Tony: Good morning, TNT. It's
Wednesday, October 8, 2014. I don’t know how we got here, but here we
are! We have some excellent information and justification, things you can
see for yourself. Before we get started, those with your hand up, if you
have questions – if I have talked to you in the last month please put you hand
down, so others have a chance to talk and ask their questions. I would
greatly appreciate that, so I don’t have to be the bad guy and take your hand
down for you.
I don’t think everyone fully
understands what our site is about. I have some really good information,
and I hope you will understand that and our time together, and about the
government and so on. Everyone has their own opinion about what we should
and shouldn’t’ do and what direction we should go in. I constantly get
emails, calls and texts from people about what I should and shouldn’t do, say,
etc. [Note: email paraphrased.]
Good morning. I
appreciate all that you do. You are probably feeling a little lonely
right now. I want to send this quick email as it appears this is a giant
circle. Monday’s call sets the table for the next two days, and
Wednesday’s call does the same, and Friday’s call sets the table for the
weekend. (Yes, that is what we do – giving you the information as we get it.)
Don’t you think you should look at your intel. You appear to
shielding some organization that is setting you up. You don’t have an NDA
now, you should tell what you can. You should give us the names of those
holding us up, and that might break the logjam. I believe it’s President
Obama and his staff. What say you?
I understand the
frustration, and yes, I suspect these holdups have been designed but there was
lack of preparation combined with miscalculation. But the situation changes all
the time, and it can change from an office with five people down to someone
blowing up a bank in the street. Anything can affect the whole equation – or
even where a particular incident took place. It could affect the whole
thing! People have to understand that these things happen and they have a
domino effect. It’s not about shielding an organization…
This writer is saying
I’m shielding an organization, and I OWE it to you all to… Let’s say that this
is true. If there were actually an organization telling me what to do and
say… and I have received death threats and threats against my family, and you
say I owe you? My name is the one that’s out there and the intelligence
agencies are investigating whacko people who are pushing me when I’m already
putting myself and my family at risk, for something I’m doing for free, that is
taking me away from my family, and it this were true, you want me to go against
that organization so that you can get paid tomorrow and go about your life?
If that was the situation, that wouldn’t make sense for me to do that,
would it?
That is not the
situation. We are getting information from a whole lot of places, and
what we have today NOBODY knows but us, and we are putting it out on the
internet for you. Other people in other countries have put themselves and
their families on the line to give us the is intel. And you want us to put them
on the line, just so you can get paid? I don’t know how you can even ask
that! People are putting their careers on the line to get this
information for you, and I thank them for their sacrifice publicly. I
wanted to read that so you have a better understanding of what this is about.
In another email,
someone said that we need to see both sides, and really understand what we are
going through to get this information to you. Some have already paid with
their careers.
DC: this is a
teaching moment. Those folks who write like that: we don’t owe you
anything. This was a volunteer job. I thought it would be two weeks, and
it’s been 18 months, and four years for Tony. If it’s this aggravating
for you, just go to someone else. Other people are trying to help, too,
with their sources. Whether our information is similar or not, they are
trying to help people as well. You can make your own decision who to
listen to. If you can’t deal with the dinar gurus, you’re going to have
trouble dealing with the money, too. There IS not cabal; if you
think there is, you have psychological issues. Yes, there are powerful people
behind the scenes, but most of them are elected officials with constraints on
what they do. This was supposed to be very simple, and they have turned it into
a massively complex problem that is hard to contain and hard to get information
about. We are not protecting anyone. We do pay attention to people
who ask us NOT to say certain things, because we don’t want to hurt those who
are giving us intel. We respect that they have a good opinion that
possibly we don’t understand yet. So we might say there was a meeting, and this
is what happened, without say who. Sometimes we just forget, there are so
many details.
Finally, it was never
intended for 5-6 million people benefit from this. This is why there are so
many issues, and so many people trying to help out. That’s why we have so many
sources – they are trying to help out, and they know we can feed this info to
you all.
Tony: This is
punch and counter-punch, and people will try to change it to their advantage,
because that is what they do. It’s not always about US. We hear
situations about us, but this is about our entire country and global economics.
It’s not about trying to stop us from getting paid? A year ago, we
fought the good fight and they compromised to let us in. They made
mistakes in the past and probably now, too, but we are just getting the
information and hear it is getting closer and closer. We are going
through this today, and learning this lesson in global/US/financial politics
gives us all this knowledge that you wouldn’t have if this happened in 24 hours
if we weren’t here. There is nothing wrong with the other sites just
keeping you up with the RV, because that is what they do. We are doing
more than that here.
