-Hello Folks,

-Because there is so many confusing articles today we are going to wait for the sand to settle in Iraq before going LIVE TODAY.

-The day started off with some very positive article concerning the final lineup of ministers but then others came out with different names in the same ministerial positions.

-Articles are now saying that the Sunnis are not participating in the new government. With others saying that the Shiite Barda Organization is not either after stating that they were all in.

-When the most factual articles today seem to be stating that there are articles out just to confuse the citizens and to stop the forward movement of the political process it makes a person wonder what is really going on.
~~~
  So we have decided that the dust (sand) needs to settle before we can differentiate between the ones that are face or propracandia.
This is nothing new, we have been seeing these type of propaganda articles from Maliki and his cronies ever since the election results were posted in May.
At that time his people tried to tell the world that he won his third term. And that is what started the Arab Sunni vacuum in the Northern Provinces which let ISIS come into Iraq. Maliki made it easy for them in a further attempt to stay in power.
-These type of propaganda articles also came out right before the new Sunni House of Representatives Speaker and the new Kurdish President were announced last month. All masterminded by Maliki and paid for by im as well IMO
-As I have always said, the closer Iraq gets to a real democracy the more the ones that want to rule by dictatorship try to interfere. That's right, the ones interfering most are Maliki and his supporters.
See, if he can interfere enough and cause the 30 day constitutional timeline to expire then they can insist that the new President declare al-Abadi's new government a failure and tryb to make him announce another designate Prime Minister.
-This is in no way what I believe is going to happen, matter of fact I believe that Abadi's new government is very close and we could see a special session called at any time but until then I am going to wait patiently until we get the REAL FACTS before we go on the air next.
-Please keep your eyes open for a group email announcing my next LIVE WEBCAST or just keep the LIVE Channel Page open so to hear us go LIVE. Either way we will do a webcast when we can get to the REAL FACTS of EVENTS TODAY.  Stay grounded and chin up,  Stryker & Team
The Power Elite Playbook, Controlled Conflict and Staged Incompetence Part 20
The Power Elite Playbook, Controlled Conflict and Staged Incompetence Part 20
by Deanna Spingola, 29 December, 2008
The war conspirators included a Standard Oil attorney, Henry L. Stimson (Skull & Bones), who was a Thomas Lamont ally, and partner with Elihu Root in a law firm on Wall Street, the nucleus of the powerful American Establishment. Following Washington's proverbial revolving door collusion strategy between corporate oligarchies and government, Stimson held the following strategic positions: civilian Secretary of War under fellow Skull and Bonesman Taft (1908-1912), Governor General of the Philippines (1926-1928), Secretary of State under Hoover (1929-1933) and civilian Secretary of War under Roosevelt and Truman (1940- 1946), where he managed the drafting and training of 12 million soldiers and airmen, and directed the purchase of 30 percent of the nations industrial output to the battlefield. He was responsible for the internment and subsequent property seizure of thousands of Japanese-American citizens.
Stimson contrived the economic provocations directed at Japan to maneuver them into firing the first shot, also facilitated by Japan-based Ambassador Joseph Grew and many well-place members of the Institute of Pacific Relations who urged Japan's willing war-hawk leaders to respond. Stimson supervised General Leslie Groves, head of the Manhattan Project, developers of the atomic bomb. Hollister Bundy (Skull & Bones) was Stimson´s special assistant at the Pentagon for the Manhattan Project. His two sons, William and McGeorge Bundy, also members of Skull and Bones, followed in their father's global government footprints. Later, Stimson, in complete control of President Truman, (Roosevelt had died on April 12, 1945) would personally choose Hiroshima and Nagasaki as inexcusable, non-military targets for those bombs, a message to the world at the beginning of the Cold War, and an excuse for the massive military build-up to shrink the U.S. treasury. Stimson "took credit" for swaying Truman to drop "the bomb" on Japan.1
Against the initial concerns of Roosevelt and Churchill, Stimson would later insist on proper judicial proceedings against a minimal number of Germany's top war criminals. Stimson and the War Department outlined the original proposals for an International Tribunal, which Truman, the incoming president, obediently backed. The results of those proposals ultimately led to the Nuremberg Trials of 1945-46, which would affect the development of International Law, a means of establishing a world authority to ultimately supersede all national authorities.2
Prior to Pearl Harbor, Tokyo sent daily bomb-plots, cabled from its Honolulu consulate, to the attack fleet using JN-25 radio messages, a very old code. Roosevelt also received Japan's JN-25 messages. Yet, the U.S. government still refuses to release any of those JN-25 messages because it would reveal that both Roosevelt and Churchill monitored the Japanese attack fleet all the way to Pearl Harbor.3
According to testimony at the International Military Tribunal for the Far East (IMTFE), Hirohito, dressed in full military uniform, also monitored all radio transmissions from Admiral Yamamoto's flagship during the night of December 7-8, 1941.4 Unfortunately, those who perished weren't privy to any information or warnings. After the war, Hirohito was portrayed as a peace lover who was kept completely ignorant of all warfare decisions and activities -- feigning ignorance or incompetence are oft-used political ploys.
