Everyone must take note of conditions on the international stage.
Everyone knows the majority of the information surrounding Crimea.
I have noted that none of the press has attended to the real subject.
All reports I have seen or heard are NOT addressing any of the Critical issues.
Then, just what are the Critical Issues?
The answers to that are found in the ‘objections’.
People’s rights, freedom, and the ability to make ‘free will’ decisions.
There have been NO violations involved in the process of the people of Crimea holding a ‘referendum’. Most know that this is a basic ‘Right’ of all free people, to offer a legal avenue of expression of their desire to change their circumstances with regards to their freedom to act, and decide exactly
the governance they have.
In this case, an established Central Bank controlled country, has stated in public, that the people of Crimea are NOT free.
Everyone must realize and understand that, the Central Bank System’s partner is the established government and their partners/supporters.
This is the two level standard operational procedure used world wide.
It is nothing short of declaring ownership of the people and country involved.
Refusal of recognition on every level and in all ways by declaration of illegitimacy of any act taken in contrast to, or outside of, their direct Control.
Several actions have been taken by the ‘puppets’ who were Illegally installed into the Ukraine government. No vote, no consensus of the people, just this is how things are going to be, like it or not. Military actions against the people? Armed forces dictating to either accept or we break your head, shoot you, etc. Make no mistake about any of this. Do NOT think for one minute that anyone, anywhere, is immune to such actions.
The forgotten ‘Cold War’ never ended, it was just removed from current events, no press coverage, and No advertizing that the cold war was still there and going Strong!
Most, if not All, of those ‘involved’ (owned/controlled by the central banks) have been very active in every one of the ‘actions’ in what little ‘news’ that has been outed.
Every time you hear of an ‘incident’ these people are directly and primarily ‘Involved’.
No one is ‘safe’. No one is immune.
Yes there is an answer to this ‘problem’.
Just as with the people of Crimea, it has come time for ALL people who would be FREE, to say so…to stand up to this ‘above the law’ set of Oligarch/Elite who believe they have the right to do anything that is to their benefit.
Everyone, everywhere, have been given their ‘Rights’ by The Creator!
It is time to let all rulers know that We The People are no longer willing to blindly follow the dictates of those who only have the ‘conscience’ of the almighty bottom line of money and power.
That no ‘agenda’ is supreme and that those involved are NOT above any law.
Does anyone find it interesting that it took a super power to ensure the ‘rights’ of Crimea?
That a ‘Communist’ country and its leader have had to step up and stand for Freedom?

Each person who reads this has to know that All of humankind faces a Common Enemy. The news reported on who they are by those who followed the ‘official’ agenda as stated by the US, EU, and others. These are wholly owned subsidiaries of the ‘central bank’. Why? Simple, the central bank wants the resources of the Ukraine in order to make money. The IMF backs the Central Banking System, as does the EU. The US has been involved from the beginning as a ‘puppet’ of them…200 years in the making… John McCain, among others are wanting to go to war in order to further this same ‘Financial’ interest. This includes ALL hawks…
The negotiations were seen as a ‘cupcake’ negotiating with a ‘steak knife’… Kerry. Wrong, Illegal, and any other ‘charge’ that can be made up, are being leveled into this situation. All the ‘rulers’, oligarchs, and ‘elites’ have jumped on the band wagon. The ‘controlled’ media simply plays the tune they are given…and the band played on… Unsubstantiated claims are being made without any proofs of any kind, he said, she said…
Question is…
Who wants to be Free?
Then ALL those will need to step into the danger zone of standing up and saying so.
By definition,
Fascism 1-a) a political philosophy, movement, or regime that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition.
Socialism 1-a) any of various economic and political theories advocating collective or governmental ownership and administration of the means of production and distribution of goods.
2-a) a system of society or group living in which there is no private property.
b-) a system or condition of society in which the means of production are owned and controlled by the state.
3-a) a stage of society in Marxist theory transitional between capitalism and communism and distinguished by unequal distribution of goods and pay according to work done.
This is all hidden under the disguise of ‘democracy’.
America is structured as a ‘Republic’ for these exact reasons.
By definition,
Republic 1-a) a government having a chief of state who is not a monarch and who in modern times is usually a president,
2- b) a government in which supreme power resides in a body of citizens entitled to vote and is exercised by elected officers and representatives responsible to them and governing according to law.
I ask everyone, is this your form of government?
The People of planet Earth have not done their duty by making sure we have the real Freedoms offered by The People being in charge. Too few have done too little to secure the future of freedom by insisting on these principles.
Those who have not/are not governing according to the true ‘general welfare’ of The People, need to be removed immediately.
Our Almighty Creator has said so.
Time to follow the highest authority and declare ourselves FREE!

