Vatic Note:  Hmmm, this is very interesting.  I do not believe that in my very long life I have ever seen as much lying, cheating and stealing from official and trusted sources globally, as I have seen over the past 13 years.  It was like 9-11 was some kind of official signal to begin these acts of treason within our various depts of government and it has not stopped since.  This below is just another example..... What has surprised me is that they have not, since 9-11, used any bogus attacks on us with suitcase nukes or false flag nuke attacks by the so called Muslims.  I wonder why?  Just who are these people that do not resemble anything human, who are running our government?      

I have no proof of this, but over this past 4 years or so,  not one single nuke was used to false flag and start WW III.  There was one attempt in Los Angeles that fell flat, when the missile from a submarine went haywire and crashed into the sea without going off.  The last nuke used was on 9-11 back in 2001 at the twin towers.  So my question is "Why use blatant lying to try and start WW III when there are so many other more credible options for doing so?  Has someone in power lost the ability to think???"  It seems as if that were the case.   Or maybe they never had that ability.  That seems more likely, given all the mistakes they have made, with all their false flag plans that have been caught and exposed.

The following report is a slap in the face to pResident Obama and his [Rothschild] NATO partners meeting today in Newport Wales.
Observers from the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) “have registered no troops, ammunition or weapons crossing the Russian-Ukrainian border over the past two weeks, the OSCE report said on Wednesday.” (Itar-Tass)
“Throughout the week, the Observer Teams noticed a net increase of young people (both men and women) wearing military-style dress crossing the border in both directions but did not observe any weapons among these groups,” the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission’s report covering a period from August 20 to September 3 said.
The observers said they had regular interactions with supporters of the self-proclaimed republics. “Some discussed openly with the OSCE while others expressed their total mistrust toward the OSCE. At both Border Crossing Points, some supporters of the self-proclaimed republics explained that they are not allowed to cross the border with weapons,”  the report said.

The observers registered a decrease in helicopter sightings, compared to last week, but they were still observed at border crossing points, flying at low altitude along the border.
“In either case, in as far as could be seen, the aircraft did not violate the Ukrainian airspace,”  the report said. (Ibid)
The OSCE Observer Mission is deployed at the Russian Checkpoints of Gukovo and Donetsk at the request of Russia’s government. The decision was taken in a consensus agreement by all 57 OSCE participating States. (OSCE website)

The OSCE report contradicts the statements made by the Kiev regime and its US-NATO [E.U.] sponsors. It confirms that NATO accusations pertaining to the influx of Russian tanks are an outright fabrication.

The NATO reports, including its satellite photos, were based on fake evidence.
It is worth noting that the OSCE carefully categorizes movements across the border, which largely consist of refugees:
Cross-border movements common to both Border Crossing Points:
The profile of the people crossing the border remains unchanged and can be categorized as follows:
  1. Families on foot, or by car, with a lot of luggage;
  2. Elderly people with few bags;
  3. Adults (usually of younger age) with no luggage or empty cars;
  4. People wearing military-style clothes with or without backpacks.
While the number of entries/exits has remained stable at an average of 6,523 per day for both Border Crossing Points, the OM has observed a clear reversal in the flow of people crossing the border.
Since August 26, the majority of border crossers have been going back into Ukraine with an average net flow of minus 429 per day for both Border Crossing Points in the last week and since that day 3,857 people have returned to Ukraine through both Border Crossing Points.
The statistics also show that the Donetsk Border Crossing Point consistently experiences more traffic than the Gukovo Border Crossing Point. The cross-border movements registered at both Border Crossing Points account for 43 percent of all the Rostov Region’s entries/exits.
The OM continued to observe a general trend of very low cross-border traffic during the night hours. At sunrise the number of travellers slowly increases until late morning. Then, the traffic flow decreases but rises towards the late afternoon and evening. The majority of the vehicles crossing the border have number plates issued in the Luhansk region.
Common observations at the Border Crossing Points:
In general, the situation at both Border Crossing Points is calm. People crossing the border talk to the Observer Teams (OTs) regularly and continue to describe the situation in the Luhansk region as dire. The OTs continued to receive numerous accounts of severe destruction caused by artillery fire which resulted in the interruption of water, gas and electricity supplies, the latter apparently unavailable for more than five weeks in some areas including Luhansk city itself.

