This last week has been one incredible week in Iraq. Here is a partial list of some very important things that have happened last week:

1. The new PM elect, Abadi, has formed most of his government. Sometime this week he and his new government will be ready to be voted on by the parliament.

2. Maliki failed to assassinate Abadi – losing his most loyal henchmen in a firefight with the USA.

  3. Maliki is publicly supporting Abadi since he is very close to being arrested for trying to murder Abadi.

4. Maliki’s son is wounded from gun shots while trying to murder Abadi. Perhaps he is now in CIA captivity.

5. The Iraqi courts refused to hear Maliki’s case.

6. Many formerly loyal to Maliki are quickly falling away from his support and presence. The smart ones are getting out of his evil line of sight.

7. The Iraqi Kurds now have and are still receiving weapons and ammo to fight the “Islamic State” (IS).

8. The Kurds have received a lot of on-the-ground leadership and air support from the USA military to fight IS.

9. The Kurds are turning the tide on the IS advance putting IS in retreat mode. Soon they will take Mosul.

10. The Kurds are now receiving a lot of humanitarian aid to assist those that have escaped to Kurdish territory.

Folks, we are not there quite yet. But this last week was nothing short of being INCREDIBLE. Soon Iraq will have a fully seated government. Most likely Maliki is fully neutralized at this point. The CIA has his number and is checking up on him and his fellow thugs 24/7.

Are we there yet??? No, a few things yet need to happen like:

1. Abadi’s new government needs to be seated and voted on by the parliament.

2. Maliki needs to be fully neutralized if there is any fight left in him. Maybe there still is. He is a remarkably evil man. Both Bush and Obama established and supported Maliki. Makes you wonder about our last 2 presidents.

The CIA along with special force units are watching the new government’s back to keep Maliki from murdering them.

The USA military is bombing IS and providing the most capable of training and arms support for the Kurds.

The new Iraqi government is working overtime every day to put their new government together in a good and right way with the best qualified candidates.

Needed economic reform laws are being hammered out to their last version before being presented to parliament for voting.

The Kurds and some GOI troops are fighting like Trojans to rid Iraq of IS.

The CBI is rushing to pave the way in making the IQD an international recognized currency.

Those in the know, realize that Maliki is the cause of the current mess in Iraq. A whole lot of folks are working and fighting around the clock to correct his madness and to make sure his power trip is over.

Folks, a paradigm shift has occurred in Iraq during the last few months. Those that are saying the RV is months away are still thinking too much of the old Iraq under Maliki.

 

It is easy to get that way when you spend so much time studying, writing, and commenting on what has happened in the past.
I don’t think we are looking at months any more. The next few weeks should tell us if we are looking at months or weeks. Hopefully, only weeks.

Are we there yet??? NO, but we are getting very close very fast. There are literally armies of folks in Iraq making sure it is going to happen quickly. Their lives and the lives of their family’s depend upon it.  CY

CARDEN:Robert, the answer is NO. You will not have to travel anywhere. You've got the perfect banks right there in UK. My understanding about G64 is that you will be called so keep your cell phone handy. They will confirm you are amenable to exchange at this time and amounts/currency you wish to exchange; they will provide rates and schedule a meeting in the bank of your choice. You will be given the name of approved banks to visit in your area. You will be sent details by email and you carry this to the bank for your meeting.

AJM063: Q: Hello Carden. I heard that the Admiral's Group went in late Friday evening, and funds were to be transferred to the Paymaster for payout today. Of course, this was predicated on an RV on Sunday, and since it did not happen, I doubt funds have been released yet. Do you think this could happen tomorrow, after Iraq's Parliament Sesson? CARDEN:CIBANCO, BANAMEX, HSBC, all are in MX and all are capable of exchanging. Your friend will carry their currency in and get a deposit slip and depending on their standing with the bank, within 24 hours will get 80% credit line. Then, in 2 weeks, once the UST has coordinated everything with their bank, they will have full amount.

AUSTIN POWERS PM: In reading on Recaps I see that the White Hats Auxiliary (WHA) is insisting that you should make a mad dash to the bank to get your Dinar's cashed out as they feel the value will come out low and drop like a rock after that.  What is your take on their thought process?  They are insisting that the Dinar got overprinted and there is flat out to much out there to support the 3+ rates that so many talk about.

We won't know about the deadline until we see the proposal and final offering. Stay tuned for further info on that topic. Country's have, in the past, called a limited time for exchange. As an example Viet Nam didn't allow the natural citizens to exchange past 30 days when their currency was inflated. They've done this twice. But, USA citizens are still able to exchange VND from 1950's! So, how is this possible? Anyone who posits a definite opinion on this issue is unaware of the pending global GCR and the global laws that will come into effect.