The key person behind the May 2nd massacre inside Odessa’s Trade Unions Building appears to have been Ihor Kolomoyskyi who was appointed to be the regional governor in that area by Yulia Tymoshenko, the Ukrainian Presidential candidate that the Obama Administration has apparently been hoping will win the May 25th election to take over the Ukrainian Government, from the junta that the Obama Administration imposed in Ukraine on February 22nd. Just weeks before this coup, on February 4th, the U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Europe and Asia, Victoria Nuland, chose Tymoshenko’s ally Arseni Yatsenyuk to head the post-coup interim government, which appointed Kolomoyskyi.

Only a few months before this coup, Nuland had asserted that U.S. taxpayers had already invested more than $5 billion, in order to bring “democracy” to Ukraine, by which she was referring to the U.S. effort to oust the Russian-oriented, democratically elected, leader of Ukraine, President Viktor Yanukovych, who had prosecuted and imprisoned Tymoshenko for embezzlement and abuse of governmental office. Tymoshenko was then on 11 October 2011 sentenced to seven years in prison, and was ordered to pay the government restitution of $188 million. She was released from prison less than three years later, two days after the coup, on 24 February 2014. The Ukrainian criminal code was immediately changed, in order to legalize the actions for which Tymoshenko had been imprisoned. This allowed Tymoshenko to run for the Ukrainian Presidency. She had been Prime Minister 2007-2010. Both she and her husband, Oleksandr Tymoshenko, and his father, all three of whom were on the board of United Energy Systems of Ukraine (and thus Ms. Tymoshenko was called “the gas princess”), have been legally prosecuted as embezzling state funds; but so have most of Ukraine’s oligarchs and political leaders (and there’s a lot of crossover between those two categories).

Kolomoyskyi, who lives in Geneva Switzerland, is generally regarded as the second-richest man in Ukraine, with a fortune estimated at about $6 billion. Tymoshenko used to be called “the Eleven Billion Dollar Woman,” but, like all of Ukraine’s oligarchs (including Kolomoyskyi), nobody really knows precisely how wealthy she is, nor even whether she is more, or perhaps less, wealthy than Kolomoyskyi. Almost all of the oligarchs’ money is hidden offshore; so, is invisible.

Most of Ukraine’s oligarchs live in Geneva (like Kolomoyskyi), London (like the Tymoshenkos’ daughter, Yevhenia), NYC, Rome, and other Western cities, and they tend to stash their money in secret bank accounts in tax-haven countries, not only in order to avoid paying taxes, but also in order to make more difficult their being successfully sued by each other, for violating handshake business deals that had helped them to become so rich. After all, illegal contracts cannot be enforced by any legal government (since they’re illegal, and have secret illegal terms). Thus, other means than written contracts – handshake deals – are resorted to between these aristocrats.

Cisco chief urges Obama to curb NSA surveillance activity

Cisco Systems's chief executive officer has written a letter to President Barack Obama urging him to curtail government surveillance after evidence circulated showing the National Security Agency had intercepted Cisco equipment, a company spokesman said on Sunday.
In a letter dated May 15, John Chambers, chief executive officer and chairman of the networking equipment giant, warned of an erosion of confidence in the U.S. technology industry and called for new "standards of conduct" in how the NSA conducts its surveillance.
"We simply cannot operate this way, our customers trust us to be able to deliver to their doorsteps products that meet the highest standards of integrity and security," Chambers said in the letter.

The letter follows the circulation of pictures on the Internet showing NSA staff opening boxes of Cisco gear, the Financial Times reported on Sunday. "There have been allegations that the NSA has intercepted IT equipment in transit from manufacturers to customers to help monitor and gain information on surveillance targets," the paper wrote.
The allegations stem from early reporting from Guardian journalist Glenn Greenwald, who has written about a number of NSA documents that were provided by former NSA contractor Edward Snowden.
In the letter, Chambers states that "if these allegations are true, these actions will undermine confidence in our industry and in the ability of technology companies to deliver products globally."
In a separate blog post on Cisco's site dated May 13, the company's general counsel, Mark Chandler, wrote that "...we ought to be able to count on the government to ... not interfere with the lawful delivery of our products in the form in which we have manufactured them."