Predictably, Japan's attack on Pearl Harbor impacted the American Pacific Fleet of 19 warships, which either sank or were severely damaged. Additionally, 340 naval and army aircraft were either destroyed or critically disabled. Fortuitously, all the newer ships previously stationed at Pearl Harbor had been sent to the Atlantic by Roosevelt. Only the old WWI junk was left in harbor. In his testimony to Congress, Admiral Bloch said: "The Japanese only destroyed a lot of old hardware. In a sense they did us a favor."5
History books omit details about the second Japanese assault against the U.S. in the Philippines. An additional victorious assault established Japan's dominance and facilitated their plundering conquest of Southeast Asia, the scheme that the Japanese oligarchy and the American-friendly British bankers planned in 1902 when Japan agreed to be "the Crown's policeman in Asia."6
The Philippine Department Air Force, under General Douglas MacArthur's direct command, was organized on September 20, 1941. Despite numerous warnings, the allies claimed that Japan would not attack the Philippines until the spring of 1942. So in preparation for that possible attack, Army Chief of Staff George C. Marshall (1939 to 1945) dispatched aircraft to the Philippines, 500 miles from the Japanese airbases on Formosa.
MacArthur's headquarters received word of the Pearl Harbor attack at 2:30 a.m. on December 8, 1941 and should have been prepared and vigilant. MacArthur radar-tracked the progress of Japanese planes as they approached the Philippines. He acknowledged them at 140, 100, 80, 60, all the way down to 20 miles away from their target. Then he gave an order to respond. It was, of course, too late.7 Are repetitive belated military responses evidence of incompetence, or collusion? Similarly, on 9/11, Flight 77, without air traffic control communication and with its transponder deliberately turned off, flew unimpeded towards a Washington "no fly" zone for 45 minutes without a single defensive maneuver - after the towers had been hit. V. P. Dick Cheney was asked repeatedly by a young man if the (stand-down) order still stood as a plane ominously approached the Pentagon on September 11, 2001, as given in Norman Mineta's testimony before the 9/11 Commission cover-up.
The attack on the Philippines occurred ten hours after the Pearl Harbor attack - on December 8, 1941 at 12:35 p.m. when 196 Japanese Navy bombers struck the U.S. air bases at Clark and Iba Fields, and effectively crippled the Far East Air Force (FEAF) of the U.S. Army Air Force, consisting of 35 Boeing four-engine B-17 bombers and 91 Warhawk fighters, the largest force outside of the U.S. Clark Field also lost the use of its radar units.8
MacArthur's reaction to his entire air force being destroyed was an anomaly to say the least. He sequestered himself in his room and refused to talk with anyone, even Maj. Gen. Lewis H. Brereton, the air commander. This might be akin to flying aimlessly around the country, as Bush did on 9/11. Additionally, MacArthur had refused to attack Japan's airbases on Formosa despite orders from someone apparently out-of-the-loop at the War Department. Rather, he had given conflicting orders that guaranteed that the planes would remain on the ground all morning. After the Japanese air strike, Admiral Thomas Hart withdrew his defensive Asiatic Fleet, except for its non-combat submarines.
"Strategically, the destruction of half of all U.S. heavy bombers in the world was more important than naval damage in Pearl Harbor. Either MacArthur had committed the greatest blunder in military history or he was under orders to allow his forces to be destroyed. If it were the greatest blunder in history, it is remarkable that he escaped any reprimand, kept his command and got his fourth star and Congressional Medal of Honor shortly afterwards. Author Gordon W. Prange argued, 'How could the President ensure a successful Japanese attack unless he confided in the commanders and persuaded them to allow the enemy to proceed unhindered?'"9
According to the pre-war Plan Orange, utilized on December 24, MacArthur was to use five delaying positions in Central Luzon while some of his forces, military headquarters and the Philippine government withdrew to Bataan. Accordingly, he sent General Parker of the South Luzon Force to Bataan to prepare defensive positions. MacArthur's remaining forces would oppose them on the beach and then depart for Bataan and await reinforcement. Plan Orange, though prepared years before, had been reviewed and left unchanged. The land invasion occurred on December 22, 1941, two weeks after Pearl Harbor.10 On Christmas Eve 1941, General MacArthur, his staff, Quezon and Osmeña escaped from Manila to Malinta Tunnel on the fortified island of Corregidor which became the seat of government of the Commonwealth of the Philippines. The Philippine gold reserves from the treasury and the gold bullion from the Benguet mines were transferred to Malinta Tunnel, Corregidor's secure complex.
On January 2, 1942 the Japanese entered Manila. Major General Jonathan Wainwright's men could have prevented General Homma Masaharu from advancing to Manila but their defective World War I Enfield rifles failed and they fled. Filipino and U.S. forces outnumbered the Japanese invaders by three to two. But they were poorly trained and equipped. The U.S. Had planned to increase armaments but only 20% of their artillery requirements were met. To save Manila from utter destruction, it was declared an open city. Wainwright, according to Plan Orange, withdrew to Bataan. Ultimately, there would be over 100,000 refugees on Bataan. Unfortunately, MacArthur had failed to make adequate logistical preparations in Bataan. Most of the supplies had been left on the beaches and consequently were lost - possibly to opportunists who would soon make a fortune in the black market. On Bataan, the 26th Cavalry eventually had to shoot and eat their horses.11
General MacArthur always relied on staff officers and stayed as far away from the enemy as possible. On January 9, 1942, MacArthur boarded a PT boat and made his first and only visit back to the peninsula.12 U.S. troop reinforcements and supplies, as per Plan Orange, were on their way across the Pacific but were recalled by Roosevelt. Purportedly, the need for food and men in Europe was more important than the needs in the Philippines. Poor planning or poor judgment? This was a death knell for troops who had been fighting for nine long weeks.
