Ariel Toliver October 15, 2014  I bet you didn't notice that in your back pocket you have a little green Federal Reserve Note that with a printed date/year saying 2009, as you may look to concur this point yourself.

But why is that important? Because in March of that year the Federal Reserve filed for bankruptcy and one of the prohibitions of that filing was that the Federal Reserve cannot print anymore new money.

So as you can see from since that year we have been using reshuffled money in and out of the system that has been renewed not reprinted.

I was on a live' conference call with Elizabeth Trutwin when it was announced at 11pm that night. I was working at a federal state building here in Sxxxxxxxx during a grave yard shift as a security officer.

What you failed to realize is that the charter for the Federal Reserve was up this last December on the 24th of that year, the date may be off a little but that was the deadline for them to come up with the money before then to reinstate themselves… but the money had to be legal and non criminal.

But check this out, remember that Target store hacking that took place a little before that federal deadline? Well that was the cabal actually trying to steal customers money to use for their own need to have for that deadline.

A lot of people don't know this but stores that use customer credit/info dealing with finances they purposely weakening the security encryption code for those cards to make it easier for exploitation as they have been paid to do so.

So think about where you shop because if they use RCA as a security feature for their stores, I think you better think twice because they have already been caught in cahoots with the NSA spying debacle.

But also Ben Bernanke as I saw live on TV coming out of his mouth said that the Federal Reserve has been absorbed by the US Treasury department.

Found this interesting so I thought I would share.

There's 2 different ways you could go about destroying the United States constitution. In order to fully take over the United States and advance the New World Order, you have to get rid of our constitution, and you do this with a National State of Emergency. There's 2 different ways you can create a National Emergency.

One is the Federal Government can just outright call it based on a national outbreak, of say Ebola, or there an invasion from another country, such as a war, or a natural disaster, say the New Madrid fault line erupts and destroys a third of the country or something. Basically a major incident can lead to a National State of Emergency, as long as that emergency affects the entire country or at least most of the country. That's when the Federal Government could call a National State of Emergency.

The other version of a state of emergency is, the individual states can call a State of Emergency. If enough individual states call their own individual State of Emergency, at around the same time, declaring it one at a time spread out, as long as come the end, they are all raised at the same time. Just a few weeks ago Ferguson Missouri, raised to the point of a State of Emergency which gives them certain added powers. Well just a few days ago Connecticut raised a state of emergency which gave them the ability to close their borders and quarantine. It only takes a few states across the country to do this before it starts adding up fast. Connecticut said they did it because of the so called Ebola patient in Texas died, and raised to a State of Emergency just in-case Ebola comes to Connecticut, they will already have the powers formed to shutdown and quarantine the state right off the bat.

Well, it appears to me, from my medical background, that they're lying. I am the 2nd in command of the Armstrong County Pennsylvania militia, which falls under the state of Pennsylvania's militia, which is a constitutional militia, so I am fairly up to date on what the militias around the country are doing. If the Federal Government were to just step right out and call a National State of Emergency, that would basically be them calling martial law across the country, and that would be immediate civil war right there, off the bat across the United States. That would mean troops were on the ground, and the state militias like us would all rise up and fight them head on, but here is the thing, if one state did it today for one reason, and then next week another state did it for another reason, and then a little while later another state comes up with another reason to raise it, and then another, and another... before you know it you have 2/3's of the states raised in a State of Emergency, each for maybe similar reasons, or for different reasons, but it sneaks up on you. It blindsides you, and you don't realize it because they are all doing it individually.

So now you have the entire National State of Emergency, and the government can come in and "well all the states went into it on their own". Now we have a National State of Emergency which immediately puts the president of the United States at the top, and Congress & the Legislative become obsolete. Basically the constitution becomes null and void... but there's no national orders, laws or legislation, to take us OUT of that National State of Emergency. Once we go into a National State of Emergency, on paper there is no easy way out of it. At that point they can basically do whatever they want, they don't have to rewrite the constitution, they don't have to do anything as they can already do whatever they want. It goes president, FEMA, and then FEMA is in charge of DoD, and then they bring in the UN, because it's UN troops that we will be fighting.

That buildup of arms that our government was doing, where they were buying up all these weapons, and all this ammunition, and it wasn't 556 rounds for our soldiers. I am ex-Army soldier myself, 2 tours and Gulf war era veteran... we shoot NATO weapons, not UN weapons, the ammunition and the weapons that our government has been stockpiling the last couple years are for UN weapons, big difference, they shoot 223, American forces shoot 556. Now you got this big thing with ISIS and Ebola all over the world, and this want to build up forces in Africa, and go back to Iraq and all these other countries, is because they're wanting to get all of our soldiers out of the country, because if you look at almost any country in the world, that has ever had a civil uprising, and then the government calls in the military, you will notice throughout history that ~80% of the government military forces eventually turns against the government.

To prevent the military from turning on the government, they want to get them out of the country , get them busy with ISIS, get them in African fighting Ebola... they're sending Army troops, not Army Medics like myself, what is a normal soldier going to do against Ebola in Africa? Nothing, other then control the population!

The point is, they're that 80% of the troops out of our country, that they believe will turn against the government once they know the truth. If our troops are not here in the United States, then our government can even more so control the news that they hear while they're in other countries. When your on a military base on deployment, the only news you get, is the news your commander allows you to see. So they can fill you full of all the propaganda they want. When your overseas on a military base, you don't even get a cell phone unless it is pre-authorized. You don't get internet access unless it's filtered & limited.

My first tour as a communications specialist, my job was tactical satellite networking. My first job before I became a medic, I setup the systems that provided those soldiers with there communication, and we filtered every single piece of information that went to their internet link. They don't have full or unmonitored access to the internet, everything is filtered and monitored. So the government is going to show them whatever they want them to so that they don't rise up and try to come home. And they will see stuff like there is riots in this town or whatever, the same stuff they have been indoctrinated with the for years. They have been slowing coming in with this stuff from Ferguson, to occupy wall street and whatnot, they're getting our soldiers use to that, so they are use to people fighting and clashing with police so that when they hear the propaganda while overseas they won't think anything of it.