US utility's control system was hacked, says Homeland Security

A sophisticated hacking group recently attacked a U.S. public utility and compromised its control system network, but there was no evidence that the utility's operations were affected, according to the Department of Homeland Security.
DHS did not identify the utility in a report that was issued this week by the agency's Industrial Control Systems Cyber Emergency Response Team, or ICS-CERT.
"While unauthorized access was identified, ICS-CERT was able to work with the affected entity to put in place mitigation strategies and ensure the security of their control systems before there was any impact to operations," a DHS official told Reuters on Tuesday.
Such cyber attacks are rarely disclosed by ICS-CERT, which typically keeps details about its investigations secret to encourage businesses to share information with the government. Companies are often reluctant to go public about attacks to avoid potentially negative publicity.
ICS-CERT said in the report posted on its website that investigators had determined the utility had likely been the victim of previous intrusions. It did not elaborate.

How will hacking charges impact US-China ties?

Frank Holmes, CEO & Chief Investment Officer, U.S. Global Investors, describes the extent of any commecial fallout after the U.S. charged Chinese military officers with corporate espionage.

The agency said the hackers may have launched the latest attack through an Internet portal that enabled workers to access the utility's control systems. It said the system used a simple password mechanism that could be compromised using a technique known as "brute forcing," where hackers digitally force their way in by trying various password combinations.
Justin W. Clarke, an industrial control security consultant with security firm Cylance, said it is rare for such breaches to be identified by utilities and even more rare for the government to disclose them.
"In most cases, systems that are so antiquated to be susceptible to such brute forcing technologies would not have the detailed logging required to aid in an investigation like this," Clarke said.
DHS also reported another hacking incident involving a control system server connected to "a mechanical device." The agency provided few details about that case, except to say the attacker had access over an extended period of time, though no attempts were made to manipulate the system.
"Internet facing devices have become a serious concern over the past few years," the agency said in the report.
Last year ICS-CERT responded to 256 cyber incident reports, more than half of them in the energy sector. While that is nearly double the agency's 2012 case load, there was not a single incident that caused a major disruption.
Those incidents include hacking into systems through Internet portals exposed over the Web, injecting malicious software through thumb drives, and exploitation of software vulnerabilities.

2. Tramp understands very well what’s been going on; he is not alone – Pixie gets it, Deltadon gets it, Chucky gets it, etc. etc. etc.

3. I understand that you may not be happy with what’s going on. However, it is a fact and we are only a very small part of the pay-out scheme. We have had a great deal of ‘headwind’ in the past 6 to 9 months. Unfortunately that is putting it altogether too mildly. We have confronted, with added pressure from the “lien-holders” without which we could not have succeeded, the vilest, most contemptible, well financed forces for evil on the planet – we have won! A life changing event it will be for CMKX shareholders; more importantly, the world financial markets will be essentially re-constituted from the currency level up.

4. To put it another way, the World Global Settlements, including the US Dollar Refunding Project, are real. They are the instruments of change. They are part of a world wide re-distribution of wealth which includes some 20 countries revaluation [up and down] of their currency, which will become asset-backed currency. Yes, this does include Iraq which is the cheapest of the lot and therefore had [to prevent unreasonable manipulation] to go first. The very latest information indicates that it has revalued, that it will be posted on Forex sites sometime on Sunday, and will be fully convertible in the US by Tuesday.

5. Although CMKX payments were not originally part of the WGS, they were included by attachment earlier this year. However, be assured that CMKX moneys are not currently part of the WGS; I understand from a number of different sources that Global Intelligence of Las Vegas petitioned the US Supreme Court, in camera, just after Christmas to separate CMKX pay-outs from any association or attachment with the WGS. I understand further that the Court issued an Order for the Trustees to pay-out the moneys within 48 hours, which time expired on or before December 31, 2010. I have received further information that Global Intelligence has not effected said pay-outs, has been fined some $150,000,000 on or about January 4, 2011, and is presently incurring additional fines at the rate of $13,000,000 per week. I have not been successful in any of my attempts to secure explanation from Global Intelligence.

6. Although at first blush this lack of performance may seem potentially criminal in nature, I believe there is a reasonable explanation. I am aware, for example, that many of those I have previously referred to as ‘miscreants’ have in the interim been duly relieved of the money they stole [which has now been recovered by the US], are still feared by the new-financial-order people; the fear is that to the extent they can obtain cash/financing, they would use the IQD revaluation as a means of replenishing their war chests. There are other reasons related to the big picture, which may also play a part in this delay. I know this will come as a shock to some and seems unfair on the surface, but the fact is that we are but a small part of what’s happening [and must happen] to correct the financial imbalance in the world.

