Many of us have been waiting our turn to cash out since last November when both Tony and DC told us cash outs for the privileged had begun. Fair enough, that's just how the world works and we accept that. Now that it has been confirmed that Iraq's government is in place and we're still not at the banks and while JMHO, could there be something else at play?
Let's look at a few facts as given to us by Tony and D.C. We were told back in May, that TPTB wanted to wait until June 1st. OK fair enough. Then in the beginning of June, we were told TPTB wanted to wait until July 1st. OK, what's another 30 days.
Now we are approaching the end of August and we can clearly see through the media that the government of Iraq is both stable and has their GOI in place, but that there is going to be another announcement this Wednesday and according to the Iraqi Constitution, the drop dead date to get the government in place is September the 11th.
I wonder if that date is a coincidence?

DC mentioned that since April the RV has been stopped 100 times and one can
only ask why, but that answer seems illusive because neither Tony nor D.C. can
talk about it. So let's look at a few facts we do know.
It doesn't come as any secret to any of us on the calls, that there is an element in our country that will go to its grave never wanting to see Mr. and Mrs. Joe six pack with this type of wealth. It wasn't ever meant for us, but that horse left the barn a long time ago and as Tony likes to say, you can't put spilt milk back into the bottle. So why the stalling tactics?
The first already mentioned, is that some in our own country just don't want us to have these funds. Or could the reason be that TPTB have managed to stall things this long, what would a few more months hurt if they stall to the end of October, so that people don't get politically active right before the mid term elections. After all, careers are on the line and Congress today has an approval rating of just 14%.
Another thought that comes to mind is that the stall is intentional so as to force whatever Plan B is, which would strip out the contract rates and all we could ever hope for is the International rate. I think anyone with a modicum of sense can begin to see the hand writing on the wall.
If this scenario is accurate or perhaps it's a combination of all of the above, do you really think the Twitter campaign was just an exercise in futility? If all we ever end up with is the International rate, why did we play along for so long as a group when TPTB were going to get their way regardless?
If this is the case and we're all locked out of the fair rates that we have been told about for months now and that a senior statesmen had our back, do you really believe that whistle blowers will come out of the wood work and point fingers at those who intentionally have tried every trick in the book to stop us from cashing out at higher rates?
Personally I doubt it. TPTB will simply say, tough. You want your money, take it or leave it.
When all seems to be complete and we're still not at the banks, one can only imagine the hand wringing that must be going on the Washington. The closer we get to the mid term elections.
All we have ever asked as Tony has so well stated is to be treated fairly and given the patience, the heart break of losing family members that hung on as long as they could, the homes that have been lost, the cars that have been repossessed, is it really asking that much to be treated as human beings?
We The People built America. We The People sent out children to fight your wars. We The People have had to endure not seeing many of our children come back home from war and we have endured the national disgrace of a Veterans Administration that at best is dysfunctional.
All we are asking is to be treated fairly because we are rapidly approaching that point in time, where it will be nearly one year since our esteemed elected officials collected their bounty, bought their fancy cars and homes along with their buddies in the lobbying industry and we can only imagine how many more of their friends and relatives have been enjoying their new found wealth. Rest assured, none of them went cold this past winter.
Yes we are tired as well as frustrated. We played the game as dictated by the other side and have the battle scars to prove it each in our own way.
The time is long past to make things right in America and releasing the RV with the fair rates we have been told about would be a major step in the right direction.
This has to come to its rightful conclusion NOW!

TSR: Lot of
folks (includes some guru's) are expecting the RV to be announced just before
or after the swearing in of PM and his ministers.
Since my adviser told me in June that the RV
will be announced no later than Sept. 7, I have been keeping my cool while
enjoying EXO's intel.
I believe that it will happen within the next
13 days. I have been posting this since June.

The youtube video at 13 minutes he brings up the people purchasing the water rights in California as well as the US map showing that most of California is in the Red with Drought!
And what California has been doing has been producing much of the USA food, so now it has come down to Starvation for the rest of you in other states.

