Greetings! This is Lord Sananda reporting from the 'New Jerusalem' through Elizabeth Trutwin,

The essence of all Truth transcends all traditions of Religion and Spirituality. The pure Truths have not been seen enforced on Earth since it fell from the 100th Dimension. The Grand Experiment of Earth has come to an end, That cycle of time is over.

In order to end this cycle, certain very specific changes must take place. In the energies which continue to increase coming through the Central Sun from Source, and on to Earth, have been upgrading your DNA and your Intelligence. The DNA is a conduit for information from that ineffable, unchangeable, indestructible part of you. The DNA is a conduit for information from your Spirit Body. There is a Sound vibration and Light vibration, streaming down from Source and you are able to handle higher and higher vibrations, as your Physical body is prepared by these continuous transmissions. The Sound and Light frequency upgrades, make it possible to absorb and integrate new information, because it effects your intellect. It effects your mind. Every cell holds DNA, not the least of which is in the Heart and the Mind.

This is the process, through which the New Heavens, and the New Earth, are being built by us, as a Collective Consciousness. The entire Universe is a Hologram. It is a mirror. As more people on Earth hold a pure image for change in a deep state of Union with Consciousness, the greater the changes become. In this vibration, You become the Universe. You transcend hope. You transcend fear. You know what is and you have no need to question it.  As your lifestream comes down from Source your thoughts create a separate identity, and that becomes mind, and a name we call You.  You add to that your family identity, your education, your life experience, your military service, your religion and all those things such as your job and relationships which you identify with as YOU.  Awareness has no time and no space. Awareness just is. Awareness is your true nature.

Any experience which changes your Consciousness, for the good or the bad, controls your identity mind. These moments force you to seek out peacefulness. You go through this process again and again until you are no longer afraid. Do you know some fearless people? They have mastered this process. They are Ascended Masters. They no longer feel afraid when something challenges their perception of the Universe. They are unchanged by any experience. They are able to fight long battles. No thing, no event, no information coming in, controls their mind. They have mastered control of their mind. They always know Peace. Fear is holding everybody else back. Fear separates you from Creation, from your Creator, from being creative. Fear keeps you frozen on the spot. Fear is your slavemaster, your puppeteer.

Zero Point is the moment where all blockages, all karma and all thoughts are cleared away. Zero Point is where you mirror Peace. It is in this place where all will change; Economics, Religion, Education, Politics, Governance, Science, Social Life, Medicine and Eating Habits. As Earth continues in the tractor beam of the Photon Belt being pulled back through the Eye of An which is the central Star in Orion’s belt, back to the Pleiades an ecstatic dimensional shift is taking place. Most have not achieved Awareness. We will gain Awareness as the dimensional shift continues. We will each do this at our own speed and that is just fine. These energy transfers come into our body through our crown chakra. Our crown chakra receives the ions coming from the Cosmic Rays. Our flesh bodies have changed as our DNA has upgraded. We are now able to absorb the more highly refined ions. This raises our vibration so we are able to follow the Road in the Sky. This makes it possible to translate our vibrational bodies through the StarGates to travel the Universe.

The conditions on your Planet are creating an imbalance in the entire Solar System. This is the reason why there are Trillions of Ships, including Niburu, The New Jerusalem, The New Bethlehem, The Dove, The Wingmakers and The Phoenix, to name a few in Earth’s orbit to help all with the changeover to Zero Point. It is important to all the other Stars and Planets in your Solar System that we do so. Earth’s nickname is the Planet of Sorrows. Would anyone dispute that name?

Earth is entering a Golden Age of Paradise. As a Cosmic Divine Intervention the sorrows have continued for the purpose of waking you all up to the dire need for change. Your Divine goal is to seek love within the stress.

There are those of you who will not want to believe the changes which are coming down in the very near immediate now. You will not be destroyed for this, you will not be punished. You will simply be invited to a different Planet. You will be removed from Earth to continue within the lower vibrational field. Earth must ascend and if one is not able to participate they will not be forced. The removal will happen as folks are taken on Ships to their new home. This has begun since December 21, 2012. You can see many are passing away now in circumstances of illness and war as well as weather related phenomena. People of all Planets must live in love and peace and harmony. We do this to receive the full blessings of our Mother and Father Creator in Heaven. Those of like vibration will inhabit Earth to achieve this. This is done to benefit the entire Hologram. Everything in time and space is connected. Earth must do this in order to ascend and this will effect the evolution of everything else in the Milky Way Galaxy.

Just as the Human body is changing, the Earth body also is changing. You are seeing Terra forming. You will also see the Government Institutions change, because they absolutely must. Again, you are not asked to believe. A New Dawn of understanding, is coming to your Planet, and only those able to grasp the New, will remain. The Creator is making these Planetary changes. Your vibration must change, with the change in the Planetary vibration. Your DNA is being blasted by Cosmic Rays, originating at Source, as a gift to freely allow any who desire, to stay here on Earth in the New Peace. Group Consciousness changes the Solar System, and this changes the Physics we are based on. That is what Ascension is. You will travel in your Merkahbah bodies, as a result of this New Physics. You will understand New World views. You will invite Extraterrestrials to land, lending you their knowledge, including their Technology. Your Earth will inevitably change.

