We did have visitors from nine other star systems.

The Grays, which some people characterize as being like the Ebens, were not. They came from a planet near Alpha Centauri A.

[ALPHA CENTAURI is a nearby multiple star with a magnitude of -0.3 and is the third brightest star in the sky. It consists of two yellow and orange stars of magnitudes 0.0 and 1.4. There is also a much fainter third star, an 11th magnitude red dwarf called Proxima Centauri. This is the closest to our Sun, 4.2 light years away or about 0.2 light years closer to us than the two brighter members of the Alpha Centauri system.]

The third class of visitors came from a G2 star system in Leo.

[LEO or LEO MINOR? LEO: Star distances range from 20-25 - 77 light years away. Notable interest is Gamma Leonis which is a glorious double star consisting of two golden orange giants of magnitudes 2.4 and 3.5. They are a genuine binary pair orbiting each other every 600 years or so.
LEO MINOR: Squeezed between Leo and Ursa Major with its brightest star Beta Leonis Minoris that has a magnitude of 4.2. It is a close double star which are 145 light years away with an orbital period of 37 years.]

Another class of visitors came from a G2 star system in Epsilon Eridani.

[EPSILON ERIDANI is one of the closest naked-eye stars to our Sun. It is 10.5 light years way with a magnitude of 3.7. Although somewhat cooler and fainter than the Sun, it is otherwise similar.]

The visitors were classified by a code. The code, which was classified in itself, was, "Extraterrestrial Entities" (ETE). ETE-2 were the Ebens, the Grays were ETE-3, and so on.

The "Red Book" lists nine different visitors. We determined recently that some of the visitors were the same type of race but a "mechanical lifeform." They were hybrid beings that were created in a laboratory rather than by natural birth.

The creatures were more like robots, although they were intelligent and could make decisions. They might be the "hostile" visitors that some people report.

To the best of my knowledge, we have NOT had any visitation since 1985 from the Ebens.

“Anonymous” introduced an UFO Internet thread list to Victor Martinez in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2011 telling of a supposed highly classified “Top Secret Codewood” about an interstellar exchange Program in which twelve U.S military personnel arrived by alien spaceship in 1965 on a planet popularly known as Serpo.

Monitored by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Project Crystal Knight, bits and pieces of this adventure was disclosed by “Anonymous” on Bill Ryan’s website. A mysterious “Red Book” was discussed as a compendium of our relationship with UFO intelligence “from 1947 to the present day.”

“Although he never mentions it,” said Author Len Kasten, “it seems very likely that he is, or has been a member of Majestic 12 (MJ-12), the secret organization set up by President Harry S. Truman to deal with extraterrestrial affairs.”

GERMANY AND THE SOCIETY OF GREEN MEN 

According to Kasten, the most influential person in the history of UFOs and extraterrestrials was Karl Ernst Haushofer who blended the “ultra nationalistic, militaristic and fascist” Japanese Black Dragons with the occult-based 1918 Thule Society. 

“It is now well known that German aeronautical engineers were working on antigravity discs beginning in 1933,” said Kasten, “And by 1945 they had developed a highly sophisticatedcircular craft that was able to fly at very high altitudes and with incredible speed using electromagnetic propulsion technology.”

Largely a small Buddhist Monastic sect possessing occult and black magical power created Nazi inspiration: The Green Dragons, Society of Green Men; this cabal taught German militarists the power of astral travel and visits to a “snake world” of a serpent race called the Negas.

“It is said to be a massive, seven-level complex of huge caverns and tunnels, deep underground,” said Kasten. The teachings of the Green Dragons led directly into the Nazi Aryan Race doctrines.

THE EXPANSION OF GOTTERDAMMERUNG

Nazi Germany eventually expanded into a Fourth Reich with seeds of a Wunderwaffee (Wonder Weapon), Twilight of the Gods, the Haunebu I and II, the “dreadnought,” that finalized into an integrated space program in the United States. Chief regime components were shipped and secreted to Neuschwabenland in Antarctica that had been established through 1930s and 1940s. Neu Berlin housed a community of about forty thousand civilians by the end of the war; a German-Japanese crew attempted a suicide space mission to Mars in 1945.

An armada headed by the late Admiral Richard E. Byrd, sent to squelch the Nazi operation, was surprised in 1947 by unexpected Nazi flying discs.

“Now certain that the Third Reich had survived in Antarctica and had perfected their flying discs,” said Kasten, “it is likely that alarm, and even panic, prevailed at the Pentagon.”