The Filipinos took advantage of the chaos in Manila and were killing each other - settling old scores and eliminating enemies. Rape, robbery and looting were widespread. Ferdinand Marcos, who was serving on the U.S. side, took this opportunity to eliminate the man who had testified against him when Marcos had murdered his stepfather's political opponent. Marcos had been exonerated by his biological father, Judge Chua, and thereby escaped incarceration; the same judge, known as Marcos' godfather, also paid his way through law school.13 The economy of Luzon, the largest island, was a disaster. Crops were seized; people were starving. Gangs roamed the streets. Currency was worthless and people paid gemstones or gold for whatever food they could find on the opportunistic black market, a devious way of acquiring any remaining valuables from desperate people. Homes, factories and warehouses were abandoned.14
On March 11, 1942, MacArthur, his inner circle, Quezon and Osmeña left Corregidor, the island in the entrance of the Philippines' Manila Bay, the best natural harbor in the Far East for the Del Monte pineapple plantation in Mindanao, and left via its airstrip for Australia. Quezon then went to the U.S. where he died. Vice President Osmeña became president in exile. For ballast, MacArthur had 20 tons of gold loaded on the U.S. submarine that was leaving for Australia where Roosevelt had assigned him Supreme Allied Commander South West Pacific Area. It is unknown whether this gold was the property of the Philippine government or private property. Manuel Roxas, the man who would later become president, remained in the Philippines to sink the remaining gold reserves in Manila Bay to prevent the Japanese from seizing it.15
MacArthur left behind him a huge military fiasco, vowing to return. The 20,000 exhausted soldiers remaining in the Philippines were starving on a third of a ration per day. Wainwright stayed with the troops and took control on March 23, 1942. As many as 8,000 Filipino and 2,000 Americans perished from malaria, starvation, beatings and executions during the infamous Bataan Death March to Camp O'Donnell.16
Instead of a reprimand, and because of a good public relations staff, MacArthur played the hero and was given the Medal of Honor because Roosevelt needed a war hero to win public support for the war. Predictably, five months after Pearl Harbor, Japan dominated all of Southeast Asia with its abundant resources. Against all U.S. military regulations, and concealed until 1979, MacArthur accepted a half million dollars from President Manuel L. Quezon for defending the Philippines.17 Apparently, even ineffectual efforts have their rewards. Arthur MacArthur, Jr. and Douglas MacArthur were the first father and son to ever be awarded a Medal of Honor.
In October 1944, a Navy and Army Court deliberated possible foreknowledge and culpability surrounding the Pearl Harbor attack. Between November 27 and December 6, 1941, officials in the State, War and Navy Departments had received numerous pieces of information giving specific information about the imminent Japanese attack. The courts found Washington guilty of not acting on information that caused the avoidable slaughter of over 2400 individuals. When the verdict was revealed, Army Chief of Staff General George C. Marshall, guilty as charged, offered his resignation which of course was rejected by the powers that be. The verdict apparently was overshadowed by other newsworthy issues. Marshall asserted, under oath, that he considered loyalty to his chief (under the direction of the international bankers) more imperative than loyalty to his country.18
Marshall, a member of the secretive pro-war Pilgrim Society, would continue to serve the Power Elite as Secretary of State from January 21, 1947 to January 20, 1949, during which time he and Under Secretary of State, Dean Acheson (1945-1947; CFR, Pilgrim Society, Scroll and Key Society), promoted the U.S. taxpayer-financed Marshall Plan to Aid Europe, devised by the Committee for Economic Development (CED), a Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) economic counterpart. Industrial attorney/government official Henry Stimson sat on the executive board of the CED. The Marshall Plan would effectively transfer nearly $100 billion in current dollars to Europe under humanitarian claims - its stated purpose was to provide American jobs, feed the hungry, blah, blah, blah. It would be administered by banker/government official, Averill Harriman (CFR, Pilgrim Society, and Skull & Bones).19
Marshall's misplaced, self-serving loyalty is apparently still shared today by numerous individuals who persistently demonstrate incompetence or faulty judgment and/or intelligence, all at the taxpayer's expense.
Breaking News (well, Stew Webb says “Super-Breaking”) from VT Radio 9-3-14…
Posted on by kauilapele
I was sent this by DH just now, who occasionally sends me insider articles and information I sometimes read. This one struck home, and I felt VERY strongly that I needed to post this. NOW…
I’ve listened to parts of the radio show this came from, but in particular, the Part 4 MP3, below, has some breaking news regarding a threat against Leo Wanta. The recording they mention starts at 11:58 of Part 4. The audio player for this part is below, and snips from the upcoming Gordon Duff article about this are below the MP3s (I’m refraining from publishing the whole article which DH included in their email to me, as it may not be completely finished, and I wanted Gordon to publish it himself, first).
Veterans Today Radio News Reports Stew Webb Host September 3 2014
Guests: Gordon Duff, Jim Dean, Dr. Preston James and Amb. Leo Wanta
.
The two men referred to, and speaking at the 11:58 mark of Part 4, are Sheldon R. Songstad, (South Dakota state Rep. & Sen., 12 years service), and Donald Sundquist (Governor, Tennessee, 1995-2003).
MP3s of the show (music removed, volume leveled and boosted, ~30 min., 9-13 MB each)
Part 1 , Part 2 , Part 3 , Part 4
Snippets from Gordon Duff’s upcoming article (not yet published, so I just put highlights)
“A day after former Republican Virginia governor, Bob McDonnell and his wife were convicted of 20 counts of bribery and influence peddling, former Republican Tennessee governor Don Sundquist and South Dakota Senator Sheldon Songstad may face, not just the largest bribery charge in world history but indictment for conspiracy to murder as well.
“What is amazing about this case is the amount of money involved, totaling $9.5 trillion US dollars, in fact the entire GNP of the United States for several years. Sundquist and Songstad, wanted $30 billion out of the proceeds to pay themselves along with congress, the US Treasury Department, 5 Supreme Court justices and two former US presidents.