The other side of the
coin is this: every day we go back and forth, and we are all emotional by
now. I got this other message on the site to “Tony, the RV man”.
Pam, can you read this? [I can barely hear Pam. I think it’s
saying that Tony is giving us education as well as information and the writer
appreciates his dedication, the time spent, and all the BS he’s had to wade
through.] This was for Tony, Pam, DC, the entire intel group, the people
in Iraq and all 47 countries and 11 agencies that listen to this call.
This is for everyone whose names we don’t know, who all work to put this
information together. They are going through the same sacrifices to
family/career.
They listen to our
calls. We get feedback, sometimes while we are still on the calls. We are
respectful of that. They listen to ALL our calls, even when I call my
wife or kids. It’s part of what we signed up for by doing this call.
Our
NDA [Non Disclosure
Agreement], is going to be for the next 15 years. You guys can just get
your money and get on with your lives; for us, because of this insight
into what is going on, we will be under the microscope for the next 15 years.
And then others put out posts that are just about Tony? They are
not putting out bank info, investment info, anything that will actually help you
with exchange!
Right now we have 35,000
people on this call. Maybe 10% of them are really thinking about this
information and how to deal with it.
We are all excited
today! DC?
DC: Sorry I missed
the last call. There are wonderful things happening in Iraq. On
their television, they are describing the lower denomination notes, and their
new coins. Those are being distributed in the markets as well as the
banks and exchange centers. Many have taken in their cards and asked for cash,
so they need the smaller notes. Not everyone has their cards loaded yet,
but the actual dinar notes are now live. This means that the dinar has
really been revalued, because otherwise a 1 dinar note or coin would be
worthless.
Outside the main
centers, some do not yet have their cards. The Qi cards are tied to the
bank accounts. Many didn’t trust Maliki, his government and the banks, so
they didn’t fill out the right forms, prove who they are, etc. A lot did,
and those folks now have money. Those who didn’t are now hearing from
their family members, and they are applying for their cards now and proving
their identity, etc. That is what’s going on throughout the country, and
it might take a few months for that to be complete. They are not going to give
more money to people who have ten cards, obviously.
On television they will
also be giving a major speech about economic reform, and the fact that it is
concluding – tomorrow morning. That is all public knowledge. Most
cards have been loaded back through February. That happened on 1.
October. Three weeks before they started saying the economic reform will
happen soon. Then they said the cards would be loaded 1. October. This
actually happened for those who already had their cards – they were loaded with
royalty income and back pay, at a rate of $3.58. Some were not seeing it,
and they came back and loaded more in the ensuing afternoon, evening, and the
next few days. Most who have the cards have already been notified and
given full access. If it were me, I’d be at the bank the next minute
checking this, and that is why there were lines out the bank. People were
pulling cash out right and left, and that’s why they needed the lower
denominations. The merchants have changed their prices. On television
they continue to announce that this will be done on Wednesday, then on Thursday
(tonight, tomorrow morning). It’s on the news, in public.
Tony: So on Monday they
released the rest of the ‘new currency’, and it’s in the hands of the people,
not just the banks. Everyone is anticipating the big announcement at 10am
their time. This whole process from the 1st to today is what they wanted to do
as a “slow rollout”. This was the plan over there. Even though the plan
didn’t work perfectly, and they wanted to do it in 72 hours, like they want to
do here, there has been a plan, and it’s been a nine-day process. They
chose to do it over the holiday period…
DC: … that’s not what
they were waiting on, but it turned out that way, and because it was close
enough to the Eid, they decided to ease their way into it over the holiday.
This was a massive change for Iraq, and they wanted to do it at a smooth pace. They
wanted to do it quicker, but BIS and IMF asked for it to be rolled out more
slowly. In terms of folks trying to screw this up, they have already
slowed it down so much that nobody can really mess with it any longer.
The coins are out, the Qi cards and bank accounts are set up, so there’s
not much left to do or that can cause issues at this point. That’s a
wonderful thing for us.
Tony: By doing what they
did over the holiday, they also let the world know for sure that Iraq IS
actually doing this every day and seeing the results. They cannot wait
another six months because all hell would break loose. Celebrations
are scheduled again, and their people in the street are anticipating this at 10
o’clock tomorrow. If it doesn’t happen, there will be hell to pay in
Iraq!
DC: They had
parliamentary meetings during the holiday and laws are being passed. There were
also a lot of family and neighbourhood events. There have been successful
hits against ISIL. They are bringing in additional equipment like Apaches,
so they now have close air support that they’ve been asking for. This is
great for keeping ISIL contained.
