Iraqi Foreign Minister al-Jaafari met with his counter part from Kuwait concerning the strengthening of relationships between the two countries and in fact the strengthening of all relationships with countries in the neighborhood and around the world....in other words they are attempting to mend fences that Maliki built, or mangled so badly that no communications was able to travel....this is good news on the part of the Iraqi's.

WOW!!! More big news coming from the Kurds this morning.....Barzani says that he actually has hope of seeing resolution between Erbil and Baghdad concerning their differences on oil and gas issues......even if they do allow SUMO to supervise what is going on....the shipping of oil, or should I say the continued shipping of oil from the Kurdistan to Ceyhan, Turkey for sale on the international market.....Barzani and the new Oil Minister Mahdi are old friends....so perhaps they are indeed making some good headway.

Parliamentary Finance announces listing 37018 degrees and careers in the budget of 2014

Well the Parliament Finance Committee the temporary one....is talking about degrees and careers that can be found in the 2014 budget....but they say the GOI is putting finishing touches on the budget....procrastination by the former Parliament President, the one that got promoted to a do nothing job as Vice President of the Republic, caused the lack of a state budget to be enacted....but be on the watch for some swift action by the current Parliament when this comes to a head in the coming days...IMO.

Merely an announcement that this is the last meeting of Parliament for September....their next scheduled session is due to be October 10th.

The State of Law coalition says they have a candidate for the Interior Minister position....Ameri.....isn't this who Abadi selected already.....can't remember that far back....I'm not looking for any announcement on this on Thursday unless Abadi manages to find his way back to Iraq before the Parliament meeting....this is....IF....he leaves to address Obama's needs face to face.
Sudanese finished making adjustments to the 2014 budget

The Minister of Finance is stating that final adjustments are being made to the 2014 budget.....will be working off the principle of 1/12th's to put together the remaining three months of a budget for 2014...focus will be on security issues and paying the people.....

John : September 23, 2014 at 9:40am   In my opinion, this just points to what I've been saying for a very long time. When this happens, it would need to appear as though the Iraqi people did it. Perhaps, this "Powderkeg", is exactly what they need for something to happen in the streets to force it to show up.

If that's the case, it just doesn't look good for those who are in the position to make this happen for the Iraqi people...they're just typical politicians, trying to mask "the stink" of what they've done, like a cat covering a turd in a litter box.

We are talking the largest financial swing/change in history, and it probably will never happen again.

I know negative people don't want to believe it, but what if many of the delays have simply been to avoid the dollar from dropping 20-40%? What if some of the delays were for the benefit of the USA and it's future economy?

What some fail to realize, that if the US became a 3rd world country overnight, every other country in the world would also collapse. You can't have one of the largest importers/consumers in the world collapse without every other country having major, major loses.

I would go as far as to say, If the US economy collapsed, I believe, the entire worlds economy would collapse overnight. If you don't believe that, then you need to study economics again!!!!!!!

That it why the rest of the world has been hesitant to go to plan B yet, because they know the most likely consequences that would occur without the US in the mix.

I will also say, even if plan B is enforced, it will not exclude the US.

I know that makes some of you "negatives" unhappy, because you can't wait to see the US crumble, just so you can say, "I told you so."

A parliamentary source revealed Tuesday, the date for submission of the parliamentary session scheduled for next Thursday to tomorrow, Wednesday, attributing the cause to the decision that it would disrupt the official working hours of the day next Thursday.

The source said in an interview for "Alsumaria News", "the Presidency of the Parliament decided to make a meeting of the Council of Representatives, which was scheduled for next Thursday, the day on Wednesday."

He attributed the source, who requested anonymity, the reason for the introduction to "the decision of the Council of Ministers on disabling the official working hours next Thursday."

Gardasil vaccine causing huge problems everywhere

They are live wiping this report and I cannot get it to post as intended. This one has them pissed.

I have tried at least 25 times to post this, and every time they have changed text to make this report look illiterate. This one is important, and I have been struggling endlessly just to get it to post as I wrote it. I have not succeeded in doing so yet.

I did not realize it, but Gardasil vaccine damage has been widely reported in numerous nations, not only America and Canada. Yet Merck is running the same old lie, that the vaccine is safe and effective. My question is, FOR WHO? take a look at the following:
The nation of Columbia just invested $300 million in the Gardasil vaccine. First of all, if that be the case, no one can make the case that vaccines are not profitable, that is a HUGE chunk of change. The results are now coming in, with hundreds of women passing out over and over again, going through bouts of paralysis so severe they have to be taught by nurses how to breathe when an attack is over. Read about the disaster in Columbia HERE
Japan has banned the Gardasil vaccine, most likely because they have not completely fallen under NWO control and still have the ability to say no. And Spain at least forced a recall of the vaccine after too many women were damaged there as well, and subsequent to this recall has now been called on to ban the vaccine altogether, as in Japan.
Britain has had over 4,300 adverse reactions to the vaccine as well, including severe brain damage and infertility.