Reality is a participatory process. We are bringing this message, to show you the basic need for change now. How can we all work together to make the change? The basic foundation of your existence is about to change, and You are the Creator who will do it. This can only be accomplished by a sincere effort from all awake and aware Beings on Earth. This is why we have sent Angels and Ascended Masters as well as Galactics to take on Physical bodies, and live with you, within the Matrix Hologram of 3D Earth. They have come to show you the Path back Home. You are not hearing their pleas.  You are not hearing the message.  Love and Light are the basis of true understanding. New conditions of life at the ending of this 26,000 year cycle require action on your part. The Planets in your Solar System are being drastically changed to accommodate the move back to the Central Sun at Alcyone.  In this emergence, we will see Jesus returning to Earth as Sananda, but not in the ways we have been taught by any church. Other Masters will return as well to help all on Earth, Guide them with the Higher Teachings through the massive dimensional shift in effect. This is a process which will span at the least the next 1000 years. There is no rush as this evolution is constantly in process.

Some of the changes we have talked about a long time. Those 'poor in Spirit', those continuing on the Planet of Sorrows, will inherit help from the Extraterrestrials, which Jesus called ‘The Kingdom of Heaven.’  With this, we will have landings of Extraterrestrial Ships, and additions of Technology of Earth, which will end disease, and correct the mineral, plant, animal, devic and magical kingdoms. The pollution will be cleaned up and there will be free energy for all.  New vistas and scopes of knowledge, will become available to access.  One of the most important factors for the Extraterrestrials in returning to Earth is Genetics. The Human form extends throughout the Universe.  All Humanoids throughout our Universe are going through this dimensional shift. The Extraterrestrials gather data, important to their Civilizations, by immigrating to and exploring Earth. Those on Earth are learning how to control matter with their mind. Transmutation is the Science, this is based on according to your current understanding. No longer will the smallest person, the mourning person, or the meekest person suffer. They will be comforted and given all they need now.

The Merciful and Loving will be the true Peacemakers, and they will become first now. Truth and Justice must reign, in order for the changes to take place. Likely, you do not now remember, that you swore an Oath, in the distant past, to come back to Earth to experience Injustice, fear, insults, lack, abandonment and hate, in order to hold the Light for change.

We are preparing now, for The Event:  BIG Arrests, Disclosure and Announcements.  The Event, changes much of the fabric of Human, Social, existence.  As War Criminals and Criminals of High Treason are arrested, some who have refused to believe the change is here, will be removed to other Planets, by Galactic Federation Ships. These arrests are ongoing, as War Tribunals have been ongoing.  Patrick Fitzgerald was appointed in 2003, and he opened up the Fitzgerald War Crimes Tribunals, and then in 2005, the Franklin War Crimes Tribunals opened, and then in 2006 the World Court War Crimes Tribunals opened, and then in late 2010-2011 the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal opened. Those who were found guilty, were removed by our Ships to other Planets on December 21, 2012.  Some went back through the Scorpi Black Hole.

We know now, the World Court has prepared the subpoenas for the BIG Arrests we have waited for:  Dick Cheney, George W. Bush, Karl Rove, Hillary Clinton, Colin Powell, Donald Rumsfeld, Alberto Gonzales, Adolf Ashcroft, Tom Ridge, Rudy Giuliani, Michael Bloomberg and all who did 911, the inside traders like Chris Christie and the Bankers.  These arrests can happen any time now.  They can happen tomorrow.  These big arrests could prevent the United States Government from holding elections due in November.  This could trigger President Obama to negotiate with some select members of the Pentagon and members of the Intelligence Community, to move forward with a Formal Disclosure, BEFORE scheduled elections. It can happen anytime.

The Announcement and Enactment of NESARA Law cannot happen without first a Formal Disclosure. This is a stipulation within the law. This is why there has been through the years a lot of resistance to a Formal Disclosure.  After Disclosure, everything happens for the better. Any place there can be, there will be Amnesty.  Anyone who tells the Truth about their involvement, and that they were for the most part following orders, or otherwise carrying out the Truth Embargo, due to their work or other similar reason, have no concerns of being charged and going to jail.

There is no worry about Religion falling apart with Disclosure. Those involved in Religions, will see a New Strength emerging, because they will be empowered with New Knowledge and New Technology. There is no worry Economics will crash. It will be the opposite. Technology will explode, everybody who wants a job will have one. Fossil fuels will be the only major loss.  Previously sequestered technology, will become available to all.

NESARA stands for the National Economic and Security Reformation Act. The Economic part of the law, will furnish all on Earth with War Reparations to the tune of $10 million dollars each. This will involve Currency Revaluations which will not take place until after the enactment of NESARA Law. Currencies will return to metals-backed. Real Estate will also be revalued.

