From the time this project was started every person getting involved was told at some time their job was to visualize this ending in a productive, positive, meaningful way. It will. And we hope very very soon. Each person has to ask "Am I an asset or a liability to this project?" .. Because that's who actually is holding it up. Every energetic thought that goes out from has energy, has power. And every one on the messengers' organic list knows this "The New Age" people say what we hold in mind produces after its kind. Well, wake up. That is how the world has evolved. Or devolved. In the past 80+ years a lot of negativity and negative people have surfaced in the market place. Greed reigns. As you will agree. Then where have you been? Greed, fear and uneasiness about trusting most processes, markets, politics has evolved to a level not collectively seen in eons. Hello Zap; From one fellow Canadian to another I'd like you to clarify your last statement.

I read you last article/posting and wondered what you meant by the words; "Prices will drop"?

PRICES FOR HISTORIC BONDS WILL DROP ONCE THE FIRST WAVE AT THE HIGH PRICES IS SETTLED. THE REASON FOR THE HIGH PRICES NOW IS TO GET THE GLOBAL RECONSTRUCTION PROJECTS KICK STARTED WITH LARGE AMOUNTS.

Does this mean the international rate of the RV currencies will drop? If so, why are non-US citizens being forced to pay for the selfish and ignorant behaviour of a US politician?

THIS WILL GET FIXED UP…NO MORE RAPING AND PILLAGING ALLOWED.

Or does it mean that only contract rates for US citizens will drop in what is offered to them by the banks? Can "grandfather", have that kind of power to tell US banks they must change their rates at his bidding? "In fact, in looking to the earliest Christian opinion on Islam, what we find are Catholics writing against Muhammad as a damnable heretic and enemy to Rome. One of the best examples of this are the writings of Theodore Abu Qurrah, the bishop of Harran who lived in the 9th century, when Islam was still quite a young cult.

Theodore affirmed the primacy of the Roman Church, and viewed Islam as an enemy toward the Church. On the primacy of the Church of Rome, Theodore writes:

Do you not see that St. Peter is the foundation of the church, selected to shepherd it, that those who believe in his faith will never lose their faith, and that he was ordered to have compassion on his brethren and to strengthen them? As for Christ’s words, “I prayed for you, that you not lose your faith; but you, have compassion on your brethren, at that time, and strengthen them,” [Luke 22:32-33] we do not think that he meant St. Peter himself [and the apostles themselves]. Rather, he meant nothing other than the holders of the seat of St. Peter, that is, Rome, [and the holders of the seats of the apostles]. (1)

Theodore goes on to write how when the heresy of Arianism (the denial of Christ’s divinity) arose, the Church commenced the Council of Nicaea to combat it; when Nestorianism (the denial that God became flesh in Mary’s womb) arose, the Church of Rome commanded the Council of Ephesus. (2) Islam intrinsically coincides with both of these heresies, in that it rejects Christ’s divinity, and the Incarnation of God in Mary’s womb.

Since the Church of Rome was the one that first commenced the two councils that went against these two false doctrines and their followers, it is therefore impossible that the Catholic Church would then turn around and create a heresy that upholds them and desires to kill the very people (Catholics) who were adverse to these heresies.

Council of Ephesus

John the Deacon, an ancient Catholic theologian who had direct access to the material of Theodore Abu Qurrah, declares the primacy of St. Peter’s See, deems Muslims as enemies to the Church, and then describes how the bishop Theodore wrote against the heresies of Islam:

And because the Lord had promised Peter, the chief of the apostolic choir, that he would lay the church’s foundation on the unshaken rock of his confession, and because he had assured the church that she would overcome the gates of hell, so the opponents of God, up to the present, struggles against the church. …I am speaking of the most blessed and most philosophical bishop of Haran in Coele Syria, Theodore. In his writings, which were truly inspired by God, he worthily held up to public scorn the impious religion of the Agarenes [Muslims] and showed to all that it was worthy of complete derision. (3)

The Catholic Church preserved and protected the doctrine of the Holy Trinity, and in so doing it condemned and fought against Islam more than any other institution in history (if you don’t believe me, read any detailed history book on the Crusades). The first Church leader to lead and organize a crusade against Islam was St. Pope Leo IV who, in the year 849, led a battle against Muslims who were trying to sack the Vatican.

Muslims and Catholics fighting

As soon as Arianism came about, the Church combated it; and when Islam arose, with its very Arian doctrine, the Church combated it. Catholicism’s war against Islam is a continuation of its war against Arianism. There is therefore no evidence or documentation to prove that the Catholic Church suddenly decided to invent an extension of the very doctrine it was bent on crushing and suppressing.

