That is not what they are going to do.  

It contradicts everything Iraq needs to do for a transition to a market economy and more importantly integration of the banking system with the world economy.  

That is why they won't.  

What they will do is raise the value of the dinar (nominal exchange rate) and introduce notes that gives one "the feeling" of purchasing power equal to issuing a 50k or 100k note.  

In other words, they are trying to raise the value as so often stated at or near 1 to $1.

I don't necessarily think anything went "wrong", it's just taken a while to get everything in place. We've seen the IQD more than double in value since 2003, we've seen Iraqis form a government, we've seen the Iraqi people voting (remember the first time we saw the purple ink on the fingers of voters?), we've seen a LOT of progress... and we continue to see that.  

There was no way the IQD could have gone up dramatically and been stable any time before 2010... but the progress they've made is undeniable, and if it's going to happen - we are close.

Comments to share from my Kurdish friend (As always please treat as rumor):  My guy mentioned...this article which actually is a rehashed article BUT has some real muster behind it BECAUSE the NEW 10K note is already being integrated/exchanged and the other (NEW) 5k , 25K and MOST IMPORTANTLY the NEW 50K is COMING!!! These new notes( I'm told) are in final process of production and will be integrated/exchanged during the last quarter of this year.  This has two VERY IMPORTANT IMPLICATIONS : 1) Cutting off ISIS from obtaining the new notes and not able to mass produce counterfeit ones and 2) THIS SHOULD PUT TO REST (for the next two quarters) THAT THERE WILL BE NO RV/RI/RD.

So... the introduction of these into the marketplace IS/WILL BE PROOF POSITIVE of the GOI and CBI's monetary policy for the time being (next 6 months at a minimum).   To reiterate my contact indicates that the Finance Committee and the ABADI administration will NOT entertain any other discussions regarding such till sometime toward the end of the first quarter of 2015 and the BIG IF of that timeline IS/WILL BE the handling of the country's security situation. British Gov’t Spied on Diplomats at G20 (& on UN before Iraq War)

The Guardian is reporting that:

“Foreign politicians and officials who took part in two G20 summit meetings in London in 2009 had their computers monitored and their phone calls intercepted on the instructions of their British government hosts, according to documents seen by the Guardian. Some delegates were tricked into using internet cafes which had been set up by British intelligence agencies to read their email traffic.”

This sort of story is not new. Philip Knightley and Kim Sengupta reported in 2004 on [summary here) GCHQ spying on UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan and on the displomats from the undecided countries on the US Security Council in the run-up to Bush’s Iraq War. Whistleblower Katherine Gunn revealed the incident. For decades, the American National Security Agency and GCHQ have been spying on each other’s countries and then exchanging the data (see below).

You wonder how many dirty tricks British PM Tony Blair and US President George W. Bush played with this surveillance in ginning up their illegal Iraq War.

That is another reason for which the broad NSA spying authorized by the Patriot Act should be disallowed; it clearly in the past has been abused for political purposes. And that, children, is why Barack Obama won’t let go of it either. It isn’t just about terrorism. It is political dirty tricks and industrial espionage as well, applied against friends, not just foes.

Philip Knightley and Kim Sengupta describe how the US National Security Agency and the British Government Communications Headquarters eavesdrop on the whole world. The NSA is forbidden from listening in on Americans without a warrant, but the US government circumvents this problem by formally allowing the GCHQ to spy on Americans. The NSA listens in on British calls, and then the two just swap the information.

The NSA is ten times larger with regard to personnel than the CIA, with a budget larger than the other intelligence agencies as well ($8 bn. out of about $30 bn. total). Frankly, after September 11 I think most Americans would be happier if it listens in on calls in Pakistan and Afghanistan and Hamburg a little more intently than in the past. It is not so clear that they would be happy to know it was listening in on Americans not under any suspicion of criminality.

The GCHQ was founded in 1946, but I heard somewhere that the deal on having the US spy on British citizens and the British on US, and then swapping the data, goes back to World War II.

The current row over GCHQ in New York monitoring UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan’s phone calls was in some sense begun in spring of 2003 when GCHQ employee Katharine Gunn blew the whistle on the US and the British governments, revealing that the US had asked GCHQ to listen in on the phone calls of the UN ambassadors of 6 swing vote countries on the Security Council with regard to the building Iraq war. The British government seriously considered prosecuting Gunn, but backed off just a few days ago. Some have suggested that the British authorities began worrying that if the case went to court, Gunn’s attorney would demand to see the memos of Lord Goldsmith, the British attorney general, on the legality of the Iraq war. We know from one leaked memo that he felt that without a UN Security Council resolution, a prolonged Anglo-American occupation of Iraq would likely involve the two in policy making that contravened international law (as it has). Others say that it just seemed highly unlikely a British jury would convict Gunn, given how unpopular the war and occupation have been in the UK.