7. Several months ago, due to the on-going delays and increased ‘headwind’ the Joint Chiefs of Staff were appointed by the World Court to supervise the conclusion of the WGS; they were given a deadline of December 31, 2010. Based upon this and the progress that was being made in early December, I opined [which has been widely reported] that if I were a betting man CMKX would be paid out by Christmas. Unfortunately, not even the JCS were up to the task. Accordingly, on January 1, 2011 the World Court appointed one of the lien holders, China, to take charge and supervise the conclusion of the WGS payouts. They are currently in charge and proceeding to bring the matter to conclusion. I am currently advised that all will be completed by January 21, 2011.

8. Prior to the recent change of process by the Chinese lien holder it was a requirement, based upon BASEL, that ER be obtained prior to the time that certain other payments could be made. As I have previously stated on many occasions we were waiting for Michael Cottrell and his companies to receive their payments as they were Number 20, the very last payee, on the BASEL list. Because the Chinese lien holder has changed the process, I now understand that Michael Cottrell will be paid on or about January 21, 2011, after all of the Prosperity Program money has been paid out which is estimated to take between 4 – 5 days. This is no way suggests that ER continues to be a requirement of the release of CMKX payments. As set forth above, I have tried desperately to contact Global Intelligence to secure their agreement to authorize immediate release of the CMKX packages, as I believe that the reason for delaying their delivery has now evaporated.

9. I have been told by three separate independent people, each of whom attest that they have personally viewed at least one package, that the CMKX packages contain written information as well as a preliminary payment in the form of a U.S. Treasury Check in the amount of $0.80 per share. The information that has been previously placed on the boards to the effect that the packages were prepared and were ready for distribution is accurate to the best of my information, knowledge and belief. I further understand that the packages remain ready for immediate distribution as soon as Global Intelligence determines, and/or is advised, that such distribution is approved.

10. Some have inquired whether registration with the Transfer Agent makes them a bona fide shareholder; in a word – YES. Some have asked whether I have had response to the letters which I have submitted to the Queen of England and others including POTUS; I have had direct response from the Palace and have seen rapid evidence of the efficacy of the other correspondence that has been submitted. Others have requested information regarding the identity and whereabouts of the CMKX Trustee and/or Trustees. This information can not be made public at the present time for security reasons; I am sure that you will hear more about this in the very near future.

It is the Ides of May; I would therefore remind you all what Samuel Adams said: "It does not require a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority keen to set brush fires in people's minds." Please continue to act accordingly.

I recently advised that I would have a statement for all on this date; here it is:

1. Let me start with a comment on the Bivens litigation. As has been widely disseminated by now, the United States Supreme Court denied our Petition for Certiorari. Many have asked, “What does this mean [for us shareholders]?”
...
The specific legal effect is to fully and completely terminate the Bivens case. It means that for seven very courageous plaintiff shareholders, they are at no further risk. It means for all shareholders [putative class action members all] that the US Government is free from the threat of additional litigation, at least in the practical sense.

 It means as well, in my professional opinion, that the Supreme Court Justices are fully aware that the World Global Settlements (WGS), the Global Currency Reset (GCR), and all associated/reliant programs are in the final completion process; therefore, there being no need for the Court to grant Certiorari as a means of keeping the pressure on the politicians who have been so aggressive in delaying this.

2. I know, understand, and empathize with your angst, frustration and anger engendered by the outrageous delays which have occurred.

However, it is a fact that we are a relatively small part of the pay-out scheme. The overall WGS and GCR, with particular focus on the GCR have been the primary cause of these delays; not because of incompetence or similar reasons, but because of the vicious tornados generated by the ‘cabal’ which I have previously referred to as ‘headwinds.’

We have truly confronted and battled the vilest, most contemptible, well financed forces for evil on the planet [more I cannot say at the moment].

Although we have won, securing the peace has proved to be a herculean task. We are now at that point, at least based upon all the evidence and advice from good people across this country, and around the world.

You can not truly imagine yet the effect that all of this will have on you, your family, your city, your state and country, and indeed upon the world. It will be life changing for all.

3. To put it another way, the World Global Settlements, including the US Dollar Refunding Project, the Global Currency Reset and all the associated/reliant programs are real.