This shows the REAL reason for the California drought (along with chemtrails, of course). It is AMAZING that hurricane Julio is still shown on the visible satellite, but it DOESN’T EXIST ANYMORE. The other three satellite images prove that it was destroyed by a HAARP downburst of dry air, on August 13, but on the next day, the visible satellite image is still showing it, like nothing happened.
The tropical depression Julio was killed before it could be pulled over to California, by the jetstream. This would have brought tons of rain to California, and Oregon, but it is now destroyed, so the California drought is extended another month.
The Gakona HAARP kills EVERY low pressure system, while it is still over the Pacific, before it can bring rain to the west coast. Several of my videos prove this is happening, so to hide the breakup of this strong tropical depression, they killed it when it was 2,000 miles from California.

It shows the evil criminal nature of government when last Saturday, August 25,
2014, I was fixing up a detailed report on groups in America which want
to kill off most of the American people if these groups win. This report

John. I could be wrong but I assume the blocking of this report was no accident
and done by either C.I.A. or else N.S.A. or both. You have a nest of traitors
in Wash., D.C. and time to clean them out by passage of our proposed Omni Law
on our website. I was telling of the Communist plans to kill off much of
America once fronts of theirs like Obama stripped the American people of enough
of their legal rights in America. I was telling of Islamic plans to mass
slaughter in America once they gain control of enough of the government in
America.
I didn't tell of the outside of America plots to mass murder Americans once
these sources are ready to strike. For example the "Peking Communique of
1949" where Communist China said when she was ready that she would invade
North America over the Bering Strait and send a first army of 20 to 50 million
soldiers to kill all who resisted this army in Canada or America. If that
didn't finish wiping out all resistance, then they would send a second army of
20-50 million Chinese soldiers to finish wiping out all resistance in North
America and then North America would be colonized by Chinese settlers who would
take over North America and make remaining Americans still alive the slaves of
the Chinese. A recent Chinese general a few years ago repeated this theme that
after China wiped out all resistance in North America, then American survivors
would be the slaves of the Chinese colonizers coming from China. Notice how
they now want to increase their birthrate in China now!
I have the C.I.A. plan that was supplied to Islamic groups in the Middle East

investigate C.I.A. after I intercepted their plan being supplied to Islamic

from dying from an Islamic attack carrying out the C.I.A. plan that it had
given them.
I think Putin of Russia gave such a fine speech about why Russia should not
give up her Russian culture by letting Islamic settlers take over Russia and in
effect told them that if they did not want to become Russians, then don't move
to Russia. Substitute America where he refers to Russia and you have a
great speech that Obama should have given in America why American culture
should never be allowed to be taken over by Islamic Sharia Law and culture. But
since Obama admitted several times while in the White House that he is a Muslim
himself such as when talking to the Egyptian ambassador who repeated what Obama
said to national Egyptian TV, Obama is a Trojan Horse in the White House and
not to be trusted to be allowed to remain in the White House.
Our proposed Omni Law gives the American people the right of national
referendum over the national government so Wash., D.C. has to obey the will of
the American people as the people are now master over the government and
government is now forced to be the servant instead of the master over the

Civil Tribunes since they will copy the legal powers and policies that kept the
Roman Republic a free national government for several centuries until the
corrupt finally figured out how to overthrow the civil tribunes and recapture
control of the Roman Republic by the corrupt and powerful who did not like
honest government in Rome. James Madison endorsed this as the smartest idea of
ancient man to keep government free instead of a tyranny and keep the people as
master instead of servants of the government in power. It also strongly blessed
the Roman economy but James Madison did not mention that point of history also!