Tony: Iraq is
ready! By doing the slow public rollout, that is forcing everyone else to
accept this right now.
DC: If there is
more delay, there will be real problems. It’s coming! There is
still a lot of back and forth about timing, in terms of the global adjustments
– whether it’s loaded on Forex or not. We just don’t know; it’s
still being discussed by
IMF [International
Monetary Fund], BIS [Bank o International Settlements], and all the rest of the
financial community. US banks are ready and exhausted, same thing with
the UST [United Stated Treasury] . They have been running skeleton crews,
watching the phones and the monitors, ready to pull everyone in once this goes
rather than having people sitting there doing nothing.
Tony: Even though
I told you the 10 o’clock announcement for the public deal, there is a backup
time for that, if necessary. Also, we mentioned before that the US has
$1,000 bill in circulation, and a $10,000 as well. Those are still in
circulation although only some people are allowed to use them. Yesterday
there was a news item that Floyd Merryweather bet on the Seattle teams, won
both bets and won about 8.1 million dollars. He accepted his payment in
$100,000 bills, “only available to the extremely rich.” So they are still
using them.
All the stuff we tell
you about Iraq – we have people who are looking at this on television. If
you want proof, call the television and cable companies and tell them you want
a subscription to Iraqi television. Then go look at the Iraqi television
stations. They can do that here in North Carolina. If you need proof, go
find it for yourself, just like we do. Some things you need to do so you
believe it and understand it yourself. But it’s a great day and we have
some really good information. Let’s go to questions:

[Appreciation} Been following Tony since PTR… We are
purchasing dinar in my name and we now have an LLC. For tax purposes,
what is my scenario… just asking your opinion. How do I go about
transferring my currency before we exchange. The receipts are in my name;
what mechanism do I use, and what are the tax implications?
DC: You can put in
there many different ways. You have decided if it is contributing
capital, in which case there are firms. Basically, you need to write a letter,
dated, and say you are giving this to the company. You can buy it from
yourself and give a loan-back: “For X dollars, I’m paying myself back for
this currency.” The rules there are clear and simple. You can do spring
boards from another company, start another LLC, lots of ways to deal with that.
I’m not a financial advisor, but I’ve done it all sorts of ways.
Tony: Do this
BEFORE the RV – you can call an attorney, most will give you a free
consultation especially if you offer to employ them afterwards. They can
advise you better than we can.
Caller: Can I
create a pledge letter? Would that work?
DC: I don’t know – ask
an attorney.
913 caller: I’m
trying to get these busses loaded in Texas, so send me the info from that
terrible email so I can get him off the bus! I love how diplomatic you
are – I don’t have that in me! This is what I intend to do with this
money. There is a group in Iraq called Pre-emptive Love, and it helps
children with heart defects because of chemical poisoning. They train
Iraqi doctors to help the children. There is also the A-21 campaign that
helps to abolish human trafficking of various kinds. My question is this:
there was article in the Times saying the IMF has scaled back worldwide
economic growth for the next year or two. Is this the case?
DC: They have a lot of
economists who get together and run fancy models. They cannot tell those
experts to trust them, that the US and Germany and others are going to double
their growth because the average economist doesn’t know about the RV. So
what they do is to revise their plans, and when this goes through they will
revise those plans upwards. “Because of Iraq, we now believe that the
global economy will in fact expand again.”
Caller; When I
have a melt-down day, I watch West Wing. The advisers on that show used
to work in the White House and it’s a miracle that anything gets done at all!
Tony: It’s meant
to be educational. My biggest surprise today is that, based on what you
want to do, you are even from Texas!
Caller: I learned
about this at church one day – the pastor was away, the man in the pulpit was
ex-CIA, had worked in the Middle East, and he told us all about this!
[Laughter]
623 caller: I’m
also a first-time caller, too! I’ve been listening to you for 16 months.
With my money, 90% will be invested in real estate, and with that income
I will be helping orphans and single mothers. Several months ago you
talked about two contract rates, the highest one taxed at 100%, second rate at
50% and the lowest no taxable at all. [Note, this would probably be 100%
of the capital gains tax assessment, NOT 100% of the exchange!]
DC: We believe
those rate levels are still there. We don’t know how big the pool is, and
nobody knows exactly what the tax rates will be. However, the highest
contract rate probably will have higher taxes, too. Nobody is sure until
this is announced publically.
Caller: Are we now in
Plan B?
DC: Plan B meaning
the rest of the world is forcing the US’s hands? As I understand it, no.