With the crash of alien discs in New Mexico in 1947 (as well as other places), a completely new game plan had to be invented. An alien that was detained but treated well by American military forces, contacted its home planet and eventually repatriated. The story continued by claiming that this led to the establishment of some sort of relationship between the American government and the people of its home world – said to be a planet of the binary star system Zeta Reticuli. 

Further disc crashes and capture of extraterrestrial biological entities (EBEs) “opened up an entirely new era of our planet history.” An Executive Summary, The Red Book, was supervised by “Anonymous.”

Zeta Reticuli had a history in ufology (including the Betty and Barney Hill abduction and the Bob Lazar story), having been claimed as the home system of an alien race called the Greys.

“It was the first baby step for Earth on the stage of galactic affairs,” said Kasten, “and it initiated a lasting alliance between the United States and civilization on a distant planet.”

“…the Ebens did send another scout craft to Earth,” said Kasten, “on May 20, 1953. And that craft did not crash – it landed.”

The four Ebens were taken to the Los Alamos Laboratories. The craft went to a Nevada test site.

Intelligence “turf wars,” well into the 1960s, the Kennedy Administration, all prefaced the creation of an “exchange program” with the Ebens that had scientists go to their home planet of Serpo. Majestic-12 clandestinely supervised the events.

Portions of the book described the selection and training of the Serpos astronauts and their scheduled landings on Serpo. Readers are best to determine for themselves the “guts” of the book that described the adventures of our astronauts on Serpo. Those events were laced through various narratives about the life of the Ebens and their inventions that, frankly, resembled “campy” science fiction on a 1950s television series. Movie producer Steven Spielberg was supposedly “leaked” classified UFO files. The late scientist Carl Sagan, said to be part of the Serpo adventure, supported its planning.

“Evidently, the actions of every Eben were controlled by orders or directions from a central authority via the device worn on the belt,” said Kasten, “and the movements of the sun. The central authority is apparently an agency of the council of governors, so named by the Team. This makes the Eben populace almost robotic. It would even be appropriate to use the term enslaved.”

THE RETURN AND QUESTIONS

After thirteen years on Serpo, the crew returned to earth on August 18, 1978. Two remained on Serpo. Military debriefing ran from 1978 until 1984. The Air Force Office of Special Investigation (AFOSI) became the astronauts’ “handlers.” 

The Ebens did return on November 11, 2010 and November 2012. A Final Report was written in 1980. 

Kasten had an easy, and sometimes polished, style of writing and a few acclaimed books to his name; unfortunately, as it so happened in so many UFO ‘legends’, the “tide can turn” with the swell of investigations that researched beneath the surface. “All that glittered was not gold.”

Questions had risen about the events described in the book. Steve Erdmann saw gaping holes in Kasten’s Eben history. It seemed that a lot of UFO history activity was taking place as a continual basis on Earth, despite the sketchy “trips” from Serpo in 1947, 1953, 1965, 2010 and 2012.  A whole range of UFO activity existed since 1947. This history included the testimony of a co-pilot, Mike Dinan, one of two airline pilots who were directed away from Area 51 in 1988 during multiple “lights” zipping at terrific speeds onto a landing strip (The Unexplained Files, “Paranormal Highway of America”, Chuck Zuchowski, investigator, Sean Smith, director). What was the progenitor of all this UFO activity for the past 67 years?

Further alleged UFO bustle could be seen in another book that highlighted various fluid UFO activities.

RAECHEL’S EYES

The Serpo story, in several ways, seemed to resemble the same story line of fiction possibly fostered off as fact in the book Raechel’s Eyes: coauthored by Helen Littrell and Jean Bilodeaux and published by Wild Flower Press, 2005. The authors tell the story of a teenage female hybrid called Raechel and her attempt to “pass” among humans as one of them. 

An unusual roommate showed up named “Raechel Nadien” in the book and “Racheal” with a differently spelled last name in the ARC Dean of Enrollment Services confirmation at a nearby school. With Racheal was her “father,” USAF Colonel “Harry Nadien.” The Colonel would eventually tell Helen and Marisa (two characters in the book) that he had worked since 1956 at a highly classified underground facility called “Four Corners” many miles south of Ely, Nevada. This was a connection point in route to the northern edge of Area 51, Groom Lake, Nellis AFB, Nevada — long associated with secretly housing a few live extraterrestrials and trying to back-engineer extraterrestrial craft and technologies. The problem with such similar and multiple scenarios is that they left incongruous cracks in the tales of extraterrestrials coming to earth. In the case of  Raechel Nadien and fellow ET visitors, visits to ATIC and other secret areas were regular and often: there were no allusions to Serpo and those clandestine visits, though Nadien’s space traffic was systematic. I am quite sure that the ‘tellers’ of such tales would act quickly to repair these cracks, but, perhaps revealing only more ‘cracks.’ 

