Baghdad: news agency "Reuters" that the tanker loaded with crude oil from Iraqi Kurdistan currently anchored near the port of Galveston, Texas, and will be subject to inspection by a procedural U.S. Coast Guard, before being allowed to unload its cargo.  LINK

Aggiedad77:  As this article indicates Family.....this tanker is not yet docked in the US.....it is anchored in the Gulf of Mexico...."off the Galveston coast".....a fairly typical procedure in being cleared to enter a US port.....such as Houston.....IMO.....this tanker will not dock in Galveston itself.....there are very few if any docks for tankers like this in Galveston itself.....now....once it passes into Galveston Bay.....there are any number of opportunities for it.....first of which would probably be the Texas City Refinery....and many many other opportunities as they would proceed up into the Houston Ship Channel.

It will be interesting if they can indeed gain clearance to proceed beyond the point where they are currently located.

IMO.....if this tanker is allowed to dock in the US....that will be sending a strong message to Iraq and the ME....as the US position regarding the Kurds sale of crude on the international market will have shifted significantly.....if these is allowed.....again....IMO....it telegraphs the message that the US sees a unified government being put into place.....one that will recognize the actions being taken by the Kurds in this "international process".....to me....this could be HUGE....whether or not the US allows the ship to proceed to a dock and start to off-load.

LESSON 2:  CHOOSING A BANK and ACCOUNTS

BANK TIERS:
Banks are classified very generally by two different criteria: 1) amount of money managed (or deposited), and 2) services offered.  There are "tiers" for each of these, which creates a good deal of confusion to call both "tiers." But there you have it. 

It so happens that these two criteria often track one another. For example, banks that provide "services" like foreign exchange and wealth management typically are large enough to support such activities so they have larger depositories as well. So it is a sort of 2-fer deal sometimes.   

It is the Tier 1 SERVICE banks that are our target. Of course we do not ignore the advantage 1) above gives us, but it is the Foreign Exchange (FE)  service in particular that appeals to us at the moment.    We wish to seek out a bank that itself offers FE services. That means it operates its own FE division or department where currencies are verified and funded, even if not every branch has this function. This means personnel trained in FE work for this bank as employees.  That means the bank has a vested interest in making sure FE works right.  I like that.

Some of such banks are the Big 4: Bank of America, Citigroup, Chase, Wells Fargo.  USBank may also offer these services in larger cities. HSBC offers them in San Francisco as best I know and I think BNP Paribas offers them in New York.  

Banks that do not themselves offer FE services normally contract with the banks that do. However, that means that your dinar/dong will be in transit "inter-bank" via some transportation means, which may open the door for some funny business. It also could mean delays in crediting your account, from a few days to upwards of a week or so.  In our case, Seller beware.

Tier 2,3 and Community Banks
There are multiple banks that are not Tier 1 and are excellent banks.  The safety of your deposit should be utmost in your mind. Pick a local bank that has 4 or 5 star ratings. Check the internet in your area by Googling "regional bank safety ratings [zipcode]."   This returns pretty amazing results that I was not expecting.  A word of caution: One bank by a certain name in one area (zip) may be highly rated, but the same named bank in another zip may have a much lesser rating. This is because of past performance and likely the local management.  So do your homework.  And BTW this includes the Tier 1 Big-4 banks as well!  This also surprised me.


FDIC INSURED BANKS
As far as I am concerned this is all bogus hoopla. It is not worth a dime. The FDIC has 99 years to pay you your money back, even the $250,000 insured amounts per signature on an account. Next, only 6% of all FDIC deposits are actually insured. If there is a run on banks, do you really think you will be in the 6%? Then you get to wait up to 99 years for it.  So I recommend private insurance if you are worried, or don't be using banks at all. 