This week, ex-British cabinet member Clare Short, who broke with Tony Blair over the Iraq war, revealed that while on the cabinet she had seen transcripts of Kofi Annan’s telephone calls.

Now it turns out that whenever UN weapons inspector Hans Blix was in Iraq, his cell phone was monitored. That Blix was under surveillance and that transcripts of his phone calls were shared among the US, the UK, Australia and Canada, puts a new spin on the Blix allegation last summer that he had been the object of a smear campaign by officials in the US Department of Defense. If Feith, Wolfowitz and Rumsfeld had his personal phone calls, they were in a position to cook up plausible smears against him. Blix maintains that the authority of the United Nations has been perhaps irretrievably damaged by the very countries who should have been supporting it.

The Blix wiretaps raise an interesting question. Did the US and UK know even more about the lack of evidence for weapons of mass destruction than we thought, from what Blix was saying privately in spring of 2003 before the war?

While the GCHQ listening in on phone calls in the US is apparently just a regular occurrence, tapping Kofi Annan’s line would be illegal because the UN headquarters is not considered US soil. Whatever deal Roosevelt and Churchill made about each spying on the other’s citizens doesn’t apply at the UN.

The framers of the US constitution wanted individuals to have a reasonable expectation of privacy in their own homes, and wanted the police to leave them alone unless there was good evidence they had committed a crime. The rise of the National Security State during WW II and in the Cold War has effectively gutted the constitution in this regard for all practical purposes. The Patriot Act more or less repeals the Bill of Rights, which has bedevilled successive US regimes, especially that of Richard Nixon, who now finally has his revenge.

I suppose the real question is whether, when Bin Laden boasted, “I will take away their freedom,” it was an empty boast or an accurate prediction.”

American Patriot quotes Scott Forbes who worked as a Data Administrator on the 97th floor of the South Tower that power was switched off for 36 hours the weekend prior to the 9/11 take-down, an unprecedented and first time event.
Drawing the conclusion that “interior demolition devices” were obviously installed prior to the attack, the conjecture that the 9/11tragedy was planned, engineered and executed by Zionist interests is gaining greater currency even among such notables as Dr Alan Sabrosky, former professor of the US Army College.

Using the ‘Who Benefits’ principle, Sabrosky points out that the Mossad’s incentive dovetailed perfectly with the Jewish neo-con’s program for a catalytic event to mobilize the American public for their Zionist wars, using American military power to destroy Jewry’s enemies abroad – and, I add – to create a police state at home to stifle any criticism of Jewry’s activities and agenda.
 
Sabrosky also observes that the Jewish-owned mainstream media is more interested in publicizing Sarah Palin’s wardrobe than presenting the overwhelming dissenting views challenging the official 9/11 narrative from experts in various disciplines, whether architects, engineers, scientists, scholars, pilots, or firemen. 
 
In a subsequent article, “Israel’s Hidden Faces,” Dr Sabrosky presents circumstantial evidence that links 9/11 to The Mossad and its Judaic agents in America. 
 
The most striking points of Dr Sabrosky’s exposé and my own research are:
 
1. The controlled demolition of Tower 7 upon which no plane hit when Larry Silverstein, Jewish owner of the World Trade Center, ordered the Tower taken down hours later with the words, “Pull It,” proves that if one building was wired for controlled demolition, then all three were as well.
 
2. The company providing security to the World Trade Center, Kroll Associates, was apparently operated by Zionists.
 
3. The owners and operators of Kroll Associates and their immediate relatives were absent save one Gentile new employee the morning of 9/11.
And only 3 out of 4,000 Israelis working at the Towers were at their jobs and died in the explosions. 
 
And Larry Silverstein, Jewish owner of the World Trade Center, just so happened to have a ‘doctor’s appointment’ that morning.
 
4. Five Israelis were seen filming the explosions on a roof in nearby New Jersey and visibly celebrating…having set up their cameras before the first plane hit.
Soon, after their arrest – and in spite of the evidence against them – they were released and the case dropped by the then head of the US Department of Justice Criminal Division and soon to be Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, Talmudic Jew and Israeli dual citizen, Michael Chertoff.
 