Keep in mind that since August, the US has been supportive. Since
the Iraqi RV, no one has been forcing anyone to do anything.
Tony: I heard that
last week another country would do something, and last night there was a rumor
China would blow up the derivatives, but those are not happening. The US
is supporting Iraq and the global RV, it’s just taking longer than we expected.
Caller: I saw an
$100,000 bill once at the bank. I used to have a 1,000 and 5000 dollar
bill, too.
Tony: They are still in
circulation including the 10,000 bill. You can actually order them from
the bank, if they approve. They had to get them in to pay that man for
his bet!
Caller: DC, do you
think this RV will happen within the next week? Or will it change again?
DC: I really do
think so. I’d be willing to bet a thousand dollars on it! That’s
why we spent so much time explaining about the cards and the lower
denominations on this call. I don’t believe there is an absolutely
deadline, but looking at everything – the notes, coins, changed prices in the
market – there has been an RV. On this side, you could delay it a few
hours, maybe, but realistically speaking, there is not a lot of wiggle room.
Caller: I have
been donating for the last few months – do you still need donations?
Tony: Yes, we need
them until this happens… I appreciate that!
DC, with this slow
rollout, how can they announce this ten days ago without people buying up all
the currency in the world and exchanging it?
DC: How do you
keep the currency dealers at 1166, and have Iraq at $3.58? First you
watch it like a hawk, and you close the dealers down. They can have a
static website, they can have a limit on transactions, and they can pull in the
groups, because we are the only ones who are crazy enough to do it!
That’s why we have NDAs, and it’s a pretty good way to handle it.
Tony: For the last
eight days, could they have been using those cards internationally, so that it
is international but no access, and then make all of it accessible at the same
time? That’s what they may be doing at this very moment! [DC
agrees.]
609 caller: When you
said the announcement is at 10am, is that Iraqi time?
Tony: there is an
announcement by the CBI at 10 o’clock tomorrow morning because the economic
reform will be done at 1am. If that announcement doesn’t happen, there
is a back up time that I’m not going to give out. That is a couple of hours
from now. That is just what is in the official schedule, and I don’t know if/what
anything changes.
Caller: Will you post
that on Twitter?
Tony: I’m sure it
will be all over, but yes, I could do that.
240 caller: The
lady who called earlier about exchanging into her LLC, do you suggest doing
that first? Or after you exchange into USD?
DC: I have LLCs
and it’s always better to put assets into other companies rather than your own
name, so long as you still control it. I’m not an attorney, but that’s my
understanding.
Tony: When you put
it in that LLC, it is no longer yours. If you sell the company or get
sued or you have partners, that belongs to them because it belongs to the
company. That’s why I do trusts, because they stay my trusts.
DC: there is a
time and place for LLCs, trusts and corporation. A good attorney is worth
your weight in gold.
Caller: I have an LLC,
and didn’t know how that would work out in terms of withdrawing funds.
DC: It should be
fine – you can buy things, give money to yourself, etc.
Tony: So if I put
money in the LLC, do I have to pay taxes twice?
DC: Most LLCs are
pass through structures, so that you pay the taxes and it can still pay for
your office, car, travel and all the rest, so long as it is documented.
LLCs, trusts etc., are not scary. They are used everyday and are
used all the time so long as you understand the rules. That’s why I like
to have a good attorney to keep you updated on the rules. For example a
few years ago the IRS cracked down on office expenses as an S-Corp. Our
understanding is that you will pay about the same taxes if you hold the
currency personally or with a pass-through corporation. You will pay 2%
exchange fee, and that and travel or business expenses are deductible (say, if
you have to fly somewhere to consult a financial adviser). It’s always better
to have a tax write-off rather than have it in your name.
Caller: Did you
say you can have different appointments at different banks?
Tony: You’ll have to ask
them that when you call the 800 numbers.
617 caller: I’m a
little confused. Last year, the government exchanged their friends and
families; how can that happen if the rate wasn’t out there? How is
this possible?
DC: I don’t think this
is right, but this is how it happened. They did forward-based contracts,
where they would trade your dinars for the amount they believed it would be
worth in the future. From October on, that’s what they did. Then in
March and April, they did some RI [?], things done where they could get the CBI
[Central Bank of Iraq], to honor the new rate. That’s how they could get
their exchanges. Is that right? No, and we’ve complained about it
constantly.
Caller: Now, we
are waiting for Iraq to finish giving all their people before it comes to us?