They are the instruments of great change - part of a world wide re-distribution of wealth which includes some 20 countries revaluation [up and down] of their currency; and every country will have asset-backed currency.

Yes, this does include Iraq and Vietnam which are the cheapest of the lot.

The protocols governing implementation of these various programs have changed quite substantially as a result of the cabal’s interference as evidenced by the wholesale departure of many leaders and executives, and the arrest of more that 1,000 bankers for abetting financial fraud.

The estimates of those who will be prosecuted after the completion of this, is in excess of 10,000.

As I have said in the past, most of those I have denominated as ‘miscreants’ have, during these delays, been duly relieved of the money they stole [which has now been recovered by the US], and many others have been indicted.

4. Although CMKX payments were not originally connected with the WGS, it has always been the case that they were dependent on its occurrence.

That is because Bob Maheu, who was one of the White Knights, worked so assiduously to “level the playing field” for more than 20 years.

The concern has always been that since fiat currency systems always end up in the same place, the only correct way to compensate these shareholders, required ensuring that they received their payment in asset backed currency and could have access to a fair and transparent banking system.

I was mistaken when I previously passed along ‘intel’ about Peter Maheu being fined; although he has in fact been before the Supreme Court and the World Court it resulted in no such fines – mea culpa.

There are other reasons related to the big picture, which may also play a part in these continuing delays. While as it has turned out, any delay seems patently unfair, the simple fact is that we will not receive our payouts until the financial imbalance in the world has been corrected.

5. The bottom line is that you will be paid a great deal more than any have the right to expect [based on the amount of their investment].

 In addition, you will receive a payment for the unconscionable length of payment delay.

I cannot guarantee when this will happen; what I can tell you is that it will be very soon.

What does that mean? – It means that the Global Currency Reset into the new international, fully transparent, all digital, 1024 bit encrypted banking system will happen as soon as it is possible.

Your first payment will be delivered at approximately the same time.

Another portion of Wei Ting’s story above is, the contractor relative told family (sometime earlier) that when all was done, and when the RV happened…. he would home. He just arrived home this past week-end.

My brother sent a friend to Wells Fargo Saturday in Arizona to buy dong he told them to ask for VND the banker came over to help and said to her it’s really called VND for now that the government won’t let them use VND until next week then they will exchange them

Still on the Fence about Cobra?

Now that I’m receiving the Prepare for Change newsletters again, I’m getting great information from Rob Potter.

It seems there are people trying to sabotage Cobra’s work and discredit him. For those who say no one attacks Cobra—therefore he must be cabal—perhaps this will assuage your fears. Cobra has been attacked in the past and continues to be.

And for those who believe we should all accept whatever Cobra says as gospel or else we are betraying him somehow… come on. We all need to have discerning minds and exercize critical thinking. No one can tell us what to think. Even Rob confirms he sometimes sees things differently than Cobra.

As I’ve said before, if everyone embodied the integrity of Cobra, the world would be a far better place.

There has recently been some other channel trying to discredit Cobra as well. This con artist who I will not mention to increase their website traffic has increased their hits by trying to discredit cobra’s information.

Folks, Cobra is a real person he is sincere and he is not Cabal or trying to spread dis info. The veracity of his information is for each person to decide for him or herself. For the record I do not personally agree with every single bit of information Cobra posts. However his integrity as a real and sincere person who is doing his best to heal the planet is indisputable, in my opinion and I have spent considerable time with him.

Some of his intelligence may be confusing or seem to contradict itself. However I have asked him for clarification on occasion and it is usually because his posts are very brief. He is a person of few words and sometimes the details are not complete. When asked about these inconsistencies his answers usually clear up the confusion. I am fortunate to be able to ask these questions to him personally but there is certainly no direct intent to mislead or confuse. 

I am proud to call him my friend. His inside RM intelligence, which he has shared involving the more advanced metaphysical aspects of the implant matrix, are new and originate on his Portal 2012 Blog. His expose on Archons, the advanced scalar technologies that are run from the etheric plane are insightful. I also find his explanations of the multi-dimensional aspects of the principalities and powers that are influencing our world to be right on, from my personal experiences. 

Let’s face it folks; Cobra was the first person to talk about “The Event” and to explain what the general plan by the GFL is for the Healing of our worlds political and banking infrastructure. Sheldon Nidle also has been talking about this for some time but Cobra’s info more direct and informative in the physical details department. 

