His cousin used this money to lead Muslim rioters to murder over 1000 people in Kenya. For example 100 women and children were burned alive in the Assemblies of God Church in the town of Eldoret.  Also, it was reported that this Muslim mob of around 2,000 was waiting with machetes outside this church and chopped down and murdered around 70 Christian Black Kenyan women and their children such as held in their arms as they fled the church burning down which had been set afire by the Muslim mob led by his cousin. Central banks around the world need to return to simple monetary policies to boost financial stability, according to John Taylor, the Stanford University professor and former Treasury Department official.

“Fear of free-falling exchange rates would be calmed as reliable central-bank actions came to be expected,” Taylor told an audience in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire. “The large, destabilizing monetary-policy-induced capital flows, which were motivated by search for yield, would diminish.”

Such policies would limit flows into higher-yielding currencies from investors seeking to exploit differences in global borrowing costs, and moderate the swings in exchange rates, Taylor said by video at “Bretton Woods 2014: The Founders and the Future,” a conference hosted by the Center for Financial Stability at the Omni Mount Washington Resort. It’s the same hotel where delegates from around the world met in 1944 to remodel the global financial system.

Seventy years after the Bretton Woods agreement, policy makers are again re-imagining the financial infrastructure after the subprime-loan crisis demonstrated how bad mortgages in the U.S. could roil international markets, prompting central banks to introduce extraordinary measures to try to lift their economies out of recession.

Straightforward monetary policies that encourage a non-inflationary, consistently expansionary outcome should be revived, said Taylor. He devised an interest-rate formula, now known as the Taylor rule and first published in 1993, that uses inflation and growth to determine optimal rates.

Carry Trades

Funds have flowed into higher yielding currencies such as the Brazilian real, Indonesian rupiah and Australian dollar as central banks in the U.S., euro area and Japan maintain near zero rates. Selling the dollar and buying the real has returned 13.3 percent this year, the most of 31 carry trades using the greenback.

An unprecedented program of monetary stimulus in the U.S., instituted by the Federal Reserve, has been a source of turbulence for emerging markets, Taylor said last month in Cartagena, Columbia. Discretionary economic and spending policies have also hampered the U.S. recovery, he said in February.

In the past decade, “international spillover effects have again become a major policy issue,” he said today.

Congressional Rule

U.S. lawmakers from the House Financial Services Committee approved a bill in July that would link U.S. monetary policy to an as-yet-unspecified rule. Under the proposal, the Fed would have to detail a strategy on how it would change interest rates. Alterations to that formula would need Congressional approval.

Fed Chair Janet Yellen opposes the plan, while former head Ben S. Bernanke said a rule would make policy less effective. The central bank has held the federal funds target rate at 0.25 percent since 2008.

Currencies must be stable and markets must have confidence in their future stability for a tender to be used internationally, Otmar Issing, former chief economist at the European Central bank, said at the same conference.

Issing, president of the Center for Financial Studies based in Frankfurt, sees other currencies gradually emerging to challenge the U.S. dollar’s dominance.

“The international role of the U.S. dollar, I think in relative terms, has somewhat declined,” he said. “I think a bipolar, tripolar, multipolar system, the formation of currency zones around leading currencies,” will emerge.

It was at Bretton Woods in 1944 that the greenback gained its prominent place as the reserve currency of the world. In addition to fixed exchange rates, nations established the International Monetary Fund and started the process of rebuilding Europe’s economy in the aftermath of World War II.

That era ended in 1971, when inflation forced the U.S. to abandon the dollar’s peg to gold, marking a shift to floating exchange rates.

 Well as we know Maliki is gone just like I said.... We are still waiting on the GOI to form and when it forms we will be done within 2 day or before....

Why well by Iraq constitution Abadi only has 30 days to put the GOI together... and he will not go past the constitution if he does not put together the GOI the PM goes to the next largest block to do that.......

Family......IMO.....we have seen some great news today.....the fact that the Speaker of Parliament came out before dismissing the session today and warned all members of Parliament of the potential for a "special emergency session" sometime either tomorrow or Friday is GREAT news.....this isn't just some underling trying to get their 15 minutes of media fame...this was the Speaker making this warning.