Council of Nicaea

Islam has its roots in Arian doctrines, not Catholicism; and yet many today wish to turn it round, and reverse this very historical fact. Constantine Porphyrogentinitus, the fourth emperor of the Byzantine Empire, wrote in the 10th century, in his Administrando Imperio, that

he [Muhammad] was believed because a certain Arain, who pretended to be a monk, testified falsely in his support for love of gain. (4)

John the Deacon also recounts an Arian origin to Islam:

The Saracens [Muslims] are intent and zealous to deny the divinity of the Word of God. On all sides, they array themselves against him, eager to show that he is neither God nor the Son of God. Delta joined the call

• In Frank’s opinion, the govt will be seated on Sept 10

• Delta said that Abadi has taken charge, he is working with the various coalitions in Iraq, unfortunately some coalitions have tried to take advantage of the situation

• The nomination for defense minister was red-flagged by the USA, so they had nominate another person

• Iraqia TV is saying the parliament will vote on the new GOI at 8 pm Monday (Iraq time); could be voted on Tuesday morning; however the USA is pushing hard for the gov’t to be formed and confidence vote very soon
....

• Information from the World Bank indicates that seating of this new GOI is very important for seeing our blessing, in Delta’s opinion

• The remainder of the nominations should be submitted in a few hours (Monday morning in Iraq); there is no indication of delays at this time, so it’s expected to see the confidence vote on Monday night or Tuesday morning

• Sistani (religious leader) has pressed behind closed doors that M must go

• The situation with Daash and ISIS is much improved, they are in retreat, and a top leader of ISIS was killed; several countries in the ME are cooperating to help eliminate Daash and ISIS; Delta stated he has never seen any country in the ME ever receive global support – is it because everyone loves Iraq? No, it’s about money, and they do not want Iraq to fail, so all are cooperating, both in and outside of the ME, to rid Daash and ISIS and to support and help Iraq succeed

• Frank’s opinion that the Marshall plan to rebuild Germany and Japan after WWII does not compare to what the USA and other nations have poured into Iraq to rebuild them and help them succeed

• Delta moved on to the CBI: Turki will be retired as governor, and then there will be an interim governor, however who is the governor is not really important to us at this time, in Delta’s opinion

• The CBI has released the new 10K notes to replace the old, worn notes, not because of the RV

• Qi cards are not ready yet, first generation card is being used, but the latest generation card is not released until there is an IR

• ISX also waiting on the IR to go international

• The World Bank has the power and will be the one to increase the rate of the IQD; Delta read an article from the WB stating the fact that the rate of the IQD will be increased, with the contingency that they must see stability in Iraq before they will give the green light

• The opening of the Rafidain Bank signals that the rate is about to change, however the new GOI needs to be seated; per the article, ( See Article Below) the WB has the plan to raise the value of the IQD; this goes back to the beginning of Delta’s comments that no other country has ever been supported by all nations globally as Iraq has, which supports that all are working for stability in Iraq so that the value can be raised

• Frank then read an article that the Rafidain Bank is advertising for merchants to accept their credit card and to subscribe to internet shopping; these things signal that an international rate is needed and imminent

• The Rafidain Bank in London was closed 24 years ago – it has just been reopened – why?? Why now?? Again points to an international rate anticipated soon, in Frank and Delta’s opinion

• Frank invited E1 to talk about the GCR

• Frank showed several newspapers and read the headlines: “India seeks to lift the neo middle class” and “India’s appetite for gold increases” these speak to the increased value of the IDR; “Vietnam seeks USA partnership” and “USD is winner with change in policies” speaks to increase in the value of the VND and USD

• E1 stated that alerts have gone banks that deal with foreign currency exchange, and IQD is on their screens without any rate; notice to prepare for a change

• E1 stated that he will write an in-dept article on bonds to explain

• On Sept 13, Hebrew year of jubilee will begin; year of jubilee is when all debts are cancelled; E1’s opinion is that the GCR is the world’s reset, however if we do not change things in Washington DC, we will be right back in the same mess within a few years

• E1’s opinion is that the stage is set for change in currency rates and debts to be paid

• Frank stated that each person needs to seek their own financial counsel on how to manage money

• Frank’s opinion is that our banks in the USA fear the government, and so many restrictions and regulations have been put on USA banks; Frank clearly stated to pay our taxes, it is our responsibility to pay what is legally owed, however as a steward of this blessing, we have a duty to legally maintain as much of this blessing as we can

• A consideration is to look at foreign banks; again, all taxes which are legally owed must be paid and should be paid; it would be possible to deposit IQD and then exchange to USD as needed, however, each person invested in foreign currency must seek their own financial counsel and seek professional counsel on what is right for each person; what Frank is doing is for himself, and is not advice to anyone; Frank asked that everyone prepare, seek professional counsel, take it to God in prayer, and do what is right and best for you

• Frank’s trip on Sept 10 has nothing to do with the IQD, he and Tink are attending a convention, please don’t read anything into it