“During the 1980s, Lee Wanta was… was tasked by President Reagan and CIA Director William Colby to destabilize the Soviet Union through establishment, with funds from the US Treasury, of a worldwide currency trading scheme.
“Wanta, with the help of Reagan, amassed a fortune of $27 trillion, funds earmarked by Reagan to pay America’s national debt, restore the nation’s infrastructure and fund a world free of debt based currencies.
“However, after Reagan left office and George H.W. Bush assumed the Presidency, Wanta was kidnapped and imprisoned in Switzerland, transferred to an American prison where he was held without due process for years and the money disappeared, taken by the Bush family.
“Nobody has heard of Sheldon Songstad, who with former congressman and governor, Don Sundquist, admit demanding a $30 billion dollar bribe from Wanta in order to compel the Supreme Court to issue a pay order on Wanta’s personal funds, based on the case he won, $4.5 trillion plus interest, totaling $9.5 trillion.
“The audience heard Sundquist describe how they would settle for as little as $5 billion, as a “retirement nest egg” and how, if Wanta fails to pay, they would arrange for his murder… Current US Senator Bob Corker, Republican from Tennessee had been on a conference call earlier that included Sheldon Songstad, telling Wanta that his funds would be paid.
“…they confessed to what legal experts have identified as dozens of crimes and laid out a trail of bribery and corruption that crosses nearly every level of government, every court and over a hundred of Americas’ highest elected officials.
What is made clear is that the United States is far more a criminal organization than a nation. Those who don’t understand how America can say one thing and, with amazing consistency, do something else, often something totally bereft of moral responsibility, I think we may well have made the reasons abundantly clear.”
While we wait!!
A Cowboy’s guide to Life:
Never approach a bull from the front, a horse from the rear, or a fool from any direction.
Don’t squat with your spurs on.
Don’t judge people by their relatives.
Behind every successful rancher is a wife who works in town.
When you lose, don’t lose the lesson.
Talk slowly, think quickly.
Remember that silence is sometimes the best answer.
....
Live a good, honorable life. Then when you get older and think back, you’ll enjoy it a second time.
Don’t interfere with something that ain’t botherin’ you none.
Timing has a lot to do with the outcome of a rain dance.
It’s better to be a has-been that a never-was.
The easiest way to eat crow is while it’s still warm.
The colder it gets, the harder it is to swaller.
If you find yourself in a hole, the first thing to do is stop diggin’.
If it don’t seem like it’s worth the effort, it probably ain’t.
It don’t take a genius to spot a goat in a flock of sheep.
Sometimes you get and sometimes you get got.
The biggest troublemaker you’ll probably ever have to deal with watches you shave your face in the mirror every morning.
Never ask a barber if you need a haircut.
If you get to thinkin’ you’re a person of some influence, try orderin’ somebody else’s dog around.
Don’t worry about bitin’ off more’n you can chew; your mouth is probably a whole lot bigger’n you think.
Always drink upstream from the herd.
Generally, you ain’t learnin’ nothing when your mouth’s a-jawin’.
Tellin’ a man to git lost and makin’ him do it are two entirely different propositions.
If you’re ridin’ ahead of the herd, take a look back every now and then to make sure it’s still there with ya.
Good judgment comes from experience, and a lotta that comes from bad judgment.
When you give a personal lesson in meanness to a critter or to a person, don’t be surprised if they learn their lesson.
When you’re throwin’ your weight around, be ready to have it thrown around by somebody else.
Lettin’ the cat outta the bag is a whole lot easier than puttin’ it back.
Always take a good look at what you’re about to eat. It’s not so important to know what it is, but it’s sure crucial to know what it was.
The quickest way to double your money is to fold it over and put it back into your pocket.
You can’t tell how good a man or a watermelon is ’til they get thumped.
Never miss a good chance to shut up.
If lawyers are disbarred and clergymen are defrocked, shouldn’t it follow that cowboys would be deranged?
There never was a horse that couldn’t be rode;
Never was a cowboy who couldn’t be throwed.
NATO Meeting is done
Dignitaries that wanted to attend the announcements in Iraq flew a straight shot to Baghdad
They have arrived for the CELEBRATION
ANNOUNCEMENTS are going PUBLIC from Baghdad
Stockings are being hung for Santas Arrival
Vinman: Dignitaries flying in straight from NATO meeting into Baghdad for the celebration and the announcements from the GOI.
Condor: I'm thinking between midnight and 2 am Central time tonight the public announcements in front of dignitaries will be made. That will be between 8 am and 10 am in Iraq.