Throughout the week, the OTs noticed a net increase of young people (both men and women) wearing military-style dress crossing the border in both directions but did not observe any weapons among these groups.
OTs had regular interactions with supporters of the self-proclaimed republics. Some discussed openly with the OSCE while others expressed their total mistrust toward the OSCE. At both Border Crossing Points, some supporters of the self-proclaimed republics explained that they are not allowed to cross the border with weapons.
However, on the other side, there are organized places where they receive weapons, ammunition and equipment and are dispatched to their assigned areas on the Ukrainian side. Upon return, they hand over weapons, ammunition and other military equipment and cross back into the Russian Federation.
In the case of Gukovo, there is even a firing range to calibre the newly-received weapons before continuing to the frontlines. As described in previous reports, on a daily basis OTs hear such range-like shootings on Ukrainian territory at a short distance from the Gukovo Border Crossing Point.
The OTs observed more people wearing black t-shirts with the inscription “Novorossiya” (“new Russia”) or “Luhansk People’s Republic” with corresponding flags. In some instances, this flag was also observed on several civilian vehicles’ windshields and license plates.
Civilian people stopping to discuss with OTs often ask the OSCE to stop the conflict and to record and report their testimonies so that everybody can be aware of the situation.

Military movement:
Throughout the week, day and night, the OTs heard the sound of propeller aircrafts in the vicinity of the Border Crossing Points. During daylight and when the weather conditions were favourable, the OTs observed the same small grey aircrafts identified as UAVs. The same flight patterns were observed at both Border Crossing Points. The UAVs were following a flight path assessed to be at the edge of the Ukrainian border on very regular schedules with intervals varying from 18 to 25 minutes. In several instances, up to two UAVs were observed in the same area at the same time.
There was a decrease in helicopter sightings compared to last week but they were still observed at both Border Crossing Points flying at low altitude along the border.
In either case, in as far as could be seen, the aircrafts did not violate the Ukrainian airspace in the vicinity of the Border Crossing Points.
Observation at the Gukovo Border Crossing Point:
The traffic flow at Gukovo BCP has remained steady compared to last week, with a slight decrease in the past two days. A daily average of 2,940 entries and exits was recorded, which accounted for 19 percent of all entries/exits into the Rostov Region. The average number of people entering the Russian Federation has diminished consistently during the reporting period and the net flow has been negative since 26 August with a daily average of minus 262. This statistic clearly reflects a return movement into Ukraine. In the past week, close to 2,000 people have returned to Ukraine through the Gukovo Border Crossing Point each day.
Throughout the week, the OTs continued to hear gunfire on the Ukrainian side very close to the Border Crossing Point. As described earlier, these fire incidents were assessed as not combat-related, reportedly originating from a nearby improvised ‘shooting range’ under the control of supporters of the self-proclaimed republics.
Reports of people at the Gukovo Border Crossing Point:
OTs received reports from people of Sverdlovsk (17 km west of Gukovo Border Crossing Point) about the town’s situation. They reported that the town had not experienced direct fights but five houses were destroyed. Although public transport and the only hospital were functioning, for the past two-and-a-half months, there was no water. According to them, pensions and social benefits were not paid and people could not access money.