The “Eyes” book began with Air Force Colonel Harry Nadien, the man who in the 1970s presented himself as Raechel’s father and his assignment in 1956 to Four Corners, a secret military base in Nevada, where it was believed that several times a year craft carrying extraterrestrials would land; Raechel appeared in the 1970s. Did Colonel Nadien tell anyone or Marisa the entire story about how he came to be involved with aliens and how he adopted Raechel as his daughter? Again, the story alluded to much UFO traffic. Unfortunately, some investigators found further into their investigations a disappointing mixed bag of events in the Serpo tale:

Author and filmmaker Linda Moulton-Howe had been informed about an Earth/alien exchange program in 1983, when doing research for UFOs: The ET Factor, a documentary for HBO. Given approval by his superiors to allow her to Top Secret Air Force information and video footage in her documentary, Air Force Sergeant Richard C. Doty approached Linda.

An Iranian military official says the United States has created the ISIL Takfiri terrorist group in line with its plots to sow discord in the Middle East.

Commander of Iran’s Basij volunteer force Mohammad Reza Naqdi said on Saturday, “The White House is the headquarters of the ISIL.”

Washington itself created the “cancerous tumor and devious current” of ISIL in the region, the Iranian official said.

“The first objective of the United States in creating this criminal current is to portray a distorted image of Islam and this has been achieved through the perpetration of inhumane and savage crimes and their publication by the world media,” he said.

“The second objective is to create rift, animosity and war between the Shia and Sunni,” the Iranian commander pointed out.

Naqdi called on all Muslims to maintain their unity and avoid issues that fuel religious conflicts.

On Friday, US President Barack Obama said that the United States is assembling an international coalition with the goal to “snuff out” the ISIL terrorist group, adding that such extremist groups have “no place in the 21st century.”

Ministers from the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Canada, Australia, Turkey, Italy, Poland and Denmark met in Wales on September 4-5 to hammer out a strategy for battling ISIL. This is while the rise of the ISIL Takfiri terrorists has been directly attributed to the Western interventionist policies in the region, particularly in Syria and Iraq.

The ISIL terrorists control large parts of Syria’s east and north. ISIL also sent its Takfiri militants into Iraq in June, seizing large swathes of land straddling the border between Syria and Iraq.

THE U.S. FOREST SERVICE WANTS TO FINE YOU $1,000 FOR TAKING PICTURES IN THE FOREST

The Forest Service oversees 36 million acres of wilderness. In a month, you won't be able to take a picture in them without getting a fine -- even if the new rules are unconstitutional.

Nice photo. That'll be $1,000, please. 

This week's most profoundly wrongheaded display of nonviolent press infringement comes from an unlikely source: The U.S. Forest Service. New rules being finalized in November state that—across this country's gloriously beautiful, endlessly photogenic, 36 million acres of designated wilderness area administered by the USFS—members of the press who happen upon it will need permits to photograph or shoot video.

And yes, it does sound like one of the dumbest things you've ever read.

"It's pretty clearly unconstitutional," said Gregg Leslie, legal defense director at the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press in Alexandria, Va. "They would have to show an important need to justify these limits, and they just can't."

Wait! It gets better.

[Liz Close, the Forest Service's acting wilderness director] didn't cite any real-life examples of why the policy is needed or what problems it's addressing. She didn't know whether any media outlets had applied for permits in the last four years.

The slap you just heard was of more than 34 million American hikers hitting palm to forehead. And the clicks you heard came from nature photographers from coast to coast ignoring those new rules.

Maybe outrage shouldn't be your first reaction. Maybe it's good for the forests. You won't have news crews traipsing about, trampling leaves. You won't get as frustrated as you might otherwise have been when you pass some dude with a camera on a trail. Maybe we'd all be better off, even.

Wrong. 