5. The 9/11 Commission was stacked with pro-Israel appointees, with the Jewish Executive Director, Philip Zelikow, ensuring that nothing deflecting attention from Osama bin Ladin and his supposed ‘19 Arab accomplices,’ would make the final report.
 
My friends, what we have here is the obvious guilt of The Mossad and the complicity of its Judaic agents in America of the 9/11 tragedy. 
 
All that is missing, as Dr Sabrosky so eloquently points out, is a public confession!

Debutesq Group said inland development would include restaurants, guest lounges, pools and a wellness spa, while permits allow for nearly 100 private rooms and water villas that would have exhilarating views of the Indian Ocean.

The island has a natural port allowing boats and seaplanes to berth without interfering too much with the natural landscape.

For the last two years, Orivaru has been owned by a Maldivian registered company led by a property investor from the Czech Republic.

Good afternoon to all. I honestly wish to express that we are very close to receiving our blessings,

 There are some war scenarios that reflect itself over Iraq, but they are caused by a certain group of rich folks who do not wish for the world and it's people to progress by no means,

 They are furnishing these dilemmas but counting with God and the 50 countries who will battle and get rid of these evil forces all what is expected will pull through.

  There is nothing that anyone can say or do to push this thing forward for it has a new timing, the GOI is more than ready, many banks are now waiting, many governments are now waiting including ours,

 It's just a matter of fine tuning all the new issues created by a corrupted, evil and greedy few.

Getting mad at intel providers, Dinar sites or anyone in particular does not solve the issues that you may have, it doesn't change nor the timing nor the situations be it personal or worldwide,

So I personally will pray for all so that God's peace and light may reach out to all, may His calm and tolerance settle all.

Obama Orders Feared “Jericho Weapon” To Kill Christians

A stunning new report by the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) circulating in the Kremlin today states that the Obama regime was behind the horrific 12 September attack that utilized the much feared “Jericho Weapon” on The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations in Lagos, Nigeria (SCOAN) that left over 40 Christian men, women and children dead.

According to this report, Nigerian authorities have become “greatly alarmed” over the unprecedented rise of the Ebola virus in West African and have “strongly advised” all Christian churches to stop their communion rites over fears this practice will spread the disease.

The SCOAN, however, not only refused to stop their communion rites, this report continues, but also began operations to help the victims of Ebola in other neighboring countries, which the joint US-Nigerian Army Special Operations Command (NASOC) deemed a “national security threat”.

In response to SCOAN refusing to comply with its governments Ebola directives, this report says, Russian military intelligence analysts on 11 September detected a “highly secretly armed” US Navy Lockheed C-130 Hercules aircraft [photo bottom left] assigned to Fleet Logistics Support Squadron SIX TWO (VR-62, nicknamed the Nomads) depart from its Florida base at Naval Air Station Jacksonville (NAS Jacksonville) and land at the US Naval Expeditionary Base Camp Lemonnier located at Djibouti's Djibouti-Ambouli International Airport, which is the primary base of operations for the US Africa Command (AFRICOM) in the Horn of Africa.

After refueling/rest, this report continues, this US Navy C-130 departed Camp Lemonnier in the early hours of 12 September and flew to Lagos, Nigeria where from 11:30-11:54 [Central European Time Zone (UTC+01:00)] it circled the SCOAN compound [Photos 2^nd and 3^rd left] then departed after the church was destroyed in what is described as an “implosion-type” event occurring at 12:44 as evidenced by security camera video. [See video below or HERE]

This SVR report notes that the implosion of the SCOAN compound was “nearly identical” [See video below or HERE] to the destruction of the infamous Building 7 on 11 September 2011, thus bringing to fears that the US Navy in its Nigerian attack last week used they same type of “directed weapons technology” to kill these innocent Christians.

To the exact destructive power of the “Jericho Weapon” [The Battle of Jericho is a battle in the biblical Book of Joshua where “sound” was used to destroy the enemies fortress walls.] believed to have destroyed these Christians, this report says, have been best described by US Doctor-Scientist Judy D. Wood, who in compiling her evidence of a directed energy weapon being used to destroy Building 7, described its horrific ability to turn solid matter into nanoparticles.

As the Obama regime has ordered an additional 3,000 of its troops to Africa to fight the Ebola virus, this report concludes, the killing of these Christians in Nigeria on 12 September clearly shows the deadly lengths this much feared government will go to in order to protect its empire.