When looking into this issue, the mountains of evidence against the HPV vaccine are so high I cannot list them all, so I will approach this differently.

It is obvious that the HPV vaccine is doing intentional damage. The CDC itself admits that only about 1 percent of adverse reactions caused by vaccines ever get reported, HOW LOUDLY does that speak against the HPV vaccine which has logged over 22,000 adverse reactions in America alone? As reality would have it, there were probably 2.2 million adverse reactions. Merck and GSK know full well what is going on with this,The people who own these two "medical" front companies want the damage. It cannot possibly be a secret to them and is so massive and widespread it can only be intentional.

I think I have figured out exactly why women are so often devastated by the HPV vaccine, and it is the three shot schedule, which follows exactly the same schedule as well known anti fertility vaccines, most notably the the anti fertility Tetanus vaccine, for which the administration of Gardasil follows the EXACT SAME SCHEDULE. The HPV vaccine is for population control, no ifs or buts, and if it can cause life long sterility, there is no wonder to why it has destroyed so many women in other ways.

There is no difficulty in finding out who the enemy is.

Snopes.com says the Gardasil vaccine has never caused a problem for anyone who was not crazy. So you know what that rag is worth.

The CDC says the HPV vaccine is safe, effective and underutilized, with no adverse effects reported whatsoever by anything other than paranoid nutcases. So when they come to you with an ebola cure, RUN LIKE THE WIND.
Sometimes liars do not know when to stop, or when a lie will damage future conquests. Pretty obvious with the HPV vaccine that an enemy is running the government and using that position to lie to the public from a position of trust. THAT would be an abuse of power, would it not? Ditto for the MMR and now proven autism causing childhood vaccinations as well. Consistent pattern here.
And the American Academy of Pediatrics is Another enemy of our children's future, if the HPV vaccine really is under utilized in children according to them, I strongly recommend a change in the sex ed programs in America, HOW ELSE would children get HPV at rates so high any vaccine could be "under utilized"?
Bottom line? You can clearly see where the battle lines are drawn, and they are firmly between mothers, victims, and whistleblowers, and even governments, and the haters of humanity who have a history of pushing life destroying vaccines being peddled as something benign (such as the tetanus shot) which when administered as an anti fertility vaccine has already secretly destroyed the family dreams of millions of women, even causing them to spontaneously abort pregnancies in progress.

It is a clear reality that vaccine makers have a history of producing products that have explicit purposes not advertised or spoken of, and the onus is on them. Since they are proven liars simply by history itself, producing knowingly harmful products and distributing them in secret, those who are to be believed are those who have been destroyed, and those who bore witness.