The Security part of the law, involves the recent developments concerning NSA. The National Security Agency of the United States will close its doors. The Pentagon in light of World Peace, will become a Peace Department. There will be no need for National Security. National Security has been the excuse for the Truth Embargo. It is necessary to have a Formal Disclosure, in order to dissolve the need for National Security. This has been done to create perpetual war.  Truth and Reconciliation are the order of the day.  Open Contact will bring new Political Alliances with our Extraterrestrial neighbors.  Earth will be invited as a Voting Member, into the Intergalactic Confederation of Worlds.  Many benefits will accompany this elevated status. These changes appear astounding and hard to believe.  Indeed they are exactly what is needed, as Earth continues through a dimensional shift of magnitude proportions. Vinman > omegaman   Interesting intel.  Thanks Omega.  I believe there are still some sanctions that are being imposed on Iraq but they are different than Ch. 7-which was lifted July of 2013.  The additional sanctions are from the UN so perhaps that is what they are referring too.  I too believe that this is our final week from other intel I have received from project insiders.

I have received a number of requests to verify the article below.As a former member of Pegasus, I do have contact with at least 3 active members. I also am well aware of Mr. Freeh and his previous activities in the DOJ. I have placed my remarks at the bottom of the article.

A stunning new report circulating in the Kremlin is warning that Washington D.C. intelligence and political circles have been awash in coup and counter-coup rumors this week after President Obama’s warning message to one of the most feared Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Directors in American history.

According to this report, this past week a specialized assassination unit under orders of President Obama attacked former FBI Director Louis Freeh with what intelligence analysts say was a directed-energy weapon (DEW) known as a “Dazzler”, which caused Freeh’s vehicle to crash on a rural Vermont roadway on 25 August, effectively neutralizing him and sending a clear message to his associates.

Dazzlers are DEW weapons used for temporarily blinding or stunning a human target, this report says, or to disable a driver in a moving vehicle. Targets can also include mechanical sensors or aircraft and emit infrared or invisible light against various electronic sensors, and visible light against humans, but cause no long-term damage to eyes.

The emitters are usually lasers, making what is termed a laser dazzler. Most of the contemporary systems are man-portable, and operate in either the red (a laser diode) or green (a diode-pumped solid-state laser, DPSS) areas of the electromagnetic spectrum.

Acting upon information received by Pegasus during an operation earlier this month (18 August as they brazenly attacked a Saudi Arabian embassy convoy in Paris) where in the documents seized, Freeh was implicated (among many others) of planning a massive terror attack in both the US and EU, The President found it necessary to act swiftly to insure the message was sent to Freeh’s associates.

In the immediate aftermath of the Freeh neutralization, he was flown by a medical evacuation helicopter to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center where he was admitted under armed guard to the intensive care unit of this Lebanon, New Hampshire hospital.

Local news sources contained in this report further state that an unidentified FBI agent, believed to be off-duty, happened to be among the first people at the crash scene and representatives of the FBI in Boston refused Wednesday to transfer phone calls to Special Agent Vincent Lisi, who supervises four New England states, or any of his five assistant special agents in charge.

Vermont State Police further stated that because of the nature of Freeh’s single-vehicle crash, their accident reconstruction team was not called in, and based on the evidence at the scene, the characteristics of the accident were said “consistent” with somebody who either fell asleep, got distracted or experienced a medical issue while driving as there were no brake marks on the roadway.

Freeh was the fifth Director of the FBI and served from September 1993 to June 2001, and whose reign oversaw the longest run of FBI public disasters in its entire history; which included the 1992 Ruby Ridge ambush, the 1993 Waco Siege, the 1993 White House murder of Vince Foster, the 1993 World Trade Center Bombing, the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing, and even the 11 September 2001 (9/11) terrorist attacks he was directly implicated in.

This report further notes that Freeh himself has been implicated as being one of the “masterminds” of both the 1993 World Trade Center bombing and the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing due to his failure to notify other US intelligence agencies that one of the World Trade Center bombers, Ramzi Yousef, and one of the Oklahoma City bombing conspirators, Terry Nichols, were “known terror associates” in the Philippines where they both lived.

Even worse, this report says, Freeh knew of the identity of “The Third Terrorist” involved in the Oklahoma City bombing whom many believe was Hussain Hashem Al-Hussaini, an Iraqi soldier in the first Gulf War, and who was identified by the FBI as “John Doe 2” in the immediate aftermath of this horrific terror attack.

The report also notes that Freeh, in his attempt to cover-up his involvement in both the 1993 World Trade Center and 1995 Oklahoma City bombings forced out of the FBI its top counter-terror expert, John Patrick O’Neill, whose unit not only captured Ramzi Yousef, but also learned of al-Qaeda and Osama bin Laden after his investigation the 1996 Khobar Towers bombing in Saudi Arabia and the 2000 USS Cole bombing in Yemen.

Along with FBI terror-expert Ali Soufan (who came closer than anyone to preventing the 9/11 attacks), this report continues, O’Neill was forced out of the FBI by Freeh in 2001 and started a new job at the World Trade Center on 23 August 2001. In the week prior to the attack he talked to his friend Chris Isham. According to Isham, O’Neill recognized the threat still posed to the World Trade Center.

“When he had first gotten the job at the World Trade Center, he told me, ‘I’ve got this great job. I’m head of security at the World Trade Center.’ And I joked with him and said, ‘Well, that will be an easy job. They’re not going to bomb that place again.’ And he said, ‘Well actually — he immediately came back and he said, ‘actually they’ve always wanted to finish that job. I think they’re going to try again.””…

and when they did, they finished O’Neill too as he died in the attack. Ironically, On the eve of Sept. 11, O’Neill is with friends on the town. According to Jerry Hauer, O’Neill warns him that night: “We’re due for something big.