Also his explanations of the invisible implant matrix and the etheric and astral parasites are newly revealed information to the world at large. Before Cobra there was very little discussion or understanding about these things. Now every channel and many others are expounding on these things based on his revelations of this information. He has led the way in advanced information designed for more advanced and discerning meta-physicians. This is being done to bring people up to speed on the very complex realty we call the control matrix.

There are so many people who flip flop on Cobra information. They cannot decide on whether he is sincere or if he is some diabolical agent of evil. These people in my opinion are usually not quite sure who or what is real and this is to be expected and a normal part of being skeptical and wanting proof on new information. This is normal and part of learning. 

Others however are jealous individuals who wish they knew what he knows or simply people easily swayed by others opinions. These opinions are usually from someone who is trying to smear him either intentionally or who has no real experience with multi- dimensional realities. They want to be known as some GURU of light and coming from an ego point of presentation. Sometimes they are people who get swayed with the wind of doubts blowing their own easily influenced mind. 

Nonetheless all are entitled to their own opinion. Few will note Cobra NEVER comments on others personally or tries to defend himself personally. Other can attack and usually they are the ones who have never met him. I am consistently pleased he has been proven accurate on many things. There were those who felt the war in Syria was inevitable, including many channels. Cobra said NO it will not happen and the NWO is moving on to Ukraine for their WW3 plans. 

Though Ukraine has caused many horrendous acts of violence and atrocities no major world war powers will succeed in their attempts to create larger and sustained military actions. Use your own intuition and have no fear, as the Truth will be laid bare in due course.

Russia’s VTB and Bank of China agree on domestic currency settlements

VTB, Russia’s second biggest lender, has signed a deal with Bank of China, which includes an agreement to pay each other in domestic currencies.

“Under the agreement, the banks plan to develop their partnership in a number of areas, including cooperation on ruble and renminbi settlements, investment banking, inter-bank lending, trade finance and capital-markets transactions,” says the official VTB statement.

The deal underlines VTB Group’s growing interest in Asian markets and will help grow trade between Russia and China that are already close trading partners, said VTB Bank Management Board Vasily Titov.

An Agreement on Cooperation was signed by Titov and Bank of China President Chen Siqing in Shanghai on Tuesday in the presence of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping.

VTB Group is Russia’s second biggest financial institution with more than 30 banks and financial firms in more than 20 countries. Its assets were estimated at 8.8 billion rubles as of 2013, with a profit of 100.5 billion rubles.

The agreement comes as a part of Russia’s larger scale pivot to Asia, as Western economies threaten sanctions over the turmoil in Ukraine. Sanctions by the US and the EU have been mostly limited to visa bans and asset freezes on some leading Russian officials, and so far only threatening a so-called third round of real economic sanctions against Russian businesses.

In the first day of a two-day trip to China Russia’s President Vladimir Putin said the two countries will be increasing their bilateral trade to reach a new level.

“Our countries have done a huge job to reach a new historic landmark…. China has firmly settled in a position of our key trade partner,” Putin said.

Putin also said that trade turnover between Russia and China grew almost 2 percent during 2013 to reach about $90 billion.

“If we sustain this pace the level of bilateral trade of $100 billion will be reached by 2015 and we’ll confidently move on,” Putin said.

Increasing investment cooperation is crucial, Putin added. Holding the first Russia-China EXPO in Harbin this summer help towards that, he said.

In Shanghai Russia and China also agreed to set up a Committee on Investment Cooperation that will enable consultations between the countries’ first vice premiers and representatives of state and private companies.

Together it’ll be possible to discuss investment in various projects much more efficiently and clearly,” as Interfax quotes Kirill Dmitriyev the head of Russia’s Direct Investment Fund.

In terms of concrete deals the Russia-China Investment Fund (RCIF) and Vcanland, a leading Chinese tourism developer, have agreed to invest $800 million in development of tourism and social projects.

"Most of the money (60 - 70%) will be spent on tourism development. The geographical focus will be on destinations such as Hainan Island, Lake Baikal, the cities of Vladivostok and Sochi," Dmitriyev said.

China is the second most popular destination for Russian tourists, and Russia - the third most popular destination for Chinese, and in the next 10 years the Russian tourism sector will be growing, according to forecasts by the RCIF.

In 2013, the volume of Chinese direct investments in the Russian economy grew five-fold to $4 billion. By the start of 2013, the total amount of Russia's direct investments in China was valued at $847.7 million. Forty projects with investment of 20 billion dollars are on the drawing board. The power sector is the driving force behind Sino-Russian cooperation, although agriculture and agribusiness also have huge cooperation potential.