That tells me that the National Alliance, Abadi, and President Massoum are at a point in the road that they want Abadi's list of ministers approved as soon as possible. By getting this accomplished they will then FORMALLY get rid of Maliki and his ministers....now will that by itself mean that Maliki is gone.....not necessarily.....I'm still of the opinion that he will not go easily....but at least they would have a formal vote in their hand to show the world that Maliki is no longer in power....that coupled with what Frank and Nova talked about last night and the night before....sounds like TA-DA time to me.

I also find it a bit intriguing that as fast as all the news yesterday brewed up about the governor of Iraq....it has just as quickly died off.....just odd and interesting.

Hi Everyone,
I come to you today to give you a recent update on the election process and how this relates towards the international rollout of the IQD for Iraq.
Note: If you have not read my previous news letter from Tuesday 9/2, I encourage you to first read it (LINK). Today’s news letter, as in all my news letters, is a continuation of the ongoing saga of the IQD RV process.
Today’s News
Today is Wednesday 9/3 and we still look forward to the “formal” announcement of the fully formed government of Iraq.
The National Alliance in the early hours of Tuesday morning, yesterday, said in a statement to the press in Iraq that the next few days will see the choice of ministerial cabinet; it will be presented to the House of Representatives, and they will vote on them. This coming announcement will include the Prime Minister, the names of his deputy and vice president of the House of Representatives and the Republic, as well as all the names of his ministries. Then it is final. Then they can get down to work.

So it still looks like they are on course to meet this Thursday’s 9/4 target date, as they previously said they would accomplish. Could it be delayed? If it does get delayed for some reason there is still the constitutional deadline of next Tuesday 9/9 to be concerned about.