Critical to note too, this report says, is that Freeh in the coming months was scheduled to testify in two trials, the first involving the intimidation of FBI agents testifying in a Utah Federal Court about the second accomplice in the Oklahoma City bombing, and (most importantly) a US Federal Court case involving the mysterious, and powerful, group known as United Against A Nuclear Iran (UANI), and which the Obama regime this week threatened to invoke the “Secrets Act” to prevent from going any further.

UANI, intelligence experts say, was co-founded by US Ambassadors Richard Holbrooke and Dennis Ross, after which they were appointed to positions in the Obama administration by then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

Among UANI’s current advisory board, the information continues, are Meir Dagan, the former director of the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad, August Hanning, the former director of Germany’s Federal Intelligence Service, and has as its chief executive, Mark Wallace who is also the CEO of Tigris Financial Group, an investment company backed by the billionaire American gold investor Thomas Kaplan, all of whom receive substantial “intelligence support” from Freeh’s mysterious company Freeh Group International.

To fully comprehend why Obama has targeted Freeh, analysts say, one must first understand that Freeh heads the much feared (and extremely deadly) faction within the power corridors of Washington D.C. controlled by the Clintons and financed by American billionaires attempting to start a war.

And to know Freeh’s full involvement in starting this war, this report says, one must know of his, and Hillary Clinton’s, association with the Iranian terror group known as Muhadedin-e-Khalq (MEK).

The MEK is the terrorist group that assassinated at least six Americans and is now assisting the Israeli government in killing Iranian scientists, a prima facie definition of what constitutes terrorism.

The group was on the US State Department terrorist list from 1997 until 2012, when Secretary of State Hillary Clinton de-listed it in response to demands coming from friends of Israel in Congress as well as from a large group of ex-government officials, many of whom were paid large honoraria by the group to serve as advocates.

These paid American “shills” included, along with Freeh, former CIA Directors James Woolsey and Porter Goss, New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, former Vermont Governor Howard Dean, former United Nations Ambassador John Bolton, former first United States Secretary of Homeland Security (2003–2005) Tom Ridge, and former Pennsylvania Governor, Ed Rendell. The promoters of MEK in the US Congress and elsewhere claimed to be primarily motivated by MEK’s being an enemy of the current regime in Tehran, though its virulent anti-Americanism and terrorist history make it an unlikely poster child for the “Iranian resistance”, this report says.

In support of the MEK terrorists, this report further notes, this past April, Freeh, during a speech in Paris, told them directly: “There will be regime change. We don’t know when that will be but the MEK and Madam Rajavi you have the organization and more importantly you have the political will and you have the core democratic values that will lead this country and the people back into a great nation that is respected.”

Unfortunately for Freeh, however, this report concludes, is that Obama has split from the Clinton’s and instead of seeing Iran as an “enemy”, has instead embraced them and identified as his main adversaries Saudi Arabia and Israel…both of whom he “personally blames” for 9/11 attacks upon America…along with Freeh.

The attack on Freeh sends a clear message. “We are aware of your intentions. Stand Down or Pay the Price.”

Many rumors are flying…and this is one. But it is not to be completely ignored. Pegasus team members tell me that they are very busy on American Soil working to determine and deter an attempt to subjugate the U.S. Government. When asked specifically about Mr. Freeh, they would only comment that he is a person of interest and in my experience should be! The “Shadow” seems to be lurking heavily and very active.

Vatican Preparing Statement on Extraterrestrial Life

Pope Francis is reportedly preparing a major world statement about extraterrestrial life and its theological implications. Rosana Ubanell from Voxxi News today reported that due to advances in scientific detection methods for the discovery of extraterrestrial life, Pope Francis wants to be ready with a statement about “First Contact”. Ubanell reports that details have yet to be officially announced but that the Vatican’s interest in extraterrestrial life is well documented through recent astrobiology conferences the Vatican Observatory has sponsored or participated in. Father Guy Consolmagno, a Jesuit astronomer and one of the leading Catholic proponents for preparing for the scientific discovery of extraterrestrial life, on July 18, won the Carl Sagan science medal from the American Astronomical Society. Pope Francis, a fellow Jesuit, regularly consults with Consolmagno and other leading Vatican astronomers about scientific issues. It is likely that Pope Francis is preparing an “Urbi et Orbi” speech – Latin for “to the city [of Rome] and the world” – about First Contact with extraterrestrial life.

The Vatican’s scientific interest in extraterrestrial life was publicly revealed for the first time in May 2008 when the head of the Vatican Observatory, Fr Gabriel Funes, also a Jesuit, gave an interview to the Vatican newspaper, L’Osservatore Romano. Funes made a series of startling statements about how extraterrestrial life is likely to be more ethically evolved than humans, and can be welcomed as brothers. In his interview, which was titled “The extraterrestrial is my brother,” Funes said that intelligent extraterrestrial life may not have experienced a ‘fall’, and may be “free from Original Sin … [remaining] in full friendship with their creator.” This makes it possible to regard them as ‘our brothers’ as Funes explained:

Just as there is a multiplicity of creatures on earth, there can be other beings, even intelligent, created by God. This is not in contrast with our faith because we can’t put limits on God’s creative freedom… “Why can’t we speak of a ‘brother extraterrestrial’? It would still be part of creation…

Most importantly, Funes’ statement makes possible the idea that Christianity can be exported to extraterrestrial worlds that have not experienced a ‘fall’ and are free from original sin.