BREAK THROUGH: GREAT NEWS!!!  EXO here is one of those that got called!!!!!!!         My friend in Oklahoma received a call from Chase Bank on Thursday Morning on the wealth side of the bank.  He talked with a gentleman from Scottland and the UK  for 1 1/2 hours.  Set up another appointment for next week.  My friend purchased all of his VND from this bank.  THEY WANT TO MANAGE HIS WEALTH!  :)   MY VERY FIRST TIME TO ACTUALLY PERSONALLY KNOW SOMEONE WHO GOT CALLED. IT MADE IT SO MUCH MORE REAL AND VALID
DC & Tony
DC :  The main player is Iraq right now...Since 5am, they said the seating of the 32 ministers will be in the next few hours.  That’s on all their media.  Many dignitaries from around the world at there, waiting – over 100 of them.  There are several locations that are prepped for everybody to show up and start announcing the government.  The digital version of the Gazette says they will announce this in the coming hours. The US is absolutely ready, waiting on the starting pistol from Iraq.  Many who have been fighting this are now extremely supportive of the situation...It’s still prepped for a 2 minute release.  I fully expect this weekend to be super-fantastic.   We are waiting on the announcement.  Whenever that goes, we’re game
Tony:    You should be excited – it’s a super-fantastic day, weekend, next week.  Yesterday we were told it was supposed to take place between 8 and 10, don’t know if that’s our time or their time. The only  thing we hear they are waiting for is the end of the NATO Summit, which just closed, and a few more arrivals from that NATO conference.  The good news is they are not saying in the coming days or weeks, but in hours.  We know people who have used their Qi cards at more than three dollars. We have said several times that it is loaded internationally at a consistent rate of $3+.   There is not going to be any LOP, not going to be 10 cents, not going to be 90 cents or one-to-one.  This is the best place we’ve ever been in, according to all the media.  By Tuesday at the latest, the nightmares will be over and the dreams will begin.
Tony: Good morning, TNT! It is Friday, September 5, 2014. It’s a very confusing morning as you can see. You should be excited – it’s a super-fantastic day, weekend, next week. The tweet said DC will answer all questions! Exciting news from Iraq, from what the President said as well, if you can understand it, so everyone should be happy now! Ask many questions as you can; this call will be only an hour or so, so ask your final questions and action items. The biggest thing is what was in Iraq on the newspapers and television this morning in Iraq and what we anticipate in the next few hours, and tomorrow. Both the Secretary of Defense and the US President said what they expect in the next few days.
DC: Hope everyone is doing well! The main player is Iraq right now and we’ll walk through the wonderful things going on. Since 5am, they said the seating of the 32 ministers will be in the next few hours. That’s on all their media. Many dignitaries from around the world at there, waiting – over 100 of them. Abadi has been methodical walking everything through, making sure his ministers and the people understand his vision. This is a dialogue between the PM and the ministers. Everyone has been very impressed with his actions.
There are several locations that are prepped for everybody to show up and start announcing the government. The digital version of the Gazette is says they will announce this in the coming hours. Use common sense: how many people show up for the formal seating of a new government? Not many. How many would come for a global RV? Many more.
Tony: Yesterday we were told it was supposed to take place between 8 and 10, don’t know if that’s our time or their time.
DC: In Iraq, they are going on about it, in the coming hours.
Tony: They sent every document to every party for a final review, in the right way.
DC: It’s a wonderful piece of diplomacy to have them sign again, all together. That keeps them leaning in rather than leaning out. That helps credibility. Everyone is very pleased with what’s going on, and even the detractors are taking Abadi seriously.
Tony: Yesterday we talking about 9/9 being the back date, and everyone is talking about next week, but today is the start of “next week” in Iraq. The only thing we hear they are waiting for is the end of the NATO Summit, which just closed, and a few more arrivals from that NATO conference. We are saying different stuff on television or over there, because I think dinarians should have more specifics.
DC: Everything else, across the pond, the President talked about the security side and supporting the US, etc, against ISIL. Ten countries are banding together, each providing a different part. This push is already successful against ISIL and they will solve that problem. All the security forces with the VIPs in Baghdad is making everyone nervous, so they want to get it done and get the dignitaries out of the country.
Tony: Some people this still may not happen until tomorrow. We just don’t think they will keep the dignitaries any longer than necessary. Also, they don’t have the same time sense we have.
DC: In Arab countries a given time is a suggestion, and if people don’t turn up at the time, that’s okay, it will still get done. Even official events are not at exact times.
Tony: It’s like the people in Hawai’i…
DC: Pam had a good comment about this. She said her friends were in Hawai’i, and they kept telling them to relax about time.
The US is absolutely ready, waiting on the starting pistol from Iraq. Many who have been fighting this are now extremely supportive of the situation, so thank you! It’s still prepped for a 2 minute release.
DC: I fully expect this weekend to be super-fantastic. I think Tuesday is too long to keep all those people with their security teams in Iraq.
650 caller: Glad to hear you so upbeat! Where are we in the windows at this point?
DC: We are waiting on the announcement. Whenever that goes, we’re game on!
Caller: The Zim will lose some zeros. Do you think zeros will be deleted from dinar?
DC: No. Too many people have already exchanged.
Caller: Thanks. We all look forward to moving on with our lives.
814 caller: I’m excited about what you said. Prior to you guys coming on, when Pam and Ray were entertaining us… I will just say that Prime rib is really good. [chitchat] I’m glad to hear you say that the next coming hours could spill over into tomorrow because Iraqi time is not our time.
Tony: The good news is they are not saying in the coming days or weeks, but in hours.
Caller: We are all filled with anticipation and excitement; let’s get ‘er done!
508 caller: Deepest gratitude! Do same banks that we’ve been hearing about still have the contract rates? Is there one pool for all the banks to drain together, or do they have separate pools?
DC: The contract rates are still there, but not everyone will get it because there is a finite pool they are pulling from. There’s a lot in that pool, but not everyone will get to it in time. Last time I heard, only one back had it, and the other banks are complaining and pleading to take part. The one bank says they have been doing all the heavy lifting and they deserve to keep their percentage. Either one bank will have it or all the banks.
Caller: I wonder why we believe the RV will happen as the government is announced. IF the other countries don’t trust the GOI, why would they trust it now?
DC: It’s all about what Abadi and the CBI have been doing. They’ve been transparent and a great contrast to Maliki. Any country can have a bad actor. The GOI is proving they are being open and transparent. The rest of the world wants this for financial reasons, so they want to believe in the new government.
