8-22-14 Breitling: The note count was about 9 billion and
it represented 30 Trillion dinar….but no one knows the exact number…They said
they were going to reduce the note count and increase the value…their original
target was 1 billion notes at $3 plus per dinar…They’ve come out with 3
articles within the last 12 months.
Last October they said they reduced the number of notes
from 6 billion to 4 billion with plans to go from 4 billion to 1 billion…but
they had just got to 6 billion. …In the third or fourth month of this year they
came out and said they were at 4 billion notes.
We’re watching them go for the target…why wouldn’t they
also go for raising the rate too? That’s
confirmation from the CBI that they are going to do what they said they’re
going to do…that’s proof since we’re sitting back and looking at the numbers.

POST...
Pretty much exactly what I had posted about a week ago.
When I spoke of the new global financial system making its debut, someone asked
"what if the USA doesn't comply?” It's simple, the USA will be left in the
dust, to wither & die on the vine.
Hoping that our illustrious leaders will see the light,
and change their ways but, knowing the odds are against them exercising good
old common sense. With deep regrets, I feel that this once proud and mighty
nation may very well suffer those consequences purveyed in that proposed
letter.
The wicked, and the evil never seem to man up and choose
the path of righteousness but rather, continue on their downward spiral as if
it's a mental disease or drug addiction that they cannot rid themselves of.
LISTEN to me folks, either the USA wises up OR, gets left
behind!

DC - Good afternoon...Iraq...mosques announce govt is
fully seated and will have celebrations on Mon T- On TV too
DC - Security...ISIL prevalent role since the
execution...very much a force to reckon with but being dealt with in
Iraq...diff in Syria. We continue to bomb them and make progress.
T- Iraq is superfantastic today! DC - Yes, entire world
happy how they put it together. They are! everyone is happy how fast they got
it together...incredibly calming and inclusive feel...Dr. Abadi incredible. T-
Our first clue was Dr. Hagel.... DC- Sec of Defense...said PM Abadi not
designate.... COM seated and everyone is calm..much more inclusive and said
banking reforms.
DC- UN pleased as punch...done for a while except for
announcements...focus on ISIS and what to do with them. DC full staff, full
security and ready...agencies ready...banks too. DC- bickering about timing
amongst key players - Understanding is that Iraq would like it done before
their celebrations on Monday DC - Banks ready..contractors ready - right at the
end...not much else out there.
T- Anything from contractors yesterday? T - They got
written notification? 1:25 PM DC- ? huge contractor, builds dams etc....memo
imminent rate change - wonderful positive thing...really, really close
T- As close as it was last weekend before it got stopped.
DC - Yes...not promising...this is the info as we best have received it. T-
Still know people will do one thing and say another.
T- Because things are so public in Iraq...their people
will have to question it...last thing you want to do is say because this
country over here won't let us have it DC- "Our currency change is in the
hands of the international finance community" is what they are saying.
T- Everybody is primed and ready they just don't know
when right? DC - yes, they are all ready but don't know when it is.
DC- locked into legal agreements and everyone is abiding

DC - Everyone has taken this derivative thing way off the
map.
Derivatives are off the books, you don't know where they
are. Are there ppl who have placed large ones for massive currency changes.
This worries regulators - a bank comes in and says folks
we are worried about any currency risk. So we are buying a derivative to insure
ourselves against that. Then there are those who say there aren't gonna be any
real changes so we don't believe that crud. Others say there won't be any real
changes.
DC - let's say that deal's been made - so nobody knows
about these.
They are private between financial institutions and X.-
lets say there is a massive currency change, one bank makes mega and one gets
nailed.
This is what they are worried about - they don't know
what's out there & what's coming up T - first, 99.9% will never be involved
in derivatives. don't worry about it T - the bank has to come up with their own
money to cover their debts. someone is scaring you for no good reason
T - 99.9% of you won't ever be involved with derivatives.
DC - And you should not be worried about it - just say no
T - They are causing fear where there is none, and we are
sorry for that, but we give you the process to understand and tell you to not
get involved in something irrelevant.