The Organic Act of 1897, the legislation that kicked off, in a big way, the establishment of the modern U.S. Forest Service, clearly provides (emphasis added): 

The jurisdiction, both civil and criminal, over persons within such reservations shall not be affected or changed by reason of the existence of such reservations, except so far as the punishment of offenses against the United States therein is concerned; the intent and meaning of this provision being that the State wherein any such reservation is situated shall not, by reason of the establishment thereof, lose its jurisdiction, nor the inhabitants thereof their rights and privileges as citizens, or be absolved from their duties as citizens of the State. 

For any journalist, both parts of that statement are very important. All U.S. citizens enjoy the right of the First Amendment, and courts have very clearly upheld the rights of a citizen to take photographs taken in a public place—even the unpopular ones, and even ugly, boring ones of trees and mountains.

And as for "duties as citizens of the State." Well, it's called the Fourth Estate for a reason. That's what the U.S. Forest Service is hurting here: The understanding that the public has a right to this land, and right to know about it, with media more expressive than words.

Close, of the Forest Service, doesn't seem to agree.

She said the agency was implementing the Wilderness Act of 1964, which aims to protect wilderness areas from being exploited for commercial gain.

"That's kind of a distortion," says Peter Essick, an award-winning National Geographicphotographer who has worked with the Forest Service before, as well as the otheragencies that oversee American wildernesses for years to produce truly remarkable work.

"When the Wilderness Act was created in 1964, there were plenty of people doing photography," he says. "Nothing in the Wilderness Act says photography is not approved or banned."

When he goes out to shoot, Essick takes the utmost care to the follow the rules of "leave no trace," and he does it with 65 pounds of gear on his back. He's a nature photographer: Not trashing the place is pretty much rule number one.

There's another layer to this, too. The USFS and the other agencies have used photography since their inception to tell the story of the wilderness. All the words in the world can't show you as much as one beautiful Ansel Adams photo. Coincidentally, Essick spent lots of time photographing the Ansel Adams Wilderness, named for the famous photographer, for his own book.

Over and over again, the establishment of an American wilderness, the National Parks, the core idea that you can escape to a more primitive, but nonetheless essential part of this country, has been referred to as America's best idea. It's why city-dwelling, suburb-raised punks like me can have so many feelings toward land that has filled our lungs with fresh air and our hearts with wonder. It's why I swell with pride when my little sister, gritting her teeth through cuts and tears, finished her first hike. It's why I look forward to enjoying it with my children when they come along. 

That feeling needs to stick around.

And, believe me, I get it. No one wants annoying reporters or photographers damaging the environment, even if "breaking news" is happening. (This is the only case in which this rule wouldn't apply—and it happens to be entirely unenforceable.)

Wilderness areas have it bad enough already. The United States pumps "on the order of nearly 60 million 'short tons'" of carbon monoxide into the air every year, the EPA tells us. We dump 1.2 trillion gallons of untreated sewage stormwater, and industrial waste into the water that—eventually—is supposed to make it back to your faucet, your hot shower, the water bottle you give your kid on his hike. And no one likes seeing headlines like"Sequoia National Park is Stuck in Pollution Hell" or "Where the Smog Ends Up." 

But do the good people running the USFS really think that charging a journalist $1,500 for a permit—and a fine of $1,000 per shot to those who don't get one—is going to aid that cause? Do they think adding a roadblock to the essential act of newsgathering and to the creation of free publicity for the forests is a wise decision?

It infringes upon the First Amendment. There's no reasonable way to enforce it. The U.S. Forest Service have failed to cite real-life examples of why it's needed. Above all, the spirit of the rules would limit our understanding of these beautiful spaces with which we're supposed to co-exist.

Today the Forest Service tweeted this video. It's beautiful: a PSA specifically meant to connect tweens to nature, "ultimately creating a lifelong interest in spending time outdoors." Who knows if AdCouncil, which produced it, paid $1,500 for a permit, but that money would prevent a lot of people from doing so.

"There would be less photography done," Essick says. "I can't see that as something that would help the wilderness."

To their credit, the Forest Service has opened themselves up to comment. Call them out, and post some photos on Instagram and Twitter while you're at it.

Ebola-Polio Catastrophe Sweeping US Blamed On Obama Regime

A grim Ministry of Healthcare (MoH) report compiled with documents provided to them by the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) is warning today that the duel Polio and Ebola virus catastrophes currently engulfing the United States appear to have their joint origins at the highest levels of the Obama regime for “purposes as yet unknown.”

According to this report, during the past fortnight, MoH scientists began receiving from the SVR information they had obtained from the “electronic surveillance” of United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps (PHSCC) officer Rear Admiral Nicole Lurie, M.D. [photo 2^nd left] who is the Obama regimes Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR).