Prices for common goods had increased considerably and therefore people were going to the Russian Federation every three to four days to buy first necessity products and to obtain cash at ATMs or banks. People reported that the school year was planned to start on 1 September but they did not want their children to follow Ukrainian curricula.
Observation at the Donetsk Border Crossing Point:
During the reporting period, the activity at the Donetsk Border Crossing Point has slightly increased compared to last week. The total number of border crossings at Donetsk Border Crossing Point consistently exceeds those of Gukovo Border Crossing Point. A daily average of 3,627 entries and exits was recorded, which accounted for 24 percent of all entries/exits into the Rostov Region.
The average number of people entering the Russian Federation has diminished consistently during the reporting period and the net flow has been negative since 29 August with a daily average of minus 410. As for the Gukovo Border Crossing Point, this statistic clearly reflects a return movement into Ukraine. In the past week close to 1,900 people have returned to Ukraine through the Donetsk Border Crossing Point each day.
Throughout the week, shootings, blasts and artillery detonations were heard at various times of the day and night, and from different distances and directions around the Donetsk Border Crossing Point. Artillery detonations were especially intense during the weekend in the direction north of Krasnodon. Throughout the night of 30 to 31 August, dozens of very loud artillery detonations were heard and felt by an OT. The detonations were close by in a westerly/ north-westerly direction.
In the past weeks, artillery detonations and shootings had been heard only from western and northern directions; but throughout the week for the first time OTs reported light and heavy calibre shootings from the east and south-east areas which are also bordering Ukraine.
Throughout the week, OTs observed a net increase in activity of young people dressed in military style crossing back and forth at the Border Crossing Point. OTs also observed some of these people visibly wounded crossing back into the Russian Federation with white bandages and/or crutches. OTs also observed transfers of more seriously-wounded persons by ambulances. Some people dressed in military style were accompanying the wounded and were particularly well-equipped including holsters but without weapons.
In one instance, an OT observed eight young men dressed in military style carrying two heavy stretchers loaded with boxes. The stretchers were visibly heavy (more than a hundred kilograms) because the groups were stopping every 30 to 50 metres to recover. The OT observed Border Crossing Point officials checking the boxes with metal detectors. The OT asked Border Crossing Point officials about the content of the boxes and was told that it was food products.
Reports of people at the Donetsk Border Crossing Point:
OTs received reports from people of Molodohvardeysk, Novosvetlovska (15 km south-east of Luhansk) and other places around Luhansk city. They all indicated heavy fighting and considerable damage to infrastructure and asked the OSCE to stop the fighting.
Russian humanitarian convoy:
The OM does not have any confirmation that a second humanitarian convoy will go through the Donetsk Border Crossing Point. During the past week, representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visited the Donetsk Border Crossing Point and met with Russian and Ukrainian border guards and customs officers. To this day, Ukrainian border guards and customs officers are still staying next to the Donetsk Border Crossing Point. In addition, personnel of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry came to the Border Crossing Point to consult with the Russian Border Crossing Point authorities. Of significance, the OSCE is overseeing the seven point peace plan proposal to be discussed in Minsk on September 5.