So what might cause any delay? Moussawi said in a statement to the press there was a proposal that was studied yesterday to reduce the Vice-Presidents of the government to less than three. He added that there is also still some last minute opportunities being given to express any issues or opinions about the selected “Deputy” Prime Minister of  the Minister of Defense, Interior Minister, or any of any Minister of the Cabinet. I have not heard of any issues that came up from so far in these discussions so I suspect all went well.
So yesterday and today  there are still ongoing meetings of the leaders of the National Alliance followed by meetings with the other political blocs to put the finishing touches on the new government and submitted of it to Parliament by Thursday. If issues should arise the announce could be postponed again, however based on what I have said in my last news letter I know they are really pushing for conclusion by Thursday. Just have to make everyone happy first.
Here is the breakdown again of the ministries by bloc/party/sec:
Shia – share of the National Alliance, in the next government will be 17 ministeries;
Kurdistan Alliance 7 bags, including the Iraqi Oil Ministry (makes total sense to me);
Sunnia – Union of National Forces 6 Ministries;
Coalition of Forces – Ministry of the Interior;
Sovereign Ministries – the National Alliance will take the defense, finance and foreign affairs ministries.
CBI update:
I am also hearing rumors that the CBI governor may be replaced shortly as Abdul Basit Turki is retiring. There are lots of questions in this matter. Lets look at this and see if it will effect the upcoming RV.
First question I must ask is why now? Something is brewing in the CBI and it is connected with going forward with funding for the economic projects, one of which is the currency reforms. What we do know for sure is Shabibi was going to RV the currency in the summer of 2012 and Maliki wanted to use it as leverage and wanted to stop it.
So today we heard in the news the Council of Ministers voted for assuming, Ali al-Allaq, with the post of the proxy governor of the Central Bank of Iraq.
Does this news sound fishy to you?  So what council of ministers? Abadi’s new cabinet is not yet seated thus not yet a working cabinet and have no jurisdiction to vote on anything. This is according to their own constitution.
Are they talking about the outgoing council of ministers, Maliki’s government?
It can’t be this council either since they are not allowed to make such decisions as an interim government. This too is according to their own constitution.
So is this false information? What is going on here? Or is Maliki attempting to place the new CBI governor as a power play for influence this office so he can manipulate it in the future? This too would be ridiculous but with Maliki we never know.
Anyhow I am hearing that Turki did submit his resignation. This we do know for sure. What we don’t know is why and why all of a sudden now. Could it be that the shenanigans are about to come out with the December 2012 CBI corruption scandal and Turki wants out now?  Or could it be that Turki wanted to RV the currency now and Maliki once again wants to use it as hostage to get what he wants? So the solution for him was to sack Turki, make it look like a retirement resignation, and then put another puppet in the position to do your bidding.
In the news a couple candidate names have come forward but nothing is definite. This was late breaking news so I am investigating this now.  As usual there are going to be lots and lots of rumors about this topic so be clear on what you believe. I always thought Shabibi would be cleared of any wrong doing and return to the CBI as the governor once the Maliki government was gone. I am still strongly hanging on to my conviction in this matter.
Another Maliki Shenanigan ?
As you may already know the Iraq Air defense base of Speicher, encountered one of the fiercest and most bloody crimes that ever occurred in the modern world, where the oldest people belonging to tribes in Salahuddin province were executed. The total came to 1,700 deaths. This was done as part of a security element. This was believed to be for sectarian reasons and may have direct ties to the Maliki government by allowing it to happen. It is now sure if he actually orchestrated it at this time.
The families of the victims protested the base Speicher earlier on Tuesday, near the gate of the Green Zone, demanding to know the fate of their children, as they threatened to storm the parliament building. An investigation is underway and so far the names of the perpetrators have been listed. Also Maliki has been called before the new parliament to discuss this matter. This interrogation is scheduled for today.
Summary
So today’s news is all excellent once again as we continue down the road of success for forming the new Iraq government. The news this week is overwhelming and I tried to sort out the garbage and bring to you the pertinent information.
THE ANNOUNCEMENT IS STILL ON TARGET FOR THURSDAY !
So this week so far we got the list of the distribution of the ministers. Now we need the names of the ministers associated with these positions.
The stage is now set for this to occur. We know there are many other meetings outside of Iraq scheduled for this week and they are pushing to have this government fully seated going into these meetings.
Once again Iraq witnessed another tragedy and senseless loss of lives in the recent Speicher base killings. We can see this senseless killing will not stop until Maliki and his goons are totally gone from Iraq. With the bombing of the mosque a couple weeks ago we can clearly see the evidence of him once again attempting to stir up sectarian violence. This is the only way these would be dictators can gain power and hold on to it. Looking at this senseless killings one can’t help but think also about the spiritual side. There is underlying evil plot, plain and simple  involved in this man. As I have said in the past this is very scary stuff we are witnessing– if the devil did incarnate as a human being it surely would be Maliki and quite possibly is. I have never seen such a lack of compassion and lack of concern for human lives and suffering since Hitler and WWII.
Then when can we expect the RV?
All I will say is what I have been saying all along we wait for a formal (global) announcement to the public that the Iraq government is now fully formed and seated. Many of you asked me if a formal, public announcement is necessary and the answer is a big fat YES.
I want to emphasize once again this final announcement  of the IQD going international will not happen until the USA feels the Iraq government is stable, non-sectarian and is a functional government. This is has been the plan all along. They may have wavered a bit on how the plan was implemented but the overall plan guidelines have not changed.
I do not come to you to bash anyone but it is effecting my readers too since I get the overspill of questions and emails on this topic. So I will address it.

Some may be telling you its going to RV anytime now or it should have RV’d over the holiday weekend and was held up once again. Really? The fact is, it never was intended to RV and could not have RV’d. As I have said many, many  times the USA holds the trigger (the final rollout piece) and will not let this go until they have complete assurance of the needed requirements to let it go. So these intel gurus once again are wrong and will continue to be wrong. They do not question their sources and just publish, as puppets, what they are being told. They have been compromised. They have a large crowd of followers and they claim their leader is never wrong. Really? The same drama plays out weekend after weekend, day after day and still no RV, but they are never wrong? Am I missing something?

HAARP Dismantlement Underway!

HAARP, that bane of all who hate illegal covert weather modification, electronic mind control, deliberately triggered earthquakes and other outrages–all kinds of NWO nastiness, has been shut down and the antennas are being shipped off to various universities doing radio astronomy work, according to JKI’s usual not-for-attribution sources. HAARP is apparently the victim of sequestration related budget cuts on one hand, strong negative reactions from the public and a change relating to the energy source which powered it. Huge quantities of natural gas, formerly flared off before HAARP was built, were what was used to power HAARP. Now, there is a natural gas processing plant being built, and the gas will be sent to Europe. Europe desperately needs energy supplies which come without Russian President Vladimir Putin in control of the spigot! Hope you enjoyed the good news, for what comes next will not fit that description.