The first ten kilograms of the mixed-oxide fuel (MOX) - a mixture of plutonium and uranium dioxides (UO2 and PuO2), have been industrially produced by Russia’s nuclear monopoly, Rosatom, at the Mining & Chemical Combine (GKhK) in the Krasnoyarsk region. A world first, tablets of the fuel of the future have been put on serial production and are destined for Russia’s next generation BN-800 breeder reactor (880 megawatts), currently undergoing tests at the Beloyarskaya nuclear power plant. The production line, now undergoing start-up and adjustment, was assembled in a mine 200 meters underground and will become fully operational by the end of 2014. Fast fission reactors solve the problem of depleted uranium nuclear fuel on the planet. They can ‘burn’ not only ‘classic’ uranium-235, (scarce and already coming to an end), but also uranium-238, which is abundant, and expands the world’s nuclear fuel capacity by an estimated 50 times. Fuel for breeder reactors could even be made from nuclear waste, which from an ecological point of view is a priceless advantage. The GKhK facility will be equipped with a unique dissolvent reactor that will break down nuclear waste containing plutonium and extract plutonium dioxide to be used in MOX-fuel production. Also, while producing electric energy, breeder reactors actually generate more fissile material, and that one also can be used as nuclear fuel. The GKhK plant is Russia’s leading full nuclear fuel cycle complex, processing nuclear waste from power generating nuclear reactors to establish future nuclear fuel ring closure. MOX-fuel for previous versions of fast breeder reactors in the USSR and Russia had limited production at Russia’s oldest Mayak nuclear processing facility. Starting from 2016, industrial-level MOX-fuel production in Russia will run at full capacity. “Produced MOX-fuel tablets fully conform to the technical specifications,” Rosatom’s statement said, adding that the fuel will now be thoroughly tested. Energy from here to eternity Humankind has already produced so much nuclear waste that it would take decades, if not hundreds of years to process and recycle it. As of now, the only light at the end of the tunnel is fast-neutron reactor technology. The fast-neutron nuclear – or breeder - reactors use technology that enables the use of a wider range of radioactive elements as fuel, thus considerably enlarging the potential stock of nuclear fuel for electric power generation. Russia is the only country that operates fast neutron reactors industrially. After decades of research, practically all breeder reactor projects around the world, including in the US, France, Japan and several other countries possessing nuclear energy technologies, were closed down. The only country that currently has operating breeder reactor power generation is Russia. Over the last 50 years the USSR, then Russia, introduced a number of industrial and research fast neutron reactors. One of them, the BN-600 (600 megawatt), running at the Beloyarskaya nuclear power plant since 1980, is the only fast neutron reactor in the world that generates electricity on an industrial scale. The BN-600 is also the most powerful operable fast neutron reactor in the world. The Beloyarskaya nuclear power plant is in Zarechny, some 45 kilometers from the regional center of Yekaterinburg, in the Urals region. This year a new BN-800 breeder reactor will become operable at the Beloyarskaya plant. The service life of the BN-800 breeder reactor is expected to be 45 years. Every month it will produce 475 million kilowatt hours of electricity, enough to ensure constant supply to 3.15 million families (the average monthly consumption of a family of three is 150 kilowatt hours). The BN-800 uses liquid metal sodium (Na) as a coolant heat transfer agent. Commercial operation of the new reactor is planned to start in early 2015. Russian physicists have already elaborated the next step for the revolutionary technology: a BN-1200 breeder reactor that is set to be assembled at the same Beloyarskaya nuclear power plant by 2020. Overall, eight BN-1200 breeder reactors are expected to be constructed by 2030, which means that Russia is the only nation that is entering a new era of nuclear energy power generation – the closed nuclear fuel cycle, in other words truly clean and practically unlimited nuclear power generation. --- This is the cause of present war on the Wold of US/English oil cartel for the continuance of their world control over It. Did you realize that all conventional methods of killing cancer have only a 3% overall ‘cure’ rate? Chemotherapy and radiation not only have low cure rates, but they also kill healthy cells and often make cancer worse, when this is completely unnecessary because most cells can be reverted into healthy, non-damaging cells with the right treatment. That’s not something the American Cancer Society (ACS) and Susan G. Komen for the Cure want you to know, though. They are in bed with Big Pharma, and financed by the legacy of John D. Rockefeller who started the ACS in 1913. An Unfortunate History The ACS was begun as a business model – not a means to ‘cure’ people from life-threatening illness. It’s also a brilliant way to wash dirty money. The ACS, in fact, receives more money in contributions every few minutes than the Independent Cancer Research Foundation (ICRF) (which has 90% ‘cure rates’) receives in a full year!! John D. Rockefeller is also the son of the founder of the pharmaceutical industry in the US. Sterling Drug, Inc., the largest holding company in the Rockefeller Drug Empire and its 68 subsidiaries, showed profits in 1961 of $23,463,719 after taxes, on net assets of $43,108,106 – a 54% profit. Squibb, another Rockefeller-controlled company, made not 6%, but 576% on the actual value of its property in 1945. At this time, the Army Surgeon General’s Office and the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery were also heavily promoting vaccines to the tune of 200 million ‘shots’ per year. Furthermore, the Rockefeller’s Trust to promote the pharmaceutical industry is also evidenced in their well-publicized donations to Harvard Medical School (more than $8 million in donations), Yale (who received more than $7 million), John Hopkins (more than $10 million in donations), Washington University in St. Louis (more than $2 million), Columbia University (who received more than $5 million in donations), and Cornell (more than $1.7 million). The Rockefeller Foundation itself was also set up in 1904 by something called the General Education Fund – which we can only assume now was meant to ‘educate’ the masses in illness and death. By May of 1915, the Supreme Court tried to stop this illegal drug racketeering, but even though the trust was ordered to be dismantled, the Rockefellers were already above the law. It is this very unsavory history that has brought us to the pharmaceutical paradigm we are mesmerized with today. Sadly, our government Supreme Court, minor courts, and politicians somehow decided ‘if you can’t beat them, join them,’ and now we have – from teaching hospitals and universities, to research endowments and 501c3s, promoting a 3% ‘cure’, when there are abundantly better ways of treating cancer. These institutions also promote an idea that cancer cells cause damage to DNA, but in the 1930s, it was proven that cancer cells could be turned back into healthy ones – before DBA was even discovered! The industry tried very hard to discredit the studies of Dr. Royal Rife, who discovered that cancer could be treated more holistically. The AMA had a field day with his 1987 book, entitled The Cancer Cure That Worked. In 1934, Mr. Royal Rife and his associates opened 2 small clinic in California and treated sixteen cases of cancer with treatments that lasted only three minutes. Rife’s treatments rendered no adverse side effects and were 100% effective, but his is not the only story of successful cancer treatment that has been suppressed. Since the 1900s, multiple cancer treatments that cost little or nothing have been suppressed by the legacy of the Rockefeller’s shady business. From cannabis oil miracles to Essiac tea, as soon as someone starts to interfere with Big Pharma’s money with sound solutions, you can bet they are getting a one-way ticket out of town, harassed, smacked with lawsuits, and even pronounced the sentence of death. It is time to end their reign. They are not kings, but criminals.