A new report prepared by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MNRE) circulating in the Kremlin today shockingly states that the Obama regime is remaining “completely silent” on the polio outbreak currently sweeping through the American heartland and has, to date, refused to share their data on this feared enterovirus epidemic with other global experts and scientists.
According to this report, nearly 2,000 American children in the US States of Colorado, Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Iowa, Ohio, Oklahoma, North Carolina, and Georgia have been struck down by the polio enterovirus in the past month, with Denver’s Children's Hospital alone stating that they have treated more than 900 children for this disease since 18 August with 86 admitted to hospital.
To the rapid spread of this outbreak, this report continues, Dr. William Schaffner, an infectious diseases expert at Vanderbilt University, stated this past week that “I don’t believe we’ve ever had an outbreak this extensive before”and Dr. Mary Anne Jackson, a director for infectious diseases at Kansas City’s Children's Mercy Hospital, where about 475 children were recently treated, likewise last week warned, “It's worse in terms of scope of critically ill children who require intensive care. I would call it unprecedented. I've practiced for 30 years in pediatrics, and I've never seen anything quite like this”.
Even though this report does note that the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has identifiedEnterovirus EV-D68 as being the disease infecting these children, it has failed to inform the American public that of the 66 human enterovirus known, this particular one is most associated with the Poliovirus and the cause of the dreaded Poliomyelitis, which is often called polio or infantile paralysis.
Most dangerous about this polio enterovirus currently striking American children down, this report says, is its high mutation rate (takes over DNA makes copies of itself) due to low-fidelity replication (lots of variation possible when the virus is in the body reproducing itself) and frequent recombination (rapidly mutates preventing the body from defending itself) all which prevent the development of an effective vaccine.
Most critical to be asked of the Obama regime relating to this current polio outbreak, this report continues, are why quarantine measures were not undertaken by the US this past February when 25 children in California where struck down and paralyzed by this disease before it could spread into the American heartland?
In outlining the history of this dreaded enterovirus, MNRE scientists grimly note in this report that the “historical similarities” between this current American outbreak and that of the early 20th century are “highly alarming” in that they both had their genesis in the wine and vegetable agricultural regions of California.
Among the earliest polio outbreaks last century were three California clusters – in the agricultural epicenter of the San Joaquin Valley; the San Francisco area; and San Francisco and the wine-growing Napa Valley, locales under intensive commercial farming and early use of the pesticide Lead Hydrogen Arsenate (LHA) in fruits and vegetables and where this pesticide was believed to have caused damage that allowed the polio enterovirus to penetrate the nervous system and reach the spinal cord, where it caused the paralysis called poliomyelitis.
Critical to note, this report says, were that major polio epidemics were unknown before the 20th century and localized paralytic polio epidemics only began to appear in Europe and the US around 1900 with the expanding use of the LHA pesticide in crop production.
The first report of multiple polio cases was published in the US in 1843 and described an 1841 outbreak in Louisiana, this report continues, after which a fifty-year gap occurs before the next US report—a cluster of 26 cases in Boston in 1893 which “coincidentally” occurred as massive amounts of LHA pesticides were used for controlling cranberry pests(fireworm, cranberry girdler) in Massachusetts.
Until the 1930s-1940s, this report says, the LHA pesticide was frequently prepared by American farmers at home by reacting soluble lead salts with sodium arsenate, and with the addition of the DDT pesticide coming into massive use during the late 1940’s, led to the 1952 polio epidemic that would be the worst outbreak in American history, and is credited with heightening parents’ fears of the disease and focusing public awareness on the need for a vaccine. Of the 57,628 cases reported that year 3,145 died and 21,269 were left with mild to disabling paralysis.
To the current polio epidemic sweeping America, this report warns, the “polio-pesticide” link cannot be ruled out as the current clusters being reported are all in agricultural regions that have been either spraying or harvesting what are called Monsanto “Round Up Ready Crops” and include Roundup Ready Alfalfa, Roundup Ready Soybean and the more than 400,000 pounds of Roundup pesticides applied to California wine grapes.
To the American people being able to protect their children from this current polio epidemic is not likely, this report sadly concludes, as President Obama last year signed a bill called “The Monsanto Protection Act” that effectively bars US Federal Courts from being able to halt the sale or planting of Monsanto’s “Round Up Ready Crops” no matter what health consequences from the consumption of these products or the use of this pesticide may come to light in the future.

