Thank you to Julien for all the time and energy to bring us this enthralling information and advice, and to Elizabeth Mulligan for putting this show together and sharing it. It was fabulous.

As always, Julien delivers unique information directly from the Pleiadians and is the one who told us that 11,000 cabal members were removed from the planet in July by a specific group of Pleiadians which Cobra confirmed in his interview with Rob Potter on Aug 1st.

Julien expands on that operation and the repercussions in this radio show.

Here’s a sampling of the sort of information the Pleiadians who are observing us have compiled.

We all have a ‘Light quotient’, and it is this Light that they see from above, emanating from each soul on Starship Earth like a little dot, similar to the city lights as seen from space as in the image above.

Cobra also mentioned this back in July of 2012 when Drake gave the ‘tactical green light’ and we were ready to accept the surrender of the cabal and anticipated the mass arrests.

He said the planet suddenly glowed like a light bulb when the announcement came—and that was just from the awakened ones who KNEW about it. Many didn’t, so it was a relatively small group that erupted into Light when they heard that news but it was discernible by those monitoring our little marble.

Since then, our guardians have used their dipsticks to take readings on the number of people who have come to recognize that they have a higher being and share some very interesting findings in this regard.

These really ‘enlightened’ folks realize there is more to reality than what they’ve been told; that things are not exactly the way the Bible portrays, and they understand they are not separate from God and have a soul that is independent. They recognize that they have free will.

Those whose LQ is low, believe in God but that they are being ruled by someone, like God’s will or society’s will, so feel they have little personal choice.

The following percentages are expressed in relation to 100 per cent being the point when everyone on the planet realizes the truth. As you will see, we have a long way to go—but the shift is expanding fairly rapidly. We need that Hundredth Monkey effect to kick in, though. ;0)

For this first analysis, Humanity is viewed as a whole.

As of Dec 18, 2012… our Light quotient (LQ) was 12%, while on the 21st it was 14%. (amazing what the beginning of a new cycle will do)

on March 28th, 2013 it was 15%

on Dec 21, 2013 it was 18%

on June 1, 2014 it was 21%

as of Aug 9, 2014 we’re at 22%.

The Pleiadian researchers noted that more than 50% of this realization came from Asian, or non-English-speaking countries.

For the next breakdown, the Pleiadians isolated the population by English-speaking/European countries.

Europe is now homogeneously at 12% whereas on Dec 18, 2012 they registered at 6 – 7%.

Canada and Australia together are currently at 17.5%, up from 11% on Dec 18, 2012.

Next, they broke down the USA into coastal areas and the interior.

Dec 18, 2012 the coastal states’ LQ was 12%, and both coasts together are now at 18 1/2 %.

Dec. 18, 2012 the interior states were at 4%, and now they are at 7 1/3%.

Before 911, the level of hope people had that their future was positive was relatively poor. Interestingly enough… after 911 hope dropped—dramatically of course—but since, that level of positive anticipation has grown steadily, so the cabal’s efforts to break our spirit failed. It was close, but those who KNEW there is a positive future ahead buoyed up the rest. They held a space for those who hadn’t yet awakened.

Isn’t this fascinating? And doesn’t it illustrate why we feel more comfortable in and gravitate to specific areas of the continent? They all have their own energies.

One observation was that the people of USA use less free will than those in Canada/Australia/Europe, which stands to reason, because the cabal is focused in America and has been for a long time.

If you’re a math/Excel wiz you may feel drawn to project those numbers above to anticipate where our levels may be in upcoming months.

There was plenty more riveting information about not only what is transpiring with Earthlings, but some wonderful insights into the Pleiadians, themselves, as a race; and they are as diverse as we are.

This is a very long discussion and Julien never disappoints. In fact, I consider him one of my highest and most reliable sources of what is going on. He shares some important advice for us to move forward.

Elizabeth plays a few clips from other interviews such as David Wilcock as background for her questions as well as her own channeling/perceptions for the future and it’s worth taking in.

We are all struggling to discern what to believe and I thought I’d share that Julien also connected with Ashtar, who gave his two cents worth. Julien says Ashtar is more than one being, and said two key things that I recall.

One: “There are no heroes.” We are all equally important to the mission and are our own heroes.

Two: “It is selfish to look the other way when there is pain.” I assume he is referencing the atrocities the cabal is perpetrating as they struggle to survive in their dying days.

He also said that that “apocalyptic timeline” we’re familiar with resides at the INDIVIDUAL level, and that everyone with that negative timeline has now removed it. It no longer exists within any of us. Now, THAT is good news for the ones who are tottering on the brink of fear.

I just recalled that the team said the archons focus their attention on specific countries at any given time, and many of the countries they were bearing down on have been released and are now free of that negativity, so relief is slowly spreading planet-wide.

The cabal/Illuminati are NOT in control. The star nations have issued their ultimatums and disclosure is not far off from the sound of it.

I hope the conversation in this radio show will give those who live in fear and despair, the realization that we are not fighting the cabal alone; that we are NOT powerless victims; that all is going according to plan and we are moving forward as quickly as Humanity themselves will allow us to move; and that the most important thing we can do is to expand our awareness of who we are and how powerful we are because that has a profound effect on the others on the planet that we refer to as the sleeping ones and will help to usher in our Event Horizon.

