps the most insidious part is the obfuscation regarding non-specific “toxic dust” as a causation. Withheld information has led to over a decade of purposeful misdiagnoses with medical professionals fearful of being charged as “conspiracy theorists” if they develop and treat patients in accordance with established procedures involving radiation exposure.
Instead, tens of thousands have developed statistically impossible diseases with the vast majority misdiagnosed for years.
Today, 70,000 survivors of 9/11 have cancer. There is no official cause other than “toxic soup,” a term any medical researcher would cringe upon hearing.