Tony: Iraq wanted to do this a long time and they were stopped from doing it.
Caller: Will the GCR be all at once, or in waves?
DC: I understand it will go all at once, with some adjustments a few days later.
Tony: Don’t be surprised if you see this happen again in a few months – not everything, just one in particular.
770 caller: I’m sorry, I couldn’t find where to send the flowers for your mother’s funeral. Do you really feel like this is IT this time?
Tony: There are so many things completed, done, run out of excuses, announcements being made… there is no reason NOT to reinstate their currency…
DC: Plus the whole NATO deal had a purpose.
Caller: Will we still be calling an 800 number or do they have something else in mind?
DC: We understand the 800 numbers are still in play with exchange centers, etc. They keep changing the details, but the last time I heard, they are ready for us.
Caller: Are we dinarians considered a group, or are we just the general public?
DC: Great question! There are organized groups like the Admiral’s group. A large part of the planning goes into two groups. DInarians are considered a group, rather than being the general public who have a few dinar that they are not actively following. They are dividing us into groups that way: 250K folks who pay attention, and the 5.5 million who don’t pay attention at all. They could very well decide the 800 numbers are for the groups, meaning the dinarians, all 250,000 of us.
Tony: We have been advised to go in and take care of ourselves first, and then spread the word. They will treat that 4-5 million differently; they can go to the bank after the first rush of dinarians who will also get the contract rates and the benefits (rather than the 4-5 million who have not been following.) So we should each do that – get to the banks then tell the others!
Caller: Pam, please don’t leave us out! [Pam: I would never do that! Don’t listen to those men!]
843 caller: I’ve been listening to some other stuff and they’re saying some major laws need to be announced, and they are talking about a few weeks out, so that others can see the GOI is running steadily. But you don’t see it that way?
DC: I don’t see that.
Tony: You don’t see any of that in the Iraqi media, because it has already been completed and we said that weeks ago. If anyone thinks that after years of no resolution, after the GOI is suddenly going to happen overnight? Who does that make sense to? It’s all been done, in the background.
Caller: I have heard that the dinar might be coming out 1:1 then floating up.
DC/Tony: We have said several times that it is loaded internationally at a consistent rate of $3+. We know people who have used their Qi cards at more than three dollars. This is partly because of a certain document years ago that was translated badly. We have answered this question so many times. There is not going to be any LOP, not going to be 10 cents, not going to be 90 cents or one-to-one.
Caller: Don’t shoot the messenger! Just trying to figure out what to do. What about the bond issue?
DC: It’s easier to borrow money than raise taxes, so many governments offer bonds. Because Iraq has been waiting on the RV so long, they are going into the bond game as well. Because of ISIL, Maliki, etc., so countries are reluctant to lend Iraq any money. But if Iraq revalues their currency, they will have a lot more money for infrastructure and rebuilding. So both sides are waiting on the RV in order to issue those bonds.
Tony: Did I confuse the rate for the dinar or another currency?
Caller: No, I meant dinar. One person said that it will start out 1:1 and then float up. So I just wanted to find out about, if it would be different in-country and elsewhere.
Tony: It will go up when the hedge fund and other big investors jump on the currency. However, it will also go down again, so don’t play that game unless you know what you are doing. But those who do will make a lot of money.
DC: Unless you fully understand the risk, don’t do it.
585 caller: If this gets released this weekend, will there be after-hours banking, or will we have to go to Monday to go to the bank?
DC: We are trying to wait each other out on answering that one!
Tony: Maybe they will try to lead up to something on Tuesday for the general public, but I don’t know. I think it would be smart if they let us do something on Saturday and Sunday and then we would be prepared for Monday. The banks and exchange centers will probably be open 7am to 11pm for a while after this pops.
DC: We understand that they have 800 numbers and call center staff to answer them.
Tony: There was a pamphlet printed in February that tells you to call the 800 number.
DC: We understand that you can still exchange up at 25K dinar, without appointment.
817 caller: I just want to know – in your heart of hearts, could this be our last weekend?
DC: I truly believe that, I told my wife that this morning. Is it going to go this afternoon? I have no idea. Could they wait around until Tuesday? Yes, they could. But I don’t think they will.
Tony: They told their people “in the coming hours”. I do know the schedule said “between the 8th and 10th hour” and we still don’t know whether they mean morning or evening. We are close enough that we have a schedule and it’s in the coming hours.
DC: They could announce it today and delay our exchanges for a couple of days, sure. However, there are a ton of journalists and dignitaries there; do you really think they are there for the seating of the GOI? Doubt it. And you know it will get out because these guys talk for a living.
Caller: I have access to a couple of underground skype rooms, and Tony, your name is mud there… especially in Texas. They are so mad at you! [chitchat]
Tony: You are right! I am looking at my newspaper, and Texas has bought nine corporations here in Sacramento and moved them to Texas. You can’t trust those people. San Antonio is trying to get the Oakland Raiders, but it’s not going to happen!
214 caller: I’d like to follow up on what you said about “get in there first”… Most of us have 20-30 people on our list. Are you saying we should go and exchange and then call them so they can go to the bank?
DC: There is a moral dilemma here about groups and contract rates. It’s a first-come, first-served. It’s a finite pool, and we don’t know how big it is or how fast it will go. You have a group of 30 people that will need to know when this comes through? Or you are all banding together to exchange?
Caller: No, it’s more like every person on this call might have 20-30 people they have agreed to inform. I want to make sure I get to the trough myself.
DC: Yes, I have given instructions to 30+ people. So I will call first to get my appointment and after that I will call or text my people with the 800 numbers, and I can tell them my experience. That is how it will work.