BANK SERVICES:
As we've discussed FE is one important service. Another we might be interested in shortly is wealth management services. This essentially allows you to invest in various instruments  (Pay attention:) offered by this bank, such as stocks, mutual funds, annuities, etc. So each bank has a specific tailored set of instruments it offers, compensates it employees for selling, commissions are normally paid to them, etc.  So one must query whether such instruments:

    are the best available on the open market
    are selected based on the incentive to earn the commission or to put you in the right instrument
    are serviced by the most knowledgable individuals in such instruments
    provide you with the most experienced possible persons, (or someone in training?)
    what monthly charges will using said services impose? Are they fixed or dependent on the balance managed?

My own personal objective is to find the very best wealth manager I can who  has a proven track record, is acting in my best interests and not their own, etc. I do not plan to use a bank for such services. I'd rather pay someone for performance rather than selling to me. Each of you will need to decide these matters for yourself.



CHOICE:
So your dilemma becomes what you want in your bank. Is it full service, one stop shopping? Is it timeliness during the exchange process? Is it personalized service? Is it a full range of comprehensive wealth products?  Is it being recognized and acknowledged when  you set foot in the door?

If you know your objectives it'll make it more obvious which bank fulfills those objectives. Now is the time to ferret out those decisions.


ACCOUNTS:
Once you have chosen your bank it is wise to have your accounts already opened before you try to do your Currency Exchange (CE). Here are the accounts I recommend:

    One account for dinars, due to different tax treatments
    One account for dongs, due to different tax treatments
    One account per currency type to sequester taxes for that dreadful day when your first Estimated Tax payment is due (Sept 15, 2014 we hope!!)  (This may become more clear when we receive our packets for the RV from Tony et al.  At one point the UST  was going to track your asset-backed funds ad infinitum but I understood on 7/25's call that Tony indicated otherwise.  Let's see if there is additional info on this. If you find it pls PM me and let me know and I shall update this.) 


I shall refer to 1&2 s the "mother lode" accounts.  These accounts will hold all your disposable proceeds from the CE, which is likely more money than any of us have ever seen.  So here is my plan:

A. Neither Mother Lode account will have any checks printed for it, not have online banking of ANY kind, no credit or debit cards, no wiring allowed in or out, etc.
B. When I wish to access funds to move to "working accounts" where I do have checks printed, etc. I will present myself in person to the bank and do a withdrawal and deposit into a separate account.
C. I shall request that no low-level teller has access to the Mother Lode accounts. Only my personal banker is allowed to access it at the bank.
D. I shall severely limit the signature authority on the Mother Lode accounts.
E. I shall evermore refuse any "special high roller credit cards" of any and all kinds forevermore. These merely advertise to anyone who gets it that you have money and you have now blown your cover of privacy.  Ask yourself, "What would a waiter in a fancy restaurant do with a credit a card against an account KNOWN to have hundreds of thousands of dollars in it?" duh. 
F. The jury is still out for me on whether these Mother Lode accounts will be interest bearing (IB). My dilemma is:

    I'd like the minuscule income interest produces
    I don't know if making them IB causes me to enter some kind of default contractual agreement with the bank wherein I am the lender for the bank and permits the bank to leverage MY money for their benefit and my detriment.
    If non-IB accounts prohibit such usage.

These answers have not been easy to obtain, but it concerns me greatly.

Choosing a bank is a personal decision on many levels. Identify your objectives to help wade through the morass of choices.


BANK CONTRACTS and FEES:
At one time we were told the banks would have contracts for us to sign that would specify a percentage of the money that had to remain at the bank for some duration, such as 12 -24 months. I now think that has gone by the wayside and is replaced with a flat fee to be charged by all banks.  That fee is 2%, which is a whopping fee, and represents the profit the bank will get, less the small fees due to the UST.  So the 2% should be the total fees you will be charged, payable to the bank out of the proceeds of the CE.

I do not feel shy about trying..

European governments and the Western media have put the world at risk by enabling Washington’s propaganda and aggression against Russia.