BBC Shows Episode of Family Guy Involving Robin Williams and Failed Suicide Attempt Just Minutes Before his Death was Announced

I don’t have to tell my regular readers, but this is no coincidence. Let’s recall that thirteen years ago, the BBC announced that Building 7 of the World Trade Center collapsed 20 minutes before it did.

The BBC has been caught publishing fake photos and passing them off as something else to suit their needs; to shape public opinion.  They are run by the cabal and not to be trusted.

The Illuminati always drops hints and tells us what they’re going to do before they do it. When we go back and analyze movies like “Dark Knight Rising”, we can see the clever little clues that link to Sandy Hook—and there are far too many for it to be coincidence.

They murdered Marilyn Monroe, the Kennedys, US presidents, John Lennon, Whitney Houston, Princess Di, Michael Jackson, Heath Ledger, journalist Michael Hastings, whistleblowers Phil Schneider and William Cooper, Dr. Fred Bell, a long list of bankers, and countless named and nameless others. Robin Williams is probably just the latest. When you’ve erased plane loads of people, what’s one more at this stage of the game?

Sheriffs said Williams hanged himself in his apartment with a belt. Why would he commit suicide in this way, if indeed he was going to end his life? Why wouldn’t he simply take a handful of pills? He was bipolar, so I’m sure he had access to plenty of pills. I’m well versed in that area with a family member. I don’t believe he committed suicide.

He was involved in several projects that would take his work into the future. He didn’t show signs of leaving this world any more than Michael Jackson did, in the rehearsals for his “This Is It” tour.  ~ BP

The BBC broadcast an episode of Family Guy about Robin Williams and a failed suicide attempt just minutes before it was revealed that the actor had been found hanged.
An extraordinary coincidence saw the ‘Viewer Mail #2’ episode shown on BBC Three between 11.25pm and 11.45pm on Monday – with the death announced by Reuters news agency at 11.56pm.
A sketch in the episode called ‘Fatman and Robin’ sees Peter Griffin, the father in the US comedy, gain the power to turn everyone in his fictional city of Quahog into Williams by touching them.
Peter, whose favourite comedian is Williams, accuses God of hating the actor and wishes that everyone was him. Peter is then struck by lightning and receives the King Midas-like powers.
But he is eventually overwhelmed by clones of Williams overtaking the town and tries to kill himself. Peter then decides to cut off his hands so that he can get rid of his special powers.
A BBC spokesman said yesterday that the broadcast of the episode was an ‘uncanny coincidence’, but confirmed that a scheduled repeat of it for Friday will now not be shown.

BRICS are drifting away from US and European monetary structures

The BRICS countries (Brazil (EWZ), Russia, India (EPI), China (FXI), and South Africa) are slowly but surely drifting away from the 20th Century monetary and political structures setup by the U.S. (SPY) and Europe (EZU), as characterized by Russia’s G8 membership being revoked in the wake of the events in Crimea. The G7, as it is now known, is at odds with Russia’s Vladimir Putin, but that rift applies to the entire BRICS coalition — a group that seems to be growing stronger and more focused as leader of the Emerging Markets.

There have been a slew of recent moves within the BRICS network. Russia and China inked a $400 billion, 30-year natural gas partnership, forged a bilateral inter-bank agreement to deal in local currencies, and announced plans to create a new credit rating system to counter the Western agencies. China is diversifying away its U.S. dollar exposure, China and Brazil finalized a local currency swap, and leaders from the group of nations just met for the sixth annual BRICS Summit in Brazil.

Market Realist – The above graph shows China’s holdings of U.S. Treasuries (IEF), which have been declining consistently over the past year. China is steadily diversifying away from the dollar.

According to a government report released in June, China’s (FXI) holdings of U.S. Treasuries (TLT) declined for the third straight month in June 2014. China held 1.26 trillion in U.S. debt as of April 30, 2014, according to the report. This is an $8.9 billion decline from March. This fact is particularly significant given that China (FXI) is the largest foreign holder of U.S. Treasuries (IEF). According to data compiled by Bloomberg, analysts have seen this decline in holdings for three consecutive months.

China and Russia are also disintegrating from the standard credit rating procedures by agreeing to establish a rating agency on joint projects and international services. The rating agency would use similar tools and criteria for assessing creditworthiness as the existing agencies. This move came in response to the countries’ fears that negative feedback from agencies could prove harmful to their economies.

China and Russia also signed a momentous deal in May 2014. China agreed to purchase $400 billion of natural gas from Russia. This strategic deal comes as Russia finds itself isolated due to tensions with Ukraine. The deal should help China ease its gas shortages and reduce its dependence on coal.

The Russian government–controlled Gazprom will supply 38 billion cubic meters of gas annually to state owned China National Petroleum Corp., which will cater to almost one-fourth of China’s current annual gas consumption (150 billion cubic meters).

U.S. Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew has appealed to China to desist from taking steps that might be contrary to sanctions. However, the government has recognized China’s need for energy.

According to a joint statement from Russia and China on the partnership and strategic cooperation, Russia and China are planning to bypass the dollar and increase the volume of direct payments in their national currencies. This would threaten the dominance of the petrodollar and could be a huge blow to the economy if other nations follow suit.