DC: No. Some
Iraqis just didn’t apply for their cards. They always knew they would
have some late believers, and it will take a month or more to set them up. We
are only waiting for the ‘end of the economic reforms’ and on Iraqi television
they have said that this is tomorrow. The lower denominations and coins, and we
know people who are actually using them!
Caller: Zimbabwe
has come out with a different currency; will that affect our Zim
currency?
DC: I don’t know what
new Zim currency you are talking about. We don’t have the same
connections in Zimbabwe that we do in Iraq, but we have been told throughout
this entire process that our 20008/2009 Zim notes should be okay.
407 caller: I
thought the rollout started last October! Tell them we’re ready for your
cards! Thank you, anyone listening from Iraq – we know you all need this,
and we only see a portion of what you are going through trying to build a new
government. Our prayers and thoughts are with you and hope our government
is supporting you. We want to celebrate with you! DC, how much are
you willing to bet this happens in the next week?
DC: I feel very
good about this. Everybody is so frustrated and aggravated because it
should have gone so many times. However, the current pressure we’re
seeing says so much more about this going through this time. The cards are out,
their prices have changed, and that speaks louder than anything else.
Tony: Their public
television is putting this out every day, and you can’t do that without a lot
of negative repercussions if it doesn’t come through.
DC: And we’ve been
seeing the cards, and the people who didn’t believe in the cards are calling
us, and comparing cards with their friends and contacts, and all at $3.58, and
getting cash for it. If it were just from the banks, CBI or UST or committees,
that’s one thing, but all the Iraqis are saying the same thing, so it’s
wonderful to connect the dots. A very few have been exchanging here, too,
but only a few.
Caller: Tony, the only
people you owe anything to is your wife and family!
585 caller: How
about a little payback from Texas to California! [chit chat about
California] I got your tweets about the new currency rolling out and the
smaller denominations. So… late last week, we were told people were
seeing instructions on the television, etc. What curreny were they
receiving then?
Tony: Back in
April they let out the lower denominations in the marketplace: the 1, 2,
5, 25 dinar notes, and the fil also. On Sunday, they released the 50,
100, 500 dinar notes, to complete the currency reform tomorrow.
Caller: So Iraq
has RVed in-country, and those who have Qi cards can travel and use those cards
internationally at the $3.58. How long can that situation last??
DC: That is the
question. They are pushing the absolute boundaries on this, and it’s wonderful
to see the pressure on this. There is not much time left.
Tony: So it
happened over the holidays when people were mostly at home, celebrating. The
lower denominations have been released so that when they make the official
announcement the new notes are already available. People in Iraq were
able to go to the bank, and it made sense for them to roll it in this fashion,
to me.
Caller: I am blind
from having encephalitic at age seven, which destroyed the nerves running back
to the brain. My eyes are fine, and I can donate them after my death, but
the nerves don’t work. The Lions Club bought my first Braille typewriter,
and I’m on my second Seeing-Eye dog. For my first dog, it cost a total of
$150 for travel expenses, so I want to donate to them. Family members
have served, so I want to donate to Wounded Warriors as well.
DC: One of my
better friends is blind and there are amazing things they can do now for optic
nerve injuries; it’s great that you are donating to those organizations!
Caller; Everyone
teases me because all my gizmos talk to me!
832 caller: The
fact that I got on the call show that this much be happening now! Tony,
take it a little easier on Texas, dude – I’m beginning to get a complex!
Remember, Texas may be the only state in the Union that will survive a
zombie apocalypse. I have a little confusion about the dong; there
have been a couple of things lately that maybe it won’t RV with the dinar…
DC: On the dong,
specifically, Tony and I and our friends don’t’ have the same resources in
Vietnam as we do in Iraq, but our banker friends are saying that dong is always
mentioned on the back screens and in the meetings. It was planned to come
in the second basket originally, but too many people found out about it, so
they had to bump up the dong, zim and rupiah. So we get out information from
the screens and they are happening together.
Tony: It’s high!
I could tell you the latest rate, but then you’d want to sell your dinar!
Caller: I got into
it too late to buy dinar. I do think this is happening, and I want to
help a lot of people. When this comes through, this is what I will do. I
saw the video of the homeless guy who was given cash by the fellow who won the
lottery. I saw that and thought “That could be me”, and if this doesn’t
happen soon it will be me! [Appreciation]
DC: Sorry I missed
Monday, due to work. Iraq is absolutely ready as they said on television;
this is all public information that you can check out for yourself. These
speeches tomorrow are basically the finalization of the economic reform.
That can happen at any time; the rest of the world and working on
timing. Don’t be shocked if there is a slow roll out in the US because
they may do it a little differently than we anticipated, but it is happening.