I have to be very careful about what I say I'm going to

T - It may be the first ones in get the contract. it may
be the later you go you get contract. we do not know. I know some don't
understand I do things for a reason that I pay attention to what’s going on. I
still look for info to help me make my decision. I have to be cautious
answering those questions. I hope WF will do their classes. I just want to make

conference call (Aug 22, 2014) this is where we are in the process:
Since April the RV has been stopped over 100 times. Will
it be stopped again? It does not appear to be the case. Why?
1) The GOI (Government of Iraq) has officially been
seated!!!
2) The seating of the GOI has been announced today in the
mosques in Iraq as well as on TV, radio and newspapers in Iraq.
3) Celebrations in Iraq are scheduled for Sunday as well
as a formal announcement.
4) Main contractors in Iraq have been prepped on an
“imminent rate change.”
5) Security (at banks and exchange centers) in the US has
been brought in, even part timers.
6) Security in Iraq is much better!
7) Currency reform “will be introduced on Monday.”
Let us hope and pray this is the end of the RV road and
the beginning of new and fruitful lives for us all! Comment

Baghdad Fight Against The Islamic State (ISIS).
The U.K. has
dedicated Military support to help stop the advance of Islamic State militants
(ISIS), The British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond stated Aug. 22,
cooperating with the Iraqi government against Islamic State is the only way to

8-22-14 Iraqi News: New government formation delayed as
Parliament speaker withdraws from negotiations in protest against killings at
mosque Musab bin Omair.
On Friday the political Bloc “Diyala our identity,” led
by Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri, withdrew from negotiations to form the
new government because of the attack on the mosque Musab bin Omair in Diyala
province, which resulted in the killing of dozens of worshipers, calling for

reach Baghdad today and leads the demands of Article 140." "The
delegation carries several files, including article 140 and the oil and gas
Act, and the payment of the Peshmerga forces and cut salaries of
Kurdistan."
This is it. This is the granddaddy of them all. The
meeting we have all been waiting for. The Kurds, who have consistently
boycotted all negotiations under the Maliki regime is now in Baghdad along with
our people to finally negotiate the much awaited and long anticipated HCL
Agreement, payments and salaries, and formalizing Article 140. This will
determine the final distribution of all the combined Iraqi oil revenues for
Kurdistan, and all the provinces and citizens of Iraq.
Once this is done, along with all the major recent
advancements in e-Banking and infrastructure modernizations, the security
improvements, and the final seating of the ministers between now and the
constitutional deadline of Sept. 10th/11th, per the last words we heard from
CBI Governor Turki, there will be no reason to hesitate to delete the zeros, or
in our terms, revaluate the Iraqi dinar to an international reality rate.

we still have time for this to be an "exciting month"?) It looks like
things are slowing down while Abadi is forming his government, but the
positives are very real:
1. Kurds again working with Baghdad.
2. Maliki appears to be accepting his fate, allowing
Abadi to move forward 3. KRG proving to be very strong and capable of
independent action, forcing Baghdad to compromise 4. Etc.

8-22-14 Iraqi News: American jihadist kills 4 in the
United States to protest Obama’s policies in the Middle East.
The Los Angeles Times newspaper confirmed that an American citizen killed
four people in the United States to protest against the policy of the United
States in Iraq, Syria and Afghanistan, indicating that he told the
investigating judge that he avenged in this way from the American government
for its policy in the Middle East.
The Los Angeles Times said that “an American citizen
named Ali Mohamed Brown lives in Seattle admitted that he murdered four people
in Washington and New Jersey, adding “he killed them in retaliation of the
United States government for its policy in the Middle East, Syria, Afghanistan
and Iraq.”
It is noteworthy that “Muhammad Ali Brown announced in
front of the investigating judge that he has claimed responsibility for the
killing of three people in Washington, and he killed another person in New
Jersey, admitting that he has assassinated them in protest against the deaths

the monetary change that includes a new rate...The most notable fact we have is
that the GOI must begin drafting their 2015 Budget mid-October. That fact alone
tells us that the CBI needs to give them the new rate for the currency before
the drafting of the 2015 budget, if in fact the CBI has plans to raise it
substantially, which dinar speculators believe to be the case. Comment