• Frank asked E1 and Delta their opinion on opening the budget when the new GOI is seated? E1’s opinion is absolutely the budget will be opened immediately; Delta stated that he’s really not concerned if the budget will be opened or not, he’s only looking for the IR to be released – recalling that the new fiscal year begins Oct 1, historically the IQD has revalued around Sept 22, so in Delta’s opinion, Sept looks solid for something to happen; also, articles have come out stating that people will be paid, salaries will be increased, and places that Daash and ISIS have destroyed will be rebuilt when the IQD increases in value, so in Delta’s opinion, within 2 weeks of the new GOI being seated is a very interesting time to watch for a rate

• Frank observed that M would not do what the USA wanted, but notice that Abadi is doing
everything requested; Frank is not saying they are puppets, rather they are cooperating with the USA; notice that even today, Finland has asked what they can do to help – why? It’s about the money

• Frank said last Friday, 7 ministers were introduced, and they met with officials from the USA, and I Team was guarding them; sitting with Abadi and the ministers was Shabibi -- he was at this meeting; Abadi dismantled everything that M has done, and all of M’s accusations against S are false and will not be pursued; Shabibi is still in Iraq

• Delta said that banks are ready, all appears to be set and we watch and wait for the rate to come out on the CBI website

• Franks opinion on the budget is that his only concern is the HCL; he’s still looking for a law, the fourth part of four is what is given to the citizens of Iraq; HCL is done, but it needs to be voted on

When do we say the eulogy? The Pacific is dying.

In 2009 my brother and his and my daughters took an Orca expedition from Campbell River, B.C. where my mother lived. The kids hated us because it was freezing in July in wet suits on this boat. Once we encountered the Orcas the magic started and all was for given.

I tried to remind them that Grandma would not live forever and that we might never get this opportunity again. I did not realize that we might not get the opportunity again because all the Orcas would be dead, I thought it would have been because of my mothers death.

Now I look back at the expedition and all the sights we saw including the Orcas that we will never see this again. Wow.

It is incomprehensible.

I few into Southern California a few days ago and had my radiation monitor with me, a model that can detect alpha too. I forgot about it and flew from Albuquerque to Phoenix, then from Phoenix to Orange County. The alarm went off as we were descending, at about 20,000ft. It was at about 487 CPM, then we were through it and it dropped back down to the low to mid double digits. On the ground about three blocks from the beach it was from 0 to 50 or so CPM.

I also drove past SONGS on my way south, as the 5 freeway passes right alongside it. It was 0 to about 30 CPM, lower than where I live in New Mexico.

I'm wondering if this does have anything to do with the releases from WIPP and the prevailing wind directions, etc. I wonder if they can even test for any radiation or perhaps for any mutation in the virus itself that might have come about from the atmosphere releases?

Obvious, I just noticed your avatar. I have been on The Marine Mammal Center site, reading the statistics on the dead mammals. I also wanted to see the success stories. I was looking at those beautiful creatures when it hit me. I did just like your avatar is doing. I think I understand what it is saying. Pain can run so deep, and all we can do is bury our face in our hands, and cry.

Considering that most of the world's "leaders" have been psychopaths and probably more so in these times, it's amazing the human race is still here. Best you can do at this point is have fun with loved ones and have a plan for staying out of the way as long as you can while things go south.

Hung some wash, dug potatoes and onions and mobilizing for a quick full moon camping outing tonight. Let the psychopaths scheme and lie like they always have. I'm enjoying Autumn.

As you are probably aware, Carl retired from producing monthly astrology videos, earlier this year. This is probably one of the most hopeful predictions he has made in some time. -LW

Some simple messages, often the most important ones, I fear, get lost in the effort to present an overview. So I would like to add this relatively brief post script to yesterday’s status. It gets closer and more directly to my core astrology message for the times ahead.
Let me dispense with all the usual cautions, provisos, qualifications and disclaimers and get right to it – all those things one feels obliged to say so that one can’t be accused of being overly pessimistic or overly optimistic, etc.
That is the message I don’t want to get lost.
Things are going to stop getting progressively worse. At some deep level, they are going to start getting progressively better, despite all surface appearances to the contrary. They already have. Those deeply destabilizing forces with which we have been dealing for nearly a decade and which have inflicted so much hardship and loss are rapidly abating.
Our efforts to heal and recover and to get our lives in order will no longer be so consistently and persistently undermined or upended by worsening turmoil.
We are in the process of returning to average levels of life difficulty. We are also about to begin benefiting from the efforts of those many people who never stop working to improve our lives.
As you lay there going to sleep at night or gathering your courage and determination before rising, you should remind yourself that things are going to stop getting worse and start getting better. They already are.
And, oh, yes. You all have to get up everyday and go do your part to make this work.
That is what I want to be the take away message from yesterday’s astrology post.