Just over a year after his interview, Funes was the organizer of the first ever Astrobiology Symposium held by Pontifical Academy of Sciences in November 2009. Consolmagno and Funes have ever since played leading roles for the Vatican Observatory in presenting a theological perspective on the discovery of extraterrestrial life. Most importantly, both have been leading advisors to Pope Francis about scientific issues concerning the discovery of extraterrestrial life.

What is likely to be the content of Pope Francis’ upcoming statement or possible “Urbi et Orbi” speech about alien life? An important clue is a forthcoming presentation by Fr. Consolmagno at a September 18-19, 2014, astrobiology symposium organized by NASA and the Library of Congress that is titled: “Preparing for Discovery: A Rational Approach to the Implications of Finding Microbial, Complex or Intelligent Life Beyond Earth.”

Consolmagno is a featured presenter and will discuss the theological implications of discovering alien life. His topic, “Would You Baptize an Extraterrestrial?” suggests that Pope Francis agrees that extraterrestrials are capable of the higher ethics involved in understanding the Christian message and becoming Christians.

If Pope Francis is indeed preparing a statement about extraterrestrial life, it is likely to emphasize that there is no incompatibility in Christian teachings with a belief in extraterrestrial life as Fr. Funes proposed in May 2008. More importantly, Pope Francis is likely to emphasize themes of extraterrestrials: not sharing in original sin; being more ethically evolved; and being capable of sharing the Christian message, and being our brothers.

Not all will welcome a statement from Pope Francis advocating extraterrestrials as brothers and worthy of being baptized into the Christian faith. According to Chris Putnam and Tom Horn, authors of Exovaticana, Pope Francis I is preparing to lead the Catholic Church to embrace aliens as “brothers in Christ” – reflective of the 1950s and 1960s contactee reports of benevolent “space brothers.” Putnam’s and Horn’s Exovaticana portends a future religious war between those accepting extraterrestrials as “brothers in Christ” and those believing them to be returning demons about to enslave us. Despite the extensive scholarship found in Exovaticana, it unfortunately skews data towards an overly negative assessment of the motivations of extraterrestrial visitors. Thankfully, the Vatican’s evolving public position, as reflected by statements from its leading astronomers, shows a far more enlightened stance on how to consider the discovery of alien life from a theological perspective. A statement or “Urbi et Orbi” speech from Pope Francis expounding on various themes associated with the view that extraterrestrials are potential “brothers in Christ’ is a welcome position to take on a controversial issue with major world significance.

Good day,
My name is Geoffrey Dean Torres. I am the son of Major Milton John Torres. My father served in the USAF from 1951 to 1971. Regrettably my father cannot attend this hearing as he now is suffering from ill health directly related to combat from the Vietnam War. I told him I was coming on his behalf and he let me know he was happy and he expressed his approval that I could come to tell his story.
First of all I would like to give you a brief history of my father and his accomplishments. Dad earned a Bachelor’s Degree in General engineering with a minor in Chemistry, and he completed his Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 1961. His military career was spent over the span of 20 years.
Dad served as a fighter pilot flying the F86 D, as well as the F100. He was a decorated pilot achieving the title of USAF command pilot. Dad flew over 300 combat missions in Vietnam. Serving as a FAC pilot he was decorated with 13 air medals including the Distinguished Flying Cross.
My Father attained the rank of Major as well during his career he also worked with NASA, as the Chief of Range control for the Gemini and Apollo moon missions. After Dad retired from the

United States Airforce, Dad worked for PAN AM Airlines as an engineer, and later acquired his Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami. My father’s last job was as a professor at Florida International University (FIU) teaching engineering.
During his tenure at FIU he invented a chemical and coating process using a polymer to prevent catastrophic metal fatigue on aircraft and received a patent for that process. Dad retired from FIU in 2004.
So now to Dad’s story and the event that happened. I will go into some details that he shared with our family. But before I do, I want to point out that my father kept this secret well over 50 years. He held this secret as an honorable man who deeply loved this country.
Sadly my father kept this secret from all of his family. Not even telling his father this story of whom he was very close. It wasn’t until much later that the events that unfolded became public knowledge. He would never have discussed this event if not for it being declassified by Nick Pope from the United Kingdom minister of Defense. After the event was declassified Dad shared this story often with our family.

Dad was stationed at RAF Manston England. Dad was working on intercept standby. Of course this was cycled between the pilots. This particular event, it was Dad’s turn. Dad was flying the F86 D, this Aircraft was a D model which meant it was an all weather fighter.
Dad told me that RAF Manston was a main intercept squadron during the cold war. Well, Dad was on alert with his wingman and some of the ground crew in the ready room. That night was a typical English night with the weather being poor and foggy. The notification came to the ready room indicating a scramble Dad ran for his plane.
“The scramble was initiated”
Dad jumped into his cockpit. Upon getting the authentication code to fire he then realized this was no drill. This would be a “hot” mission!
He had orders to shoot this thing down. Dad told me he thought that he may be starting WW III if he were to shoot down a Russian Aircraft. All kinds of thoughts were in his head. The intercept Controller ordered Dad to fire a full salvo of all 24 rockets at this object. Whatever this object was, they wanted it down.