HAARP Is Gone, But HAARP Lives On–Just Not Here In The US

While those who labor under the profound misconception that there is, therefore was, only one HAARP, rejoice, others realize, and have informed JKI, there are “around two dozen left.” The HAARP Wikipedia entry may quote its ERP (Effective Radiated Power) as 3.6 MW (3.6 million watts), but that is utter and complete nonsense. Why?
The true number–for what is actually produced by focusing the antenna array–is, wait for it, a head-rattling 5.8 GW!  The author of the article pooh-poohing the significance of that 5.8 GW, Brian Dodson of gizmag, simply does not understand ERP. ERP, expressed in the easiest way, is the actual power that comes out of the antenna of a transmitting device, after various internal losses have already occurred.
ERP is not the original energy emitted averaged over the whole sky. Emitters can be broadcasting all around themselves, thus, omnidirectional–zero gain, or they can be confined to very tight beams–high gain. Guess which one this is? Having disposed of that nonsense, let us take a quick look at how the system works, in terms of its effect on the atmosphere. Again, this History Channel HAARP documentary segment flubs the ERP, but does make some valuable points and also provides a deeply disturbing lab experiment which shows the mechanism by which HAARP manipulates the weather.
The Air Force has officially denied HAARP has anything to do with weather modification or weather control, but if you but glance through this Research Paper, “Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025,” you will realize you have encountered yet another Big Lie. Such activities are generally prohibited by the Environmental Modification Convention (ENMOD) . This will take you to the full text of the treaty.
The best information JKI has is that there are 8 x HAARP in Russia, 4 x HAARP in Australia, 1 x HAARP in Scotland, 1 x HAARP in Sweden and 1 x HAARP in Norway. That makes 15. Hungary has 1 x HAARP, and Romania has 1 x HAARP. 17. Argentina has 2 x HAARP, Kazakhstan 1 x HAARP, Armenia 1 x HAARP and South Africa 1 x HAARP. 22. China has 1 x HAARP, and Japan has 1 x HAARP. 24 total.
Understand, though, that HAARP is not some never changing technical device. Rather, it comes in formats ranging from small instruments used by universities to conduct legitimate upper atmospheric research, to ones like the now-dead US model and, frighteningly, some which are far more powerful than the defunct US one! JKI has been informed that most of HAARP installations are either funded by universities or nations. The really powerful weapon grade ones are in Russia, per JKI’s sources.

     Amid Hasan, a Muslim and Merchant Marine in 1987, was influenced for Christ by a Spanish ship captain who saw Amid spending 16 hours a day reading the Qur'an.  So he asked him, "Why do you only work eight hours a day and spend the other 16 hours reading that book?  What is that book that you are always reading?"

    Amid replied it was the Qur'an. 

    The captain asked him to come and read some to him.  After doing so the captain said, "That is nice.  What does it mean?"

    Amid said, "I do not know."  Though he knew how to read Arabic, he really didn't understand it.

    The captain laughed and said, "What?  You are reading all day and you do not know what it means?  That is the stupidest thing I've ever heard."  That angered Amid, but over time he wondered if the Captain was right.

    Amid said, "I searched the Qur'an to understand more about Muhammad, but instead, I found Isa (the Islamic name for Jesus Christ is Isa al-Masih, the son of a virgin named Mary), and this disturbed me."

• Muhammad is only a messenger; but Isa is called "Ruhullah, the Spirit of Allah."

    Amid stated, "At stake, either the Qur'an is right and Isa is Allah's Savior, or we should follow Muhammad."  Such discrepancies within Islam are causing many to turn away from Islam to Christianity.  In every way the Qur'an itself elevated Isa above Muhammad. 

    An 80-year-old sheikh advised Amid as follows, "You need to search the Christian community to find what is the life of Isa al-Masih." 

    So Amid bought a Bible (aka Kitab al-Moqadis; the New Testament is called Injil).  He accepted Jesus Christ and was baptized in 2002.  He now leads many Muslims (33,000+) to Jesus through small study fellowships.