Washington has succeeded in using transparent lies to demonize Russia as a dangerous aggressive country led by a new Hitler or a new Stalin, just as Washington succeeded in demonizing Saddam Hussein in Iraq, the Taliban in Afghanistan, Qaddafi in Libya, Assad in Syria, Chavez in Venezuela, and, of course, Iran.

The real demons–Clinton, Bush, Obama–are “the exceptional and indispensable people” above the reach of demonization. Their horrific real crimes go unnoticed, while fictitious crimes are attributed to the unexceptional and dispensable people and countries.

The reason that Washington demonizes a leader and a country is to permit the creation of circumstances that Washington can use to act with force against a leader and a country.

Washington’s incessant lies alleging “Russian aggression” have created Russian aggression out of thin air. John Kerry and the State Department’s Marie Harf issue new lies daily, but never any supporting evidence. Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Martin Dempsey, is at work preparing American opinion for the upcoming war.

The intellects in the Aspen Forum did not break out laughing when Dempsey told them that Russia’s (alleged but unproven) involvement in Ukraine was the first time since 1939 that a country made a conscious decision to use its military force inside another sovereign nation to achieve its objectives. No one asked Dempsey what Washington has been doing during the last three presidential regimes: Clinton in Serbia, Bush and Obama in Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia, Pakistan, and Yemen, Obama in Libya and Syria.

Here are Dempsey’s words: “You’ve got a Russian government that has made a conscious decision to use its military force inside another sovereign nation to achieve its objectives. It’s the first time since 1939 or so that that’s been the case. They clearly are on a path to assert themselves differently not just in Eastern Europe, but Europe in the main, and towards the United States.”

Washington’s view that the world is its oyster is so ingrained that neither Dempsey nor his upper echelon audience at the Aspen Forum noticed the absurdity of his statement. Washington and the brainwashed US population take if for granted that the “exceptional, indispensable nation” is not limited in its actions by the sovereignty of other countries.

Washington takes for granted that US law prevails in other countries over the countries’ own laws–just ask France or Switzerland, that Washington can tell foreign financial institutions and corporations with whom they can do business and with whom they cannot–just ask every country and company prevented from doing business with Iran, that Washington can invade any country whose leader Washington can demonize and overthrow–just ask Iraq, Honduras, Libya, Serbia, and so forth, and that Washington can conduct military operations against peoples in foreign countries, such as Pakistan and Yemen, with which Washington is not at war.

All of this is possible, because Washington has claimed the title from Israel of being “God’s Chosen People.” Of course, Israel’s loss of the title has not stopped Israel from acting the same way.

Washington now has in motion the wheels of war. Once the wheels of war begin to turn, momentum carries them forward. The foolish, indeed utterly stupid, governments and media in Europe seem unaware of Washington’s orchestration of their future or lack thereof, or they are indifferent to it. They are dooming themselves and all of humanity by their insouciance. Heaven help if the British PM or French president or German chancellor were not invited to the White House or the Polish nonentity did not get his Washington stipend.

Readers who cannot tolerate problems without solutions always request solutions. OK, here is the solution:

The only possibility of avoiding war is that Putin take his case to the UN. If Washington can send Colin Powell to the UN unarmed with any truth to make Washington’s case for war against Iraq, Putin should be able to take his case to the UN against Washington’s war against Russia.

The case that the emperor has no clothes is an easy one to make.

Unlike Washington, Putin is willing to share the evidence that Russia has about who is doing what in Ukraine. It is a simple matter to establish that Washington organized a coup that overthrew an elected government, supports violence against those who object to the coup, and has turned a deaf ear to Russia’s repeated pleas for Kiev and the separatists to negotiate their differences.

Putin should make it clear to the world that Washington continues with provocative military steps against Russia, with force buildups on Russia’s borders and calls for more buildups, with S.2277 which reads like a US preparation for war, with provocative actions and accusations by top US generals and government officials against Russia, and with efforts to isolate Russia and to inflict economic and political injury on Russia.