Dad told me later that he knew full well of how serious an event this was. Dad was now in his aircraft as his aircraft came to life. He was given the order to “Go Gate” which meant full afterburners were to be used. After getting airborne, Dad was told to vector over the North Sea.
The object had been sighted hovering over east Ipswich. Dad told me he had confirmation of the target acquisition from the ground radar. His jet flying with full afterburners was now flying towards the North Sea. Dad was flying 32000 feet in full afterburner in heavy cloud cover with zero visibility.
However his radar was painting a target as big as an aircraft carrier at that altitude. Dad was fast approaching the target at full afterburner. The object kept pulling in front of him just beyond range. Finally he was able to lock his radar on the object.
Dad said this thing was huge, and the blip was so big that it was easy to get a target acquisition. Right before he got the instruction to fire from radar control set.
The target then made an erratic side to side movement and moved beyond range causing Dad to lose his lock on the target.

The object then accelerated from 0 to mach 10 in seconds. Dad was unable to fire as a result. Dad told me his radar, his wingman’s radar and ground radar confirmed it as well, all saw the same object. Then the object accelerated outside of his range. The ground radar confirmed the same and all lost contact. Dad told me everybody was wondering what the hell happened?
The most compelling thing Dad said was that this thing was doing things no ordinary aircraft could do. It was defying the laws of physics he said. Not only did it defy the laws of physics but it flew at incredible speeds flying at well over mach 10. There was nothing in the Air Force at that time that could come close to that. The F86 D could barely achieve Mach 1.
My father confided in me that this Aircraft had to be of alien origin, and he was convinced of it. Upon landing his Aircraft Dad was contacted by the Intercept officer on a secure phone. The person on the line told him that what happened was considered classified and not to discuss this with anyone, from his wingman, to his commander. He would be debriefed in the morning from someone from the National Security Agency.
Dad told me, he realized how lucky he was, as if he did manage to fire at this object it probably would have vaporized him. The following day, Dad reported for duty. A call came in that a man

from the NSA was coming to brief him. An enlisted man that brought a “spook” to meet him, as Dad called him.
The man from the NSA showed Dad his credentials and then went on to tell Dad that if this story was to be told to anyone Dad would lose his wings, or worse. That was enough of a threat to a fighter pilot, to tell him he would never fly again.
Later, after these events became declassified, Dad was contacted by a letter from the enlisted man who brought the “spook” to brief Dad. Also he received a letter from a gentleman who reported he was on the ground radar on that particular event and there were several other sightings during that time.
Our family was impacted by this event and the disclosure effected Dad in a profound way. Our family even faced ridicule and skepticism from strangers. My brother received phone calls from strangers that accessed his number from the phone book, trying to discredit Dad’s testimony and say things like Dad was delusional, making our a mockery of our Father. I myself received demeaning notes on my work locker making a mockery of Dad’s newspaper account.
Our father did the honorable thing, and had no agenda, only to do the right thing. And yet people mocked his good name for giving a clear account of what he experienced.

For us it is much more personal to have a great man like our Father to be dragged in the mud for keeping a secret. But we believe in his testimony and his report shows with clarity, what that event was, and his record speaks for itself.
I ask that the veil of secrecy be lifted, to show us the truth so others won’t be ridiculed in the same way.
I ask that you open up the files so the world can see that these things are real and that our government is not afraid to be truthful to her citizens.
I ask that in the name of my father and men and women like him who have seen these Unidentified Flying Objects to be given a voice and to be heard.
Least of all, I ask that all of these efforts and sacrifices to not be in vain.

Obama says he has the authority he needs for strikes

President Obama told congressional leaders Tuesday that he "has the authority he needs" to take action against the jihadist group known as the Islamic State, the White House said.
Obama, who addresses the nation Wednesday night, outlined a plan that includes continued U.S. air strikes, counter-terrorism actions, aid from other nations, and military training and assistance to moderates in Iraq and Syria, according to aides and a White House statement issued after the meeting.
Congressional leaders "expressed their support for efforts to degrade and ultimately destroy" the Islamic State, the White House said.