IMO, if we have the NEW WORLD, NEW CURRENCY VALUATIONS, NEW SOFTWARE; in other words, once this is truly live and available to groups, the public will also be able to exchange immediately. The "private trade" that occurred is typically some form of arbitrage - meaning, the party's involved have agreed to sell/exchange with a third, and typically the "exit" already pre-arranged. The exit buy is the one that makes money on the first or second trade. This arbitrage is SOP. It's done in every business and is fine for those involved. Typically it's a win/win/win all the way around. 

Once the RV/GCR is publicly announced you will immediately be able to go to the bank. What is NOT known at this time, by anyone I've talked to.... is whether or not the bank can offer you A, B, OR C deal. I will BET THEY DO and this is depending on if you go to one of the top 4.

Ron Paul: US sanctions on Russia risk sinking the dollar. In its attempt to isolate Russia, the US actually isolates itself.

The US government's decision to apply more sanctions on Russia is a grave mistake and will only escalate an already tense situation, ultimately harming the US economy itself.

While the effect of sanctions on the dollar may not be appreciated in the short term, in the long run these sanctions are just another step toward the dollar's eventual demise as the world's reserve currency.

Not only is the US sanctioning Russian banks and companies, but it also is trying to strong-arm European banks into enacting harsh sanctions against Russia as well.

Given the amount of business that European banks do with Russia,European sanctions could hurt Europe at least as much as Russia.

At the same time the US expects cooperation from European banks, it is also prosecuting those same banks and fining them billions of dollars for violating existing US sanctions. It is not difficult to imagine that European banks will increasingly become fed up with having to act as the US government's unpaid policemen, while having to pay billions of dollars in fines every time they engage in business that Washington doesn't like.

European banks are already cutting ties with American citizens and businesses due to the stringent compliance required by recently-passed laws such as FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act). In the IRS's quest to suck in as much tax dollars as possible from around the world, the agency has made Americans into the pariahs of the international financial system.

As the burdens the US government places on European banks grow heavier, it should be expected that more and more European banks will reduce their exposure to the United States and to the dollar, eventually leaving the US isolated. Attempting to isolate Russia, the US actually isolates itself.

Another effect of sanctions is that Russia will grow closer to its BRICS (Brazil Russia India China South Africa) allies. These countries count over 40 percent of the world's population, have a combined economic output almost equal to the US and EU, and have significant natural resources at their disposal.

Russia is one of the world's largest oil producers and supplies Europe with a large percent of its natural gas. Brazil has the second-largest industrial sector in the Americas and is the world's largest exporter of ethanol. China is rich in mineral resources and is the world's largest food producer.

Already Russia and China are signing agreements to conduct their bilateral trade with their own national currencies rather than with the dollar, a trend which, if it spreads, will continue to erode the dollar's position in international trade.

Perhaps more importantly, China, Russia, and South Africa together produce nearly 40 percent of the world's gold, which could play a rôle if the BRICS countries decide to establish a gold-backed currency to challenge the dollar.

US policymakers fail to realize that the United States is not the global hegemon it was after World War II. They fail to understand that their overbearing actions toward other countries, even those considered friends, have severely eroded any good will that might previously have existed. And they fail to appreciate that more than 70 years of devaluing the dollar has put the rest of the world on edge.

There is a reason the euro was created, a reason that China is moving to internationalize its currency, and a reason that other countries around the world seek to negotiate monetary and trade compacts. The rest of the world is tired of subsidizing the United States government's enormous debts, and tired of producing and exporting trillions of dollars of goods to the US, only to receive increasingly worthless dollars in return.

The US government has always relied on the cooperation of other countries to maintain the dollar's preeminent position. But international patience is wearing thin, especially as the carrot-and-stick approach of recent decades has become all stick and no carrot.

If President Obama and his successors continue with their heavy-handed approach of levying sanctions against every country that does something US policymakers don’t like, it will only lead tomore countries shunning the dollar and accelerating the dollar's slide into irrelevance.

A new report by the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) circulating in the Kremlin today states that President Barack Obama “ordered and personally oversaw” from the White House a brazen attack conducted by US Special Warfare Development Group (DEVGRU) commandos against an 11 vehicle Saudi Arabian convoy last night nearing Porte de la Chapelle in northern Paris as it was heading for Le Bourget airport after leaving the Saudi Embassy.

According to this report, and as confirmed by various media sources, the attacked convoy was protecting an as yet unnamed Saudi prince who was briefly detained by these highly-trained DEVGRU commandos, and who were able to not only conduct their mission without firing a shot, but were also able to secure the “sensitive documents” they were after.