Putin should make it clear to the world that there is a limit to the provocations that Russia can accept and that Russia believes that Russia is in danger of preemptive nuclear attack by Washington. Putin can describe Washington’s withdrawal from the ABM treaty, the construction of ABM bases on Russia’s borders, and the announced change in Washington’s war doctrine that elevates US nuclear forces from a retaliatory role to a preemptive first strike role. These actions are clearly directed at Russia (and China–wake up China! You are next!).

Putin must state clearly that the likely consequence of the world continuing to enable Washington’s lies and aggression will be not merely another disastrous war but the termination of life.

The governments of the world, especially Washington’s vassals in Europe, Canada, Australia, and Japan, need to be told that it is their responsibility to stop their enabling of Washington’s aggression or to accept their responsibility for World War III.

At least we could all have the enjoyment of watching the arrogant Samantha Powers and the craven British lapdog rise and walk out of the UN proceedings. There is no doubt whatsoever that Washington is unable to answer the charges.

Here again is the Wolfowitz Doctrine that controls US foreign policy and that condemns Planet Earth to death:

“Our first objective is to prevent the re-emergence of a new rival, either on the territory of the former Soviet Union or elsewhere, that posses a threat on the order of that posed formerly by the Soviet Union. This is a dominant consideration underlying the new regional defense strategy and requires that we endeavor to prevent any hostile power from dominating a region whose resources would, under consolidated control, be sufficient to generate global power.”

A hostile power is defined as any country that is not a Washington vassal.

The Wolfowitz Doctrine commits the United States, its peoples, Washington’s gullible EU allies and those peoples to war with Russia and China. Unless Russia and China surrender, the world will be destroyed.

The destruction of the world is what the idiot EU governments and the presstitute Western media are fostering by their enablement of Washington’s lies and aggression.

Every American officer, regardless of branch of service, take the same oath upon their appointment to the military. They swear to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.”

The language used is not dissimilar to that of the presidential oath of office as it appears in Article II of the Constitution: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

The American oaths of office are different from those of so many nations around the world, because we do not swear allegiance to a person, a religious sect, or even to the nation’s citizens. America’s leaders swear to uphold the Constitution, the documentin which the individual freedoms that make America unique among all nations in history are enshrined and guaranteed.

It should come as no surprise, then, that when long-service American military officers see the principles of the Constitutional repeatedly violated, disregarded, and even held in contempt, they take offense.

Retired officers, of course, have more freedom to express their views without concern for the impact such honesty might have on their careers. For example, Air Force Major General Bentley Rayburn and four-star Army General Jack Keane have both spoken out against Obama’s treatment of Islamic terrorists, including his trade of several Guantanamo Bay detainees for accused deserter Bowe Bergdahl. Retired Lieutenant General William G. “Jerry” Boykin has gone so far as to call for Obama’s impeachment, as has General Patrick Henry Brady.

Retired U.S. Army Major General Paul E. Vallely has publicly argued that America’s current leadership has so damaged individual American liberty that it can be restored only by citizen protests to force the resignations of President Obama and other political leaders. The general has also recently been working to uncover the truth about the Benghazi attacks of 2012, which he says involved an illegal arms deal by Hillary Clinton’s State Department. General Vallely and retired Air Force Brigadier General Charles Jones have formed a “citizen’s council” to challenge the government more directly.

More recently–and more remarkably–active duty officers have been giving vent to their frustrations and concerns about the current administration. Active-duty 4-star Marine General and US Southern Command Commander John Kelly has commented on the grave threat to America’s existence that the current border crisis represents. Even more remarkable, the Commandant of the Marine Corp himself, General James Amos, recently made comments highly critical of the Obama administration’s leadership and policy in Iraq.

That’s quite a list, and it’s far from complete. Nor does it include the numerous other senior officers who retired at the rank of Colonel or Lieutenant Colonel who have also spoken out against this president, his administration, and his policies.

When a politician or even a journalist makes negative comments about the leadership and practices of a sitting president, it is wise to take those with a grain of salt, asking what the motive of the speaker might be.