Congress struggles to find role in confronting ISIL

House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, one of four congressional leaders who met with Obama, expressed support for some of the president's options, "such as increasing the effectiveness of the Iraqi Security Forces and training and equipping the Syrian opposition,'' said an aide to the speaker.
Boehner also said "he would support the President if he chose to deploy the military to help train and play an advisory role for the Iraqi Security Forces and assist with lethal targeting" of the Islamic State leadership, said the aide who spoke on condition of anonymity because it was a private meeting.
The president will use the 9 p.m. speech to discuss "the progress that we have made thus far" against insurgents, including ongoing airstrikes in Iraq and formation of a national government in Baghdad, White House spokesman Josh Earnest said.
Obama will focus on the "next phase," Earnest said, including help to the Iraq military and to moderate forces in Syria so they can "take the fight" to Islamic State insurgents. Obama, he said, will discuss assistance from other countries in the battle against the Islamic State, also known as ISIL and ISIS.
Last week in Wales, Obama said a group of nine countries joined to fight the Islamic State.
Obama may raise the long-term potential for airstrikes in Syria, though there is no sign that any such action is imminent. Military surveillance flights have started over Syria, where Earnest said the Islamic State has a "virtual safe haven."
The administration does not plan to send American troops there or to act without support from allies, Earnest said.
Obama told NBC's Meet the Press over the weekend that he will not send ground troops into combat, and this strategy will not be the equivalent of the Iraq War launched in 2003.
This plan "is similar to the kinds of counter-terrorism campaigns that we've been engaging in consistently over the last five, six, seven years," Obama said.
He said, "The next phase is now to start going on some offense."
Leaders who met with Obama Tuesday included Boehner, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev.; Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky.; and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif.
"The President told the Leaders that he would welcome action by the Congress that would aid the overall effort and demonstrate to the world that the United States is united in defeating the threat from ISIL," the White House said.
Obama administration officials will brief all members of the House and Senate on Thursday, a day after the president's speech. The president and his aides have not said whether he will seek congressional authorization or extra money to pay for the next moves against the Islamic State.
The president is likely to praise the creation of a government in Iraq, which was announced Monday. Obama has called for a stable government as a precondition for increased U.S. military activity.
The Islamic State has captured large sections of Syria and Iraq. Obama and other Western officials say it plans to use its "caliphate" to launch attacks on U.S. and European interests.
The group has made threats against the West and murdered two U.S. journalists.
The speech is in the drafting phase, Earnest said Tuesday afternoon, and "it's likely to change between now and tomorrow night."
Obama said he wants the American people "to understand the nature of the threat and how we're going to deal with it and to have confidence that we'll be able to deal with it."
Wednesday night is the eve of the 13th anniversary of the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.

THE MOST REVEALING QUOTE ABOUT OBAMA’S POLITICAL INSTINCTS
President Obama said this weekend that fears of damaging his party’s chances of holding the Senate were not behind his decision to abandon plans to use executive action to grant temporary amnesty to large numbers of illegal immigrants. Instead, the president told NBC News’ re-launched Sunday chat show, that he waited for a different political reason. Obama said he pulled back because voters changed their mind on the subject of immigration itself after seeing the chaos at the southern border amid the surge of Central American minors seeking sanctuary in the U.S. “The truth of the matter is, that the politics did shift midsummer because of that problem,” Obama said, going on to blame Republicans for “exploit[ing] the humanitarian situation.” (Not that Democrats would ever do such a thing…) What the president said, in essence, was that he is not doing what he knows to be right because people are paying too much attention. Instead, Obama said he will wait until voters have calmed down lest his action be rolled back amid a public outcry. Or an even shorter version: “Of course it’s not about politics for Senate Democrats, it’s about politics for me.”

That explains it - Obama’s answer doesn’t seem to be an evasion, since the evasive answer would have been to say that the measures weren’t ready or weren’t satisfactory or anything else he could think of. But instead, Obama was delineating between playing politics to push the issue itself as opposed to the somehow less noble pursuit of preserving his Senate majority, as if the two weren’t connected. Of course the amnesty action would have hurt Democrats, but so did threatening it for months on end. Eliminating the threat temporarily will make things less bad, perhaps, but it will also hurt Democratic turnout in key precincts. What a mess. Obama going from a mass-amnesty, impeachment-bait measure to no measure at all is far worse than if he had done nothing at all. How did he manage to screw up the one thing he was doing (other than a bajillion fundraisers) to try to help Democrats?
Obama, party of one - First, he waited and waffled. The politics of the issue have been clear for more than a month. Rather than ratcheting up speculation, Team Obama could have quietly started stepping on the executive action story line instead of pumping it up. Second, Obama did not understand his foes. He expected Republicans to freak out and start drafting articles of impeachment, but instead the GOP has done what the president has failed to do: keep its political focus on the task at hand. Third, and most importantly, Obama overestimated his commitment to his allies. The president may have once imagined himself willing to risk his legacy and one of his most prized issues with an audacious move, but flinched as he got closer. The verdict of this cycle is the same as most of Obama’s presidency: He is a party of one. Obama needed listeners to know that he was politically savvy, but also wanted them to know he wouldn’t waste his acumen on something so crass as saving his fellow Democrats.
SUPER MODELS FOR GOP SENATE TAKEOVER 
The prognosticators reset their dials after another round of public polling on key Senate races, showing a timely shift in favor of Republicans.
Odds in favor - Nate Silver: “The FiveThirtyEight forecast model gives Republicans a 65.1 percent chance of winning the Senate with the new polling added, similar to the 63.5 percent chance that our previous forecast gave them on Friday…Republicans have long been favored to win back the seats in Montana, West Virginia and South Dakota, three states where Democratic incumbents have retired. …The GOP’s next two easiest targets are in Louisiana and Arkansas, where the Democratic incumbents Mary Landrieu and Mark Pryor are struggling with electorates that have turned much redder since their tenure in office began…”
Marginal momentum - NYT’s Upshot: “The Upshot’s Senate model, now gives the Republicans a 61 percent chance of retaking the Senate, up from 58 percent before the infusion of new data….The overall effect of the likely voter screen is to increase the G.O.P. margin in the national Senate popular vote by two percentage points. That’s hardly ideal for Democrats…”
A fine nine? - Weekly Standard’s Jay Cost: “Republicans could well do better than six seats. REID RELAPSES WITH KOCH AMENDMENT
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid plans to put the Senate back to work today after its August recess by going back to attacks on billionaire brothers Charles and David Koch, whom he declared “enemies of progress” at a conference for green energy companies seeking government subsidies last week. Reid plans to hold a vote on amending the Constitution to let Congress regulate political spending – a measure put forward by vulnerable incumbent Sen. Tom Udall, D-NM. The amendment is a political dead letter, but has figured heavily in Reid and his patrons attack ads. House Speaker John Boehner is out today mocking Reid’s move and calling for action on House-passed legislation to boost the saggy economy. In a Time op-ed Boehner lays out his forthcoming “American Solutions” suite of legislation aimed at job creation, lowering the cost of living and expanding opportunities.