Rear Admiral Lurie, this report notes, derives her authority under what is called the Pandemic and All Hazards Preparedness Act[Public Law No. 109-417] and in the event of a Public Health Emergency Declaration (PHED) occurring in the US would become that nations de facto co-ruler with Obama.

Shockingly in the SVR documents obtained from Rear Admiral Lurie, this report says, is the blaming of the cause of the current polio epidemic sweeping America on a failed vaccine ingredient given to nearly all of the children in America.

Specifically, this report says, a “5 in 1, combination” vaccine named Pediarix™ given to American children to protect them against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, hepatitis B, and polio, manufactured by the pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), had a “substandard” ingredient included that was made by the Chinese chemical facility Meryer (Shanghai) Chemical Technology Company, Ltd. 

The vaccine ingredient provided to GSK from its Chinese supplier, this report continues, is called glutaraldehyde, which is a pungent colorless oily liquid used in Pediarix™ as a preservative for long term storage, but has been in constant global short supply due to its other use as a component of hydraulic fracturing “fracking” fluid that is included in the additive called Alpha 1427, as a biocide.

MoH scientists in this report speculate that the “lead contaminated/substandard” glutaraldehyde in this childhood vaccine has“very likely” rendered the polio virus component of it “ineffective”, a position the SVR documents on Rear Admiral Lurie appear to substantiate.

To the devastation being wrought upon America’s children by this polio epidemic, which we first reported on in our 8 September report Obama Regime Silent As Massive Polio Outbreak Sweeps America, this report warns that this child-paralyzing virus has now spread across 40 US States and has been linked to at least four deaths.

The reason Russian children are not being affected by this polio outbreak sweeping America [erroneously called enterovirus 68 by the Obama regime to confuse its citizens], this MoH report explains, is due to the use of the Sanofi Pasteur polio vaccine which does not include any ingredients manufactured in China, where GSK is currently being investigated by authorities in that country over allegations of fraudulent behaviour.

Even more critical in this report, aside from the devastation befalling America’s children, are documents obtained from Rear Admiral Lurie by the SVR proving that the Obama regime has “long been planning” for the Ebola virus to strike their country.

This MoH information has further been confirmed by independent news sources in the United States, and as we can, in part, read:

“A public tweet from a large government supplier of emergency response products specializing in “high risk events” says that Disaster Assistance Response Teams were told to prepare to be activated in the month of October. The shocking revelation, made on the Goldenstate Fire/EMS Twitter page, suggests that not only did someone know that the Ebola virus would be reaching America, but that they knew exactly when it would happen.

“What we are now hearing is just the tip of the iceburg as we enter October,” noted the company’s Twitter spokesperson. “Ebola virus will cripple EMS and hospitals.”

Even worse, the highly influential Zerohedge news service is reporting today that the Obama regime had, likewise, pre-ordered over 160,000 HazMat suits specifically designed for Ebola virus protection and leading them to ask about their own government: “…just ahead of the worst Ebola epidemic in history making US landfall, one wonders: what do they know that  we don't?”

To the “purposes as yet unknown” involving the Obama regime and its massive deceptions involving both the Polio and Ebola threats this MoH report doesn’t say.  However, the SVR does note that both of these events could be linked to The Pentagon’s three year failure to turn over their documents relating to their Federal Voting Assistance Programthat has effectively bankrolled many US States shift to online voting by disbursing tens of millions of dollars in grants for the purchase of equipment that includes Internet balloting options.

I am told the Treasury had another computer glitch when they pushed the button yesterday.

Experts have been working since 3:00AM this morning to correct. It should be finished this evening and TRNs/USNs will be in the banks in the morning.

Omega Man FROM the Platform:  there was another computer glitch in getting the TRN's in the banks.  Supposedly this is supposed to be fixed by tomorrow and then the RV and TRN's will go live on Forex and the funds will be released in that order.

THIS CONFIRMS WHAT ELAU STATED..

Today, a friend or ours, who is in our Dinar group, went to a Wells Fargo branch locally to open up new accounts for his future deposits. He told the banker that he would soon be making a large deposit.

The banker said, "Oh, you must holding some Iraqi Dinar!" Our friend told him, "yes and I have Dong and Zim too." The banker told him "Great, it won't be too much longer. We are very close."

This friend of ours would never make up this story. I trust him implicitly. This is first hand knowledge and not from any other Dinar site.