A French police source talking to the AFP news agency about this US commando attack further stated “It's quite an unusual attack. They were obviously well-informed. It's true that it's quite a rare way of operating,” and said that “If they were looking for sensitive documents, that changes the nature of the crime. It will no longer be an armed robbery, but something more complicated.”

To how “complicated” this attack really was in fact, this report notes, SVR intelligence operatives in the US had previously warned that Obama was mysteriously returning to the White House this past weekend from his scheduled vacation due the United States facing an “apocalyptic attack” from an estimated 3,000 “Ebola Martyrs” who are already in America and warned are “ready to strike”.

As we had, likewise, reported on after the issuance of last weeks SVR report, of the estimated 111,000 Saudi Arabian students currently in the United States, 8,000 have been identified as being Islamic State (IS) [also known as the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) and the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS)]  terror members, of which nearly 3,000 of them have become “Ebola Martyrs” willing to die in their “mission” of infecting as many Americans as they can before their stated deadline of October.

The “sensitive documents” obtained by these DEVGRU commandos, this report continues, were related to these “Ebola Martyrs” who are under the “direct control” of Saudi Prince Khalid bin Bandar Al Saud who heads that nations top spy agency, the General Intelligence Presidency (GIP).

This SVR report further details that this Saudi convoy was attacked by DEVGRU commandos on Obama’s orders based upon information obtained from nearly 25 of these “Ebola Martyrs” detained during the past week in Albania, Montenegro and Bulgaria showing symptoms of this disease, and all of whom stated that their destination was Paris where they would “receive further orders and travel documents”.

The SVR in their new report reiterates from their previous report that Saudi Arabia is using IS and Boko Haram terrorists to target the United States with these “Ebola Martyrs” due to the US$100 million15-acre mega-mosque due to be opened in October outside of Washington D.C. in October, and at which time it will become the largest and most striking example of Islamic architecture in the Western hemisphere.

Of Saudi Arabia’s “greatest fear”, this report says, is the “center of Islam” being removed from Mecca and supplanted in Jerusalem (which the mega-mosque outside Washington D.C. will be a part of) which would, in effect, destroy their nation and the other monarchies of the Gulf region.

Important to note, SVR analysts in this report say, is that Obama has long championed the Muslim Brotherhood organization that took power in Egypt after the 2011 revolution and whose forces toppled the long serving dictator Hosni Mubarak.

Enraged by Obama’s “betrayal” of Mubarak, however, this report continues, Saudi Arabia provided Egypt’s military with over US$5 billion to topple the Muslim Brotherhood, sentence all of its top leadership to death, and install another dictatorial regime.

Former Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Aboul Gheit, this report further notes, said he had a one-on-one meeting with Obama, in which the President told him that he was still a Muslim, and in two separate criminal complaints, Egyptian lawmakers this past June charged both Obama and Hillary Clinton with conspiring with the Muslim Brotherhood, charges which stated that they had:

“…cooperated, incited, and assisted the armed elements of the Muslim Brotherhood in the commission of crimes…”. Some of the crimes include murder, rape, torture, extortion, bribery, enslavement, and the ethnic cleansing of Egyptian Coptic Christians.” According to one of the criminal charges, Hillary Clinton was, also, found to be working with ousted Muslim Brotherhood president Mohammed Morsi’s wife, Naglaa Mahmood, in attempting to overthrow the current leader of Egypt, General Abdel Fatah Al-Sisi.

US ally Great Britain, this report continues, is, likewise, being caught in this maelstrom as its long delayed Whitehall report on the Muslim Brotherhood is set to find that this organization (which is contending with Saudi Arabia for the leadership of the Sunni Muslim world) to be “INNOCENT of any wrongdoing”…and which, also, enables them to omit Obama and Clinton’s ties to them.

And, perhaps, most grimly, this SVR report concludes, Obama does, in fact, appear to not only be in a “deadly struggle” with Saudi Arabia for the control of the Sunni Islam world, but has gone even further by waging a de facto war against all of Christianity too, an observation not only made by Russian intelligence analysts, but also by US Senator Rand Paul who this past June warned the American people:

“Christians are being attacked around the world, but you won’t hear much about it on the evening news because the answer’s not convenient. It doesn’t fit the narrative we have been told about radical Islam. The president tries to gloss overwho’s attacking and killing Christians. The media describes the killings as sectarian. But the truth is, a worldwide war on Christians is being waged by a fanatical element of Islam.”