This week marks the 13th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 Nazionist terror attack and subsequent fascist coup d’etat in the United States. US “acting president” Barack Obama shows his true colors by the fact he repeats thoroughly discredited Nazionist lies, including those about that mass murder event.

However, there is a faction that is definitely going after Obama’s Nazionist script writers that will hopefully force Obama to read from a new plot line. The governments of the US and Europe, however, cannot afford to go on a weapons buying splurge these days though because their economies are imploding. The IMF, formerly the apex of world financial power, is bankrupt. The Federal Reserve Board, the European Central Bank and the Bank of Japan are also in a panic because their fiat fairy dust money sprinkling is not producing the magic results they hoped for.
The EU has actually put negative interest rates on bank accounts to try to force companies to spend it.
The problem is that their entire business model based on leaving everything to the free market is not working because a system based on individual greed only creates wealth concentration, not prosperity. The EU enterprise will collapse unless its leaders come up with some dreams and plans for the future of all their people. Scotland and then England are likely to be the first dominoes to fall out of the union.
The United States, for its part, remains the worst basket case and now relies almost entirely on China to keep from going bankrupt. That is why US National Security Adviser Susan Rice is now in China on a begging mission for Obama and his handlers to make sure the US corporate government can survive beyond this September 30 fiscal year end. The Chinese are not going to let the US go bankrupt but they will use their financial leverage to force many concessions, Chinese government sources say. In particular, they will ask the US to jerk their Japanese slave government’s chain and force them to stop provoking China, they said. In addition, they are asking the US to become fully transparent about the 12 nation Trans Pacific Partnership they are trying to negotiate. They will also ask the US to abolish the TPP provision that would allow a secret corporate court to have power over governments, they said.
Presidential actor Obama has already agreed to come to China in November to kowtow to his Asian masters, they added.
The Japanese economy, meanwhile, is in a tailspin, shrinking at an annualized 7.1% rate in the latest quarter thanks to excessive cabal looting disguised as “Abenomics.” What “Abenomics” really means is that the Japanese slave government has handed over control of all listed companies to cabal controlled funds. The cabal is now asking for cuts in wages, mass firings and looting of pension funds in order to squeeze more profits out of these corporations. In addition they are asking for a cut in corporate taxes and ongoing hikes in consumption and other personal taxes in order to squeeze even more out of the beleaguered Japanese people. The resulting collapse in the Japanese economy proves you cannot squeeze blood out of a stone.
There is an anti-cabal revolt brewing in Japan because of the cabal excesses. The Japan Revolutionary Party and the Japan Independence Party will make their move when the timing is right, party sources say. The move will involve arresting the people involved in fraudulently stealing the last general election for Abe. Nazionist agents in Japan like Gerald Curtis, Michael Green and Richard Armitage will also be dealt with, they said.
Also, the collapse of the Japanese slave state’s economy means the cabalists will have to try to beg even more out of China. That means even the low IQ right wingers who counted on the US to help them in a fight with China are finally waking up and realizing they will have to talk with India and Russia if they want to keep a balance with China.
To that end, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi was invited for a week-long visit to Japan that ended on September 6th. However, the Japanese corporate slave media became very quiet in its coverage of the visit after it turned out Modi was not interested in joining Abe’s plans to pick a fight with China.
Russia’s Putin is expected to visit Japan this fall but Russia is not going to join Japan against China either, the Russian government sources say.
Instead the Chinese and Russians are pushing the Japanese to join the BRICS alliance and Japanese government sources say there is a growing lobby calling for exactly that.
That is another why Obama will be rushing to China in November to try to keep a semblance of the US “pivot to Asia” intact. “Please don’t leave us out of the party,” will be his main message. “Then arrest the criminals who control Israel and your country” is what the BRICS answer should be.

BAGHDAD—Iraq's Parliament approved a new cabinet of ministers on Monday, ending a monthslong drama to select a new leadership only days before U.S. President Barack Obama lays out his strategy to confront the Sunni Islamist insurrection consuming the country.

The strength of the insurgency was on full display Monday morning, when militants from the Islamic State killed 20 people, mostly Sunni tribal fighters who opposed the group, when they detonated two car bombs in the town of Dhuluiya, about 50 miles north of Baghdad.
The Iraqi parliament's support for the new cabinet will allow Mr. Obama to tell leaders in Congress and the American public that his plan for expanded U.S. airstrikes in Iraq will be supported by an inclusive new government in Baghdad.
Yet despite the appearance of a broad-based agreement, Monday's vote followed days of last-minute wrangling that laid bare the profound ethnic and sectarian differences that are likely to persist or worsen, challenging Iraqi unity even long after the new cabinet sits.
The country's two most sought-after and sensitive ministerial posts, the ministries of Interior and Defense, were left vacant after 11th-hour disputes failed to fill them. Incoming Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, who was sworn in on Monday, will fill those posts himself temporarily, he said, as lawmakers continue to debate the positions.
The vote also gave outgoing Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, who held the country's leadership for eight years, a post as vice president. The mostly ceremonial position will allow the exiting leader to preserve his immunity from prosecution at the hands of his many opponents.
Many Iraqi politicians and foreign leaders fault Mr. Maliki's sectarian policies for favoring the country's Shiite majority and setting the groundwork for the Sunni insurgency that consumed huge parts of the country in June.

Mr. Obama has made expanded U.S. military operations in Iraq contingent upon the country's divided political class agreeing on a government capable of bridging the country's ethnic and sectarian divisions.