Tony: We have 20-30 people on this call. Those people have an average of 10 people each, so that makes 300,000 on the call or listening to the replay. Within a day or two, that will be 3,000,000 when you tell your people and they tell their contacts. Ideally, you will have us giving you the instructions, and that will make it smoother. So we figure it out, you go and do it, and you make your appointment, and then pass on the info the people on your list. You deserve to have those contract rates. Of course, if people just want international rates, then they can wait a few days anyway.
Caller: I’m scared of horses, and they don’t like me. I am from Texas and only ridden horses (and got thrown) twice, but I’m going to buy a place outside Dallas offering horse therapy with a Veteran’s Village, employ them to help other vets who are having problems or need housing. There’s a ton of ideas to PIF. Give what you can and then give a little bit more.
713 caller: If we only get one call from you guys, what will they let you tell us?
DC: We’ll be able to say goodbye and forward the information to walk through at these locations on this website.
Caller: So, no seminars?
DC: They asked who people would listen to, and they were told Tony, myself and three others. Some attorneys have said they don’t want that, and it depends on who wins that argument. So we can give you the 800 number, website and pamphlet, and that’s it.
Tony: Let’s leave out the attorneys. If they let us do what we do, without bringing someone on the call, give us 3-4 days to help you, that clears them of any liability. That’s how I would do it: Give you the numbers and the process, and that would make it easier for everyone. I talked to people from WF and I hope they will still offer classes at our four events. We don’t you to be left hanging with all this money.
Caller: If the dinarians not given the training you have provided so far, is there a possibility that because of untrained dinarians descending on the banks they will stop the process?
DC: Will they stop the process for issues? The main one is security-related, and that has been smoothed out. If they change the hours… that should be okay. We have told the higher-ups that we think it would be a good idea to let us counsel you. It’s their choice and let’s trust they have thought this through.
Tony: People will respond to our tweets much faster than having to find a website, and being given information that they don’t understand and can’t ask questions about.
Caller: I’m attorney and my friends and I will volunteer to help, for free. Have a wonderful RV weekend!
337: I heard that if you have less than five million dinar, you bring it to the bank, give them your information, they will take your dinar and take the money out of your account… That is so stupid, what some of these people are saying! [chitchat]
Caller: If you have more than 50 million dinar, what do you do to cash it all in if there is a cap?
Tony: I could tell you, but then DC will be in trouble…
DC: It depends on how you divide it up, and we’ll leave it at that.
Caller: Can I take 50 million and have my spouse exchange 50 million?
Tony: You are on the right track. There are options. Get on OpenMike and ask Ray. You’re the reason they don’t want us to do the call now!
719 caller: I’m looking forward to being at Tuesday when no one can stop us. I’m the one with 205 people, and I’m getting my exchange set up before I call others who have at least been on the calls. Tony, you’ve always talked about Who Moved My Cheese and we use that in network marketing. But you also said that the rate will be going up…
Tony: The rates will go up. The contract rate might be the cheese factory. We know that the dinar will be $3+ to start with, and it will go up, but no one knows how much.
They are trying to get this done in 72 hours, so we’ll ask DC.
DC: I believe the contract rates will be the cheese factory. Tony doesn’t agree. I am going to get the contract rate and get out.
Caller: Tony, you are talking about going to Atlanta… why? If your dealer is there, they won’t have the contract rates.
DC: It’s where his reserves are.
Tony: The dealer does offer me something that the bank cannot, so there is a reason for me to go to the dealer. I won’t necessarily cash out there, but to pick up reserves. There is a whole different strategy that I’m doing.
Caller: For the average person … well, for those who have not been following the calls, so my feeling is that we will call and make our appointments and then I will send an email to others. If we have personal bankers, should we call them or the 800 number?
Tony: I would call the 800 number first, and THEN call your wealth manager.
Caller: If this gets delayed again, we will lose so much credibility. There are probably ten million who have some dinar by now. In our time, the Emergency Medical Service needs more money and we can give them enough to have a night shift. And DC, I understand why you want to be anonymous, but could Pam put up another picture?
Tony: we try to answer your questions, yet a little information can be dangerous. People make mistakes because they have just enough information to hang themselves. Yet if we don’t give you enough details, that’s not fair either. By the same token, we know that this is not for everyone to go out and do, because not everyone understands and it will cause a bottleneck if everyone does it, and if everyone has the same plan, they will change the plan. It would totally change what they have been doing for years if we lay it out in front of everyone on the calls. That is one reason they want me to do calls afterwards. I understand their perspective. When you try to talk to those 50 people you’ve been sending emails to, you won’t be able to educate them on every step or how to invest their money. They will have to find out. You at least tried to find out on the calls and the forum. If you try to give them that much help, you will be blamed for it if anything goes wrong.
DC: I’ve had the same response with many people I’ve tried to help. Parting words are quite simple: we fully expect this before the constitutional deadline for the GOI, which is Tuesday. There are over 100 dignitaries in Iraq right now, and they are excepting the RV. The news in the Gazette, online and television says that the government will be seated in the coming hours. WE don’t know how long it will take, but we know they are all vetted and ready to go. The rest of the world is supporting Iraq militarily and ready in other ways for currency reform.
Pam: Please do not lose your minds when this happens. Be excited and celebrate, but don’t rush into anything. If you’re under pressure, exchange one note and deal with it. You have the information; you know what to do. Take your time, use your pro advisors, do the right things and you can’t lose.
Ray: What they said. This is finally it. Enjoy your weekend!