From the ad: “Peters calls petcoke a ‘dangerous pollutant’… but he has nineteen thousand dollars invested in a company that produces it… hoping to profit from pollution.”
Steyer strategy, too - Crossroads GPS is attacking Rep. Gary Peters, D-Mich., for what the group says is favoring his patron, green-energy billionaire Tom Steyer, over the jobs that would have been created by the proposed Keystone Pipeline.

Fifty years ago this week, during NBC’s “Monday Night at the Movies” showing of the lusty Bible story “David and Bathsheba” Americans met three-year-old Monique Corzilius, who starred in a political attack ad unlike any that came before it. The spot from the campaign of President Lyndon Johnson which aired only once, featured Corzilius counting daisy petals when a suddenly the voice of a mission-control announcer, sounding straight out of “Dr. Strangelove,” counted down to a nuclear blast. IQD update

• Please do not call Frank with questions about what other websites are saying

• Frank began with a recap of the article Delta read on Sunday’s call, about WB making a very clear statement, releasing information saying they are watching, the whole world is watching, however stability and unity must be built in this new government or the 3 zeros will not be lifted and they can waste away at 1166, so we are seeing incredible cooperation and support in the ME and globally

• US gov’t has kept it quiet that our troops were in Iraq in large numbers

• The Kurds are ecstatic about their oil exports and the deals they have
....

• No one heard of ISIS until the showed up and announced themselves, and it gave the ME and international community an excuse to unite and support Iraq, and an excuse to go in and do what they needed to do to set up the new GOI

• The WB is looking for unity and stability, and we are seeing it on every front, military, political and financial (Rafidain and Rashid banks)

• Do not be sidetracked by the “rejection” of the defense and interior ministers – this will not create a delay in the MR, “daddy” is in control, and the nominations were not satisfactory, however this is no delay, “daddy” will put in office who they want when they want

• There is ample evidence that the new GOI has been formed and meeting in secret taking care of business for some time

• Frank and teams have maintained that either the Lone Ranger would take care of M or he would be stripped of power – M has been stripped of power, although he actually won the election, he is not the president – he has be stripped of his power

• I Team leader Ghost had dinner with Dr S, along with a handful of others from the USA, and Dr S was happy and in good spirits

• Ghost reports that yes, stability and unity is present and growing

• Abadi is dismantling all that M did, and ensuring the Dr S is no longer being charged with false accusations; Alawi is also working with Abadi to dismantle what M did and remove all the false accusations against Dr S – stability and unity; all charges against Dr S have been dropped

• Frank’s opinion is that Dr S will not return to the CBI, and Ghost does not know the plan, but Ghost confirmed that Dr S has no crimes charged against him, so he could return to the CBI

• In Ghost’s opinion, the CBI is no longer using 2 sets of books, and they have not changed their monetary policy, but they have not paid their bills yet; Frank asked what we are waiting for, Ghost reply is wait, it “smells like pudding….” Ghost’s opinion is that the GOI is shoring up their money, and the last part of the HCL will shore it up

• Frank has been saying he’s looking for laws, and still is of that opinion; today we see the new GOI passing hundreds of laws

• Ghost gave Frank some other information he cannot share yet, but it again goes to unity and stability

• Delta reported that Iraqia TV is covering the new GOI and zooming in and dwelling on the different factions hugging, laughing, getting on well together, showing unity… Delta is excited about the new ministers, and although the new GOI is not perfect, they are all genuinely happy; the Kurds are at last well represented in the new GOI

• Alawi, M and Najafi were all together in a photo and they are paralyzed within the new GOI as they do not have the power to disrupt any longer

• There are also some very sensitive decisions which have been made, and parliament is gone now, and will be back on 9/16 – interesting time frame after they return, will they make any announcements?

• The COM has been meeting with Abadi, and now is meeting with the finance minister; they are working hard

• In Frank’s opinion, when parliament returns on 9/16, we will see things happen very swiftly, exactly what we will see he does not know, but this is very serious intel

• In Frank’s opinion, it was a brilliant move to put Alawi, M and Najafi together, it neutralizes them, and they can no longer bully anyone

• Frank ended the call with prayer, and Andy lifted the prayer with the shofar horn blast