Ultimate Weapon Technology, etc. would be used to smash America and Russia and
the newly reborn Nazi Germany now rule the world. I pulled in the top military
defense engineer of America in 25 years of the Cold War. We completed the Nazi
technology and also came up with some angles that the Nazis had never seen
could be done with this Nazi technology. Pass the Omni Law fast and fast make

The American Civil Liberty Union was originally founded by a Communist who
wanted this used to make America a future Communist nation by slanted use of

"The Fight To Keep Religion Out Of The Classroom." I stand for
serious civil rights also, but I will not do it under apparent Communist front

52 the growing trend of atheist churches across America and even in the Bible
Belt.
The enemies of Christianity are filling the power vacuum in America created by
churches refusing to stand for moral values and serious belief in God today.
The churches lose America and the enemies of Christianity will create a
national government as evil as Nazi Germany or the Soviet Union were. Maybe
even more evil!
I could point out from national economics that a 1987 or thereafters economic
report concluded that it cost the workers of America an estimated $1
trillion in lost wages annually because prayer and the Bible were outlawed
by the U.S. Supreme Court which decreed this fraudulent legal decision since a
much earlier U.S. Supreme Court ruled that prayer and the Bible were legal in
public schools under the U.S. Bill of Rights. The Communist Party wrote this
new version of American law and history and the U.S. Supreme Court copied the
Communist Party line in legislating rather than interpreting Constitutional law
rewrote part of the U.S. Constitution without using a constitutional amendment.
The Communist version of law became alleged official law of America by a corrupt
U.S. Supreme Court not seriously loyal to the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill
of Rights. They had their own prior rulings that they could refer to and if
they could not find U.S. Supreme Court decisions contrary to this new contrary
position, then either they were too dumb at law to be allowed as associate
justices to the U.S. Supreme Court or else too corrupt at law to be
allowed on the U.S. Supreme Court as associate justices.
On my website, I have stunning Miracles of God publicized in national reports
that the atheists and other enemies of Christianity cannot explain. Show these
reports to all Americans and probably 99% of all Americans at the age of reason
will recognize that God exists for real. Whether God is identical to what all
the churches teach or else is a bit different in reality if the churches do not
like to use their Bibles faithfully to represent God as God truly is. Such an
issue is up to debate. I do not settle all debates about God. I simply
show such powerful proofs of God that basically I crush the atheists and others
as they do not know how to answer my overwhelming proofs of God that both
ordinary people and scholars can easily understand. I leave debates on the full
nature of God and what we should do as believers in God up to individuals
and churches or other religious bodies. I make one observation
for those who are Christians. Jesus Christ has always been referred to in
Christianity as both Savior and Lord. We may well be saved by grace of
Jesus Christ, but when we call Jesus also Lord, it means that we have teachings
of Jesus we are supposed to follow in our daily lives. Remember Jesus
prophesied that He would have followers on earth who would say at Judgment Day
that they were good Christians and He would reply that if they had not
followed out His teachings and done the Will of God on earth for them, then
Jesus would tell them to get out of His sight for He never knew them!
Basically it is summed up as according to early Christianity the two
foundational commandments of Jesus Christ. Love God totally and love your
fellow man as yourself. Do what this implies and you have caught on to
what being a Christian really is. You are saved by grace, but you are reborn in
spirit meaning that you will do good because that is your nature to do
good instead of evil. Also, the New Testament describes Christians as a
peculiar people zealous of good works! We are saved by faith, but rewarded for
our good works done in the right spirit and not for glory or
advantage to yourself.
Contrary to anti-Christian propaganda, I can both be a serious Christian
and also very smart and practical in national economics, military, engineering,
government, etc. Many of the most brilliant people I know in science,
engineering, etc. are also very good Christians. I also know Christians who are
not that sharp in professional fields like economics, science, engineering,
etc., but other Christians are also brilliant in these same fields. Religion
does not make you stupid, but it gives you moral character you might not have
otherwise in life. That is part of the reason why this 1987 economic
report concluded the loss of around $1 trillion in annual wages for labor and a
$1 trillion or so smaller market for business to sell in annually because
good morals creates more prosperity in a nation than a rotten economy founded
upon a rotten people in the nation. Just being frank why this economic report
came up with the conclusions it did and cited national statistics to
prove its stands!
And back to one theme I stated earlier. If you don't pass the Omni Law and
soon, you risk national famine engineered by Obama and co-traitors through use
of H.A.A.R.P. and maybe most Americans die then if they are forced into
national famine due to scheme of Obama who is not your friend in the White
House. He was put into power by very evil people and not because he is a
good guy at heart!