It seems legendary hedge fund billionaire George Soros might be souring in his view on the market outlook for U.S. stocks, based on his most recent 13-F filing in the U.S., which showed a 605% increase in his short S&P 500 position (through put options on 11.29 million shares of SPDR S&P 500 ETF) to $2.2 billion. In a 13-F filing three months ago, Soros' fund had puts on 1.6 million shares, valued at $299.264 at the time. Even though he is still net long stocks, this took the short position (where he owns an option which will profit from a fall in stocks prices) on the S&P 500 from 2.96% of his Soros Funds Management Portfolio to a whopping 16.65%. If you happen to see the Bill Clinton 5-minute TV ad for Hillary in which he
introduces the commercial by saying he wants to share some things we may not
know about Hillary's background. Beware. As I was there for most of their
presidency and know them better than just about anyone, I offer a few
corrections.

Bill says: "In law school, Hillary worked on legal services for the poor."
The facts are: Hillary's main extra-curricular activity in law school was
helping the Black Panthers, on trial in Connecticut for torturing and killing
a federal agent. She went to court every day as part of a law student
monitoring committee trying to spot civil rights violations and develop
grounds for appeal.

Bill says: "Hillary spent a year after graduation working on a children's
rights project for poor kids." The facts are: Hillary interned with Bob
Truehaft, the head of the California Communist Party. She met Bob when he
represented the Panthers and traveled all the way to San Francisco to take an
internship with him.

Bill says: "Hillary could have written her own job ticket, but she turned
down all the lucrative job offers." The facts are: She flunked the DC bar
exam; yes, flunked. It is a matter of record, and only passed the Arkansas
bar. She had no job offers in Arkansas - none - and only got hired by the
University of Arkansas Law School at Fayetteville because Bill was already
teaching there. She did not join the prestigious Rose Law Firm until Bill
became Arkansas Attorney General and was made a partner only after he was
elected Arkansas Governor.

Bill says: "President Carter appointed Hillary to the Legal Services Board of
Directors and she became its chairman." The facts are: The appointment was in
exchange for Bill's support for Carter in his 1980 primary against Ted
Kennedy. Hillary then became chairman in a coup in which she won a majority
away from Carter's choice to be chairman.

Bill says: "She served on the board of the Arkansas Children's Hospital." The
facts are: Yes, she did. But her main board activity, not mentioned by Bill,
was to sit on the Wal-Mart board of directors for a substantial fee. She was
silent about their labor and health care practices.

Bill says: "Hillary didn't succeed at getting health care for all Americans
in 1994, but she kept working at it and helped to create the Children's
Health Insurance Program (CHIP) that provides five million children with
health insurance." The facts are: Hillary had nothing to do with creating
CHIP. It was included in the budget deal between Clinton and Republican
Majority Leader Senator Trent Lott. I know; I helped negotiate the deal. The
money came half from the budget deal and half from the Attorney Generals'
tobacco settlement. Hillary had nothing to do with either source of funds.

Bill says: "Hillary was the face of America all over the world." The facts
are: Her visits were part of a program to get her out of town so that Bill
would not appear weak by feeding stories that Hillary was running the White
House. Her visits abroad were entirely touristic and symbolic and there was
no substantive diplomacy on any of them.

Bill says: "Hillary was an excellent Senator who kept fighting for children's
and women's issues." The facts are: Other than totally meaningless
legislation like changing the names on courthouses and post offices, she has
passed only four substantive pieces of legislation. One set up a national
park in Puerto Rico . A second provided respite care for family members
helping their relatives through Alzheimer's or other conditions. And two were
routine bills to aid 911 victims and responders which were sponsored by the
entire NY delegation. Presently she is trying to have the US memorialize the
Woodstock fiasco of 40 years ago.

Here is what bothers me more than anything else about Hillary Clinton. She
has done everything possible to weaken the President and our country (that's
you and me!) when it comes to the war on terror.

1. She wants to close GITMO and move the combatants to the USA where they
would have access to our legal system.

2. She wants to eliminate the monitoring of suspected Al Qaeda phone calls
to/from the USA .
3. She wants to grant constitutional rights to enemy combatants captured on
the battlefield.
4. She wants to eliminate the monitoring of money transfers between suspected
Al Qaeda cells and supporters in the USA .

5. She wants to eliminate the type of interrogation tactics used by the
military & CIA where coercion might be used when questioning known terrorists
even though such tactics might save American lives.

One cannot think of a single bill Hillary has introduced or a single comment
she has made that would tend to strengthen our country in the War on Terror.
But, one can think of a lot of comments she has made that weaken our country
and make it a more dangerous situation for all of us. Bottom line: She goes
hand in hand with the ACLU on far too many issues where common sense is
abandoned.

Share this with every democrat you know .... ask them to prove Dick Morris
wrong. Think about it - he (Dick Morris) has said all of this openly, thus if
he were not truthful he'd be liable for defamation of character! And you
better believe Hilary would sue him.

Is America ready for a woman president?

I believe we are, just NOT this one.