Tony: This is the best place we’ve every been in, according to all the media. By Tuesday at the latest, the nightmares will be over and the dreams will begin. I hope to talk to you again – later today would be great, or over the weekend. Enjoy your day!
Condor I'm thinking between midnight and 2 am Central time tonight the public announcements in front of dignitaries will be made. That will be between 8 am and 10 am in Iraq.
BreakThrough:  GREAT NEWS!!!  EXO here is one of those that got called!!!!!!!         My friend in Oklahoma received a call from Chase Bank on Thursday Morning on the wealth side of the bank.  He talked with a gentleman from Scottland and the UK  for 1 1/2 hours.  Set up another appointment for next week.  My friend purchased all of his VND from this bank.  THEY WANT TO MANAGE HIS WEALTH!  :)   MY VERY FIRST TIME TO ACTUALLY PERSONALLY KNOW SOMEONE WHO GOT CALLED. IT MADE IT SO MUCH MORE REAL AND VALID.
[mimirose] Pam D. My only fear now is the GOI will be announced and no RV following. Trying very hard to think positive but we've had so many letdowns I'm afraid to get my hopes up.
[cozmo] mimirose According to DC ... the RV is one of the stipulations in the agreements that the different factions have put into forming the gov.
DELTA :URGENT FROM IRAQIA TV: CBI INTRODUCE THE NEW 10000 DINAR NOTE. OLD AND NEW WILL COEXIST .  MORE DETAILS ON SUN CC.
nuts :  I must be missing something here. How can this, in anyway, be a positive for monetary reform? Why in the world would the CBI release such a high note NOW if there is a possibility they will revalue the currency in the not-to-distant future? IMO....This note will not be needed even at the lowest revalued rate of substance. Thoughts?.
Frank26:  If I can be of help........ Try this:
The 10 K will be coming out and will COEXIST.
With what???
THE LOWER DENOMS !!!
But 1166 is ok with K notes BUT with LDs IT creates a negative value unless the rate of the IQD has been changed....... Increased that is.
Is that a question ?  Ahhhhhhhhhh......... No.    It's a fact.
WCCDINAR : In this digital age...do countries still exchange or make payments in physical form??
Jaxjag:  At least two years ago...or just before Dr. Shabibi's departure, the CBI stated that the larger three zero notes would co-exist with the new currency while being used for large inter-bank transfers. This tells me that there is still a need for any country's central bank to maintain enough currency on deposit to cover the amount that is on deposit electronically.
From Recaps Comment Section:
Rick:  Hey Folks,...I reached out to a very good friend of mine (over 20 yrs) who is a Sr. fund manager at one of the four major Canadian banks. Asked him who I should speak to at his bank and if he could introduce me to a "Private Banker" who is capable of handling Forex exchange in the neighborhood of 10's of millions. that began a series of questions.
 To make this long story shorter, I asked him directly what he knew of the GCR and/or RV of various "fringe" currency's. He confirmed (in a round about way) that he had some knowledge but Forex was not is area. he then suggested that he reach out to the top Forex contact within his bank who works the Forex trading floor in London UK. the following is his response.
"Apologies XXXXX – I got bogged down.
As far as I am aware the Global Currency Reset (GCR) is a little bit leftist and ‘apocalyptic’ in an economic/financial sense.
However, with Western fiat currencies coming under increasing pressure (the EUR today is a case in point), and capital flows into the developing world further integrating and entangling West with East, I believe that there is no choice but to move towards a more coordinated global economy, and potentially even a global central bank.
 For instance, it would make a lot more sense to me if major economies in the West started coordinating their rate moves (i.e. BoE/Fed/ECB). By default, they already are. The BoE has recently scaled back market expectations for the first rate hike, because the Fed is not ready to hike yet and the ECB is actually easing further.
But what I am talking about for the future is explicit coordination between major central banks.
I am not sure exactly what a ‘re-rating’ of the Vietnamese dong refers to, however, if we just try to think about this logically, a more balanced and more coordinated global economy will see a reduction in the status (credit ratings etc.) of Western currencies and an elevation of non-Western ones. This doesn't mean ‘doom’ for the West, but it does mean a more level playing field.
If you think back to earlier in 2014, the BRICs announced their own IMF and World Bank rivals. This is important, because centralization of power within BRICs is essential to creating more centralization and more coordination globally. For instance, it’s easier to coordinate policy between ‘two IMFs’ than between one IMF (the existing one) and a fragment of BRIC nations.
A GCR also implies the need for some type of global central bank, and possibly a ‘new anchor’ which all remaining major currencies are convertible into. Gold or some type of ‘hard anchor’ is an obvious guess for what the solution might be.
 But regardless of whether gold or some other type of anchor is chosen, the formation of a new global central bank and standard heavily depends on Euro Zone surviving. The Euro Area is basically a gold standard, but more importantly it’s a microcosmic example of what needs to happen on a global basis: more integration and more coordination of policies between sovereign nations.
If the Euro Area survives, it makes a global version of that level of integration and coordination look like a more realistic goal. "
European Head: FX Strategy
I've XXX'd out names (to protect the innocent) but rest assured the individual quoted is the banks Sr. Forex manager in London.
So bottom line (if you read between the lines) there is movement, drastic changes are coming sooner than expected and all the major banks are setting up. I pretty sure that my friend (and his colleague in the UK) would never out right confirm their knowledge of a GCR in writing but he certainly leaves enough room for interpretation that leads the reader in that direction.
I know the intelligence we've had so far is more compelling and detailed than this,....but just add it to the pile and I hope it encourages those who may be doubting things lately.
Have faith! it's coming!
Cheers!   RH