HERE IS WHERE PART OF THE LID COMES OFF. PART OF THE NEWS BLACKOUT IS OVER.

MANY MONTHS AGO MANY TRANSACTIONS IN REGARD OF HISTORIC BONDS, DINAR, DONG, OTHER CURRENCY, GOLD, GEMS, ETC WERE COMPLETED, AND FUNDS WERE GENERATED. THEN THEY STARTED TO TRANSFER THESE FUNDS TO THE PAYEES, AND ALL ATTEMPTS TO TRANSFER FUNDS FAILED.

NOBODY KNEW WHY, AND THERE WAS MUCH SHOUTING AND BLAMING EVERYBODY AND EVERYTHING FROM THE CABAL TO OTHER FORMS OF VEGETABLES TO THE WEATHER. BUT STILL, NOBODY KNEW WHY THE TRANSFERS WERE ALL BLOCKED.

THERE WAS GREAT SUFFERING TO THIS DAY AS PEOPLE LOST HOMES, FAMILIES, LIVES AS THEY WERE COUNTING ON THE PAYMENTS ON THE TRANSACTIONS.

NOW, MOST OF THE PAYMENTS WERE TO BE DONE IN THE NEW TRN. SINCE THE TRN WAS NOT READY, THEY ATTEMPTED TO TRANSFER IN USD AND EURO. NOTHING WORKED.

LAST THURSDAY, THE IMF ANNOUNCED THAT THE ADMINISTRATIVE BLOCK THEY PLACED ON THESE TRANSACTIONS WAS REMOVED, AND THEY COULD COMPLETE THE TRANSFERS IN PEACE.

THE CAT CAME OUT OF THE BAG.

WHY DID THE IMF NOT TELL EVERYBODY THAT THEY WERE PLACING ADMINISTRATIVE BLOCKS ON THE TRANSFERS? SIMPLE: IF THEY DID, THEIR DOOR WOULD BE POUNDED ON 24 HOURS A DAY BY PRINCIPALS, BANKERS, LAWYERS, AND BROKERS DEMANDING THEIR FUNDS BE RELEASED.

THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET ANY WORK DONE WITH THAT NIGHTMARE, SO THEY KEPT SILENT.

THIS MEANS THAT ON MONDAY, ALL GLOBAL TRANSACTIONS THAT AFFECT THE GCR, RV, AND GLOBAL RESET SUCH AS THE BONDS AND UNCUT, ETC, WILL BE RELEASED AND PAID OUT. THE WORLD WILL BEGIN TO BREATHE

HOWEVER, THIS WILL OCCUR ONLY NEXT WEEK. WHEN THE WEEK IS OVER AND THE MAJORITY OF THE TRANSACTIONS GET PAID OUT, THE SYSTEM WILL SHUT DOWN FOR A MONTH

THIS CLOSURE (NO INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OTHER THAN NORMAL COMMERCE AND DOMESTIC BANKING) COINCIDES WITH THE ARRESTS OF THE CRIMINALS THAT HAVE RAPED AND PILLAGED HUMANITY FOR SO LONG

1) fyi gaining a passport is hard when we are in free-fall without funds to pay for it or for our other mounting bills including needed health. care and. car repairs and rent, etc. Now you have my definition of how "hard" it is.

2) Susan rocks. Your comment about her so deserving our financial help is ful of impeccable integrity as she is. In my and others' integrity we would send her regular funds IF I had them - do not. Could u honor us also? There are others of us (working our lifetimes for God Source) who have also been "attacked" healthwise (etc) to stop our creating... even close to ever since we were born. How about some gratitude we're dedicated, strong, compassionate, ornery and magniloquently wildly lovingly naturally spirited enough to stay this creative course!?

3) When you only listed established already funded projects as those to receive funding , you left out those of us who have been working on our projects since our inception (close to forever) which need the funding and a safe enough environment within to create them... I prefer to feel and be appreciated and respected. I know u know we are also..
